Abstract

This study aims to: (1) find out the description of the improvement in essay writing skills in the Indonesian language subject of fifth grade students at SDN Mannuruki Makassar City; (2) to determine the effect of applying the estafet writing method to increasing the ability to write essays in the Indonesian subject of fifth grade students at SDN Mannuruki Makassar City. This research is an experimental research with a quantitative research approach using the Paired Samples T-Test analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that: (1) after being given treatment in the experimental group, student scores experienced a significant increase. While the results of the post-test in the control group which were not given treatment or used conventional methods, also experienced a significant increase. However, the average obtained in the class that was given the treatment (experiment) or the class that used the chain writing method was higher; (2) there is a positive effect of applying the chain writing method to improving the writing skills of fifth grade students at SDN Mannuruki Makassar City. Therefore, teachers are advised to use the serial writing method in Indonesian subjects as an innovation in teaching and learning activities so that students do not feel bored in the learning process and the material presented can be conveyed and well received.

Abstract

One indicator of the success of health development in Indonesia is seen from the maternal and infant mortality rates. Awareness and knowledge about the danger signs of pregnancy and childbirth are needed in the community to take immediate action to prevent complications of pregnancy and childbirth or even death of the mother and baby. The Pudji Rochjati score card contains complete information regarding data on pregnant women needed for high-risk screening/early detection, safe delivery planning data, post-delivery data for mothers and babies, a brief overview of the mother's condition during the postpartum period, and complete data related to family planning. in the poedji rochjati score card. Refreshment and technical development of early detection with a praise rochayati score as the method used in carrying out this activity. The counseling material consisted of early detection of maternal and neonatal emergencies with the Puji Rochayati score. After the counseling was carried out, there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of mothers and midwives in early detection of emergencies with a praise rochayati score.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Five moment hand washing patient safety is an action to minimize the risk of services in an effort to prevent and control infection. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of supervision on nurses' competence in implementing five moment hand washing patient safety. uses a Quasi Experiment with a pre post test approach with control group design. The sampling technique used a total sampling of 34 respondents, 17 intervention respondents at the Palmerah Community Health Center and 17 control respondents in Kebon Jeruk. There was a difference in the average competency of nurses in the intervention group and the control in the post test value (p-value: 0.000). There is an increase in the competency of the intervention group which continues to increase from the 1st measurement to the 3rd measurement to the 5th measurement which is flet/same as in the control group, the increase in competency is not significant in the 2nd measurement to the 5th measurement. Supervision has an effect on increasing the competency of nurses in implementing five moment hand washing patient safety within an optimal period of 3 weeks. It is hoped that the function of supervision the quality    management of community health center nursing will carry out supervision in stages and programmed manner. Keywords: Hand Washing, Nurse Competence, Supervision  ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Keselamatan pasien cuci tangan five moment merupakan tindakan meminimalkan timbulnya risiko pelayanan dalam upayah pencegahan dan pengendalaian infeksi. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi terhadap kompetensi perawat dalam pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien cuci tangan five moment Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Eksperiment dengan pendekatan pre post test with control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 34 perawat dengan tehnik total sampling, 17 responden intervensi di Puskesmas Palmerah dan kontrol 17 responden di Kebon Jeruk   Hasil penelitian Ada perbedaan rata-rata kompetensi perawat kelompok intervensi dengan kontrol pada nilai post test (p-value: 0,000). Adanya peningkatan kompetensi kelompok intervensi yang terus meningkat dari pengukuran ke1 sampai pengukuran ke 3 sampai pengukuran ke 5 yang flet/sama pada kelompok kontrol peningkatan kompetensi secara tidak signifikan pada pengukuran ke 2 sampai pengukuran ke 5   Kesimpulan supervisi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kompetensi perawat dalam pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien cuci tangan five moment  dalam waktu optimal 3 minggu. Diharapkan fungsi pengawasan manajemen mutu keperawatan puskesmas melakukan supervisi secara berjenjang dan terprogram Kata Kunci: Cuci Tangan, Kompetensi Perawat, Supervisi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze "The Effect of Nutmeg Production Amount, Exchange Rate and Inflation on Nutmeg Exports in Indonesia" The data used in this study is secondary data from 2005-2021 obtained from the Ministry of Agriculture and the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency, The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Analysis with the help of Eviews software, The results of the study show that partially variable Amount of Nutmeg Production does not have a significant effect on Nutmeg Exports in Indonesia, Partial testing of exchange rate variables has a significant effect on Nutmeg Exports in Indonesia and partially variables inflationary affects nutmeg exports in Indonesia and simultaneously variables of Nutmeg Production Amount, Exchange Rate and Inflation affect Nutmeg Exports in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the company's condition is efficient through the efficiency analysis test. The method used in this analysis test is non-parametric quantitative with a Data Envelope Analysis (DEA) model. The data source is based on the financial statements of agricultural companies, where the input variables include Total Assets, Liabilities, and Land, while the output variable is Sales. Processed using MaxDea software. There are 12 sample companies or DMU in this study. The results of DMU analysis using VRS output orientation assumptions show that agricultural companies on an efficiency scale of 1 are 4.

Abstract

Kabupaten Maros di Sulawesi Selatan memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor UMKM yang berfokus pada pertanian, perikanan, dan kerajinan tangan. Artikel ini membahas upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan inovasi UMKM untuk mengatasi tantangan keterbatasan teknologi, informasi, dan akses modal. Pemerintah Kabupaten Maros telah meluncurkan berbagai program untuk mendukung UMKM, termasuk pelatihan keterampilan, skema pembiayaan yang fleksibel, dan fasilitasi pemasaran digital. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, lembaga pendidikan, dan organisasi non-pemerintah dinilai sangat penting dalam menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung inovasi dan keberlanjutan UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk dan proses produksi, peningkatan akses modal, serta pengembangan jaringan pasar melalui platform digital merupakan kunci peningkatan daya saing UMKM di Kabupaten Maros. Dengan pendekatan yang holistik dan berkelanjutan, pemberdayaan UMKM diharapkan dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, dan memberikan dampak positif pada berbagai aspek kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to find civil law arrangements regarding the juridical analysis of breaking a promise to marry or what is commonly referred to as Broken Marriage Promises as an unlawful act. What are the legal consequences of breaking a marriage promise as unlawful? This study uses a normative legal research type with a statutory approach. The types and sources of legal materials use primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Analysis of legal materials uses deductive logical reasoning, which is studied from a qualitative perspective. The results of the study show that breaking a promise to marry or commonly called promises of marriage as an unlawful act, is regulated in Article 58 of the Civil Code and several judges' decisions such as Supreme Court Decision Number 3191 K/Pdt/1984, Supreme Court Decision Number 3277 K/Pdt/2000, Decision of the Supreme Court Number 1644 K/Pdt/2020. The legal consequences of breaking a marriage promise as an unlawful act, namely if a person suffers a loss due to breaking of the marriage promise, both material and immaterial losses, then he can be sued for compensation following the loss suffered if the element of the unlawful act is fulfilled according to Article 1365 of the Civil Code.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of government spending in the education, health, and infrastructure sectors on the human development index in Aceh province. This study uses a combination of cross-section data with time series in 23 regencies/cities in Aceh Province during 2018-2024. The data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression with the help of eviews 10. The results of this study prove that Government Spending in the Education Sector and Health Sector have a positive and significant effect on the human development index, while Government Spending in the Infrastructure Sector has a negative and significant effect on the human development index. The magnitude of the influence of Government Spending in the Education, Health and Infrastructure Sectors on the Human Development Index is 28.12 and the remaining 71.88 is influenced by other variables outside this model. It is recommended that the Regency/City governments in Aceh Province can realize government spending in the Education, Health and Infrastructure Sectors properly, so that the economy in Aceh is stable and people's welfare increases.

Abstract

Background: The ability and traits that a person possesses in the form of knowledge, skills, and behavioral attitudes required in the workplace are known as human resource competence (HR). Whether a region can adequately manage its domestic issues or not depends in part on the effectiveness of the government machinery. Aim: The purpose of this study was to empirically determine the effect of human resource competence on the financial performance of the Bireuen district government. Method: The variables used in this study are human resource competence as the independent variable and financial performance as the dependent variable. The approach used in this study is the quantitative by testing theories through measuring research variables and analyzing data with statistical procedures using SPSS V.22 for Windows. The type of data used in conducting this research is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to BKPSDM Bireuen district. The sampling method in this study was saturated sampling method where the samples obtained were 46 respondents. Findings: The results stated that the direction of the influence of variable X on Y is positive, through the t test where tcount > ttable (9.380 > 2.015) thus Ha is accepted H0 is rejected. The human resource competency variable (X) is able to explain the effect on financial performance (Y) which is equal to 66.7% and the remaining 33.3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Penggunaan tabung gas Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) sangat membantu masyarakat dalam berbagai aktivitas sehari-hari. Namun, ada beberapa masalah yang timbul akibat kelalaian manusia saat menggunakan tabung gas ini, salah satunya adalah kebocoran tabung gas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat perangkat yang menggunakan sensor untuk mendeteksi kebocoran tabung gas. gas dan api. serta solenoid valve melalui aplikasi yang terhubung ke jaringan Internet. Penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) adalah metodologi yang digunakan. memanfaatkan model penelitian Prototype, yang dimana prosedur penelitiannya terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu: 1. Perencanaan, 2. Analisis, 3. Perancangan, 4. Implementasi Adapun implementasi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji laboratorium yang dimana pengumpulan datanya dengan melakukan pengujian tegangan, efektivitas dan functionality. Hasil pengukuran tegangan menyiratkan bahwa setiap komponen dalam alat bekerja menyesuaikan fungsi yang di inginkan. Dalam pengujian efektivitas, alat berhasil mendeteksi adanya gas dan api serta solenoid menutup aliran gas dan aplikasi Telegram memberikan notifikasi jika terjadi kebocoran gas atau api. sedangkan pengujian functionality alat yang diuji berhasil mencapai 100% dari kedua validator yang menunjukkan bahwa alat tersebut beroperasi secara efektif sesuai dengan yang di inginkan.
