Abstract

Latar Belakang: Full Day School diterapkan dalam banyak lembaga pendidikan Islam sebagai strategi memperkuat pembentukan karakter, namun efektivitasnya sangat bergantung pada sistem manajemen pembiasaan, keteladanan, dan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi program Full Day School dalam pembentukan karakter anak di MITQ Azhar Center Makassar, mencakup pola pembiasaan, keteladanan, penguatan, serta strategi pembelajaran. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan informan kepala sekolah, guru kelas, dan guru pembina. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik untuk memastikan validitas. Hasil: Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter dilakukan melalui pembiasaan terstruktur, keteladanan guru, penguatan positif, dan model pembelajaran menyenangkan. Meski demikian, kendala muncul pada keterbatasan sarana dan adaptasi lingkungan fisik sekolah. Implikasi: Full Day School terbukti memberikan ruang pembentukan karakter yang intensif, tetapi memerlukan dukungan sarana yang memadai dan kolaborasi guru–orang tua. Kesimpulan: Implementasi Full Day School efektif membentuk karakter anak, namun peningkatan fasilitas, metode penguatan, dan evaluasi perilaku diperlukan agar lebih optimal

Abstract

This paper will analyze the theological foundations of the development paradigm of Muhammadiyah in Indonesia with reference to three interconnected theological frameworks which include the theology of development, transformative theology and Al-Maun theology. Muhammadiyah, being one of the largest Islamic reform movements in the world, stands out as a special case as it has been able to integrate Islamic theology with modernism models of social change, making it one of the unique models of faith-based development, both spiritual and material aspects of human flourishing. This paper examines how these theological views influence the vast mass of educational institutions, medical care centers, and social welfare programs run by Muhammadiyah and how they carry out practical insights into divine command as expressed in social action and empowerment of the community.

Abstract

Islamic education plays a crucial role in shaping the character and faith of young Muslims.This study aims to understand portfolio assessment on Islamic religious learning in Islamic Senior High School after Covid-19 as an alternative to developing an authentic and holistic student portfolio assessment implementation model. Researchers analyze related to the implementation of portfolio assessments in Islamic religious learning conducted by Islamic religious teachers, and academic supervisors in Islamic Senior High School. This research uses qualitative research methods with a type of case study research with a constructivism paradigm. This study shows that the implementation of portfolio assessment in Islamic religious learning is carried out by organizing the assessment of the indicator stage, and the assessment of the artifact stage. Several problems were found in the implementation of portfolio assessment, namely (1) the formative indicator assessment stage; (2) the programmatic task assessment indicator stage; (3) the indicator stage of assessment of supporting activities; (4) the stage of attitude and personality assessment indicators; (5) the collection stage of the work; (6) the selection stage of the work; (7) the reflection stage of the work; (8) the exhibition stage (connection) of students' work, and (9) the problem of general aspects related to Madrasah management.Thus, portfolio assessment should interact with the learning process, both at the beginning and at the end of the assessment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of a less varied learning model that makes students less active and less creative in thinking. This study aims to determine the effect of the Game Based Learning wordwall learning model on the Motivation and creative thinking of elementary school students. This study uses a quantitative research approach with an experimental method and the research design used is the Intact-Group Comparison design in the form of a Pretest-Posttest Control Group design. The population of this study was taken from all fifth grade elementary school students who are located at the UPTD SDN 1 Tugu Kidul in the 2024/2025 academic year. Using a random sampling technique. And based on the results of the research that has been used, namely obtaining the calculation of t-test data (independent sample t-test) the results of student learning motivation t value (6.476) with a sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 which means the sig. <a (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the use of the Game Based Learning Wordwall learning model on the learning motivation results of fifth grade students at the UPTD SDN 1 Tugu Kidul. And in the data of students' creative thinking results, the value of t = 3.817 was obtained with a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000. which means the sig. < a (0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the use of the Game Based Learning Wordwall learning model on the learning outcomes of class V students at UPTD SDN 1 Tugu Kidul.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi mobile "Learn Quran Tilawati" dan mengukur efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Quran pada siswa kelas VII SMP Madinatul Qur'an Sawangan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menarik untuk menjawab tantangan dalam pengajaran Al-Quran konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan angket, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan Paired Sample T-Test untuk mengukur efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan dinilai sangat layak oleh ahli materi (90,64%) dan layak oleh ahli media (73%). Hasil uji Paired Sample T-Test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang menandakan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan membaca Al-Quran siswa setelah menggunakan aplikasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi "Learn Quran Tilawati" merupakan inovasi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan kemampuan membaca Al-Quran siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of community economic empowerment through the management of a Healthy Canteen at the Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School (Pondok Pesantren) in Sragen. The study uses a qualitative approach with the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, involving the community as active subjects in the entire research cycle. The mentoring shows that the community has economic potential in the form of local raw materials and cooking skills that have not been optimally utilized. The Collaborative Trilogy Model of Boarding School-Community-Students was developed by integrating the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach with the principles of a circular economy. This model successfully created a local value chain: farmers as suppliers, housewives as processors, and students as the main consumers. The management of the Healthy Canteen is an effective and sustainable empowerment strategy. This model can be applied to other Islamic boarding schools with contextual adjustments, serving as a blueprint for economic empowerment based on religious institutions that integrates Islamic values, local wisdom, and social business principles.

Abstract

Supervisors are made specifically and systematically in order to help stakeholders improve their daily tasks in the environment of the school institution, which is later expected so that teachers and supervisors can provide the best support for the learners who accumulate knowledge also to the guardians of the students who trust their children in the school. The study aims to find out why there are gaps in supervision that occur in the school environment in the conduct of its program of activities. This research uses a method of library study that is carried out using references from a variety of sources. The results of this study show that supervising can enhance the creativity and professionalism of teachers in teaching, but found shortcomings in the path of structural supervision and no horizontal guidance. This problem can be addressed by the way the head of school as a policymaker involves teachers in decision making so that the teacher concerned can provide input on actual events in the field that they experience every day.

Abstract

This study examines the structural relationships among Joyful Learning, Intrinsic Motivation, and Academic Achievement within the socio-religious educational environment of an Indonesian pesantren. Grounded in contemporary motivational theory, particularly Self-Determination Theory, the research addresses the limited empirical evidence on how emotionally engaging pedagogical climates interact with internal motivational processes in faith-based boarding schools. Employing an explanatory sequential mixed-methods design, quantitative data were collected from 60 junior secondary students using validated Likert-scale instruments, followed by qualitative interviews and classroom observations to contextualize statistical findings. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability and validity testing, normality assessment, and Pearson correlation analysis. The results reveal strong and statistically significant positive correlations between Joyful Learning and Intrinsic Motivation (r = .921, p < .001), Joyful Learning and Academic Achievement (r = .875, p < .001), and Intrinsic Motivation and Academic Achievement (r = .895, p < .001), indicating a mutually reinforcing relationship among the three constructs. Qualitative findings further demonstrate that relational mentorship, communal discipline, and value-integrated instruction within the pesantren environment strengthen students’ intrinsic engagement and meaning-making processes. The study concludes that joyful pedagogical practices can be effectively integrated within structured religious educational systems and function as catalysts for enhancing intrinsic motivation and multidimensional academic achievement. The implications of this research highlight the importance of relational pedagogy, teacher professional development, and the integration of affective-motivational indicators into assessment systems, thereby advancing culturally grounded motivational theory and educational innovation in faith-based institutions.
