(pp. 374–382).  Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Soil productivity for crops is currently decreasing, including kale, so alternative materials in the form of biosans are needed for improvement. This experiment aimed to determine the best dose of biosan (biochar and chitosan) on the growth of water spinach. This experiment used a complete randomised design (CRD). With 5 treatments and 3 replications. Treatments consisted of no biosan (B0); biosan 5 tons/ha (B1); biosan 10 tons/ha (B2); biosan 15 tons/ha (B3); biosan 20 tons/ha (B4). The parameters observed included vegetative, while the heavy metal measured was Cu. Data analysis used anova at the 5% level, and BNT test. The results showed that the treatment dose of biosan 20 tonnes/ha was the ideal dose for the growth of kale plants aged 6 weeks after planting. The average results obtained include plant height (39.12) cm, number of leaves (14.00) strands, leaf area (362.62) cm2, plant wet weight (83.72) g, plant dry weight (5.42) g and production yield of 27.91 tonnes/ha. The results of Cu heavy metal analysis showed a significant decrease in Cu. Biosan, besides being used as a soil improver, can also be used to control heavy metal Cu.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a Flipbook-based E-Module and evaluate its validity and practicality in learning Civics grade IV at SDN 09 Lubuk Keliat Ogan Ilir. Using the 4-D development model by Thiagarajan, this research involves the Define, Design, Develop, and Dissemination stages with the trial subjects being one teacher and 27 students. The instruments used included validation sheets for material, media, and language experts, as well as practicality sheets for teachers and students. The research was conducted from 2 to 7 March 2024. The results of the validity assessment showed that the E-Module obtained an excellent average score: 89.28% from material experts (very valid), 96.42% from media experts (very valid), and 97.22% from language experts (very valid). Positive responses from teachers reached 97.5% (very practical), while students reached 95.8% (very practical). These findings indicate that the Flipbook-based E-Module is feasible and practical for use in Civics learning. As a follow-up, the E-Module will be applied in routine learning and teachers will be trained to maximise its use. Further research is recommended in other schools to test the effectiveness of the E-Module in different contexts and develop additional features to enhance students' learning experience.

Abstract

This research highlights the detection of security vulnerabilities on websites using OWASP ZAP, a highly regarded open-source web security testing tool. Through a comprehensive literature review approach and systematic research methodology, this research emphasizes the urgency of addressing the ever-evolving security threats in web systems. Web security is a crucial aspect of information technology as more and more sensitive data is transmitted through web applications. OWASP ZAP, recognized for its reliability in identifying various security holes, was used to evaluate its effectiveness and efficiency in detecting vulnerabilities in web applications. This tool assists developers and security researchers in finding and fixing weaknesses that could be exploited by attackers. The results of the study show that OWASP ZAP is not only effective in identifying vulnerabilities such as SQL Injection, XSS (Cross-Site Scripting), and misconfiguration but also provides practical solutions to strengthen overall web security. Additionally, this research identifies several challenges faced when using OWASP ZAP and offers recommendations to address these issues. This study makes a significant contribution towards a better understanding of web security and offers recommendations for the implementation of better security testing tools in web development environments. Consequently, this research encourages the adoption of more proactive and systematic security practices in web application development.

Abstract

Job stress occurs when job demands exceed the capacity, resources, and abilities of nurses. Based on the results of previous interviews with several nurses at the Central Surgical Installation of Jampangkulon Hospital, they revealed that their biggest problems were the increasing number of patients, demands from other professions in one team that were so high on their performance, emergency situations also often required nurses to work quickly and accurately without making mistakes. These conditions are considered to be the cause of stress in nurses at the central surgical installation. This results in feelings of anxiety, fatigue, anger, frustration and internal conflict at the Central Surgical Installation of Jampangkulon Hospital. The researcher will use a quantitative descriptive research type with a Cross-sectional approach. The research sample was all nurses at the Central Surgical Installation of Jampangkulon Hospital, totaling 28 people. Data collection was carried out by filling out a questionnaire (NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire). The results of this study revealed that among nurses, job stress was evenly distributed 50% mild stress and 50% severe stress. Factors that influence stress include the dominance of male respondents 60.7%, married status 92.9%, and DIII education level 64.2%. In addition, 82.1% of nurses are involved in low activities outside of work, and 57.2% of nurses have high social support. Therefore, researchers recommend that hospitals evaluate nurses' job descriptions and conduct effective communication before working. Effective communication is carried out to convey the roles and responsibilities of nurses clearly and workers can convey obstacles felt while carrying out their duties as nurses.

Abstract

In Indonesia, many influencers use English to build their personal brand on social media such as Facebook or Instagram, and this condition is great opportunities to promote the wonderful Indonesia using social media such as Instagram Reels, and this condition was created in Tanjungbumi under - district, youth community (Karang Taruna)."Pantai Biru" is one of the rural areas and the tourist destination since 2019 has been the popular Pantai Biru located in Tanjungbumi Bangkalan East Java, it is located in the village of Telaga Biru, which also has great view, and there were many guests during the weekend, the tourism is managed by Pantai Biru Youth Community they always advertise but sometimes they used English to show international tourist but the problem is they don't speak English they speak just local language, this research is qualitative research and use : (1) observation, (2) interview, (3) questionnaire and (4) documentation as the instruments.The researcher began to investigate the promotion activities when the weekend at 14th July to 21st July 2024 and this activities was used the Instagram account, in this research use several research instruments such as observation checklist, interview, and questionnaire after that the data was put to the procedure.From this research the youth community can help increase the CEFR standard better than before (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) by using Instagram reel and good to get international audience.

Abstract

Base isolators are designed to protect structures from earthquake impacts by decoupling horizontal ground motion from the building. This technology is widely applied to bridges, buildings, and critical facilities due to its efficiency in reducing damage risks. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of base isolators in minimizing dynamic structural responses to earthquakes. Numerical simulations were conducted to compare the performance of structures with and without base isolators, focusing on maximum acceleration, velocity, and displacement. The results indicate that base isolators reduce maximum acceleration by 75.1%, velocity by 74.83%, and displacement by 34.79%. Therefore, base isolators have proven to significantly enhance structural resilience against earthquakes. These findings provide practical insights for designing safer and more earthquake-resistant buildings

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is one of the chronic diseases with an increasing incidence every year. The increasing number of people with Diabetes Mellitus can be influenced by several factors, such as the economy, lack of knowledge and unhealthy lifestyle, age, and also overweight. Cases of diabetes mellitus in Sukabumi City have increased, including in Lembursitu (9.8%). The solution offered is to maintain health through health education and "foot exercise". Community service is carried out in the work area of the Lembursitu Health Center. The goal of this activity is to improve the health of the elderly by applying a healthy lifestyle and Foot Exercise in daily life. Community Service consists of 2 stages. The first stage is planning and the second stage is implementation. At this stage, conducting health screening and education about healthy lifestyles and foot exercise with simulations and demonstrations. Community service has an impact on partners. The target is the elderly with diabetes mellitus. The increase in knowledge that occurs in the elderly and the prevention of complications has an impact on the health condition. Diabetes mellitus sufferers apply a healthy lifestyle in their lives so that there is an increase in health and quality of life. This also has an impact on the ability to meet daily needs. The follow-up plan is assistance in the implementation of foot exercises so that they can be carried out routinely at least 2 times a week, and involves cadres to make a routine schedule in implementing efforts to prevent complications.

Abstract

Penciptaan karya seni berjudul Generalized Anxiety Disorder sebagai Ide Penciptaan Seni Lukis merupakan wujud ekspresi penulis dalam menyampaikan apa yang diderita penulis dan ketertarikan terhadap dunia psikologis dapat diimajinasikan menjadi karya seni lukis. Kesehatan mental seringkali menjadi hal yang sedikit tabu dibahas oleh masyarakat. Generalized Anxiety Disorder merupakan salah satu gangguan kesehatan mental yang ada di lingkungan sekitar kita. Seniman dapat menggunakan aspek kesehatan mental sebagai ide dalam berkarya dengan merepresentasi perasaan dan pengalaman yang didalami selama proses pembuatan. Perwujudan emosi sebagai bentuk visual dengan simbol-simbol tertentu dari penulis dengan figur antagoonis, dan protagonis. Dengan menggunakan teknik dan media akrilik, perwujudan perasaan dan pengakaman dituangkan dalam karya yang dapat dinikmati secara visual yang menonjolkan pada dua karakter utama yaitu antagonis dan protagonnis. Generalized Anxiety Disorder as an Idea for Creating Painting ArtThe creation of a work of art entitled Generalized Anxiety Disorder as an Idea for the Creation of Painting is a form of expression of the author in conveying what the author suffers and interest in the psychological world can be imagined into a work of painting. Mental health is often a little taboo for society to discuss. Generalized Anxiety Disorder is one of the mental health disorders that exist in the environment around us. Artists can use aspects of mental health as ideas in their work by representing the feelings and experiences experienced during the creation process. The embodiment of emotions as a visual form with certain symbols of the author with an antagonist figurative, and the protagonist. Using acrylic techniques and media, the embodiment of feelings and feelings is expressed in a visually enjoyable work that highlights the two main characters, the antagonist and the protagonist.

Abstract

Studi ini tujuannya guna mencari tahu Pengaruh Faktor Psikologis seperti Motivasi (X1), Persepsi (X2), Pembelajaran (X3), dan Sikap (X4) pada Impulsive Buying (Y) pada pengguna Marketplace Shopee (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa STIE Widya Praja Tanah Grogot). Sampel studi ini ialah Mahasiswa STIE Widya Praja Tanah Grogot yang merupakan pengguna Marketplace Shopee dan telah melakukan pembelian minimal satu kali dalam satu bulan dengan teknik sampling proportionate stratified random sampling dan teknik simple random sampling, dan jumlah sampel yang didapat sebanyak 49 responden. Hasil uji validitas yang dilakukan pada 18 item pernyataan kuesioner semua dianggap valid, karena bisa terlihat dari r hitung > r tabel. Lalu, seluruh pernyataan reliabel karena nilai Cronbach's Alpha > 0,6 (0,848 > 0,6). Persamaan regresi yang didapat yakni Y=2,923+0,036 X1-0,187 X2+0,319 X3+0,503 X4 dan hasil analisis nilai koefisien korelasi yakni 0,714 yang artinya korelasi kuat dengan interpretasi interval koefisen 0,60-0,799. Hasil analisis koefisen determinasi (R2), nilai adjusted r square yakni 0,466 atau 46,6% yang artinya 46,6% terpengaruh variable bebas, sisanya yakni 53,4% terpengaruh variable lain yang tidak termasuk dalam studi ini. Dari uji f memperlihatkan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (11,472>2,58) maka variabel Faktor Psikologis yang terdiri dari Motivasi (X1), Persepsi (X2), Pembelajaran (X3), dan Sikap (X4 ) berdampak secara bersamaan pada Impulsive Buying (Y) pada pengguna Marketplace Shopee (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa STIE Widya Praja Tanah Grogot). Dari hasil uji t, variabel Sikap (X4) merupakan sub variabel independen dengan nilai uji t tertinggi dari sub variabel independen yang lain. Didapat nilai thitung > ttabel (4,171>2,01537) berdampak signifikan, maka variabel Sikap (X4) ialah variabel yang dominan pada impulsive Buying (Y) pada pengguna Marketplace Shopee (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa STIE Widya Praja Tanah Grogot).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru PAUD. Metode dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode Survey yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat penelitian pada populasi besar maupun kecil. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang tersertifikasi dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 13 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Setelah mengumpulkan hasil dari jawaban angket yang sudah disebar peniliti menggunakan Teknik analisis data uji regresi linier sederhana, uji koefisien korelasi (r), uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis, menunjukan pengaruh positif variable X terhadap variable Y dengan persamaan Y = 45,414 + 0,224 X. kekuatan hubungan kedua variabel ini adalah 0,409. Dari hasil pengolahan data perhitungan dan kuesioner, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa sertifikasi guru yang diterapkan Lembaga PAUD Kecamatan Tanjung Batu Kabupaten Ogan Ilir berpengaruh menciptakan kinerja guru. Hal ini dibuktikan secara matematis melalui uji hipotesis, dimana hasil thitung (2,5535) > ttabel (2,069).
