Abstract

Unsur manusia dalam organisasi selalu berkaitan dengan perilaku dan karakteristik individu yang mempengaruhi hasil kerja dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Peranan motivasi, religiusitas, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja perlu dicermati untuk mengetahui dukungannya terhadap pencapaian tujuan organisasi melalui pencapaian kinerja pegawai. Studi ini untuk mengamati peran motivasi kerja, religiusitas, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Survei ini menggunakan teknik sampling sensus. Jumlah responden sebanyak 128 responden. Untuk memperoleh hasil dari data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan teknik regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa motivasi kerja dan religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan lain menyebut ada peran dari kepemimpinan dan variabel lingkungan kerja membentuk kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Teknologi dan isu globalisasi memicu setiap bisnis untuk melakukan perubahan terhadap penyelesaian terkait tantangan dan persaingan yang dihadapi, hal tersebut disebabkan adanya kemunculan akses pasar online yang lebih transparan sehingga konsumen menjadi lebih aktif untuk berbelanja online dibandingkan dengan berbelanja secara konvensional. Memahami perilaku konsumen menjadi suatu keharusan karena sebagai peluang bagi bisnis tersebut untuk lebih sukses dan efisien. Untuk itu penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor penentu keputusan pembelian online dengan memfokuskan secara menyeluruh pada variabel-variabel kunci seperti pengenalan kebutuhan, pencarian informasi, evaluasi alternatif, efisiensi biaya dan waktu serta persepsi kemudahan. Penelitian ini mengandalkan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan teknik survei online digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data primernya. Responden yang ditargetkan di penelitian ini dipilih secara tidak acak berdasarkan pengamatan kepada mereka yang menggunakan internet untuk berbelanja. Ada 100 responden yang dilibatkan untuk memenuhi jumlah minimal dari sebuah pengamatan. Responden berasal dari mahasiswa yang berdomisili di kota Sidoarjo. Data dan analisis statistik deskriptif akan dientri melalui SPSS yang digunakan untuk analisis validitas, reliabilitas, uji asusmi klasik, uji t dan uji F. Penentuan model regresi juga diperoleh dari output model regresi ini. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, pengenalan kebutuhan, pencarian informasi, evaluasi alternatif, biaya dan efisiensi waktu, kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian akhir.

Abstract

Community service includes efforts to make positive contributions to a particular community with the aim of improving their quality of life and welfare. One of the problems that many families often face is a lack of understanding and skills in financial management, which can have a negative impact on financial stability and family well-being. Therefore, this community service aims to provide family financial management training to the mothers of the Mojokerto City Puspa Forum. This training is designed to provide basic knowledge about financial management to participants. This training methodology involves community service activities carried out in Mergelo Village, Balongsari, Magersari District, Mojokerto City which was held on Saturday, September 16 2023, at the Mojokerto City P3A Social Service Office. Implementation of activities is carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, work program stage, and reporting stage. The targets of this community service activity are the village residents of Forum Puspa. The expected result of this community service is an increase in participants' understanding of personal financial management and their ability to manage family finances more effectively. In this way, it is hoped that they will be able to increase their financial stability, reduce their debt burden, and improve their overall quality of life.

Abstract

Development of motorcycle industry in Indonesian was represent by four producer’ from Japan, such Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Kawasaki. Each brand was known by society, but how would people perceived it. How celebrity endorsements affect consumer purchase decisions is studied extensively by marketing and social psychology researchers. This research will measure endorser credibility of one of motorcycle brand. This research also conducts to discuss the impact of endorser credibility on attitude toward to ad and also the impact of attitude toward to ad and brand attitude on consumers’ purchase intention. Researcher used path analysis with the AMOS program to calculate the effect of each variable to consumers’ purchase intention. It’s suggested that brand attitude would greater impact on consumers’ purchase intention compare to rather than attitude toward to ad. A model will be developed to describe these relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to identify how certain factors, such as internal environmental locus of control and environmental insight, can influence pro-environmental behavior. The research method used involved collecting data through questionnaires distributed via Google form to 100 students from tertiary institutions in the city of Surabaya. The sample in this study was selected through an accidental sampling technique, which means that the respondents were selected by accident according to their availability. The data obtained from the questionnaire will be analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. Multiple linear regression is used to identify the relationship between several independent variables (in this case, internal environmental locus of control and environmental insight) to the dependent variable (pro-environmental behavior). The results of multiple linear regression analysis can provide information about the significant influence of the internal environmental locus of control and environmental insight on pro-environmental behavior

Abstract

The research described in this study aims to evaluate the extent to which academic performance is influenced by self-efficacy, academic motivation, and information and communication technology resources. This study involved a quantitative design using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The target population is 120 students who are carrying out their studies in the city of Surabaya. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and student academic performance. Students who have a high level of self-efficacy tend to achieve better academic achievements. Apart from that, academic motivation also has a strong influence on academic performance. Motivated students can achieve their academic goals and tend to achieve higher results. Information and communication technology resources were also found to have a significant impact on academic performance. Students who have access to and use information and communication technology in their learning process have greater opportunities to achieve higher academic achievements

Abstract

High levels of work motivation and supportive work environment conditions are considered key factors for retaining employees in an organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the factors of work motivation level and work environment conditions on the retention rate of workers in the service industry. A quantitative approach was used in this study, with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The study sample consisted of 83 employees in the service industry in Surabaya City who were selected through a saturated sampling approach. Regression analysis was used to examine the relationship between employee retention levels with work environment and work motivation. Regression analysis was used to analyze the impact of the factors of work motivation level and conditions in the work environment with the level of employee retention. This study indicates that there is a real (significant) impact on work motivation and work environment on the level of employee retention in the service industry in Surabaya City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh Aksesibilitas dan Fasilitas terhadap Niat Berkunjung Kembali ke Alun-alun Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Purposive Sampling dan melibatkan 100 responden dari pengunjung Alun-alun Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner menggunakan google form yang telah divalidasi dan direliabilitas. Analisis data digunakan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS Versi 26. Secara persial variabel Aksesibilitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Variabel Fasilitas juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan.Jadi kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Niat Berkunjung Kembali ke Alun-alun Surabaya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Aksesibilitas dan Fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap Niat Berkunjung Kembali. Oleh karena itu, Aksesibilitas yang baik dan Fasilitas yang tersedia di Alun-alun Surabaya harus tetap dijaga dengan baik karena akan membuat pengunjung merasakan kepuasaan saat berkunjung dan memiliki keinginan untuk berkunjung kembali. Jadi, aksesibilitas dan fasilitas sangat mempengaruhi niat seseorang untuk berkunjung kembali

Abstract

Effective time management in the industrial workplace is key to reducing the high levels of stress that workers often face. In a competitive and dynamic industrial environment, good time management can help individuals organize their tasks and responsibilities more efficiently, thereby reducing stress and improving mental and physical well-being. Various time management techniques have been developed and implemented by individuals in the industry to overcome these challenges. This includes prioritizing tasks, using effective time planning, task delegation, setting deadlines, and utilizing technology. However, the effectiveness of these techniques may vary depending on individual preferences, work culture, and the physical environment of the workplace. Additionally, it is important to understand differences in the application of time management techniques between industries, taking into account different job demands, work cultures, and company policies. Implementing appropriate time management techniques can help individuals reduce stress levels and increase productivity, while paying attention to these factors also helps organizations create a more sustainable and competitive work environment.

Abstract

In the contemporary workplace, the concept of work-life balance has been identified as a significant factor influencing employee engagement. Work-life balance can be defined as a state in which an individual is able to manage their time and energy between work and personal life in a satisfactory manner. One company that would be well-advised to grasp this concept is PT Kereta Api Indonesia, which is engaged in railway transportation. It is well established that employees who have a satisfactory work-life balance are highly engaged. This is due to their capacity to manage their time and energy in a manner that is both efficacious and gratifying. Consequently, it is of paramount importance for this company to give due consideration to and implement the concept of work-life balance in order to enhance employee engagement and foster a more conducive working environment.
