Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukukan berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan di kelas 5B SDN 14/I Sungai Baung. Peneliti menemukan permasalahan dikelas tersebut yaitu kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam operasi perkalian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam permbelajaran yang salah satunya yaitu meningkatkan memampuan operasi perkalian siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksakan pada Mei 2023 di kelas 5B SDN 14/I Sungai Baung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan pada pembelajaran matematikan pada materi perkalian pecahan. Penelitian ini hanya berlangsung dalam 1 siklus dalam 1 siklus terdapat 2 pertemuan. Penelitian ini hanya berlangsung 1 siklus karena pada pertemuan kedua siklus ke-1 kemampuan perkalian siswa telah meningkat pesat dibandingkan dengan pertemuan pertama siklus ke-1. Pada siklus ke-1 pertemuan pertama persentase ketuntasan siswa hanya 40,789…% . Sedangkan, pada pertemuan kedua siklus ke-1 persentase ketuntasan siswa meningkat menjadi 89,47…%. Sehingga dapat diketahui metode Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Operasi Perkalian Siswa di Kelas 5B SDN/I Sungai Baung.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang aktif menjadi cita-cita oleh setiap guru dalam proses pembelajaran. SDN 83/I Bajubang Darat pada tanggal 20 September 2022 diperoleh informasi terkait dengan proses pembelajaran pada muatan pembelajaran IPA di kelas V yang dilaksanakan di sekolah tersebut bahwasanya belum menunjukan adanya keterlibatan seluruh peserta didik secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan keaktifan belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model Discovery Learning dengan Pendekatan Saintifik pada muatan pembelajaran IPA di kelas V SDN 83/I Bajubang Darat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan data penelitian diperoleh melalui teknik observasi dan wawancara. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dan pada setiap siklusnya terdiri dari dua pertemuan dengan tahapan yaitu: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model Discovery Learning dengan Pendekatan Saintifik dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat dari analisis data setiap siklus pertemuan. Pada Pratindakan terdapat 23,07% atau 3 peserta didik yang telah memenuhi seluruh kriteria indikator keaktifan belajar. Siklus I mengalami peningkatan sebesar 53,84% atau 7 peserta didik yang memenuhi seluruh kriteria indikator keaktifan belajar dan diakhir siklus II terjadi peningkatan sebesar 15,38% sehingga menjadi 84,61% atau 11 peserta didik yang memenuhi seluruh kriteria indikator keaktifan belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Discovery Learning dengan Pendekatan Saintifik dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada muatan pembelajaran IPA di kelas V SDN 83/I Bajubang Darat yang terbukti dengan keberhasilan penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of critical thinking skills with the problem-based learning model in IPAS learning for fourth grade elementary school students. This research was conducted at SDN 64/I Muara Bulian, Muara Bulian sub-district, Batanghari district, Jambi province. The form of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using a qualitative approach. The research data was obtained by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted in two cycles, where each cycle of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection in this study was carried out through interviews, observation through observation sheets of students’ critical thinking skills, observation sheets of educator activities carrying out learning activities, and documentation. The results of this study were an increase in critical thinking skills in fourth grade students at SDN 64/I Muara Bulian after applying the problem-based learning model at each meeting in each cycle

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of implementing the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Model Assisted by Educational Comic Media in improving the reading comprehension concept abilities of Class III Students at SDN 112/I Perumnas. This type of research is classroom action research. This research data was obtained from observation, tests and documentation. Then the data was analyzed qualitatively by describing the increase in students' reading comprehension skills using educational comic media and quantitatively in the form of students' reading test scores. Based on the results of research related to the application of the (CIRC) Model Assisted by Educational Comic Media, it is able to improve the concept of reading comprehension in students. In the first cycle it was discovered that the students' reading level was still low with a percentage reaching 44%, meaning that it had not reached the indicators expected in this research, and after improvements were made in the second cycle it increased with a percentage reaching 76%. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the actions provided by implementing the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model assisted by educational comic media were successful in improving students' reading comprehension skills.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low activity of class III students at SDN 83/1 Bajubang. This research is a Classroom Action Research which aims to describe the increase in student activity through the application of the Discovery Learning model with the MIKiR approach to Indonesian content in class III. This research was conducted at SDN 83/I Bajubang. Research data obtained by means of observation, interviews and also documentation. The data in this study were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study show that applying the discovery learning model with the MIKiR approach to the learning process can increase student activity. This increase can be seen in the data analysis of each meeting cycle. Cycle I meetings I and II were 42.85%, cycle II meeting I was 66.66%, cycle II meeting II was 80% which increased by 13.34%. In this case it is concluded that the use of the discovery learning model with the MIKiR approach can increase the activity of students in Indonesian language content in class III SDN 83/1 Bajubang. Proven by the success of this research. The activeness of students can be increased by the discovery learning model with the MIKiR approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripkan penerapan pendekatan tari kreatif dan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kreativitas gerak pada muatan pembelajaran tari menggunakan pendekatan kreatif di SDIT Baiturrahim Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) dengan menggunakan desain model dari Suharsimi Arikunto. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan yang terdiri dari kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas VI SDIT Baiturrahim Jambi yang berjumlah 11 orang siswa, terdiri dari 5 orang siswa perempuan dan 6 orang siswa laki-laki. Metode pengumpulan data melalui lembar observasi sintaks pendekatan tari kreatif, yaitu eksplorasi, improvisasi, dan komposisi dan lembar observasi kreativitas gerak siswa pada muatan pembelajaran tari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan tari kreatif mampu meningkatkan kreativitas gerak pada muatan pembelajaran tari untuk siswa kelas VI SDIT Baiturrahim Jambi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari 9 siswa telah memenuhi kriteria kelancaran (fluency), 8 siswa telah memenuhi kriteria kelenturan (flexibility), 7 siswa telah memenuhi kriteria keaslian (originality), dan 6 orang sudah memenuhi kriteria elaborasi (elaborate). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan tari kreatif mampu meningkatkan kreativitas gerak pada muatan pembelajaran tari untuk siswa kelas VI SDIT Baiturrahim Jambi.

Abstract

This article analyses educational programs for preparing a generation with global competitiveness in the Department of Early Childhood and Elementary Education, Jambi University using a qualitative approach and critical analysis. Furthermore, the data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique is the Miles and Huberman model, including reduction, presentation, and verification. The results showed that there are several programs to prepare a generation of global competitiveness, including 1) Organizing training and workshops to prepare a generation with global competitiveness, 2) Reframing for Global Competitiveness, 3) Organizing Focus Group Discussions (FGD), 4) Implementation of Student Extracurricular Activities, 5) Socialization of Student Achievement Improvement.

Abstract

Education plays a central role in shaping the character and identity of a nation. In the context of Indonesia, the values of Pancasila and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika serve as philosophical foundations that guide the formation of a superior generation both academically and morally. This research aims to describe the implementation of the understanding of Pancasila values and diversity in strengthening the Indonesian identity at the Elementary School (SD) level. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity test used in this research is technique triangulation. The results show that the implementation is carried out through learning activities, teacher role modeling, extracurricular activities, school culture, and Pancasila student profile strengthening projects. Through various activities, students can actively engage in understanding, internalizing, and implementing Pancasila values in their daily lives. Thus, the implementation of Pancasila values at the elementary school level can help strengthen the identity, unity, and integrity of the Indonesian nation through the formation of characters aligned with Pancasila values.

Abstract

Pancasila education is an important factor in shaping national character. In this context, this research aims to find out how to apply Pancasila values ​​in developing the character of elementary school students who are intelligent, creative and have noble personalities. Pancasila as an ideology has an important role in building the identity of Indonesian society. Therefore, Pancasila must be understood and instilled in the nation through the values ​​contained in each point of Pancasila. The research method uses a qualitative approach with literature study. Research data sources are taken from scientific journals, electronic books and other sources. The research results show that the application of Pancasila values ​​can shape the personality of elementary school students through integration in learning and accompanying habits based on teacher direction. Character education from Pancasila needs to continue to be applied in the world of education, especially at the first level of education, especially elementary schools, because with this the quality of Indonesia in the future will be better.

Abstract

Limited knowledge of teachers in the process of writing scientific articles as a means of this service. Based on the results of interviews at the KKG for Elementary School Teachers in Pamenang with the chairman of the KKG, information was obtained that: there are still teachers who have difficulty using scientific article writing. This occurs because there is a lack of concise training assistance for the process of writing scientific articles. On average, the reason is a lack of understanding of the guidelines for writing scientific papers and teachers are not used to using the media as a reference source, then there are no training activities organized by the KKG to increase teachers' knowledge in writing scientific articles. Seeing the problems that exist in the KKG Teacher Team in Pamenang regarding the problem of writing scientific articles, it is necessary to carry out a Journal Article Writing Training to Support Professional Competence for the KKG Teacher Team in Pamenang. The objectives to be achieved through this training activity are: 1). The production of scientific articles by teachers which can later be used as material for promotion. 2). Produced articles published in online media, 3) Produce Scientific Articles which will be published in the PPM Journal. 4). Affirm Activities.
