Abstract

This study aims to understand how the influence of the credit sales accounting system on behavioral aspects in the scope of attitudes, motivations and emotions at PT Dwi Surya Perkasa. The type of research that the author does is associative quantitative method research. Data collection was carried out in this study by using a questionnaire and respondents were required to answer all of them. The results of the research and the hypotheses developed by the researcher indicate that the behavioral aspects, attitudes and motivations have a positive and significant impact on the use of the credit sales accounting system, this is because the company has SOPs that work well on credit sales which are set as the basis for employees in doing work. . This research has been carried out using scientific procedures, but there are still many limitations, especially behavioral aspects that affect the application of the credit sales accounting system consisting of three variables of attitude, motivation and emotion, but there are still many other aspects that can affect the credit sales accounting system and sometimes the sample gives no answer. reflect the real situation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Legal rules for the transport of goods on an international scale are contained in three international conventions, namely The,Hague-Visby,Rules,1968, The Hamburg Rules 1978, and The,Rotterdam,Rules 2008. Meanwhile, on a national scale, they are regulated in the Criminal Code. In the activity of transporting documents used is a bill of lading or bill of lading. The bill of lading document used as the basis of this research is the bill of lading owned by PT. SPIL. The purpose of this study is of course to analyze documents for transporting goods such as bills of lading and explain the implications of issuing bills of lading belonging to PT. SPIL and the position of the bill of lading in agreements for the carriage of goods at sea in relation to the legal relations governing them. In addition to the location of the bill of lading which differs from each regulation, this also affects the legal consequences of issuing a bill of lading owned by PT. SPIL when viewed from legal regulations such as the Criminal Code, Criminal Code and the three international conventions and settlement of disputes that occur in the activity of transporting goods at sea. In carrying out the issuance of bills of lading, caution, accuracy and thoroughness are required. If you are not careful in issuing a bill of lading, it can lead to confusion.

Abstract

Coal mining activities cannot be separated from the distribution of mining products. The distribution of coal in Kalimantan is currently still dominated by sea routes. Transportation of coal by sea using ships can maximize transportation because the amount transported is more and is considered to be cheaper and more effective. Integrated Tug Barge (ITB) is a barge propelled by specially configured tugboats. When the tug and barge are connected, they form a unit that functions as a ship. Integrated Tug Barge (ITB) can be an alternative choice compared to conventional ships of the same size. There are various variables that can affect the effectiveness of using ITB as an alternative to coal loading. In this study, three research variables will be analyzed, namely costs, transportation capacity and speed/cycle as independent variables and the potential for implementing ITB as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the positive influence individually between the independent variables cost, transport capacity and speed/cycle on the dependent variable, namely the potential for implementing ITB. In this study, the object taken was the employee of PT Bra Jaya Bersama.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of biogas from cow dung and vegetable or fruit waste materials. The research method in this study uses literature studies or literature reviews from several accredited journals and articles that match the screening criteria. This literature study was conducted through a search for scientific publications in the 2015-2023 range using the Google Schollar and Elvieser Journal websites. A total of 15 journal articles that match the criteria and themes discussed in the literature review. Biogas production process can use livestock waste and vegetable or fruit waste which is included in organic waste. The effectiveness of its use is used by combining both livestock waste materials and vegetable or fruit waste with a ratio according to the amount of composition that has been determined in experimental tests in several related studies. Some studies emphasize the optimal biogas production results where the mixture of livestock waste material composition is more than vegetable and fruit waste.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pengelola dalam mewujudkan keinginan-keinginan individu SDM akan menjadi sarana setiap individu bekerja maksimal untuk mewujudkan tujuan lembaga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa itu manajemen Quality of Work Life dan bagaimana implementasinya di SDIT Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar Kartasura.. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis deskriptif kualitatif adalah cara analisis yang cenderung menggunakan kata-kata untuk menggambarkan dan mejelaskan fenomena atau data yang diperoleh. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SDIT Muhammadiyah Al Kautsar. Metode dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan field research (studi lapangan). Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Data yang diperoleh dari sumber tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Quality of work life adalah usaha yang dilakukan pengelola lembaga dalam memenuhi segala keingingan dan kebutuhan karyawan supaya terus berkembang, loyal kepada lembaga dan mau dengan senang hati bekerja keras mencapai tujuan lembaga. Implemntasi kualitas kehidupan kerja di SDIT Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar Kartasura adalah dengan memberikan berbagai fasilitas sebagai berikut: 1) Pengembangan kompetensi. 2) Penyelesaian konflik.  3) Komunikasi dengan baik. 4) Memberikan jaminan kesehatan kerja. 5) Mengatur keamanan kerja. 6) Kompensasi yang layak dan apresiasi.

Abstract

Indonesia, as a tropical country, boasts significant biodiversity, particularly regarding its flora and fauna. The country's medicinal plants are one inherited natural resource passed down through generations. The "emprit ginger” (Zingiber officinale var. amarum), a native Indonesian medicinal plant, is often employed in treating various diseases. Scientifically, the primary constituent of emprit ginger is the phenolic ketone homolog compound, gingerol, known for its antioxidant activity. In addition to its antioxidant potential, emprit ginger exhibits potential as an antibacterial agent. However, herbal substances used for therapeutic purposes often yield inconsistent effects due to the fluctuating chemical composition in the plants, typically a result of varying growing locations. These location differences can cause discrepancies in the content of active metabolites. Therefore, data on the chemical profile of medicinal plants is paramount for the standardization process. This study was conducted by obtaining essential oils from the rhizomes of emprit ginger, extracted via steam distillation obtained from various cultivation lands in Ponorogo, Magetan, Pacitan, Wonogiri, Karanganyar, Boyolali, Semarang, Magelang, Purworejo, Temanggung, Wonosobo, Banyumas, Bantul, and Kulonprogo. One of the efforts in standardizing natural materials involves the analysis of their metabolite profiles. The emprit ginger essential oil profile was obtained through Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GCMS) testing. The emprit ginger essential oil profile was analyzed using a multivariate calibration of Principal Component Analysis utilizing SIMCA 17 software. Antibacterial activities were assessed using the microdilution method on Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The analysis of antibacterial activity was determined using the Probit analysis method to ascertain the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) 50 value. This study also involved the extraction of essential oils from emprit ginger rhizomes. The individual profiles of these essential oils were determined via Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry. The essential oil profiles of emprit ginger were subjected to a multivariate calibration using Principal Component Analysis facilitated by the SIMCA 17 software. Antibacterial activity tests were conducted using the microdilution method on Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The antibacterial activity was ascertained using probit analysis to derive the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration 50 (MIC 50) values. The highest MIC 50 of emprit ginger rhizome on Staphylococcus aureus bacteria was found in samples from Wonogiri, with a concentration of 0.3408%. Compounds displaying significant discriminative influence on Staphylococcus aureus bacteria included Z-Citral, Geranyl acetate, Zingiberenol, Beta-Myrcene, (1S0-2,6,6-Trimethylbicyclo [3.1.1] hept-2-ene, and Bicyclo [2.2.1]heptan-2-ol, 1,7,7-trimethyl, exo-(CAS)

Abstract

Accounting teachers at the State Vocational High School (SMK) 1 Salatiga currently have the competence to record manual accounting and accounting applications already available on the market. However, the World of Business and Industry  demands that SMK graduates be able to develop simple accounting applications for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Application development requires mastery of programming algorithm competencies to help think more logically, creatively, and critically. This condition encourages accounting and computer teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga to need the training to improve algorithmic and programming competencies. This community service activity aims to enhance the competence of programming algorithms for accounting and computer teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. The presentation of the material is arranged by the mentors so that this training program can be completed quickly and the objectives are achieved. There are three methods of implementing the activity: (1) socialization of programming algorithm material; (2) programming algorithm training activities; (3) case practice of programming algorithms. Participants in this activity were ten teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga, namely nine teachers majoring in accounting and one computer teacher. This activity was held in September 2022. Competency improvement was measured by conducting a pre-test and post-test on activity participants regarding programming algorithm material using a questionnaire containing 30 multiple-choice questions. The result of this activity is an increase in the competency of the participant's programming algorithm from 10 percent to 90 percent, and the activity participant’s can solve cases of programming algorithms and document them using the flowgorithm correctly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of using the Santri Identity Card (SIC) on the management of pocket money among students at the API ASRI Tegalrejo Magelang Islamic boarding school. The research method employed is qualitative, with data collected through interviews and observations. Interviews were conducted with 10 students, 5 administrators, and 5 parents of students at API ASRI Islamic Boarding School in Tegalrejo. The data analysis technique utilized is an interactive model analysis. The findings of the study indicate that the use of SIC aids students in various aspects of pocket money management. Firstly, regarding budgeting, SIC allows students to plan their expenditures for various needs such as food, entertainment, savings, and other necessities. Secondly, students can identify spending priorities, helping them distinguish between needs and wants, thereby prioritizing more important expenditures. Thirdly, by recording every expense using SIC, students can track their money usage, which aids in financial control and planning. Lastly, the introduction of financial goals through SIC motivates students to save and plan for specific purchases or vacations. Overall, the use of SIC has proven effective in enhancing students' pocket money management skills, fostering better and more responsible financial habits

Abstract

This research compares murabahah and mudharabah financing risks at the Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) Tumang Tegalrejo Branch. This research aims to understand the risks associated with both financing models in microfinance institutions. Qualitative methods are used to answer research objectives. Research data was collected through direct interviews with BMT Tumang Tegalrejo Branch managers so that researchers could get a direct view of the risks faced in murabahah and mudharabah financing. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the analysis provide evidence of differences in risk between the murabahah and mudharabah financing models. Understanding the risks of Sharia financing can provide a strong basis for developing risk management strategies that are more effective in providing such an important contribution. This research enriches the literature on risks in Sharia microfinance financing institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of how BMT BIMA channels financing as a Sharia financial entity in Magelang Regency. This research includes qualitative research. Research data was collected using observation, interviews, and analysis of relevant documents for data collection. Data analysis was carried out using an interactive model, including data collection, reduction, verification, and conclusions. The research results show that BIMA has a series of procedures that must be complied with in distributing BMT financing. These procedures include 1) conducting a financing analysis, namely activities carried out to collect data and information needed to analyze the condition of prospective members. 2) Financing approval policy, namely many activities carried out before prospective members obtain financing facilities from BMT BIMA. 3) Financing documents and administration, namely policies relating to procedures and documents that must be prepared. 4) Supervision of financing, namely efforts to prevent early financial losses used for financing. 5) Settlement of financing management problems, namely those related to the mechanisms used by BMT BIMA in resolving financing problems
