Abstract

Hendrawisata Mangrove merupakan destinasi wisata alam yang menarik di Kelurahan Batu Ampar, dengan luas kawasan mencapai sekitar 4 hektar. Selain aspek wisatanya yang menarik, bagian lain dari ekosistem mangrove yang juga memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi terletak pada buahnya. Masyarakat setempat telah melakukan inovasi dan pengembangan terhadap berbagai produk turunan buah mangrove ini. Namun, kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah terkait dengan biaya peralatan dan aksesibilitas yang sulit ke lokasi wisata ini. Masalah ini menyebabkan potensi ekonomis dan ekologis dari kawasan Hendrawisata Pesona Mangrove belum dapat sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, salah satu solusi yang diusulkan adalah melalui pembuatan papan informasi berupa mading dan papan penunjuk arah di sekitar kawasan wisata. Dengan adanya upaya ini, diharapkan peningkatan kunjungan pada kawasan mangrove. Hal ini tidak hanya berdampak positif pada aspek ekonomi lokal, tetapi juga pada konservasi lingkungan dan keberlanjutan ekosistem mangrove di Kawasan Hendrawisata Pesona Mangrove.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerubahan laju aliran air pada pembangkit listrik pikohidro dapat menyebabkan daya dan tegangan yang dihasilkan generator menjadi tidak stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) dengan algoritma logika fuzzy pada Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) dengan penstabil tegangan untuk aplikasi pembangkit listrik pikohidro. Pada penelitian ini digunakan dua unit konverter DC/DC tipe buck-boost yang dipasang secara serial. MPPT logika fuzzy dirancang untuk mengendalikan konverter pertama, sedangkan pengendali PI digunakan pada konverter kedua. Hasil pengujian secara simulasi dengan skenario kecepatan turbin konstan menunjukkan PMSG mampu menghasilkan daya maksimum 167 Watt pada kecepatan turbin 600 rpm dengan tegangan keluaran 14 V. Pengujian dengan skenario perubahan kecepatan turbin dan perubahan beban menunjukkan PMSG mampu menjejaki daya maksimum serta menghasilkan tegangan keluaran yang stabil dengan overshoot terbesar sekitar 33%.Kata kunci: MPPT, PMSG, logika fuzzy, pengendali PI, pikohidro ABSTRACTThe changes in the water flow rate on pycohydro power plant can cause the power and voltage generated by the generator to become unstable. This study aims to design Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) with fuzzy logic algorithm on Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) with voltage regulator for picohydro power plant applications. In this study, two units buck-boost DC/DC converter were installed in series. The fuzzy logic MPPT is designed to control the first converter, while the PI controller is used in the second converter. Simulation test results with a constant turbine speed scenario show that PMSG is able to produce a maximum power of 167 Watts at a turbine speed of 600 rpm with an output voltage of 14 V. Tests with scenarios of changes in turbine speed and changes in load show PMSG is able to track maximum power and produce a stable output voltage with the biggest overshoot is about 33%.Keywords: MPPT, PMSG, fuzzy logic, PI controller, pycohydro

Abstract

ABSTRAK Quadrotor merupakan salah satu jenis pesawat tanpa awak yang dapat bekerja secara autonomous dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Beberapa quadrotor komersial yang dapat bekerja secara autonomous memiliki harga yang relatif mahal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah quadrotor berbiaya rendah dengan misi waypoint tracking berbasis pengendali PID. Quadrotor dirancang menggunakan modul Ardupilot Mega 2.6 sebagai pengendali terbang. Modul ini cocok digunakan untuk pengembangan sebuah quadrotor berbiaya rendah karena telah terintegrasi dengan sebuah antarmuka dan panel pengendali PID. Misi waypoint tracking dengan pengendali PID digunakan untuk menguji kinerja dari quadrotor yang dirancang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa quadrotor dapat terbang secara autonomous pada dua buah skenario waypoint. Pengendali PID yang digunakan mampu menstabilkan sikap terbang quadrotor dengan maksimum overshoot kurang dari 4°. Kata kunci: Pengendali PID, sikap terbang, autonomous, waypoint, quadrotor  ABSTRACTQuadrotor is one type of unmanned aircraft that can work autonomously in carrying out its duties. Some commercial quadrotor that can work autonomously have a relatively expensive price. This study aims to design and develop a lowcost quadrotor with a waypoint tracking mission based on PID controller. Quadrotor is designed using the Ardupilot Mega 2.6 module as flight controller. This module is suitable for the development of a low-cost quadrotor because it has been integrated with an interface and PID controller panel. The waypoint tracking mission with PID controller is used to test the performance of the designed quadrotor. The test results show that quadrotor can fly autonomously in two waypoint scenarios. The PID controller used is able to stabilize the quadrotor attitude with a maximum overshoot less than 4°. Keywords: PID controller, flight attitude, autonomous, waypoint, quadrotor

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengontrolan lampu melalui jaringan internet adalah salah satu contoh aplikasi berbasis teknologi Internet of Things (IoT). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem kontrol dan penjadwalan lampu berbasis IoT, serta melakukan analisis terhadap kinerja sistem tersebut. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan mikrokontroler NodeMCU yang telah terintegrasi dengan modul WiFi. Pengendali relai dirancang dengan algoritma sederhana menggunakan objek tombol di aplikasi Android sebagai perangkat antarmuka. Selain memberikan perintah secara langsung, aplikasi Android juga dirancang agar dapat menjadwalkan ON/OFF lampu melalui akses akun pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat terhubung dengan jaringan internet melalui modul WiFi. Lampu berhasil dikontrol dan dijadwalkan sesuai dengan beberapa skenario pengujian. Hasil uji waktu respon pengiriman data menunjukkan bahwa waktu tunda rata-rata pengiriman perintah dari aplikasi Android ke sistem adalah kurang dari 5 detik.Kata kunci: NodeMCU, IoT, sistem kontrol, penjadwalan, Android ABSTRACTLighting control over the internet network is one example of Internet of Things (IoT) applications. The aim of this research is to design a light control and scheduling system based on IoT, and also to analyze its performances. This system is built using low-cost NodeMCU microcontroller that has integrated with the WiFi module. Relay controller is designed with simple algorithm using push button object in an Android application as an interface device. Besides giving command directly, the Android application is also designed to schedule ON/OFF the lights through user account access. The testing results indicate that the system able to connect with internet network via WiFi module. The lights are sucessfully controlled and scheduled according to several testing scenarios. Time respon testing result shows that the average delay data transmission from Android application to system hardware is less than 5 seconds.Keywords: NodeMCU, IoT, control system, scheduling, Android

Abstract

The Influence of Entrepreneurship Practices and Digital Literacy on Entrepreneurial Motivation in Semester VIII Students at Bhinneka PGRI University,Tulungagung.With problems related to human resources, economic growth will be difficult to achieve easily. One of the problems associated with human resources is unemployment. The increase in unemployment that occurs today is due to the lack of availability of jobs for the community, especially graduates of the educated group. This condition indicates that unemployment is a serious problem that must be addressed immediately. To reduce unemployment, higher education as the highest level of formal education must be able to educate an independent and capable young generation by inspiring or motivating students to create jobs by becoming an entrepreneur with the existence of entrepreneurship practice education being one of the good bridges to encourage students to dare to be entrepreneurs because in entrepreneurship practice students can learn firsthand about all conditions for building or developing a business in the future supported by digital sophistication students must be able to take advantage of digital literacy used to access entrepreneurship and maximize their business in the current era and in the era to come. Abstract

Previous studies have demonstrated that technology helps achieve learning outcomes. However, many studies focus on just one aspect of technology’s role in educational assessment practices, leaving a gap in studies that examine how various aspects affect the use of technology in assessments. Hence, through a systematic work, we analyzed the extent and manner in which technology is integrated into educational assessments and how education level, domain of learning, and region may affect the use of technology. We reviewed empirical studies from two major databases (i.e., Scopus and ERIC) and a national journal whose focus and scope are on educational measurement and assessment, following PRISMA guidelines for systematic reviews. The findings of the present study are directed towards emphasizing the roles of technology in educational assessment practices and how these roles are adapted to varying educational contexts such as the level of education, the three domains of learning (i.e., cognitive, psychomotor, and affective), and the setting in which the assessment was conducted. These findings not only highlight the current roles of technology in educational assessment but also provide a roadmap for future research aimed at optimizing the integration of technology across diverse educational contexts.

Abstract

Breast cancer is a common health problem in women and causes a high mortality rate. Cancer cells can grow and metastasize to other organs and related to estrogen and estrogen receptor alpha (ERα). The search for plant-based bioactive compounds that are antagonistic to ERα is currently being carried out using an in silico approach. Lunasia amara blanco is a medicinal plant that contains quinolone alkaloid compounds and has been known to inhibit DNA Topoisomerase II. This study aims to predict the interaction of lunacrine, graveoline, lunine, lunacridine, and lumarine compounds on the estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) (PDB 1SJ0) by in silico method. Docking will be done with PyRex 0.8 and the result visualization will be done with the BIOVIA Discovery Studio Visualizer. Base on the results of molecular docking, graveoline and lunine compounds have bond energies of -8.4 and -8.0 kcal/mol, approaching the native ligan of tamoxifen, which is -9.7 kcal/mol. The type of interaction with amino acids affects the bond energy. The amino acid residues that formed interactions with all the test compounds were Ala350, Leu387, Met388, Phe404, and Ile424. The stability of the binding of tamoxifen and graveoline is also thought to be due to the amino acids Asp351 and Cys530. The interaction of the two amino acids is not found in other compounds and the interactions formed are in the form of hydrogen bonds or hydrophobicity. Lunamarine has the lowest bond energy and make interactions with different amino acids

Abstract

Endophytic fungi play an important role in the orchid lifecycle by aiding seed germination and plant development. Information on the diversity of endophytic fungi in Indonesian orchids, particularly Vanda epiphytic orchid and Spathoglottis terrestrial orchid, is still limited. This study aimed to isolate and identify endophytic fungi from the roots of Vanda sp. and Spathoglottis plicata orchids collected from Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, and Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi. Isolation was performed using Potato Sucrose Agar (PSA) medium, and morphological identification was carried out through macroscopic and microscopic observations. A total of four endophytic fungal isolates were identified, including Nigrospora sp. and Penicillium sp. from Vanda sp. roots, and two isolates of Fusarium sp. from Spathoglottis plicata roots. The four fungal isolates obtained had aerial mycelium and septate hyphae, as well as conidia with diverse shapes. The diversity of endophytic fungi in orchid species could be influenced by the fungal affinity on the specific microhabitat conditions of each tissue and host plant species.

Abstract

Centella asiatica is a medicinal plant widely used as a traditional medicine due to several biological activities, such as antioxidants in Indonesia. This study aims to identify the active antioxidant compounds of C. asiatica leaves extract using a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)-based metabolomics approach. Extracts were prepared using different concentrations of ethanol p.a., i.e. 70% ethanol, 50% ethanol, 30% ethanol, and water. Antioxidant activity was tested using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl method. The results showed the highest antioxidant activity was C. asiatica extracted by 70% ethanol with IC50 of 72.48 ± 2.42 µg/mL. The positive control was ascorbic acid, having an IC50 value of 3.38 ± 0.04 µg/mL. Ascorbic acid and 70% ethanol extract have strong antioxidant activity. Metabolite profiling using LC-MS/MS could identify 35 metabolites consisting of flavonoids, fatty acids, phenolics, terpenes, and several other groups of compounds. Orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis classified the metabolites into active (ethanol 70% and ethanol 50%) and inactive (ethanol p.a., ethanol 30%, and water) antioxidants. Five metabolites have potential as antioxidants, namely 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid (11), kaempferol (13), and three unknown compounds.

Abstract

This paper investigates the role of digital transparency in enhancing consumer awareness of product origins and sustainability. As consumers increasingly seek to make informed, ethically aligned purchasing decisions, digital platforms - such as blockchain-enabled systems, mobile apps, and e-commerce sites - offer a medium for brands to communicate supply chain transparency. Through a comprehensive literature review, this article examines how transparency practices impact consumer trust, decision-making, and the adoption of sustainable products. Findings reveal that while digital platforms can significantly influence ethical consumption, their effectiveness depends on the clarity, accessibility, and perceived credibility of information presented. Key challenges, including greenwashing and information overload, can hinder transparency efforts, thereby reducing consumer trust. Additionally, stakeholder theory and the theory of planned behaviour provide insights into the ethical responsibilities of brands and the cognitive factors shaping consumer choices. Practical recommendations are offered, including the need for simplified, interactive transparency tools and collaboration with third-party certifiers to enhance authenticity. The study highlights the importance of evolving digital transparency practices to meet the ethical demands of modern consumers and suggests ways for future research to explore the impact of transparency across diverse consumer segments and regions.
