Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan training terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode Observasi, Kuesioner dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Variabel Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Training secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Hal ini mengandung makna semakin meningkat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Training, maka akan meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Variabel Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Hal ini mengandung makna semakin meningkat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, maka akan meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Variabel Training secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. West Pasaman Regency, especially the coastal area of Sasak Subdistrict is an area that supports sustainable fisheries activities for the Sasak Subdistrict community, so it is important to know the quality of its waters. This study aims to determine the quality of waters in Muaro Sasak based on chemical parameters which are then compared with the quality standards of the research instruments used. The research was conducted at two sampling points namely Batang Pasaman and Batang Kapar. Water quality parameters measured include acidity (pH), temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO meter), total dissolved solids (TDS) measured in-situ. The results of water quality research in Batang Pasaman showed a pH value of 5.5-6.5, temperature of 29-31˚C, DO meter 3.12-5.87 ppm, and TDS meter 620-720 ppm. While the results of measurement analysis in Batang Kapar showed a pH value of 5.2-5.5, temperature 35˚C, DO meter 3.55-4.21 ppm, and TDS meter 710-810 ppm

This research aims to find out about the provision of independence training for the skills of correctional inmates at the Kendari Class IIA Correctional Institution. The informants in this research were 1. Head of the Job Guidance Section, 2. Prisoners, 3. Former prisoners. The research design used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of research regarding the implementation of independence training for prisoners at the Kendari Class IIa Correctional Institution can be concluded that the provision of Independence Training for the Skills of Correctional Inmates at the Kendari Class IIA Correctional Institution is felt by all prisoners, both those currently serving their sentences and those who have been released, because it has a big impact on sustainability. his life after he was released, as well as changing the mainstream of the wider community who seemed to look down on ex-convicts that ex-convicts were the trash of society.

The mitochondrial genome is useful for identification because the mutation rate of mtDNA is higher than nDNA. Previous studies have carried out many analyses on the mitochondrial genome of several species, the Chaetodontidae group. Fish in this group are biological indicator fish of coral reefs, so their molecular characteristics must be enriched to conserve these fish. This article aims to review several forms of the mitochondrial genome of the Chaetodontidae group of species, including: Chaetodon speculum, Chaetodon octofasciatus, Chaetodon wiebeli, and Heniochus chrysostomus. Data were collected qualitatively by reviewing previous research articles related to the Chaetodontidae mitochondrial genome. The review focused on the characteristics of each species' mitochondrial genome, including length, overall composition, tRNA, and non-coding region. Each species exhibits various features of the mitochondrial genome and is mapped in its phylogenetic analysis.

Shallots (Allium cepa L) is one type of superior vegetable that has long been cultivated by farmers. The demand and need for shallots that continue to increase every year is not in line with the amount of production each. The increase in crop production is often not balanced with an increase in fertilizer production resulting in fertilizer scarcity which results in crop. One solution that can be done is to use seaweed (Sargassum spp) which can be used as organic. This is because seaweed (Sargassum spp) contains important minerals needed by plants and can increase plant growth and crop The use of seaweed as fertilizer is expected to be an alternative solution to environmental problems because it is safe for soil microbes and Based on this, research has been conducted on the use of liquid fertilizer from seaweed (Sargassum spp) on the growth of shallots (Allium cepa).This study aims to determine the effect of applying liquid fertilizer from seaweed (Sargassum spp) with different concentrations on the growth of shallots (Allium cepa). This research was conducted from November 2022 to January 2023 at the Wire House of the Plant Physiology Laboratory of the Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Padang State This study used a Complete Randomized Design (RAL) with 4 treatments and 6 repeats. The treatment tested in this study was the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer from The data analyzed using ANOVA was followed by DMRT (Duncan's Multple Range Test) at a confidence level of 5%. The results showed that the application of liquid fertilizer from seaweed (Sargassum spp) with different concentrations affected the growth of heigh and dry weight of onion plants (Allium cepa), but did not affect the growth of the number of leaves and wet weight of onion plants (Allium cepa).

Cabai Rawit merupakan sayuran yang umum digunakan sebagai bahan konsumsi sehari-hari. Produktifitasnya dapat ditingkatkan melalui pemberian pupuk seperti pupuk organik cair. Bahan pembuatan pupuk organik dapat berasal dari bahan alami seperti limbah jeroan ikan, karena diyakini memiliki kandungan unsur hara yang bermanfaat bagi pertumbuhan tanaman. Penggunaan teknologi nano dalam pembuatan pupuk organik cair berfungsi untuk merubah ukuran partikel zat menjadi lebih kecil sehingga nutrisi lebih mudah terurai dan diserap oleh akar tanaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan, terdiri dari : P0 (100 ml air/polybag), P1 (25 ml POC limbah ikan + 75 ml air/polybag), P2 (50 ml POC limbah ikan + 50 ml air/polybag), P3 (75 ml POC limbah ikan + 25 ml air/polybag), dan P4 (100 ml POC limbah ikan/polybag). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan sidik ragam ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) menggunakan aplikasi SPSS (Statistical package for the Social Sciences) dan uji lanjut dengan Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik cair berpengaruh terhadap semua parameter yang diamati. Konsentrasi optimal untuk menghasilkan tinggi tanaman dan berat buah Cabai Rawit tertinggi yaitu pada P4 (100 ml POC limbah ikan/polybag), serta konsentrasi optimal untuk mengahasilkan luas daun tertinggi yaitu pada P3 (75 ml POC limbah ikan + 25 ml air/polybag).

Cabai merah adalah salah satu komoditas holtikultura yang sangat penting. Cabai merah memiliki kandungan gizi dan berbagai vitamin. Buah cabai merah menghasilkan rasa pedas karena adanya kandungan Capsaicin pada cabai. Kebutuhan akan cabai merah meningkat karena bertambahnya jumlah penduduk. Pada saat sekarang ini, unsur hara yang dipakai oleh petani dipenuhi dengan penggunaan pupuk anorganik yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada tanah sehingga kulitas tanah makin menurun. Dalam mengurangi pemakaian pupuk anorganik, digunakan bahan organik dalam pembuatan pupuk baik dalam bentuk padat maupun cair. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 pengulangan yang terdiri dari: P0 (100 ml air/ tanpa POC), P1 (25 ml POC + 75 ml air), P2 ( 50 ml POC + 50 ml air), P3 (73 ml POC + 25 ml air), P4 (100 ml POC). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan sidik ragam ANOVA dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 23. Jika terdapat perbedaan nyata maka dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bhwa pemberian pupuk organik cair teknologi nano dari limbah ikan Tuna Mata Besar berpengaruh terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. Konsentrasi optimal dari semua parameter pengamatan adalah 100 ml POC/polibag.

Budidaya ikan air tawar sekarang telah menjadi sebuah kegiatan agribisnis yang tak terpisahkan dengan industri pakan ikan (Yulianda dkk, 2012). Permasalahan yang ditimbulkan dari penggunaan pakan ikan anorganik yaitu dapat menginduksi kanker. Ini disebabkan pakan anorganik terdeteksi mengandung mikotoksin yang menyebabkan gangguan pertumbuhan serta disfungsi kekebalan tubuh. Masalah lain dalam pembudidayaan ikan adalah relatif mahalnya biaya penyediaan pakan yang bisa mencapai 60-70% dari biaya produksi (Rihi, 2019). Tujuan artikel ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pemberian pelet organik dengan tingkat dosis berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan Ikan Nila Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 pengulangan, terdiri dari P0 (pelet anorganik varietas HI PRO-VITE 781), P1 (dosis pelet organik 4%), P2 (dosis pelet organik 5%), P3 (dosis pelet organik 6%), P4 (dosis pelet organik 7%). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan sidik ragam ANOVA (Analysis of Varience) menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Jika terdapat perbedaan nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5%. Dari data dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pemberian pelet organik memberikan hasil berbeda nyata pada pertumbuhan Ikan Nila. Pertumbuhan Ikan Nila terbaik terdapat pada P4 dengan dosis 7%.

Dengue fever is caused by the dengue virus which is transmitted through mosquito vectors Aedes aegypti. Vector control is one of the steps to prevent transmission by breaking the vector life cycle using abate. However, its use causes several effects, namely resistance to insects, environmental pollution and insecticide residues. Natural larvicides are an alternative by using plants such as ruku-ruku. Efforts to increase the active ingredient content of ruku-ruku leaves can be done using nanotechnology which has the advantage of increasing the effectiveness and stability of an active ingredient in plants. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of natural larvicide and the best concentration of nanotechnology ruku-ruku leaf infusion on larval mortality Aedes aegypti. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments carried out consisted of Control+ (0.01 gram abate), Control- (aquadest), and 3 treatments in the form of ruku-ruku leaf infusion (diluted using nanobubbles) with concentrations of 5%, 15% and 25%. The results of the probit analysis obtained LC50 is 23.829% and the LT50 is 48 hours. The conclusion of this study shows that nanotechnology ruku-ruku leaf infusion is effective on larval mortality Aedes aegypti.

One of the vectors of dengue fever, the Aedes aegypti mosquito, can be controlled by using synthetic chemical mosquito repellents such as 1% abate (temephos). However, the continuous use of abate 1% can cause water pollution and human poisoning. To overcome the side effects of using synthetic larvicides, plant extracts can be used as natural larvicides, one of which is avocado leaf. One of the efforts to increase the content of active ingredients in avocado leaves can be done by using nano bubbles. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of avocado leaf extract (Persea americana Mill.) on the mortality of Aedes aegypti larvae. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD). There are Control+ and Control- and 3 treatments in the form of avocado leaf extract diluted with nanobubble water with concentrations of 5%, 10% and 15%. The test material used in this study was Aedes aegypti instar III mosquito larvae. Observations were made for 48 hours. Data were analyzed by probit analysis to determine LC50 and LT50, One Way ANOVA and Post Hoc BSD test. The results showed significant differences (P < 0.05). The results of probit analysis obtained LC50 is 5.326% and LT50 value is 35 hours. The conclusion of this study is that avocado leaf extract natural larvicide with nano technology is effective on the mortality of Aedes aegypti larvae.
