Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji elemen-elemen yang mempengaruhi minat pembeli terhadap beras organik di wilayah Kabupaten Kolaka. Menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif, studi ini menganalisis dampak harga, pendapatan, pendidikan, pengetahuan, kualitas, dan kesehatan mempengaruhi keputusan dalam membeli beras organik. Temuan mengindikasikan bahwa pendapatan, kualitas, dan kesehatan produk memiliki dampak penting pada keputusan membeli beras organik. Sementara itu, harga, pendidikan, dan pengetahuan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang berarti. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa konsumen lebih mempertimbangkan manfaat kesehatan dan kualitas beras organik daripada harganya. Analisis ini menawarkan pengetahuan esensial untuk produsen dan penjual beras organik untuk mengerti aspirasi pengguna dan merumuskan metode penjualan yang sesuai.

Abstract

Hospitalization is a planned or emergency process that requires the child to undergo treatment in hospital and undergo a therapy program until he is sent home. Hospitalization of children can cause anxiety and stress at all ages. Anxiety in children can be overcome by channeling feelings of anxiety into a fun play activity, so that it is hoped that it can support the healing process and be cooperative in every nursing action. Puzzle play therapy is one of the play therapies that can be given to preschool-aged children while undergoing hospitalization. Through the activity of playing puzzles, it is hoped that it can provide a feeling of joy and be an effective way to forget about anxiety for children. The aim of implementing evidence-based nursing practice is to overcome anxiety in preschool-aged children during hospitalization. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental method with a one group pretest posttest design. Data were collected using the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HAR-S) questionnaire. The sample was determined using purposive sampling with a total of 24 respondents. The statistical results of the paired sample t-test showed ap value of 0.000 (p value < α 0.05) so it can be concluded that There is an effect of puzzle playing therapy on anxiety in hospitalized children. This research suggests puzzle playing therapy to hospitalized children as providing an effective way to reduce anxiety.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between coping strategies and the quality of life of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at RSUD Prof. Dr. W.Z. Johannes Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design involving 59 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy as respondents. The chi-square test was used for bivariate analysis, and logistic regression was used for multivariate analysis. Results: There is a relationship between emotion-focused coping strategies (p=0.000; PR=4.7; 95% CI: 1.87-11.9) and problem-focused coping strategies (p=0.000; PR=5.0; 95% CI: 2.0-12.7) with the quality of life of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at RSUD Prof. Dr. W.Z. Johannes Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. After considering the variables of education, occupation, family income, and cancer stage, there is a relationship with quality of life, whereas age and marital status do not have a relationship with the quality of life of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Conclusion: The quality of life of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at RSUD Prof. Dr. W.Z. Johannes Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara can be improved by maximizing coping strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the activities that are used by teacher in teaching speaking. The subject of this research is an English teacher of SMP N 3 Sungai Kunyit. This research used a descriptive qualitative design, and data were collected from observations and interview. The findings showed that there were four activities that are used by the teacher in teaching speaking. The first activity was drilling. The second activity was running dictation. The third activity was discussion. The fourth activity was dialogue. The activity was used by the teacher because it is based on a guidebook and is simple to implement. Other activities are occasionally employed by the teacher, but are rarely because they are unappropriated for the teaching and learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI dengan menggunakan metode card sort pada siswa Kelas VI di SD 72 Bonto Marannu Kecamatan Pa’jukukan Kabupaten Bantaeng tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Apakah penerapan metode cart sort dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI dengan menggunakan metode card sort pada siswa Kelas VI di SD 72 Bonto Marannu Kecamatan Pa’jukukan Kabupaten Bantaeng tahun pelajaran 2024/2025? Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklusnya terdiri dari: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan rumus persentase keaktifan siswa, dinyatakan berhasil sudah mencapai batas keberhasilan klasikal sebesar 94,7%. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan metode card sort dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI dengan menggunakan metode card sort pada siswa Kelas VI di SD 72 Bonto Marannu Kecamatan Pa’jukukan Kabupaten Bantaeng tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan ketuntasan Siklus I 80 % mengalami peningkatan dari pra penelitian (pre test) 69 % peningkatannya yaitu 11 %. Kemudian pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan 20 % dari siklus 1.

Abstract

Objectives – The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal level and implementation of the zakat fund distribution program for the Disabled within the perspective of improving the well-being of mustahik. Method – The descriptive qualitative research design is used in this study. In this study, there were five informants, two of whom were key figures. The primary and secondary data sources used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings – The study's findings indicate that the distribution of zakat funds for disability has not been carried out optimally, and the funds are channeled through two program criteria, namely moderate disability and severe disability, and have not had a significant impact on improving the welfare of mustahik. Mustahik wishes for more programs, such as those that provide business capital to people with disabilities. Limitation– study only focused on Zakat Fund Compensation Program for the Disabled provided by Baitul Mal Aceh Tamiang regency. Practical Implication– This study demonstrates the need for additional disability compensation programs in Baitul Mal, Aceh Tamiang Regency, such as providing business capital to disabled people so that they can feel prosperous.

Abstract

The high level of public interest in the products and services of financial institutions, especially banks, is followed by the increasing selectiveness of the public in choosing financial institutions. This is done by the community to guarantee a protected and quality product. Only financial institutions that have a high commitment and are trusted will be chosen by the public. The success of a financial institution is marked by the number of consumers who are loyal to it. When consumers are loyal to companies or financial institutions, consumers will tend to buy and use, even make repeat purchases of the company's products or services. Consumers have a high level of loyalty which can be seen from the continuous use of a product or service. Management of Hajj fund services carried out by Islamic Banks for prospective hajj pilgrims is fully said to be optimal in providing services, it has almost been fulfilled only in terms of promoting Hajj savings products, Islamic Banks are still lacking because they have not been able to convince the public, for this reason people do not know related information regarding Hajj savings products at Islamic Banks.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of reading interest and the factors that influence the reading interest of fifth-semester students of the English Education Study Program at Tanjungpura University in reading journal articles. The research method in this research is qualitative research. Data was obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire is to determine the level of students' reading interest in English language journal articles; the interview is to obtain more in-depth information regarding students' reading interest in English language journal articles. The population in this study consisted of 50 fifth-semester students, all of whom were also included in the sample, with five of these students selected as interview informants. From the research results, the authors discovered that 24 respondents (48%) got the "Very High" category, 19 respondents (38%) got the "High" category, and 7 respondents (14%) got the "Enough" category. Meanwhile, research results from interviews included five factors that influenced students' reading interest in English journal articles. These factors include Eligibility in Reading Journal Articles, Student's Willingness to Read Journal Articles, Journal Articles as Reading Materials, Benefits of Reading Journal Articles, and Benefits for Language Proficiency.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the similarities and differences containsed in Hamzah Fansuri's poem "Perahu" and the poem "La rabba siwaka" by Abu Al-'Atiyah by using comparative literary theory. The approach used is structural, that is, what is compared in the two poems are the intrinsic elements that build the poetry, and these elements are the inner elements and the physical elements. The method used is a descriptive qualitatsive method with data collection techniques in the form of note-taking techniques. The data sources from the two poems were analyzed and then compared with the mental and physical elements. The results of this research found similarities between boat poetry and Abu Al-'Atiyah's poetry in terms of theme, tone, use of concrete words, rhyme and typography. Then the differences were also found in terms of theme, taste, message, diction, imagery, rhyme and figure of speech.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, leverage, and company size on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. Where good corporate governance is proxied to the board of commissioners, independent commissioners and managerial ownership, variable leverage, and company size. The samples used in this research were 32 manufacturing companies with certain criteria with a total sample data of 160. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests using the SPSS 21 program. The results of this research partially show that the board of commissioners, independent commissioners and managerial ownership as well as leverage variables have significant and significant effects on financial performance while the company variable size has no significant effect on financial performance. Then simultaneously the overall variables namely the board of commissioners, independent commissioners, managerial ownership, leverage and company size state that the independent variables together have an influence and are significant on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021
