Tujuan - Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.Desain/metodologi/pendekatan- Penelitian ini dilakukan pada jangka waktu kurang dari 1 tahun, maka desain penelitian adalah desain cross-sectional. Dan metode yang digunakan adalah survei explanatory, dan populasi 109 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah alat analisis jalur di olah menggunakan SPSS 16.0. kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden.Temuan - kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara signifikan dan positif.Orisinalitas/nilai - Motivasi dan komitmen organisasi digunakan sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. motivasi pengaruh dan komitmen organisasi kepada karyawan lembaga transportasi kinerja di Jawa Barat. Objek yang menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari departemen transportasi dari Jawa Barat. Persaingan dunia usaha yang semakin kompetitif, menuntut perusahaan untuk memiliki kinerja yang tinggi. Peningkatan kinerja sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam memperbaiki keberhasilan perusahaan, sehingga perlu diupayakan secara terus menerus dan berkesinambungan dalam menghadapi dunia global terutama pada industri ekspor impor di Indonesia. Kemampuan dan motivasi kerja dijadikan suatu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di bagian produksi PT. Sentosa Hastareksa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kemampuan, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta pengaruh kemampuan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Sentosa Hastareksa. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan produksi PT. Sentosa Hastareksa. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan dan motivasi kerja, serta variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan teknik sampel simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 141 responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi liniear berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 22.0 for windows. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian menyatakan bahwa kemampuan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan tingkat pengaruh kemampuan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan kuat. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa kemampuan dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata Kunci: Kemampuan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of social work environment on job satisfaction, the influence of career development on job satisfaction, and the influence of social work environment and career development on job satisfaction. Object of analysis in this research is employees of government service. This type of research is using verificative with explanatory survey method of 106 respondents. This study indicates that the influence of the social work environment to job satisfaction are included in the low category. Career development included in medium category to job satisfaction. The influence of social work environment and career development on job satisfaction is medium category. The results of the present study suggest if social work environment in conducive conditions, then it will increase job satisfaction. The implementation of career development is good, then job satisfaction will increase. In addition if social work environmental conditions are conducive and implementation of career development is good, then the job satisfaction will increase.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision and working climate on employee job satisfactionDesign / methodology / approach - This research was conducted in less than 1 year period, the research design is cross-sectional design. The method used is exolanatory survey, and population 67 employees. The analysis technique used is descriptive, the questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents.Findings - based on the results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis, the result that there is a positive influence of supervision and work climate on employee job satisfaction.Originality / value - this study provides a basis for find out the impact of supervision and working climate on employee job satisfaction. The difference of this study with previous research is on the objects, variables, theories and the references.

The purpose of the research to find out the influence of work environment toward motivation and motivation effect to organizational commitment. The object which became analysis unit in this research are employees of textile industry X. This research is using verificative with explanatory survey as a method. Data collection technique used questionnaire with 180 respondents as sample. The result of this research found that the influence of work environment toward the motivation is 69,1% which was in the strong category. However, motivation affects to employee organizational commitment is 45,3% which was in the strong category. This research found out that if work environment is conducive, it will increase employee motivation. High motivation will build high organizational commitment. The employees who have high organizational commitment will do the job optimally and more responsible, so that the company could achieve the objectives.

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription the influence of knowledge management implementation toward employee performance in Bandung city revenue Management agency.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 74 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that knowledge managemnt in the category is good with a score 81,9% , and employee performence is in high category with a score 86%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding work dicipline, work culture and issues on organizatonal citizenship behavior. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of financial reward, occupational health and safety and job satisfactionDesign/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method and total of 66 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that the financial reward is in quite suitable category with a score of representative 70,8%, occupational health and safety is in the good category with a score of representative 79% and job satisfaction is in the high  category with a score of representative 78,5%.Originality/value - This study provides a basic understanding issues of financial rewards, occupational safety health and job satisfaction. The difference with the previous research is the variable of appreciation which examined the disability only for financial reward, the object of research studied in service sector, theory and reference used the latest theories.

Abstract: The problem of employee loyalty is still the main concern in the company. It is because there are still many people researching for half a decade that the main components of loyalty include strong beliefs, acceptance of organizational goals, willing to mobilize considerable effort on behalf of the organization and a desire to maintain membership in the organization. Employees who have loyalty to their work will work more effectively and efficiently so that they can optimize their performance and produce good output in the form of products and services. Employee loyalty is a problem that almost happened in every type of company both services and manufacturing in various countries. Starting from the tourism industry, restaurant industry, education industry, health industry, and others. The low employee loyalty toward the company is characterized by decreasing performance, increasing attendance and employee turnover. This occurred to PT. Rezeki Jaya Makmur Sentosa in Ciamis, where the level of employee loyalty has decreased every year, especially in 2014-2018. Surely this is far from the expectations of companies that want their employees to have high loyalty. This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the social work environment on employee loyalty (2) the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty (3) the influence of the social work environment and job satisfaction on employee loyalty. This study uses a quantitative method involving 36 respondents using saturated sampling with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) the influence of the social work environment on employee loyalty partially influences by 70.6% (2) the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty partially influential by 63.3% (3) the influence of social work environment and job satisfaction on employee loyalty simultaneously influences by 73.5%. This shows that the better the social work environment and job satisfaction, the higher the employee loyalty. This means that if the social work environment and good job satisfaction will be obtained optimal work output, so that employee loyalty can increase properly.
