Abstract

Upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dapat ditempuh melalui peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan kualitas sistem asesmennya. Kualitas pembelajaran sehingga dapat dilihat dari hasil asesmennya. Selanjutnya sistem asesmen yang baik akan mendorong pendidik untuk menentukan strategi mengajar yang baik dalam memotivasi peserta didik untuk belajar yang lebih baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan guru dalam implementasi asesmen proyek untuk menilai kreativitas anak di Taman Kanak-Kanak Tadika Puri Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penggunaan panduan observasi dan wawancara serta catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi, serta strategi komunikasi langsung. Sumber data Penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan data primer yaitu dari  empat guru dan tujuh belas siswa kelompok B TK Tadika Puri Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini di mulai dari bulan oktober sampai bulan desember 2023. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru mempunyai peranan dalam implementasi asesmen proyek untuk menilai kreativitas anak, terbukti guru menggunakan asesmen proyek,guru dapat mengetahui kemampuan kreativias setiap anak secara holistik.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran berbasis Visual Thinking Strategy merupakan salah satu bentuk media untuk  membangun pengetahuan secara kreatif pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi penggunaan, hambatan dan solusi, serta dampak penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Visual Thinking Strategy pada berpikir kritis pada Anak Usia Dini di TK Plus Al-Fadhilah. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan, dari bulan Juni hingga Agustus 2024.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah guru, dan anak. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis data dengan Miles Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Visual Thinking Strategy pada Anak Usia Dini di TK Plus Al-Fadhilah diantaranya memilih strategi yang tepat untuk tujuan pembelajaran, menyiapkan bahan-bahan dan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif serta memberikan instruksi yang jelas dan mudah dipahami, hambatan dan solusi penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Visual Thinking Strategy diantaranya masih kesulitan menemukan buku Silent Book, dengan solusi menambah pelatihan guru untuk pengembangan diskusi; dan dampak Visual Thinking Strategy pada Berpikir Kritis pada Anak Usia Dini di TK Plus Al-Fadhilah adalah anak menunjukkan kemampuan analitis yang lebih dalam dengan tidak hanya melihat gambar, tetapi juga menafsirkan maknanya.

Abstract

Background: Patient satisfaction is a key indicator for evaluating the quality of health care services. Various factors can influence patient satisfaction, ranging from demographic characteristics to attributes of public service delivery. However, studies on patient satisfaction in the Internal Medicine Outpatient Clinic at Kepahiang District General Hospital remain limited. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the factors associated with the level of patient satisfaction with services in the Internal Medicine Outpatient Clinic at Kepahiang District General Hospital in 2025. Methods: This research employed a quantitative analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 98 respondents were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis included chi-square tests for bivariate associations and multiple logistic regression for multivariate analysis with a significance level of α = 0.05. Results: The findings revealed that all service-related variables—requirements, procedures, service completion time, costs/fees, service product specifications, staff competence, staff behavior, complaint handling, and facilities and infrastructure—were significantly associated with patient satisfaction (p < 0.05). The dominant factors influencing patient satisfaction were staff competence and staff behavior, both of which were strongly related to patients’ experiences in receiving care. Conclusion: Patient satisfaction is influenced by the synergy of all service aspects; therefore, quality improvement efforts must be comprehensive, integrative, and sustainable. This study recommends that hospitals strengthen the competence of health care providers, improve facilities and infrastructure, and simplify administrative processes to enhance patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Learning media are instruments that help deliver knowledge or messages by using the senses of sight, sound, and touch. Learning resources are crucial for assisting students in picking up new knowledge and abilities. The dearth of educational media in schools often makes it difficult for students to increase their enthusiasm in learning. Analyzing the requirements, viability, and usefulness of creating Picture Story Book (Flipbook) learning materials for the Heroes curriculum for Grade IV at MIS Kaduaja Tana Toraja is the goal of this study. Using the ADDIE development model, this study employs an R&D (Research and Development) methodology. The five phases of the ADDIE development model are as follows: (1) analysis; (2) design; (3) development; (4) implementation; and (5) evaluation. Twenty pupils and a teacher served as the study's subjects. A picture story book (Flipbook) with presentation-style learning materials about Tana Toraja heroes was created as a result of this study, which was carried out at MIS Kaduaja Tana Toraja. Tests, questionnaires, interviews, and observations were the methods utilized to collect the data, which were subsequently subjected to both qualitative and quantitative analysis. According to the study's findings, students require a picture book with vibrant illustrations. According to the criteria, the flipbook storybook media satisfies the requirements for validity and has reached a practical level. Picture Story Book (Flipbook) was validated by three experts as validators including language experts 70% (Valid), material experts 86% (valid), and design experts 72.5% (valid). Meanwhile, for the practical results involving 20 students and a fourth grade homeroom teacher as research subjects obtained very positive values with results of 78.3% of students and 90.38% of fourth grade teachers with a very practical level of practicality. Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of flannel board media and word cards in developing early childhood reading skills at IT HASMI Kindergarten, Tamansari District, Bogor. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which focuses on direct observation of the learning process. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies, and analyzed with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the use of flannel board and word card media has a positive impact in increasing children's learning engagement and enthusiasm. This media allows children to learn interactively, so they are more active in asking, answering and solving problems. In addition, flannelboard and word card media help children recognize letters, syllables and words in a fun way, thus improving their reading skills. Despite some shortcomings, such as the limited capacity of the flannel board and the risk of damage to the word cards, this study found that both media can be used effectively in learning to read. Teachers at HASMI Kindergarten plan the use of these media carefully, considering the material being taught and the activities that support children's active participation. The study concludes that the use of flannel board and word card media not only improves children's reading skills, but also creates a fun and interactive learning atmosphere. Thus, this study makes an important contribution in the development of effective learning methods for early childhood, as well as being a reference for educators in designing more interesting and useful learning activities.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengenai penguatan komunikasi publik aparatur desa dilaksanakan di Kampung Gandrung, Desa Jambudipa, Kecamatan Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, pada 18 Agustus hingga 12 September 2025. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi publik aparatur desa agar mampu menciptakan interaksi yang lebih terbuka, partisipatif, dan harmonis dengan masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap perizinan dan koordinasi dengan perangkat desa, sosialisasi program kepada masyarakat, diskusi interaktif antara aparatur dan warga, serta pemanfaatan momentum peringatan HUT RI untuk memperkuat solidaritas sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya perubahan positif baik dari sisi aparatur maupun masyarakat. Aparatur desa lebih terbuka dalam mendengarkan aspirasi dan merespons dengan empati, sementara warga semakin berani menyampaikan pendapat secara langsung. Kehadiran aparatur dalam kegiatan sosial mempererat kedekatan emosional, mengurangi jarak sosial, dan mendorong terciptanya hubungan yang egaliter. Selain itu, terbentuk kanal komunikasi sederhana melalui media digital yang membantu mempercepat distribusi informasi. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa komunikasi publik yang baik berperan penting dalam mengurangi potensi kesalahpahaman, memperkuat rasa kebersamaan, serta mendukung tercapainya tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang transparan dan akuntabel.

Abstract

Rendahnya minat peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran karena kurangnya bahan ajar yang digunakan oleh pendidik. Skripsi ini membahas tentang E-Modul berbantu Flipbook Materi Kegiatan Ekonomi Terintegrasi Nilai-Nilai Kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan peserta didik, mendeskripsikan desain, mendeskripsikan kepraktisan, mendeskripsikan keefektivan dengan E-Modul pembelajaran materi kegiatan ekonomi. Jenis penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development ( R & D ) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu : (1) analisis, (2) desain, (3) pengembangan, (4) implementasi, (5) evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, angket dan lembar tes yang diberikan kepada pendidik dan peserta didik. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu pendidik dan peserta didik kelas V MI 04 Murante. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan produk E-Modul berbantu flipbook materi kegiatan ekonomi terintegrasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal kelas V MI 04 Murante, Kec. Suli Kab. Luwu. Analisis kebutuhan peserta didik membutuhkan sebuah bahan ajar yang lebih menarik untuk menambah minat belajar, Desain E-Modul dilakukan di aplikasi canva dan bantuan flipbook untuk membuat tampilan lembaran yang dapat berpindah-pindah pada E-Modul. Divalidasi oleh 3 validator, yaitu validator materi dengan nilai 87,5% (sangat valid), validator media 90% (sangat valid), validator bahasa 92% (sangat valid). Untuk hasil uji kepraktisan guru diperoleh nilai sebesar 96% (sangat praktis), hasil uji kepraktisan peserta didik diperoleh nilai 90% (sangat praktis). Untuk hasil uji efektivitas diperoleh ≥75 nilai 88% hingga diketahui E-Modul berbantu flipbook materi kegiatan ekonomi terintegrasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal sangat efektif untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and critical thinking have been incorporated into elementary school Natural and Social Science (IPAS) learning, although this integration is still limited. This study describes the application of ESD principles and examines the development of critical thinking in grade IV IPAS learning. A case study approach with a qualitative method with six grade IV teachers in Moyudan District, Sleman. Collect data through interviews, classroom observations, and document studies, then analyze using Miles and Huberman’s (1984) framework. The results show that ESD integration is limited to the IPAS subject and has not influenced school programs or culture. Students’ critical thinking competencies developed unevenly, with the analysis of information indicator emerging as the most prominent (43.7%), while the reflection on perspectives indicator showed no development. Limited worksheets further constrained students’ independence, making them reliant on teacher guidance. A whole-school strategy, problem-and project-based learning resources, and institutional support are all necessary, according to these findings. In addition to providing educators with helpful advice, the study demonstrates that Indonesian elementary schools continue to favor analytical skills when implementing ESD.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan salah satu dari penerapan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang dalam pelaksanaannya memberikan kontribusi positif kepada masyarakat. Pelaksanaan PKM ini mengambil judul “Pelatihan Penerapan IPTEK Bagi Kemajuan Karang Taruna Di Taman Bacaan Perigi Sawangan Depok.” Metode yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah workshop atau pelatihan tentang pentingnya penerapan Iptek bagi kemajuan karang taruna. Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berjalan dengan sangat lancar dan seluruh peserta yang hadir dipastikan mendapatkan pemahaman materi dengan cukup baik. Pada akhir sesi pelatihan peserta diberikan juga praktek sederhana guna menunjang kemampuan implementasi penerapan Iptek yang baik. Sebagai penyempurnaan dan memastikan kemampuan peserta dalam menerapkan materi secara maksimal, akan dilakukan tahapan evaluasi secara berkala dari tim dosen dan praktisi pengajar PKM.

Abstract

Conflict is an inevitable part of social and organizational life. In a work environment such as a village office, conflict can arise due to various factors, including differences in interests, ineffective communication, or differences in perception. In this context, the approach used to resolve conflict is greatly influenced by the characteristics of the individuals involved, such as age, gender, education level, and work experience. This is important to understand, especially in Hikun Village Tabalong Regency which has diverse demographic characteristics among its staff and the community it serves. This study aims to analyze the views, solutions, and types of negotiations used in resolving conflicts in Hikun Village based on the demographic characteristics of the local community. The research approach used is quantitative with a survey method. The number of research samples was 115 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique, namely convenience sampling. Data analysis used descriptive statistics through frequency tabulation and crosstabulation with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study showed that the dominant view of conflict based on demographic characteristics was interactional, the dominant conflict solution was compromise, and the dominant type of negotiation was integrative. This study shows that communities are more likely to use a cooperative approach in dealing with and resolving conflicts.
