Abstract

Breast milk is the perfect and best food because it contains the nutritional elements needed for the optimal growth and development of babies. Breastfeeding is an important component in efforts to prevent stunting in toddlers. The prevalence of stunting in Karawang Regency in 2021 was 20.6%, in 2022 and only decreased to 12.9% in 2023. Several reasons, including a lack of understanding about the lactation or breastfeeding process cause mothers who do not provide exclusive breastfeeding. Posyandu cadres are one of the drivers of improving maternal and child health. Therefore, community service has been carried out in the form of cadre training through providing education about the lactation process and lactation management practices in Cadaskertajaya Village, Telagasari District, Karawang Regency to prevent stunting. The result was an increase in respondents' knowledge after receiving education. So it will be useful for cadres to increase the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers to increase the success of mothers providing exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

AbstractThe critical thinking of children in Indonesia is still below average. We must take responsibility together. In essence, critical thinking can help children solve problems and make the right decisions in dealing with problems in life. One way to develop critical thinking skills is through the use of the Read Aloud method. This study aims to describe naturally the various situations and conditions that occur and analyze how the use of the Read Aloud method in developing children's critical thinking through storybook reading activities at Bunga Bangsa Kindergarten, Purwakarta, West Java. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with research subjects of children aged 4-6 years. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman method. The results illustrate that Read Aload can develop children's critical thinking through solutive comments or ideas, the initiative to ask questions and the ability of children to relate the contents of the story to real life.

Abstract

Strengthening religious moderation at the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) level is a necessity, because they are in a period of development and growth as a foundation for later life. This research aims to explore the learning of national insight at RA Muslimat NU 007 Gandu I in order to strengthen religious moderation. This type of research is qualitative. The research method used is descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles & Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the research show, first: learning national insight can strengthen religious moderation, this is shown by children being able to understand the concept of love for the country, the concept of nation and state, the concept of Pancasila as the ideology of the nation and state, as well as the concept of being willing to sacrifice and defend the country. Second: The strategy used consists of two parts, namely through learning materials, especially on the theme of Love for the Motherland and through school programs, both intracurricular and extracurricular.

Abstract

Money Politic sebagai bentuk kejahatan pemilu yg menjadi kebiasaan buruk mewarnai demokrasi Indonesia, esensi demokrasi dalam pilkada adalah hubungan kontraktual antara kandidat calon bupati dan wakil bupati dengan partai politik dan konstituen, politik uang uang menjadi satu benteng yg harus dirobohkan karena akan menciderai tananan sistem hukum dalam pilkada Indosia, permasalahannya adalah bagaimana solusi dalam mencegah terjadinya transaksi politik uang dalam pilkada proses analisis yang menjadi alternatif adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan data empirik histori, melalui sosialisasi, dan tatap muka, pengamatan partisipan dan jumlah partisipasi dari konteks politik uang, peran lembaga dalam proses edukasi penyadaran massa lewat pintu partai dan tokoh masyarakat menjadi satu alternatif solusi untuk menutup jalur pelanggaran hukum pemilu, di sisi lain kesadaran masyarakt dan partai politik serta calonlah yang sangat memegang Peran dalam memutus mata rantai penyebaran transaksi money politic.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by chronic lack of nutritional intake. Many factors cause stunting, namely low socioeconomic status, food insecurity, nutritional status of mothers during pregnancy, low birth weight, parenting, nutritional status, sanitation and water availability. This study aims to determine how to prevent stunting in toddlers. Methods, this review is carried out in stages: determining PICO questions (Problem, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome), case control, article search, assessment of relevant articles, and article analysis and synthesis. Relevant articles are searched through an electronic database, namely Google Scholar using the keyword "stunting prevention in toddlers" in Indonesian and English Twelve articles were selected based on inclusion criteria: the date of publication was 5 years old. The years 2018 to 2023 discuss "Efforts to Prevent Stunting in Toddlers". In English and Indonesian, full text, open access, and is an academic journal. In conclusion, the prevention and reduction of stunting rates is a joint responsibility of all parties, namely parents, health workers and the government. Therefore, maternal knowledge, parenting, and nutritional status are modifiable factors, while low birth weight can be prevented.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the sub-focus: the implementation of the full-day school program at Al Muslim Kindergarten in stimulating children's independence, the obstacles and solutions in implementing the full-day school program, the impact of the full-day school program on children's independence development, and parental involvement. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Research subjects: the principal, teachers, students, and parents of Kindergarten B Khalid. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses an interactive model. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the full day school program at Al Muslim Kindergarten features a comprehensive curriculum, including religious education (Tilawati, Tahfizh, prayer habits, daily prayers), habituation programs, and specialized programs; teachers have the flexibility in classroom management, and the entire school community actively participates in fostering children's independence, supported by adequate facilities; the challenges faced include insufficient parental support for the school program; the positive impacts of the full day program on children include the establishment of positive habits, getting used to activities according to their schedule, becoming more independent in taking care of themselves, being able to express their needs, taking more responsibility for their activities, being more creative and proactive, easily socializing, being disciplined, better able to respect others, more confident, and willing to perform in front of many people; the role of parents includes the obligation to understand the school program and to reinforce positive habits at home.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang ada adalah melalui pendidikan. Akibat dari Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan diterapkannya kebijakan Work From Home yaitu menganti proses KBM dengan mengunakan daring. Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan merupakan pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mendidik generasi muda menjadi warga negara yang demokratis dan membangun warga negara yang memahami dan mampu melaksanakan hak-hak dan kewajibannya sebagai warganegara. Melihat tujuan tersebut, tentunya sebagai seorang guru dapat menyampaikan materi pembelajaran dengan baik tidak terkendala. Dalam pembelajaran daring, materi PPKn banyak kendala terjadi, tidak saja guru tetapi orang tua memiliki andil dalam mendampingi anak-anaknya sehingga mereka dapat melihat langsung perkembangan kemampuan anaknya dalam belajar di rumah. Peran Teknologi dan informasi adalah sumber dan bahan ajar atau alat bantu serta fasilitas pembelajaran pada masa pandemi. Pembelajaran daring dapat dipermudah proses pembelajaran karena berbagai aplikasi dan plarform belajar online. Banyak persoalan-persoalan orang tua dalam mendampingi anak dalam pembelajaran daring. Di Desa Jaya Mekar Kecamatan Padalarang KBB, berlatar belakang pendidikan mayoritas lulusan SD, pekerjaan sebagai petani, berkebun, dan kerajikan cobek tentunya hal ini tak mudah untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang berbasis teknologi seperti sekarang ini. Dari penghasilan orang tuapun tentunya dapat terukur dan bukan penghasilan tetap yang terkadang turun dan naik. Kendala lain dengan alat komunikasi berbasis teknologi, kuota, dan jaringan karena letak geografis wilayah yang tidak memadai dan memungkinkan untuk bebas berselancar menggunakan aplikasi. Akan tetapi orang tua tetap mendampingi anak sesuai kemampuan yang dipunyai terutama menanamkan nilai-nilai moral yang baik kepada anak selama pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. SMJ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif.   Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 68 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah positif dan signifikan, kemudian terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah positif dan signifikan dan pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Patient safety culture is an important multidimensional concept in healthcare. Despite efforts to improve safety culture, there are still many preventable medical incidents. Nurses play a vital role in maintaining patient safety due to the intensity and duration of their interactions with patients. This study aims to improve nurses' knowledge of patient safety culture through comprehensive training, so as to reduce adverse events and improve the quality of health services. The training was conducted online on April 5-6, 2024 with 243 participants from various hospitals in Karawang Regency. The activity included pre-test, material delivery, case study simulation, and post-test to measure the participants' knowledge improvement. The results showed that there was a significant increase in nurses' knowledge of patient safety culture after the training. The pre-test and post-test showed that the training was effective in improving nurses' understanding and competence related to patient safety. It can be concluded that the patient safety culture training for nurses is effective and able to improve nurses' knowledge and skills in maintaining patient safety. With this improvement, it is expected that nurses can optimally implement patient safety culture, reduce the risk of adverse events, and improve the quality of health services in hospitals.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a physiological process, but during pregnancy pregnant women need midwifery care to evaluate their health and pregnancy conditions. Midwifes a care provider who can strive to improve the mother's health during pregnancy. Prenatal yoga is able reduces the physical discomfort of pregnant women and can make the mother's mood and Nutrition is very influential on brain growth and development. Rapid brain growth occurs in 2 phases. The first phase is at 15-20 weeks of gestation and the second phase is 30 weeks to 18 months after the baby is born.. The aim of community service activities is to reduce discomfort during pregnancy and prepare the mother's body for a comfortable birth and preparation for good lactation. This service activity was carried out in the Polindes room, Waung Village, Baron District, Nganjuk Regency at 09.00-11.00 on 14 – 16 September 2023. Participants in the activity were 10 pregnant women in the third trimester. The activity began with a speech from the head of the Baron Community Health Center, followed by the practice of pregnancy yoga and education on balanced nutrition for pregnant women. As a result of this activity, pregnant women understood the importance of balanced nutrition during pregnancy and their bodies felt healthy. The importance of maintaining health through pregnancy yoga and balanced nutrition as an effort to maintain health and prepare for lactation.
