Abstract

Media yang digunakan untuk mengenalkan bilangan pada anak usia dini  belum variatif, masih terbatas pada memberikan pengetahuan lambang bilangan, belum berdampak pada keterampilan dalam menggunakannya pada kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga kurang bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan KALPIN (Kalender Pintar) sebagai media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran mengenal lambang bilangan pada anak usia 4-6 tahun di Pacet Kabupaten Bandung pada bulan Desember 2024 sampai Februari 2025. Media ini mengenalkan lambang bilangan dan penggunaannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti tanggal dan tahun, serta membantu anak memahami konsep waktu melalui angka secara lebih bermakna. Pendekatan model ADDIE digunakan dalam penelitian ini, mencakup tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, dan implementasi pada skala terbatas. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi meliputi instrumen wawancara kepala sekolah dan guru serta instrumen observasi pembelajaran. Analisis data menggunakan skala likert dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media KALPIN (Kalender Pintar) berdasarkan validasi ahli materi mendapat skor 87%, ahli media memperoleh skor 86% dan praktisi  skor 97% berada pada kategori sangat layak. Pada saat implementasi terbatas hasil observasi pembelajaran memperoleh nilai rata-rata 83% dengan kategori baik dan hasil respon guru 96% pada kategori sangat baik sehingga dapat disimpulkan media KALPIN dapat digunakan sebagai media belajar dalam mengenalkan lambang bilangan pada anak usia 4-6 tahun di Pacet Kabupaten Bandung

Abstract

Background Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major global health problem with high rates of morbidity and mortality, particularly in developing countries like Indonesia. One of the main challenges in TB control is the low treatment adherence among patients undergoing long-term therapy. Objective This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing tuberculosis medication adherence among patients at Lesung Batu Community Health Center.. Methods A quantitative cross-sectional study was conducted from May 8 to 27, 2025, involving 56 TB patients registered at the Lesung Batu Health Center. Total sampling was used. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire based on the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) and analyzed using Chi-square and multivariate logistic regression. Results Only 51.8% of respondents were adherent to TB medication. Bivariate analysis showed that gender (p=0.01), distance to health facilities (p=0.01), and family support (p=0.00) had significant associations with adherence. Multivariate analysis revealed family support as the most dominant factor (OR=0.16, 95% CI=0.05–0.51), indicating that patients without family support were 6.25 times more likely to be non-adherent. Conclusion Family support, proximity to health services, and male gender significantly influenced TB medication adherence. Interventions should focus on increasing family involvement and improving access to care for patients in remote areas. Primary healthcare providers are advised to implement community-based strategies that include home visits, family counseling, and cross-sectoral collaboration to enhance adherence and improve treatment outcomes.

Abstract

The objectives of the Indonesian state are explicitly defined in the preamble to the 1945 Constitution, namely to defend the entire Indonesian nation and all Indonesian bloodshed, advance the welfare of the people, educate the nation's life, and contribute to implementing world order. Therefore, the State builds a government system that strives to achieve the overall and sustainable objectives of the state based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. The subject of education quality remains a critical concern addressed by the Indonesian state. The gap in education quality, both across regions, between private and public educational institutions, and other issues continue to be raised and become a passive discussion that appears in the public arena. In order to improve the quality of education, in 2005 the government released Indonesian Regulation number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards, this regulation is the government's effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Government regulations state: 1. The learning process in an educational unit is held interactively, inspiringly, fun, challenging, motivating students to achieve actively and providing sufficient space for initiative, creativity and independence in accordance with the talents, interests and physical and psychological development of students, 2. In the learning process, educators are required to be able to provide examples (as role models, good examples for students), 3. Each educational unit plans the learning process, implements the learning process, assesses learning outcomes, and supervises the learning process for the implementation of an active and dynamic learning process. (Moh. Saifulloh, Zainul Muhibbin, 2012). This study aims to explore the implementation of human resource management (HRM) in the context of educational law in Indonesia. Considering the important role of human resources in improving the quality of education, this study will examine how educational policies and regulations can influence HR management practices in educational institutions. Through data analysis and case studies, it is hoped that this study can provide useful recommendations for the development of more effective educational policies. This research is by collecting data with Internet sources and other literary sources and then concluding based on existing data. The product of this research is a national journal with issn.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis Articulate Storyline pada materi bagian tubuh tumbuhan untuk siswa kelas IV SD. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Tahap analisis dilakukan melalui wawancara guru dan penyebaran angket kebutuhan siswa di SDN 41 Batu Putih Kota Palopo, yang menunjukkan perlunya inovasi media pembelajaran interaktif. Proses pengembangan media melalui validasi oleh ahli media, bahasa, dan materi menghasilkan persentase validitas berturut-turut 84%, 90%, dan 89% dengan kategori sangat valid. Uji praktikalitas media menunjukkan respons sangat praktis dengan persentase 87% dari uji coba terbatas dan 97% dari guru kelas IV. Efektivitas media dibuktikan melalui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, dengan skor rata-rata pretest 71,75% meningkat menjadi 85,75% pada posttest. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran berbasis Articulate Storyline yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran materi bagian tubuh tumbuhan di kelas IV SD.

Abstract

Introduction: The digital economy has transformed legal structures, especially in insolvency law, where digital companies often treat personal data as a core asset. However, Law Number 37 of 2004 on Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations lacks specific provisions regarding personal data, while Law Number 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection does not address how data should be treated in bankruptcy. This regulatory gap risks the exploitation of personal data by creditors or curators, potentially violating constitutional rights.Purposes of the Research: This study aims to examine the legal consequences of the absence of clear regulations on personal data in bankruptcy cases and propose legal solutions to protect data subjects’ rights within digital insolvency proceedings.Methods of the Research: The research employs a normative juridical approach, combining statutory and conceptual analyses. It examines relevant Indonesian laws and draws comparisons with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to understand international best practices. Legal materials are analyzed qualitatively.Results Main Findings of the Research: The study proposes recognizing personal data as a sui generis legal object in bankruptcy proceedings, requiring distinct legal treatment and safeguards. It highlights the role of the Commercial Court in protecting data subjects’ rights and suggests amending the UUK-PKPU, issuing Supreme Court guidelines, and promoting interagency coordination. This research contributes a normative model to integrate personal data protection within Indonesia’s digital insolvency framework, ensuring constitutional rights remain upheld in the digital era.

Abstract

Background Hypertension is one of the leading non-communicable diseases with increasing prevalence, including among the productive age group. Several risk factors such as age, occupation, body weight, family history, smoking habits, physical activity, and fruit and vegetable consumption are suspected to influence the incidence of hypertension. Objective This study aimed to analyze the factors affecting the incidence of hypertension among productive age individuals in the working area of Muara Beliti Public Health Center in 2025. Methods This was a quantitative study using a cross-sectional approach. A total of 93 respondents aged 16–64 years were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and medical records, then analyzed using Chi-Square and multivariate logistic regression tests. Results The results showed significant relationships between age (p=0.031), body weight (p=0.001), smoking habits (p=0.030), physical activity (p=0.016), and fruit and vegetable consumption (p=0.011) with the incidence of hypertension. No significant relationship was found between occupation and family history with hypertension. Multivariate analysis revealed that physical activity was the most dominant factor (p=0.002; OR=4.80; 95% CI=1.80–12.80). Conclusion Physical activity is the most dominant factor influencing the incidence of hypertension among the productive age population.Health interventions should prioritize increasing physical activity, promoting healthy eating habits, and controlling other risk factors to reduce the incidence of hypertension among productive age individuals.

Abstract

Background: The Intrauterine Device (IUD) is one of the most effective long-acting reversible contraceptives, yet its utilization remains low in Indonesia, including at Gumawang Community Health Center, Ogan Komering Ulu Timur District. Predisposing factors such as knowledge, beliefs, and cultural perceptions are believed to contribute to the low uptake of IUDs. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing IUD use among women of reproductive age. Methods: A qualitative study with a phenomenological approach was conducted to explore participants’ experiences and perceptions. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions (FGDs) involving 17 informants, including IUD acceptors, non-IUD acceptors, unmet need groups, health workers, and family planning program officers. Data analysis employed reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, supported by source triangulation to ensure trustworthiness. Results: Three major themes emerged: (1) knowledge—variations in understanding IUD definition, duration, benefits, and side effects; (2) beliefs—dominated by fear, shame, and mixed religious views; and (3) culture—community myths and narratives surrounding IUD safety that shape perceptions negatively. These findings demonstrate that misinformation and limited exposure strongly influence decision-making regarding IUD adoption. Conclusion: Knowledge, beliefs, and cultural perceptions significantly affect women’s decisions to use IUDs. Strengthening health education, counseling, and partnerships with community and religious leaders is essential to counter misinformation and improve IUD acceptance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Game Based Learning terintegrasi permainan tradisional kartu kuartet pada materi sinonim dan antonim untuk peserta didik Fase C di SDN 44 Rampoang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ASSURE, yang terdiri atas enam tahap: Analyze Learner, State Objectives, Select, Modify, or Design Materials, Utilize Materials, Require Learner Response, dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian adalah 25 peserta didik kelas V. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, angket, serta tes pretest dan posttest. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa. Hasil validasi menunjukkan kategori sangat valid dengan skor ahli media 86,5%, ahli bahasa 84,0%, dan ahli materi 77,7%. Uji efektivitas menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan hasil belajar peserta didik, dengan rata-rata skor pretest 42,4 dan posttest 86,2 serta nilai N-Gain 0,78 (kategori tinggi). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan efektif meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran materi sinonim dan antonim.

Abstract

Upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dapat ditempuh melalui peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan kualitas sistem asesmennya. Kualitas pembelajaran sehingga dapat dilihat dari hasil asesmennya. Selanjutnya sistem asesmen yang baik akan mendorong pendidik untuk menentukan strategi mengajar yang baik dalam memotivasi peserta didik untuk belajar yang lebih baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan guru dalam implementasi asesmen proyek untuk menilai kreativitas anak di Taman Kanak-Kanak Tadika Puri Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penggunaan panduan observasi dan wawancara serta catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi, serta strategi komunikasi langsung. Sumber data Penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan data primer yaitu dari  empat guru dan tujuh belas siswa kelompok B TK Tadika Puri Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini di mulai dari bulan oktober sampai bulan desember 2023. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru mempunyai peranan dalam implementasi asesmen proyek untuk menilai kreativitas anak, terbukti guru menggunakan asesmen proyek,guru dapat mengetahui kemampuan kreativias setiap anak secara holistik.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran berbasis Visual Thinking Strategy merupakan salah satu bentuk media untuk  membangun pengetahuan secara kreatif pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi penggunaan, hambatan dan solusi, serta dampak penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Visual Thinking Strategy pada berpikir kritis pada Anak Usia Dini di TK Plus Al-Fadhilah. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan, dari bulan Juni hingga Agustus 2024.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah guru, dan anak. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis data dengan Miles Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Visual Thinking Strategy pada Anak Usia Dini di TK Plus Al-Fadhilah diantaranya memilih strategi yang tepat untuk tujuan pembelajaran, menyiapkan bahan-bahan dan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif serta memberikan instruksi yang jelas dan mudah dipahami, hambatan dan solusi penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Visual Thinking Strategy diantaranya masih kesulitan menemukan buku Silent Book, dengan solusi menambah pelatihan guru untuk pengembangan diskusi; dan dampak Visual Thinking Strategy pada Berpikir Kritis pada Anak Usia Dini di TK Plus Al-Fadhilah adalah anak menunjukkan kemampuan analitis yang lebih dalam dengan tidak hanya melihat gambar, tetapi juga menafsirkan maknanya.
