This study aims to provide educational resources in the form of worksheets based on Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) principles and focus on the topic of equal fractions. The main criteria for these resources are validity, feasibility, and effectiveness. The development methodology employed in this study is the ADDIE model, which encompasses the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The participants of this study consisted of 14 pupils enrolled in class IV at SDM Alam Surakarta. The assessment tools employed consisted of assessments on student learning outcomes about equivalent fractions and supplementary materials in the form of questionnaires, interview guides, and observation sheets. The examination of the data reveals that the learning tools have achieved a high level of validity, falling inside the extremely valid category, with an average score of 4.26. The feasibility test for the LKS, conducted by the assisting instructor, yielded an average score of 4.4. The pupils' performance on the LKS assessment yielded an average score of 4.89, placing them in the "very feasible" category. The classical student learning outcomes achieved a completeness of 85.71%, as evidenced by an average score of 80.35. Notably, 12 students attained a complete score. There is a noticeable upward trend in student engagement during each learning session. The findings from the data analysis conducted on instructors' competencies in managing RME-based learning revealed an average score of 92, indicating a high level of proficiency. Students who were qualitatively integrated into the eligibility questionnaire also expressed positive responses. Therefore, learning tools based on Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) exhibit high validity, feasibility, and effectiveness in educational settings, as they have been empirically demonstrated to enhance students' mathematical proficiency.

A dedicated and hardworking teacher consistently achieves better results in overcoming challenges and achieving educational goals. It is also important to consider ways to improve the effectiveness of education as well as teacher well-being in schools and educational institutions. The purpose of this study was to understand the role of teacher well-being as a mediating factor between principal leadership, and teacher commitment in relation to teacher performance. The population of this study was teachers of SMP Karasidenan Banyumas and the sample was collected using axial sampling techniques and open questionnaires and the sample used was 240 respondents. The findings of the study indicate that there is an influence of principal leadership, teacher commitment, and teacher well-being that have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher well-being , but is different from the results of teacher commitment which has a negative but significant effect on teacher well-being . This study also shows that teacher well-being can be a mediating factor in the influence of principal leadership but is not significant, while teacher commitment itself has a negative and insignificant effect.

This research is motivated by the demand for educational institutions to create quality human resources. Regulation of the Minister of National Education No. 63 of 2009 concerning the quality assurance system for education in Indonesia serves as a reference for regulating quality limits, quality assurance objectives, and quality level references. This study aims to improve the quality of education and identify its inhibiting factors at SD Muhammadiyah Alam Surya Mentari Surakarta. This research method is qualitative. Data collection was done by observation, interview, and documentation. The data validity technique uses source and method triangulation. The data analysis technique in this research has three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the strategies to improve the quality of education carried out by SD Muhammadiyah Alam Surya Mentari are: 1) Adopting four curricula, 2) Improving student achievement, both academic and non-academic, 3) Improving infrastructure facilities through a) minimum educator standards of S1, b) straightforward programs and division of tasks, c) adequate infrastructure, d) an environment that supports the learning process, e) foundation and community support. At the same time, the inhibiting factors are the large number of students and the lack of technology-based learning facilities in the classroom. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya tuntutan bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional No 63 Tahun 2009 tentang sistem penjaminan mutu Pendidikan di Indonesia menjadi acuan dalam mengatur batasan mutu, tujuan penjaminan mutu dan acuan tingkatan mutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan faktor penghambatnya di SD Muhammadiyah Alam Surya Mentari Surakarta. Metode penelitian ini ialah kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini ada tiga tahapan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh SD Muhammadiyah Alam Surya Mentari yaitu: 1) Mengadopsi empat kurikulum, 2) Meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik baik akademik maupun non akademik, 3) Meningkatkan sarana prasarana melalui: a) standard pendidik minimal S1, b) program dan pembagian tugas yang jelas, c) sarana prasarana yang memadai, d) lingkungan yang mendukung proses pembelajaran, e) dukungan yayasan dan masyarakat. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu jumlah peserta didik yang banyak dan minimnya fasilitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di kelas. Kata Kunci: Mutu pendidikan; sekolah dasar; strategi pendidikan

This study focuses on the efforts to cultivate reading literacy in the Indonesian language learning at MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research involves the principal, second and fifth-grade teachers, and library staff as the main informants. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The results show that MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar has implemented various literacy programs since 2017, including a 15-minute reading habit before lessons begin, the development of reading corners in each class, and the optimization of the school library as a literacy center. The stages of literacy cultivation are carried out through three main phases: habituation, development, and learning. Each phase involves activities that support students' reading interest, such as read-aloud sessions, book discussions, and reading reflection writing. However, this study also identifies several challenges, such as low student reading interest and limited access to engaging reading materials. To address these challenges, MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar engages the active role of the entire school community, including teachers, the principal, and parents in supporting the literacy program. Additionally, rewarding students who are active in literacy activities is one of the strategies to enhance reading interest.

Quality of Education is the ability or competence of Educational Institutions in utilizing and managing educational resources, which are used to improve students' learning abilities as optimally as possible. Quality education is education that is able to carry out the process of maturing the quality of students which is developed by freeing students from ignorance, incompetence, helplessness, unrighteousness, and from bad morals and faith. Since its inception, SMA Muhammadiyah Purwodadi has been committed to guaranteeing the quality of education units. Guarantees carried out thoroughly from the input, process, output, and outcome. The input of resources at SMA Muhammadiyah Purwodadi is very adequate in terms of quantity and quality, except for the interaction of students who are only sufficiently capable with a range of values of 75.00-83.00. Analyzed from the process, SMA Muhammadiyah Purwodadi is committed to carrying out learning very well. The analysis was carried out at the learning preparation stage with the availability of learning administrative documents, the learning implementation process and the assessment process. Analysis of the output shows that a number of students who took part in education at the end of class XII have successfully passed 100%. Besides that, the achievements of the SMA Muhammadiyah Purwodadi students were also very encouraging. However, these achievements are not too significant for academic achievements. Judging from the outcome, on average almost 30% of SMA Muhammadiyah Purwodadi graduates are absorbed in tertiary institutions, both public and private universities. SMA Muhammadiyah Purwodadi does not yet have data on the achievements of its graduates while studying at tertiary institutions for the next outcome analysis process.

The spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19) causes all activities and learning activities to be carried out from home. The home visit program is one of the programs at TK Ar-Rahman Tasikmadu Karanganyar in the new normal era. The purpose of this study was to describe the home visit program in strengthening the development of religious and moral values in early childhood in Kindergarten Ar-Rahman Tasikmadu Karanganyar. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were group A TK Ar-Rahman. Data analysis using a model developed by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that in the new normal era, the development of religious and moral values in the TK A group in TK Ar-Rahman went well through the home visit program. The home visit program procedure consists of: planning, implementing, evaluating, and analyzing the results of the evaluation, follow-up, and reports. The aspect of religion being developed is that children can know their religion, children can imitate worship movements in the right order, children can say prayers before and/or after doing something, children can say greetings and return greetings. While the moral aspects include: children can recognize good, polite, and bad behavior, and children can get used to behaving well.

Pendidikan merupakan hal pokok dan mendasar di era global saat ini. Optimalisasi pendidikan dilakukan dengan berbagai cara. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran adalah mengimplementasikan model dan pendekatan pembelajaran. Problem Based Learning (PBL) merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang dinilai dapat memberikan banyak dampak positif terhadap peserta didik sebab model pembelajaran ini menuntut kemampuan berfikir siswa dalam menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis uji dua pihak dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Purwodadi dan SMPN 3 Karangrayung. Penelitian memasukkan unsur Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) sebagai salah satu variabel kontrol. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai matematika pada siswa yang berada di SRA dengan perlakuan pembelajaran PBL lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan peserta didik yang tidak berada di lingkungan sekolah SRA dan tidak mendapatkan metode pembelajaran PBL. Penggunaan PBL juga diketahui dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam komunikasi matematis.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the reading literacy movement through intracurricular and extracurricular activities at the habituation stage and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the school reading literacy movement through intracurricular and extracurricular activities at SDN 3 Glingangan. This type of research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach, the subject of this research is Principals, Teachers, Students, data analysis techniques in this study using Miles and Huberman models. The data validity technique in this study used trigulation of techniques and sources. Based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation. From the results of research on the implementation of the reading literacy movement in schools through Intracurricular and Extracurricular Cultivation has been carried out, supporting factors in the form of awareness of school residents about the importance of reading literacy culture, student awareness, the existence of reading literacy facilities and infrastructure such as school library, reading corner, there are posters and wall magazines in the school environment, regular visits to the library, socialization of the reading literacy movement program and parental participation in reading literacy, Inhibiting factors include incomplete book collections, some reading corners have not used bookshelves .

Feedback is crucial in the writing learning process, as it enables students to enhance the quality of their work after receiving input from their teacher. Nonetheless, lecturers do not completely grasp the essence of writing education. This study seeks to explore lecturer' beliefs about teaching writing through feedback, describe how these beliefs are applied in teaching practices, and identify any discrepancies between these beliefs and what occurs in the classroom. This research employs a qualitative methodology through a case study. Data were collected via interviews with teachers and students, along with learning observations, and were then analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative methods through descriptive statistics. The findings of the study suggest that feedback plays a vital role in teaching writing, particularly when complemented by Merdeka curriculum centered on outcome-based learning. The different types of feedback used in learning include written feedback, conferencing, and peer feedback. The roles that lecturers take on include facilitator, provider of feedback, and coordinator. The disparity that arises pertains solely to the lecturer's role in providing feedback, without taking any corrective measures. This research suggests that implementing corrective feedback can enhance students' writing skills.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh frekuensi waktu belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Populasi pada penelitian 154 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Surakarta. Sampel penelitian 145 yang ditentukan dengan rumus slovin. Sampling mengunakan random sampling proporsi dengan undian. Pengambilan data dengan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalan sel tak sama. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh frekuensi waktu belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika (α = 5%). Siswa dengan frekuensi waktu belajar tinggi mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap hasil belajar matematika dibandingkan siswa dengan frekuensi waktu belajar sedang dan rendah. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi frekuensi waktu belajar, maka semakin tinggi hasil belajarnya.
