Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah melalui kegiatan pelatihan, guru dapat meningkatkan kompetensinya dalam menetapkan kriteria ketuntasan minimal sesuai mata pelajarannya masing-masing. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui dari data dan informasi tentang kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan silabus pembelajaran yang diperoleh pada setiap siklus penelitian. Masing-masing siklus penelitian melaporkan aspek: perencanaan (planning), tindakan (acting), observasi (observing), dan refleksi (reflecting). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan (Action Research). Desain penelitian mengacu pada model yang dikembangkan oleh Kurt Lewin (McNiff, 1992), yakni: adanya perencanaan (planning), tindakan (acting),observasi (observing), dan refleksi (reflecting) yang dilakukan secara bersiklus. Subjek penelitian adalah guru MTsN 2 Kabupaten Langkat di wilayah Provinsi Sumateara Utara. Jumlah guru yang mengikuti kegiatan ini adalah 14 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di MTsN 2 Langkat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Penelitian tindakan ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat kegiatan, yaitu perencanaan (planning), tindakan (acting), observasi (observing) dan refleksi (reflecting). Pada siklus pertama, kegiatan pelatihan diberikan dalam bentuk pemberian informasi teoritis tentang cara menetapkan kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Hasil dari kegiatan siklus pertama masih belum dapat dikatakan berhasil, hal ini disebabkan peroleh rata-rata sekor para guru masih di bawah 50 atau kurang. Pada siklus kedua, kegiatan pelatihan ditindaklanjuti dengan memberikan bantuan praktis, dimana peneliti dan peserta secara bersama-sama menetapkan kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Pada siklus kedua, hasil menetapkan kriteria ketuntasan minimal mata pelajaran yang disusun oleh guru meningkat tajam, hal ini dibuktikan dengan peroleh rata-rata sekor para guru sebesar 85 atau baik. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menetapkan kriteria ketuntasan minimal.

Abstract

Manajemen ialah suatu ilmu dan seni untuk melakukan tindakan untuk dapat mencapai tujuan. Manajemen peserta didik merupakan salah satu manajemen yang harus dikelola dengan baik dalam lembagapendidikan. Peserta didik ialah orang yang mempunyai pilihan untuk menempuh ilmu yang sesuai dengan cita-cita serta harapan masa depannya. Melihat betapa pentingnya perencanaan peserta didik dilakukan dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi serta menganlisis tentang perencanaan peserta didik yang dilakukan di SMP IT Al Afkari. SMP IT merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan formal yang mengimplementasikan konsep pendidikan Islam berlandaskan Alquran dan As sunnah. Berdasarkan konsep pendidikan yang ditawarkan oleh SMP IT tersebut maka tidak heran jika SMP IT menjadi sekolah yang banyak diminati karena sekolahnya berbasis agama. Tujuan penelitian ialah menganalisis tentang perencanaanpeserta didik yang dilakukan di SMP IT Al Afkari. Jenis penelitianyang digunakan penulis ialah penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Perencanaan peserta didik yang dilakukandi SMP IT Al Afkari ialah: analisis kebutuhan dari peserta didik di SMP IT Al-Afkari dilakukan denganmelihat jumlah ruang belajar yang adadi SMP IT Al-Afkari dengan menyesuaikan sarana dan prasarana yang ada. Rekrutmen peserta didik dilakukan dengan sistem terbuka kepada siapa saja siswa yang sudah lulus dari SD untuk melanjutkan pendidikan di SMP IT Al-Afkari, tidak ada dilakukan seleksi peserta didik baru. Orientasi peserta didik untuk pengenalan lingkungan sekolah, serta dilakukan penempatan kelas sesuai tingkatan kelasnya. Kata kunci : perencanaan, peserta didik

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of SISPALA extracurricular activities at Kindergarten Aulia. This research was carried out using qualitative descriptive methods at the Aulia Medan Tembung Kindergarten from June to December 2024. The research subjects were the Head of the Madrasah/SISPALA Supervisor, the Deputy Head of the Madrasah for Student Affairs, teachers, parents, and students. Data collection was carried out through triangulation of sources and methods to increase research credibility. This research highlights the effectiveness of SISPALA activities in increasing students' environmental awareness and practical skills from an early age, as well as integrating extracurricular activities with the academic curriculum. The research results show that SISPALA planning is designed to support academic learning and increase environmental awareness. Implementation includes regular meetings, waste bank management, and reforestation projects. Evaluations are carried out regularly to ensure program effectiveness, improve the quality of activities, and support student character development. The implications of this research can be a reference for educational institutions in developing effective environment-based extracurriculars and for academics and practitioners in designing similar activities to improve student's learning experiences.

Abstract

Pembelajaran ialah alat penting buat mensukseskan pembangunan nasional. Tidak hanya itu pembelajaran pula ialah perlengkapan ataupun alat buat mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, bagus itu pembelajaran agama ataupun pembelajaran biasa paling utama dalam bertumbuhnya kurikulum MBKM yang mana dalam pelaksanaannya tidak seluruh mahasiswa bisa menjajaki keiatan MBKM itu sendiri. Riset ini bermaksud buat mengenali strategi yang digunakan pimpinan bidang PAI UAD dalam meningkatkan kampus merdeka buat tingkatkan kualitas alumnus. Penelitia ini mengenakan tata cara riset deskritif kualitatif dengan tata cara pengumpulan informasi dengan metode pemantauan, tanya jawab serta riset kesusastraan. Hasil dalam riset ini membuktikan kalau ada dua aplikasi dalam kebijaksanaan kurikulum MBKM dalam meingkatkan kualitas alumnus ialah Pengembangan kurikulum sesuai kebijaksanaan MBKM serta aplikasi aktivitas MBKM yang dicocokkan dengan profil lulusan serta capaian profil lulusan di Prodi PAI Universitas Ahmad Dahlan yakni Asistensi Membimbing, serta Riset atau Studi. Sehingga peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa dalam mengembangkan MBKM dapat dilakukan dengan tiga langkah yaitu penyusunan kurikulum, penyusunan penataran, serta penilaian program penataran

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of a principal of SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Medan in developing students' interests and talents through various strategic initiatives and programs. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study analyzes the principal's profile, the programs implemented, and the positive impacts achieved. The results show that the principal of SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Medan has successfully led the implementation of programs such as improving the quality of teaching, updating school infrastructure, and developing extracurricular activities that improve students' academic achievement. In terms of interests and talents, the principal of SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Medan designed several strategies, namely adding literacy reading materials in the library, providing educational websites and applications as learning resources, providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, good school management, providing opportunities for students to explore interests and talents, and encouraging students' individual motivation and awareness. This strategy will strengthen the character and skills of the students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences (comparations) in the application of leadership styles in Islamic boarding schools, madrasas, and schools. The background of this research includes a multi-site study, namely at the Musthafawiyah Islamic Boarding School, MAN 1 Sibolga, and SMPN 1 Sibolga. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a comparative study method. Where, the researcher attempts to describe the problem of events through respondents or other data sources related to the leadership style at Pesantren Musthafawiyah (Mandailing Natal), MAN 1 Sibolga, and SMPN 1 Sibolga, then a comparison of leadership styles at the three educational institutions is made. The results of this study indicate that the application of the leadership style of Islamic boarding schools is different from the leadership style in madrasas and schools. This is because the leadership style of pesantren tends to be laissez faire and authoritarian based on the charismatic kyai (Islamic boarding school leader). While in schools and madrasas apply a democratic leadership style.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan Islam adalah wadah atau tempat berlangsungnya proses pendidikan Islam yang bersamaan dengan proses pembudayaan salah satu contoh lembaga pendidikan yang ada saat ini adalah Yayasan Al Hijrah. ... Adapun secara umum teknik pengumpulan data terdapat tiga macam teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa model pengembangan organisasi di SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Hijrah 2 Lau Dendang sekolah yang menerapkan full day, dan menggunakan dua kurikulum sekaligus yaitu kurikulum Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional dan Kurikulum Kementerian Agama, sehingga diakhir pembelajaran siswa akan mendapatkan dua ijazah sekaligus. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat pengembangan organisasi di SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Hijrah 2 Lau Dendang, faktor pendukung letak lokasi yang sangat strategis, dukungan kuat dari masyarakat sekitar lingkungan sekolah, dukungan dari orang tua siswa, guru yang profesioal di bidangnya, memiliki program unggulan seperti tahfiz, tahsin, dhuha dan program unggulan lainnya seperti renang, memanah, dan tilawah. Sedangkan faktor penghambat proses pengembangan organisasi di SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Hijrah 2 Lau Dendang ialah mengenai dengan keterbatasan lahan. Lahan yang dimiliki Yayasan Al Hijrah sangat terbatas di samping setiap tahunnya minat calon pendaftar meningkat namun tidak diterima disebabkan jumlah kuota sudah habis dan sangat terbatas. Kebijakan kepala sekolah kuotan calon siswa ditambah karena akan dibangun lokal di lahan parkiran sekolah namun tidak mengubah fungsinya sebagai tempat parkir.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the extent of the paradigm in learning adopted by the Bahriyatul Ulum K.H. Zainul Arifin Pandan Islamic College during the digital era as it is today. The descriptive method is a method used by researchers in analyzing data obtained through interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study include: 1). Research-based learning by emphasizing lecturers and students so that in every learning they obtain research products / results as a form of contributing thoughts. 2). Multidirectional learning by making all media and other elements as learning resources. Lecturers are only as good as the corridors of lectures. 3). Monomedia learning becomes multimedia by utilizing aspects of learning as a means of supporting learning. 4). Group-based learning.Keyword: Learning Paradigm, Digital Era.

Abstract

This study's objectives were to confirm that personality traits including conscientiousness and agreeableness as well as job satisfaction and organizational climate as environmental factors influence organizational commitment and to compare the organizational commitment of Islamic boarding schools teachers in the South Tapanuli Regency. A questionnaire was utilized to collect data from 157 teachers, taken by consulting the Krejcle-Morgan, as a study instrument. Using descriptive statistics and path analysis, the impacts of conscientiousness, agreeableness, job satisfaction, and organizational climate on organizational commitment were investigated. Path analysis is initiated by carrying out a requirements analysis test including the normality test, linearity test and regression significance, data homogeneity test, independence test between exogenous variables, and correlation test between variables. According to the findings of the study, there is a direct effect of conscientious on teacher job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.066, the direct effect of agreeableness on job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.098, the direct effect of organizational climate on teacher job satisfaction with path coefficient of 0.032, conscientious direct effect on teacher commitment with a path coefficient of 0.041, a direct effect agreeableness to teacher commitment with a path coefficient of 0.064, the direct effect of organizational climate on teacher commitment with a coefficient path of 0.053, conscientious indirect effect on commitment teachers through job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.021, no effect direct agreeableness to teacher commitment through job satisfaction with path coefficient of 0.022, the indirect effect of organizational climate on teacher commitment through job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.025 and there is a direct effect of job satisfaction on teacher commitment with a coefficient line of 0.081.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the policy and implementation of management in improving the quality of education in Indonesian universities. This research uses a literature research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Literature, scientific journals are needed to study and search for data sources. The results of this study explain the quality assurance approach directing higher education institutions to learn and implement Total Quality Management (TQM). There have been four successes within the scope of college management, among others: (1) Students are satisfied with the services provided by the College; (2) Education customers are satisfied with the services provided to their students; (3) stakeholders are satisfied to have qualified graduates and according to expectations; (4) Lecturers and education staff are satisfied with the services of universities in several fields: division of labor, relationships and communication between lecturers/leaders.
