ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar dapat mengetahui perencanaan strategis, serta melihat hasil analisa renstra di MTs Al-Ihsan Medan dengan menggunakan jenis analisa SWOT. Kemudian setelahnya menghitung jumlah skor tersebut yang lebih besar dari 15, pernyataan ini sesuai dengan teori Campbell, sehingga disimpulkan bahwasanya perumusan rencana strategis di MTs Al-Ihsan Medan terbilang sangat luar biasa. Dengan temuan nilai yang dihasilkan yaitu (30,19), oleh karena itu analisis kuantitatif sekolah berada pada kuadran I. Yang diartikan bahwasanya hasil ini MTs Al-Ihsan Medan memiliki kekuatan yang baik serta peluang yang baik. Kata Kunci: Analisa Rencana Strategis, Analisa SWOT ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of strategic planning, and to see the results of strategic planning at MTs Al-Ihsan Medan using a SWOT analysis. After carrying out the SWOT analysis and calculating the number of scores greater than 15 this is in accordance with Campbell's theory, it can be concluded that the formulation of the strategic plan of MTs Al-Ihsan is extraordinary. With the resulting assessment in the form of (30,19), the quantitative analysis of the school is in quadrant I. This means that these results indicate that MTs Al-Ihsan has good strength and good opportunities. Keywords: Analysis of Strategic Plans, SWOT Analysis

Schools become very important to be established in various regions in Indonesia, on the other hand, the schools established must also be quality, the quality of a school is seen by its quality. Quality schools are schools that refer to the National Standard of Education which contains content standards, process standards, graduation competency standards, educator and education personnel standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, management standards, financing standards, and assessment standards. This research aims to determine the implementation of the National Education Standard to improve the quality of education in MTsN-2 Tapanuli Tengah. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach methods that aim to understand circumstances or phenomena using description in the form of words or language and describe real events encountered in the field. Data collection techniques from these studies use methods of observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study through 3 activity flows, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study are the application of management functions, namely management functions in planning, implementation, and supervision and connecting with the implementation of the National Education Standard on planning, implementation of national education standards on the implementation, and implementation of national standards of education on supervision. According to researchers, MTsN-2 Tapanuli Tengah has implemented 8 National Standards of Education so the head of the madrasah hopes that the accreditation of MTsN-2 Tapanuli Tengah can increase from year to year.

This study aims to determine the effect of self-concept, self-efficacy and work motivation on the performance of MI teachers throughout the Nias Islands. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 220 MI teachers throughout the Nias Islands, and a sample of 87 teachers through the Harry King Nomogram. The research instrument is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis used path analysis, with stages of normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test. Then test the significance of the regression and the independence test between Exogenus variables. The results of the study found that (1) Self-concept has a direct positive effect on work motivation of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers throughout the Nias Islands, by 8%, (2) Self-efficacy has a direct effect on work motivation of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers throughout the Nias Islands by 11.2%; (3) Self-concept has a direct effect on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers throughout the Nias Islands by 11.9%; (4) Self-efficacy has a direct effect on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers throughout the Nias Islands by 12.6%; (5) Self-concept has an indirect effect on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers throughout the Nias Islands through work motivation of 1.5%; (6) Self-efficacy has an indirect effect on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers throughout the Nias Islands through work motivation of 0.8%; and (7) work motivation has a direct effect on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers throughout the Nias Islands by 11%.

This study examines educational planning at MAS Al-Washliyah, with a particular focus on the implementation of educational plans, parental participation, and curriculum challenges. The research aims to evaluate the implementation of educational plans, analyze the role of parents, and investigate curriculum challenges. The findings reveal that the implementation of educational plans at MAS Al-Washliyah has been successful in improving student learning outcomes through a diverse and relevant curriculum and close collaboration between the school and parents. Despite these successes, the school faces challenges in adapting the curriculum to the rapid pace of developments in science and technology. Recommendations for further research include embracing criticism and feedback for continuous improvement. The research employed a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted using triangulation techniques.

This research aims to analyze the strategic planning of education at MIN 05 Labuhanbatu. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, using data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The subjects of this research are the head of the madrasa, teachers, and students at MIN 05 Labuhanbatu. The results show that the strategic planning of education at MIN 05 Labuhanbatu includes: (1) analysis of internal and external environments, (2) setting of vision, mission, and goals, (3) strategy selection, (4) strategy implementation, and (5) evaluation and control. It can be concluded that MIN 05 Labuhanbatu has conducted educational strategic planning well, encompassing environmental analysis, vision, mission, and goal setting, strategy selection, implementation, as well as evaluation and control. This indicates that the madrasa has good management in handling education.

The purpose of writing is to discuss the financial management of Islamic education at the Darur Rasyid Islamic Boarding School, Aceh Singkil, both from financial planning, financial accounting and financial evaluation and accountability. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, with the approach used is Naturalistic, as well as with triangulation techniques, then data collection techniques using documentation, interviews, and observations. The step of analyzing the data is to collect the data, reduce the data, present the data and then conclude. The results of this study are: 1. The leadership of the Islamic boarding school as top manager and treasurer prepares any programs that will be implemented and then is held together with the head of the foundation, the boarding school committee, as well as the teachers, Then determine how much the budget will be spent on program implementation. 2. There is a financial assistant unit appointed to assist the madrasah treasurer in managing education finances at Darur Rasyid Aceh Singkil Islamic Boarding School. So far, with the existence of the financial assistance unit, it can allocate and distribute Islamic boarding schools' funding sources effectively and efficiently and on target. 3. Bookkeeping or recording of education finances carried out at the Darur Rasyid Aceh Singkil Islamic Boarding School only uses the general treasury book (receipts and disbursements book). The auxiliary cash book or subsidiary ledger tends to not function properly because all receipts and expenditure records are integrated into the general cash book. The details of the cost of each component of expenditure tend to be unreported and not specifically detailed. 4. Education financial reports and accountability are prepared and addressed to foundations and all authorized parties, namely, among others, accountability reports are reported every 6 months. And using the Flat Grant financing model based on the distribution system of funds.

This study aims to analyse the madrasah head's strategy in improving teachers' digitalisation skills. This research is motivated by the importance of digitalisation in teachers in supporting the future development of the nation and developing the potential of teachers in facing global competition. The type of research used in this study is qualitative. Data sources were obtained from MIS Al-Iqro' Belawan Medan through observation, interviews and documents. The results obtained in the study of the madrasah head's strategy in improving the digitalisation skills of teachers at MIS Al-Iqro' Belawan Medan are: (1) Teachers' digitalisation skills at MIS Al-Iqro' Belawan Medan vary, but generally show significant improvement after attending training programmes and workshops provided by the madrasah, (2) Implementation of strategies carried out by madrasah principals includes various training programmes, workshops, and seminars that focus on improving teachers' digital skills, (3) Evaluation of the implemented strategies shows positive results, with increased skills and confidence of teachers in using digital technology. Evaluation is conducted through classroom observations, skills tests, and feedback from teachers.

This study aims to analyze the madrasah head's strategy in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at MAN Batu Bara, focusing on the understanding of the madrasah head and teachers, strategic implementation steps, and competence in using technology. The research method used is qualitative with a Phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations of the madrasah head, teachers, students and related documentation. The results showed that the level of understanding of madrasah principals and teachers about the concept and objectives of Merdeka Curriculum is relatively high, which is reflected in the implementation of daily learning practices. Strategic steps such as the formation of a curriculum development team, intensive training, and adjusting the madrasah's vision and mission are key to successful implementation. In addition, the competence in using technology by madrasah principals and teachers has supported the effectiveness of teaching based on the Merdeka Curriculum, although there are challenges in adopting technology by a small number of teachers.

The problem of this research is not the maximum management of the value of tawhid in Darussaadah High School, Pangkalan Susu District, Langkat regency so that it is necessary to Managemen the value of tawhid value in Darussaadah High School to form kepribadian and student ketauhitan well by the vision and mission of the school. The purpose of this research is to find out how the management of the value of tawhid in Darussaadah High School. The subjects of this study were all students and teachers of Darussaadah High School. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research method about program As for the analysis in this study using descriptive qualitative analysis looking at the behavior process of the subject by the problems examined data analysis is carried out by interviews, observations and documentation studies, techniques of examination of data validity using credibility criteria or degrees of trust, transferability or alienation, Dependability or dependency, Confirmability. Based on the results of the research obtained the results that: Implementation of the concept of Tauhid-based Education in Darussaadah High School, Pangkalan Susu SubDistrict is carried out with the values of tawhid: a. Al-Alaq as the basis for straightening the Akidah (Shahihul Akidah); b. Al-Qolam as the foundation of morality, c. Al-Muzammil as his spiritual provision, d. Al-Muddatsir as the basis for preaching, e. And Allah is all-mighty, all-important. 2. Internalization Measures of The Values of Tauhid Rububiyyah, Uluhiyyah, and Senior High Schoolâ€Ÿ wa Shifat. 3. The process of internalizing the values of tawhid in Darussaadah High School is formally carried out through Islamic faith learning activities. The subject matter is a forum in teaching the values of the points of tawny based on manhaj salafush sholeh such as the values of Tauhid Rububiyyah, Uluhiyyah, and Senior High School, wa Shifat, 4.
