Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Air Putih, Kabupaten Batu Bara, serta untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh signifikan antara insentif terhadap kinerja guru di wilayah tersebut. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh signifikan budaya organisasi dan insentif secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Air Putih, Kabupaten Batu Bara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori (explanatory research). Menurut Sugiyono (2015), penelitian eksplanatori adalah penelitian yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi hipotesis. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga variabel, yaitu Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Insentif (X2) sebagai variabel bebas, serta Kinerja (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan insentif memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Air Putih, Kabupaten Batu Bara. Semakin baik budaya organisasi dan pelaksanaan insentif maka semakin tinggi kinerja guru. Pengaruh ini terbukti baik secara individu maupun bersama-sama, hal ini juga menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan budaya organisasi dan insentif untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di wilayah tersebut

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami model kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan partisipasi tenaga pendidik di sekolah penggerak. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga ingin mengukur tingkat kepuasan tenaga pendidik terhadap penerapan model kepemimpinan tersebut. Dampak dari penerapan model kepemimpinan ini terhadap kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran juga akan dievaluasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi model kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di sekolah penggerak, sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai efektivitas dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggambarkan kondisi atau fenomena di lapangan secara apa adanya tanpa manipulasi. Data primer diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, pengawas sekolah, guru-guru, staf sekolah, dan komite di SD Negeri 14 Tanjung Medan, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen, arsip, dan sumber-sumber tercetak lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai model kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di Sekolah Penggerak, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi model kepemimpinan servant leadership, otentik, adaptif, distributif, dan spiritual yang diterapkan telah berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi, kepuasan, dan kualitas kerja tenaga pendidik dan memiliki dampak positif dalam model kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang diterapkan dan juga mempunyai faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap model kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di sekolah penggerak

Educational planning is a conscions effort and decision-making that has been carefully agread upon about things to be done in the future within a school instution for the purpose that have been planned beforehand. The reseach method used in this study is quantitative whit data collected using interviews, observation, and document, and documents. As for the qualifications regarding the results of reseach in the field regarding educator and educational planning at Madrasah Nurun Nabi Al-Islami, namely preparing teacher who have expertise in their scientific field, so that in carrying out the learning process teachers are expected to be able to convey material in accordance with learning objective, it is mandatory to be able to read the koran properly and correctly in terms of tajwid, makhrojil letters, educational staff who are in the madrasa are in the madrasa are dressed in Muslim and Muslim women. Technology plays a significant role in our lives today. OpenAI, a company at the forefront of artificial intelligence since 2015, has taken remarkable steps to make artificial intelligence more accessible and beneficial for everyone. One significant achievement in its journey is the development of Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformers (ChatGPT). We used the SWOT analysis framework to outline ChatGPT’s strengths and weaknesses and to discuss its opportunities for and threats to education. The strengths include using a sophisticated natural language model to generate plausible answers, self-improving capability, and providing personalised and real-time responses. As such, ChatGPT can increase access to information, facilitate personalised and complex learning, and decrease teaching workload, thereby making key processes and tasks more efficient. The weaknesses are a lack of deep understanding, difficulty in evaluating the quality of responses, a risk of bias and discrimination, and a lack of higher-order thinking skills. Threats to education include a lack of understanding of the context, threatening academic integrity, perpetuating discrimination in education, democratising plagiarism, and declining high-order cognitive skills.

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's academic supervision and teacher performance satisfaction on improving the pedagogic competence of teachers in PAB schools, Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a survey method involving teachers. The data was collected by means of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used instrument validity and instrument reliability. The results of hypothesis testing have a positive and high relationship between the principal's academic supervision and teacher job satisfaction together with the teacher's pedagogic competence. The magnitude of the effect is indicated by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 0.431, meaning that the principal's academic supervision and teacher job satisfaction together have an influence on the teacher's pedagogic competence of 43.1% and the remaining 56.9% is determined by other factors. The results of simple regression analysis show the equation = 32.725 + 0.190X1 + 0.567X2.

The strategic plan is a form of madrasah effort in the orientation of achieving educational success. This study attempts to analyze the preparation of the strategic plan carried out by the Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) Kesuma LKMD Namorambe. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical study method. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques, participant observation and document review. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data sorting techniques according to relevance to the research theme, then presented in a qualitative format, and verified to draw conclusions. Test the validity of the data using the persistence of observation and data triangulation techniques. The results of this study conclude that first, the strategic plan (renstra) is used as the basis for the preparation of periodic (semester/annual) institutional programs based on the vision, mission, and goals of the madrasa. This is intended to clarify the details of program objectives, madrasah internal policies, and implementation strategies. Second, the strategic plan as the basis for program implementation at MIS Kesuma LKMD Namorambe. Third, the strategic plan has a close relationship (interrelated) with the operational plan in an effort to achieve the goals of the madrasa.

This study aims to analyze the planning of Islamic basic education in the thematic studies of the Qur'an and hadith, this study is focused on the SD/MI level unit. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The data of this research include studies of thematic interpretations, books and relevant scientific articles related to educational planning in QS. Al-Anfal verse 60 and QS. Al-Hasyr verse 18. The data sources were obtained from credible reference sources from the Google Scholar and Sinta pages. The results of this study conclude that the meaning of planning is interpreted as very important in QS. Al-Anfal: 60 and QS. Al-Hasyr: 18 as the first step in the whole process of life. Furthermore, planning also becomes an accurate â€œguiding compassâ€ between the initial steps (main capital) and educational goals. Through this research, it is hoped that it will become a reference for relevant research related to rational and systematic analysis of the development of education based on the Qur'an.

This study aims to analyze SWOT in quality improvement planning at the integrated Islamic elementary school Ad-Durrah Medan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Data collection was carried out systematically, starting from observations, interviews with informants, and document studies. Data analysis uses reduction techniques (data sorting), data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Finally, the validity of the study was tested through the persistence of observations and triangulation of data. The results of this study concluded that the quality improvement plan at SDIT Ad-Durrah Medan was well implemented, including the tahfiz al-Qur'an program, strengthening character education, adding extracurricular activities, and strengthening Islamic personal development programs. This is characterized by 4 aspects, namely (1) strengths, including strategic school locations, adequate learning facilities, competent school human resources, conducive and beautiful school climate, and assessment standards that involve (coordination) with parents/guardians of students; (2) weakness, in the form of an unaccredited school; (3) opportunities, including; potential (talents) of students, support from parents/guardians, academic and non-academic achievements of students at the city and provincial levels, as well as harmonious relations between the school and the surrounding community; (4) threats, critical attitude of students' guardians towards children's development, so that teachers must be wiser in leading learning, making decisions and giving exemplary attitudes.

This study aims to describe the application of the Critical Path Method (CPM) technique in educational planning at MIS Insan Kusuma Madani Namorambe Kapubaten Deli Serdang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, to explain the approach and method applied in the form of CPM techniques in educational planning. Obtaining data through observation techniques, interviews and document studies. The research data analysis technique uses data reduction (sorting), data presentation and conclusion drawing. Then, the data will be declared valid after being tested with data triangulation techniques, in the form of checking the data sources and data acquisition methods. The results of this study conclude that the empowerment of human resources (HR) and budget allocation for program financing at MIS Insan Kusuma implement CPM effectively as an effort to prioritize and schedule madrasa programs in a measurable and precise manner. Supporting this, the madrasah also collaborates with various elements of society in assisting education planning at MIS Insan Kusuma Madani Namorambe, starting from collaboration with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and government institutions.
