Abstract

Pengelolaan kelas merupakan elemen penting dalam proses pembelajaran yang bertujuan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan efektif. Artikel ini menganalisis konsep, teknik, dan implementasi pengelolaan kelas dalam pembelajaran berdasarkan studi literatur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan, meninjau, dan menganalisis referensi dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan artikel terkait. Konsep pengelolaan kelas mencakup pengaturan lingkungan fisik, sosial, dan emosional untuk mendukung keterlibatan dan prestasi siswa. Teknik pengelolaan kelas dibagi menjadi preventif, korektif, dan supportif, yang bertujuan untuk mencegah gangguan, mengatasi masalah perilaku, dan mendukung perkembangan siswa. Implementasi pengelolaan kelas menekankan pada pentingnya adaptasi terhadap kebutuhan siswa, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran inklusif dan berbasis teknologi. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan kelas yang efektif dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar, keterlibatan siswa, dan hasil akademik. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan teoritis dan praktis yang dapat diaplikasikan oleh pendidik dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang optimal

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya sarana dan prasarana dalam mendukung efektivitas layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) di lingkungan pendidikan. Ketersediaan fasilitas yang memadai, seperti ruang konseling yang nyaman dan privat, serta beragam peralatan pendukung mulai dari instrumen pengumpul data (tes dan nontes), sistem penyimpanan informasi, perlengkapan teknis (komputer, proyektor), hingga alat administrasi ditetapkan sebagai komponen penting yang memengaruhi kualitas layanan BK dan profesionalisme. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur (library research), dengan menelaah berbagai kajian kepustakaan, jurnal ilmiah, dan hasil riset sebelumnya yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sarana dan prasarana BK yang optimal sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan layanan. Pengelolaannya harus berlandaskan pada prinsip pencapaian tujuan, efisiensi, kepatuhan administrasi, pembagian tanggung jawab yang jelas, dan kohesi tim. Dengan adanya dukungan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, konselor dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif, membantu peserta didik mengembangkan potensi secara menyeluruh, dan mengatasi berbagai hambatan, sehingga layanan BK berfungsi maksimal sebagai bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan

Abstract

Prosocial behavior is a critical foundation for fostering harmonious social relationships, particularly within community settings and educational institutions. Acts such as sharing, helping, and providing emotional support reflect underlying psychological drives and social values shaped through the process of socialization. This study examines prosocial motivation through the lens of contemporary social psychology literature. The review identifies key factors influencing prosocial behavior, including empathy, social norms, religious beliefs, self-efficacy, and the quality of interpersonal relationships. In educational contexts, character education strategies, empathy development, and the implementation of collaborative learning approaches have proven effective in cultivating students’ prosocial tendencies. These findings reinforce the view that prosocial behavior is not instinctive but develops through social learning and the internalization of cultural values, which are reinforced by the surrounding environment. Accordingly, educational institutions and community structures play a pivotal role in shaping individuals with a strong orientation toward social concern.

Abstract

Humanistic learning theory places the individual at the center of the educational process, focusing on developing personal potential through the fulfillment of basic human needs, as outlined by Abraham Maslow and Carl Rogers. This approach emphasizes the importance of a supportive environment, respect for student independence, and the teacher's role as a facilitator in creating a learning space that focuses on students' emotional and social well-being. In the context of history learning, the application of this theory offers opportunities to create more meaningful and life-connected learning experiences for students, enabling them to develop critical and reflective thinking skills. Through experiential learning, empowering students to determine learning goals, and integrating humanitarian values, humanistic theory can help enrich historical understanding beyond cognitive, affective, and social learning. This study aims to explore the basic principles of humanistic learning theory and apply these principles to history learning, in order to increase student engagement and achieve more holistic and sustainable learning. These findings are expected to provide insights for educators in creating more inclusive history learning that is based on student self-development.

Abstract

Conformity and obedience are two central concepts in social psychology, yet their transformation within digital culture has received relatively limited systematic attention. This study aims to examine the evolution of conformity and obedience from classical perspectives to the digital era and to identify new forms of social influence mediated by algorithms, online norms, and platform interaction mechanisms. Adopting a qualitative approach with a systematic literature review design, the study analyzes 52 scholarly publications selected through purposive sampling from various academic databases. Data were collected through structured searches and analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns, conceptual shifts, and new configurations of social influence. The findings reveal fundamental changes in the mechanisms of social influence in digital spaces, where digital signals such as likes, followers, algorithmic recommendations, and visibility indicators of popularity function as new forms of normative pressure and symbolic authority. These results contribute to the refinement of social influence theory by introducing the dimensions of digital conformity and digital obedience, and by expanding understanding of how human behavior is shaped by the architecture and structures of digital media. The study underscores the importance of digital literacy and critical awareness of algorithmic mechanisms to reduce vulnerability to online social influence and opens avenues for further research on variations in digital influence across different user groups and social media platforms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dinamika perilaku sosial manusia berdasarkan teori Myers dan Twenge (2022), dengan penekanan pada bagaimana interaksi faktor internal dan eksternal membentuk perilaku prososial dan agresif dalam konteks masyarakat digital Indonesia. Pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif melalui kajian pustaka digunakan untuk menelaah literatur ilmiah terindeks Scopus dan Sinta dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa pergeseran interaksi sosial menuju ruang digital memengaruhi empati, regulasi emosi, serta cara individu menafsirkan norma sosial. Perilaku prososial dan agresi muncul dalam spektrum yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis, biologis, kultural, serta dinamika kelompok, termasuk konformitas, tekanan sosial, dan identitas kelompok. Analisis ini menegaskan bahwa norma sosial, nilai moral, dan kepemimpinan kelompok menjadi penentu utama arah perilaku sosial modern. Kajian ini menawarkan kontribusi konseptual bagi pemahaman perilaku sosial di era digital yang ditandai oleh meningkatnya interaksi virtual dan perubahan nilai kolektif.

Abstract

The problem in this research is related to the low interest in becoming a teacher among FKIP students class of 2019 at Siliwangi University. This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personality and self-efficacy on the intention to become a teacher. The method used is a quantitative survey with an explanatory research design. The research population is the 2019 FKIP class of 1240 students. The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling with a total of 302 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression test showed Y=2.881+0.264X1+0.243X2. The results of the partial test stated that the personality variable tcount>ttable or 5.800>1.967 and a significance of 0.000<0.05, which means there is an influence on interest in becoming a teacher and self-efficacy tcount>ttable or 4.089> 1.967 and a significance of 0.000<0.05 which means there is influence on interest in becoming a teacher. Simultaneously the value of fcount>ftable or 155.535>3.025 with a significance of 0.000<0.05 means that there is a positive and significant influence between personality and Self Efficacy on the interest in becoming a teacher.

Abstract

The study digs into the challenges, supporting factors, and research trends in guidance and counseling (BK) management in Indonesian secondary schools. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA 2020 protocol, the team searched Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, Neliti, and various university repositories for works published from 2010 to 2025. Out of 103 articles, only 14 fit the inclusion criteria. The review exposes structural, technical, and cultural barriers: counselors overloaded with non-BK tasks, inadequate facilities, weak professional supervision, and little support from school policies (Pratiwi, 2012; Rahman, 2019; Abdullah, 2021; Yusuf, 2023). On the positive side, school leadership, counselor training, and inter-party collaboration help the process (Lubis, 2022; Irawan, 2022). Most studies rely on descriptive qualitative methods, but few focus on supervision models, technology, or longitudinal, evidence-based research. This paper calls for stronger guidance counseling management through institutional and policy reforms.

Abstract

This literature-based research underscores the crucial role of competent guidance and counseling (GC) management in achieving efficient and effective service delivery. Essential components of this management include planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating activities, while factors such as work distribution, order, discipline, and unified leadership serve as determining elements of success. The involvement of various school personnel is necessary in delivering GC services, considering the resources available.To enhance service quality, the study introduces innovative strategies to address challenges and ideas related to the management of guidance and counseling services in schools. Sufficient infrastructure is required to support GC programs, which should be developed according to student needs and aligned with the curriculum. Accountability and supervision play a vital role in ensuring desired outcomes. Ultimately, effective guidance and counseling not only foster students’ independence and character development but also strengthen public confidence in the school’s capacity to provide these services.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji teori konstruktivistik sebagai paradigma penting dalam pembelajaran yang menempatkan peserta didik sebagai pusat dalam proses membangun pengetahuan. Kajian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode literature review dengan menganalisis teori dari Piaget, Vygotsky, dan berbagai penelitian terbaru terkait pembelajaran aktif. Hasil dari kajian menunjukkan bahwa konstruktivisme terbagi menjadi dua pendekatan, yaitu konstruktivisme individual dan konstruktivisme sosial. Dua pendekatan tersebut menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran bermakna terjadi ketika peserta didik terlibat aktif melalui pengamatan, refleksi dan adanya interaksi sosial. Implementasi teori konstruktivisme di kelas dapat dilihat pada pembelajaran yang kooperatif, inkuiri, problem based learning, dan kelompok belajar. Selain itu, konstruktivisme juga memberikan kontribusi yang penting dalam layanan BK, terutama dalam membantu peserta didik dalam memahami identitas diri, merefleksi pengalaman, dan merumuskan tujuan karier peserta didik. Melalui penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa konstruktivisme memberikan landasan yang kuat baik bagi secara teoritis dan praktis yang relevan dalam pembelajaran di kelas dan layanan BK di sekolah.
