Abstract

Abstrak Karyawan adalah aset terpenting dalam perusahaan. Kompensasi yang adil dan motivasi kerja yang tinggi diyakini dapat meningkatkan hal tersebut. produktivitas karyawan dan kualitas kerja dalam suatu organisasi, sehingga kemampuan karyawan dapat memberikan kinerja Terbaik bagi perusahaan. Kompensasi dan kinerja karyawan adalah dua hal yang saling terkait ima karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, semakin baik kinerja karyawan .Jadi bisa dikatakan Kompensasi dan kinerja memiliki hubungan langsung secara Hubungan proporsional. Jika karyawan menerima kompensasi dalam jumlah yang meningkat, hal itu akan meningkatkan kinerja maksimal bagi perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tinjauan Pustaka Sistematis. Artikel-artikel yang digunakan untuk Referensi dari Google Scholar, dengan waktu publikasi 2020-2025. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel kompensasi dan variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan, karena dengan adanya kompensasi dan motivasi, karyawan akan merasa lebih aktif dan antusias dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi Karyawan Pertunjukan.   Abstract Employees are a company's most important assets. Fair compensation and high work motivation are believed to improve employee productivity and work quality within an organization, enabling employees to deliver optimal performance for the company. Compensation and employee performance are interrelated, both directly and indirectly, and the better the employee's performance, the more likely it is that compensation and performance have a direct, proportional relationship. If employees receive increased compensation, it will maximize performance for the company. The method used in this study was a systematic literature review. The articles used for references were from Google Scholar, published between 2020 and 2025. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that compensation and motivation variables influence company performance. Compensation and motivation contribute to employee engagement and enthusiasm in improving company performance. Keywords: Compensation, Employee Motivation, Performance.

Abstract

Improving the quality of educational services is a crucial demand in educational management, particularly within Islamic educational institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The madrasa principal plays a strategic role as a policymaker and change agent in efforts to enhance educational quality sustainably. This study aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and control of the principal’s strategic programs in improving educational quality at MA Al Ittihad. The research employed a qualitative approach using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. Data were collected through interviews with the madrasa principal and related stakeholders. The findings indicate that strategic planning was carried out through the formulation of the school’s vision, mission, and work programs oriented toward improving educational service quality. Strategy implementation was realized through strengthening teacher competencies, improving academic service systems, and optimizing educational facilities and infrastructure. Strategic program control was conducted through periodic evaluation and continuous supervision of program implementation. The SWOT analysis reveals that the success of improving educational quality is influenced by the principal’s ability to leverage internal strengths and external opportunities while minimizing weaknesses and threats. The study concludes that the principal’s strategic management plays a significant role in enhancing the quality of educational services at MA Al Ittihad.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the field of Islamic preaching. The reality of virtual preaching is currently a phenomenon that cannot be ignored, because it has become the main means for preachers to convey Islamic teachings to the wider community through various social media platforms and digital spaces. This study examines the effectiveness and ethics of preaching in cyberspace by emphasizing how technological innovation can blend with the tradition of Islamic preaching that has long been rooted in society. Cyberspace allows for the expansion of the reach of preaching that was previously limited by space and time. With this progress, new challenges arise, especially in terms of delivering messages that must still maintain the principles of Islamic ethics, content accuracy, and social responsibility of preachers. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Literature studies were conducted to examine relevant literature related to digital preaching, Islamic communication, and the development of modern communication technology. The results of this study indicate that virtual preaching has a high level of effectiveness in reaching a wider audience, especially young people who are more responsive to digital content that is communicative, concise, and visually appealing. Preachers who are able to combine traditional Islamic values with creative approaches through digital media tend to get positive responses from the audience.

Abstract

Research with the aim to determine and analyze the effect of work ability, work motivation, work situation, job satisfaction and compensation system partially and simultaneously on the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim District Transportation Office. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed that work ability has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim District Transportation Office. Work motivation has a significant effect on work performance. Work situation has a significant effect on work performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on work performance. The compensation system has a significant effect on work performance. Work ability, work motivation, work situation, job satisfaction and the compensation system have a jointly significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim District Transportation Office.

The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the level of education had a significant effect on the work performance of Muara Enim 1 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 teachers. Learning Supervision has a significant effect on achievement. Work climate has a significant effect on work performance. Morale has a significant effect on work performance. The Principal's Managerial Ability has a significant effect on work performance. Work Ethics has a significant effect on work performance. Level of education, supervision of learning, work climate, morale, managerial ability of the principal and work ethic have a significant effect on the work performance of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Muara Enim teachers.

The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study obtained that service quality has a significant effect on satisfaction in the people of South Tanjung Enim Village, Lawang Kidul District, Muara Enim Regency. Service facilities have a significant effect on community satisfaction. Discipline of service personnel has a significant effect on community satisfaction. Service procedures have a significant effect on community satisfaction. Interpersonal communication has a significant effect on community satisfaction. The ability of service officers has a significant effect on community satisfaction. Service quality, service facilities, discipline of service personnel, service procedures, interpersonal communication and the ability of service personnel have a significant effect on satisfaction of the people of Tanjung Enim Selatan Village, Lawang Kidul District, Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct the da’wah paradigm of Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyyah as an epistemological foundation for the renewal of harakah (movement-based) da’wah thought in the contemporary era. The background of this research lies in the epistemological crisis within da’wah movements, which often become trapped in textual normativism or apologetic reactionism, as well as the limited systematic studies on Ibn al-Qayyim’s contribution to an integrative da’wah paradigm. This study employs a qualitative method with a library research approach, referring to his major works such as I‘lām al-Muwaqqi‘īn, Madārij al-Sālikīn, and al-Dā’ wa al-Dawā’, along with reputable academic literature, analyzed using qualitative content analysis with a critical hermeneutic approach. The findings indicate that Ibn al-Qayyim’s da’wah paradigm is integrative and holistic, encompassing spiritual (tazkiyah al-nafs), rational-ijtihadi (fiqh al-wāqi‘ and maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah), and socio-contextual dimensions. Its reconstruction includes strengthening da’wah bil ḥāl, applying dynamic fiqh al-awlawiyyāt, and developing a non-violent yet critical movement theory, making it relevant for digital and plural societies

Abstract

Critical thinking is an essential competence in 21st-century physics learning, particularly because students are expected not only to memorize formulas but also to analyze scientific phenomena, evaluate evidence, and construct logical explanations. However, physics instruction in high schools often remains dominated by teacher-centered practices that provide limited opportunities for students to develop higher-order thinking skills. This study aimed to examine the effect of the problem-solving learning model on high school students’ critical thinking skills in learning about static fluids. A quantitative, pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design was employed. The participants were 24 Grade XI Science students at SMA Negeri 15 Adidarma Banda Aceh, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an essay-based critical thinking skills test developed based on five indicators: elementary clarification, basic support, inference, advanced clarification, and strategy and tactics. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, N-Gain, paired sample t-test, Cohen’s d, and eta squared. The results showed that students’ average critical thinking score increased from 38.33 in the pretest to 80.71 in the posttest, with an average N-Gain of 0.70, categorized as high. The paired-samples t-test indicated a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (p = 0.000 < 0.05). The effect size analysis showed a Cohen’s d value of 3.91 and an eta squared value of 0.97, indicating a very strong practical effect. The novelty of this study lies in providing empirical evidence on the application of problem-solving learning in static fluid material. These findings contribute to physics education by confirming that structured problem-solving instruction can effectively promote students’ critical thinking and meaningful conceptual understanding.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang penerapan model Blended Learning berbantuan WhatsApp untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar pengetahuan peserta didik pada materi sistem koloid SMAN 4 Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kritis, hasil belajar pengetahuan peserta didik serta respon peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran sistem koloid menggunakan model Blended Learning berbantuan WhatsApp. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik di SMAN 4 Banjarmasin yang terdiri atas kelas XI MIPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI MIPA 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pembelajaran sebagai variabel bebas serta keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar pengetahuan sebagai variable terikat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan non-tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar pengetahuan peserta didik antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas control. Selain itu, respon peserta didik terhadap model blended learning berbantuan whatsapp mendapat respon baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui miskonsepsi yang terjadi pada peserta didik dan penyebab terjadinya miskonsepsi dalam mempelajari materi hidrolisis garam di SMA Negeri 4 Banjarmasin tahun ajaran 2021/2022.  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode campuran bentuk strategi eksplanatoris sekuensial yang dilakukan dengan cara melakukan penelitian kuantitatif (instrumen tes diagnostik) terlebih dahulu lalu melakukan analisis, dan melengkapi hasilnya dengan analisis penelitian kualitatif (wawancara). Subyek penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian deskriptif dengan persentase dan pengkriteriaan miskonsepsinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 34,92% peserta didik mengalami miskonsepsi. Peserta didik mengalami miskonsepsi pada sub-konsep: (1) pengertian hidrolisis garam sebesar 33,33% dengan kategori sedang, (2) sifat-sifat larutan garam yang mengalami hidrolisis sebesar 37,03% dengan  kategori sedang, (3) jenis-jenis hidrolisis garam sebesar 24,44% dengan kategori rendah, (4) reaksi hidrolisis garam sebesar 32,40% dengan  kategori sedang, (5) pH garam yang terhidrolisis memiliki miskonsepsi tertinggi sebesar 38,89% dengan kategori sedang. Penyebab terjadinya miskonsepsi berasal dari peserta didik itu sendiri yaitu intuisi yang salah, pemikiran asosiatif peserta didik, reasoning yang tidak lengkap, dan kemampuan peserta didik yang kurang.
