Beberapa permasalahan yang dialami perserta didik di lapangan mengindikasikan meaning of life dan kebersyukuran hidup yang rendah. Permasalahan tersebut muncul karena minimnya “informasi” yang diterima oleh peserta didik berkaitan dengan pemahamannya tentang meaning of life dan kebersyukuran yang harusnya di terapkan dalam kehidupannya, untuk mencapai kenyamanan dan kebahagiaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menelaah relevansi meaning of life dan kebersyukuran pada kehidupan siswa melalui penggunaan layanan informasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan informasi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan belajar siswa, pemahaman siswa mengenai kesehatan reproduksi, kedisiplinan siswa, serta kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib sekolah. Secara khusus layanan informasi dapat juga meningkatkan meaning of life dan kebersyukuran hidup peserta didik. Kesimpulan substantif penelitian ini telah mengemukakan penggunaan layanan informasi dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang meaning of life dan kebersyukuran hidup.

This study aims to examine the contribution of co-workers social support to the condition of school counselor burnout. This study uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method. The study population was a high school counselor SMAN in Pekanbaru . The sample amounted to 52 people who were determined by the Sampling total sampling technique. The instrument used was co-workers social support questionnaire and burnout with a Likert scale model . Instrument reliability test results co-worker social support 0.959 and burnout conditions of 0.976. The research data were analyzed using simple regression. The research findings show that there is a contribution of co-workers social support to the conditions of school counselor burnout by 37.4%. The implications of the results of the study can be used as an effort to improve the quality of guidance and counseling services, especially in increasing social support for work towards the conditions of school counselor burnout.

Tulisan ini membahas tentang bagaimana Pelaksanaan Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di SMP Negeri 1 Siak Hulu. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan dengan wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh secara langsung maka secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di SMP Negeri 1 Siak Hulu sudah berjalan dengan baik walaupun ada dua kekurangan yaitu kurangnya personil guru bimbingan dan konseling, dan kurangnya jam pelajaran bimbingan dan konseling.

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dewasa ini terus meningkat seiring dengan perkembangan zaman. Setiap orang mau tidak mau harus siap menghadapi segala perubahan yang terjadi dengan adanya kemajuan tersebut. Konseling sebagai bagian dari layanan pendidikan yang diperuntukkan pada peserta didik pun harus siap mengikuti segala perubahan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan tentang layanan konseling berbasis digital, yang menjadi tren terkini dalam pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang sesuai dengan perkembangan era digital. Penelitian mengunakan studi literatur dimana peneliti memulai dari mencari, mengumpulkan, membaca, sampai pada tahap mencatat tentang sub-sub pembahasan penelitian ini. Dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengunakan studi kepustakaan (Library Research) artinya kegiatan pengumpulan data yang berkaitan dengan penelitian di dapat dari buku, jurnal ilmiah, literatur dan publikasi lainnya yang dijadikan rujukan untuk penelitian yang diteliti penulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling berbasis digital dinilai efektif dilakukan karena memberikan kemudahan bagi semua pihak baik guru maupun peserta didik

Artikel ini akan dimulai dengan ikhtisar teori REBT sebelum beralih ke diskusi tentang etika yang mengatur bidang psikologi. Tulisan ini akan mencoba untuk menjawab pertanyaan apakah teori REBT Ellis (1955) dapat digunakan secara independen selama sesi terapi, atau apakah memerlukan penggabungan etika dan nilai untuk memberikan layanan terbaik kepada klien atau tidak. Pertimbangan etis harus diterapkan pada aplikasi teori untuk memperbaikinya dan membuatnya lebih berguna dalam sesi terapi, oleh karena itu penting untuk menentukan seberapa baik teori dapat berfungsi sendiri sambil tetap memenuhi kebutuhan kliennya.

The purposes of this study are to test the contribution of perceptions of school counselor about their task toward the performance of school counselor. This research used the quantitative approach with the descriptive-correlational method. The population was 303 school counselors and the sample consist of 169 people taken by Purposive Sampling technique. The instrument used was Performance of School Counselor Instrument with reliability score 0,861 and Perception about Tasks Instrument with reliability score 0,740. Data were analyzed using simple regression. The result of the research shows there is contribution (10,7%) of the perception of school counselor about their task toward the performance of school counselor in school

The goal of this study is to examine self-esteem, family social support and resilience of victims of domestic violence at the Woment Crisis Center in Padang. Factors that affect resilience are self-esteem and family social support. This thesis utilizes a quantitative descriptive correlational technique. At the Woment Crisis Center Padang Conscience Institution, the population of this study were 77 victims of domestic violence, selected by purposeful sampling technique. The findings of this study show that self-esteem and family social support together are 23.8% important for resilience. The implications of the findings of the study can be used as an analysis of the needs of Guidance and Therapy programs and as a basis for programming.

Readiness for retirement based on sex, position and family social support and its implications for Guidance and Counseling services. This study aims to describe the readiness to face retirement in civil servants in terms of sex, position and family social support. The sample used in this study were 40 civil servants who would retire in various government agencies in Padang Panjang City, West Sumatra. This research uses Proportional Random Sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a scale of readiness retirement with a reliability of 0.893 and a scale of family social support with a reliability of 0.941. The findings show that there is no difference in readiness retirement in terms of sex, position and family social support. This shows that there are other factors that can affect a person's retirement readiness. These factors are age, education level, race, ethnicity and personality. Self-efficacy is a personality dimension which is an individual's assessment of his or her ability or competence to do a task, achieve a goal, and produce something.

Sexual harassment is increasingly prevalent. This is a concern because most sex offenders are teenagers. Sexual harassment committed by adolescents is related to the psychological development they are undergoing. Adolescence is a transitional period between children and adults characterized by ongoing processes of change in biological, psychological and sociological terms. Adolescent students live their lives in school throughout the day, if calculated spending about 7 hours/day at school This study aims to describe the sexual abuse behavior of adolescents. The research sample consisted of 182 vocational students who were selected by the proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used was a scale of sexual harassment behavior. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability The data analysis in this study used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that the acts of adolescent sexual harassment, in general, were in the high category of 76 students (42%). The implications of this study are as a basis for counselors to prevent acts of teenage sexual harassment in schools.

Based on the existing phenomena, there are still many brides who have not been able to establish good interpersonal communication. If the condition is ignored, it will have an impact on divorce. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach . The population of the study was the candidate pair of pengatin in Padang City with a total sample of 43 pairs . The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling with data collection tools used in the form of Interpersonal Communication Scale (SKI) . Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and for analysis of interpersonal communication differences based on gender brides do different test method t-test using SPSS version 22. The findings of the study revealed that interpersonal communication is in the category bride lace h with the achievements of the percentage of 44.0% , interpersonal communication on the verbal aspect is in the medium category with 45.3% percentage achievements, interpersonal communication on the nonverbal aspect is in the low category with a percentage of 37.2%. Meanwhile, the level of interpersonal communication of the bride and groom if calculated on average, men are lower than women, with 54.46 achievements and 55.81 women. However, statistically there is no significant difference between the bride and groom's interpersonal communication skills with the bride , in other words there is no significant difference in the bride's interpersonal communication skills in terms of gender . The findings of this research can then be an important need study to create interpersonal communication modules in the family for the bride and groom, so that the bride and groom understand good communication within the family and then be able to apply it.
