Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan rancangan pembelajaran hybrid pada Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Muhammadiyah Tapanuli Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif, dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dengan dekan, ketua prodi, tata usaha, dan dosen. Dokumen yang dipeoleh digunakan untuk mendukung data-data penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini diawali dengan reduksi data serta dilanjutkan dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh pihak pengelola unit program studi sudah sangat memadai, baik dari segi perangkat atau teknologi pembelajaran yang mendukung pembelajaran hybrid. Rancangan kurikulum pembelajaran hybrid juga telah disesuaikan dengan peraturan kementrian pendidikan dan peraturan akademik universitas. Rencana pembelajran semester, berita acara perkuliaha, presensi atau kehadiran menjadi unsur-unsur penting dalam rancangan pembelajran hybrid.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and discover the uniqueness of piety through community-based Islamic Religious Education. Piety in this context is defined as human steadfastness in faith and its implementation, namely diligence in actualizing Islamic principles in life. This research is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. Data was collected through non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and literature review. The data analysis steps began with concrete description, experiencing the whole, creating units of meaning, transforming and reducing, creating constituents and structures, conveying findings, and interpreting findings. The collected data were tested for validity through source and technique triangulation. This study found that the religious experiences of the research subjects do not always come from family education. The religious community they belong to, the environment they live in, and demographic data also significantly contribute to their piety. Inner and spiritual experiences are dominant factors in the piety of research subjects. The development of piety among research subjects is influenced by their diverse experiences. For the research subjects, piety is interpreted as a principle of life. The true meaning of piety will give birth to a perspective and attitude of sincere devotion as a form of manifestation of true piety.

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance in Indonesia has become our concern especially as a moslem manpower who work there. It is, tehrefore our responsibility to address moslem manpower as the main agenda of our development at school and campus.Curriculum of Islamic Religion at Vocational High School has become priority in our strategy, plan, and policy. This should make all element be active by involved and it include Islamic Education Institutions.Moslem manpower needs vision and political will and commitment from all social component sucah as moslem individual (including parent), scientiest, religion scholar’s as well as education institution. Without political will and united efforts the moslem manpower will be left behind.Key word : Islamic Education Institution, moslem manpower, motivation, productivity, quality, and industry

Abstract

 Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah implementasi integrasi keilmuan dan pelaksanaan kurikulum integratif dalam pembelajaran di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan kurikulum integratif di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah implementatif integrasi keilmuan, yang terdiri atas: pengembangan silabus dan RPS, penulisan buku ajar, perekrutan dan pembinaan dosen, bangunan kelembagaan, budaya kampus, laboratorium terintegrasi, dan khotmil Qur’an. Sementara itu, strategi pelaksanaan kurikulum integratif di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang dilakukan pada saat: memulai pembelajaran, menyampaikan pembelajaran, mengakhiri pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe whether there is a correlation between the memorization of the Qur'an and student achievement and the form of the correlation between the ability to memorize the Qur'an and learning achievement. This research uses a mixed approach (mixed methods) with a sequential explanatory research type. Data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. quantitative and qualitative data analysis was carried out by comparing the quantitative data carried out in the first stage and the qualitative data in the second stage. The study results show that: (1) There is a significant correlation or correlation between the memorization of the Qur'an and student achievement at SMPIT Ash-Sohwa Berau. (2) The correlation between memorizing the Qur'an and learning achievement is when a person memorizes the Qur'an, his brain is accustomed to remembering and storing the verses of the Qur'an, which requires a high level of focus and accuracy. So that the brain gets used to being focused and thorough, which positively impacts other activities, including the learning process at school. In addition, those who memorize al-Qur’an are given the ease in life by Allah ﷻ and are directly guided in living life so that they are protected from things that are not good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui internalisasi Character Building berbasis lembaga keuangan syari’ah dan dampak positifnya pada lembaga keuangan mikro dengan badan hukum koperasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menghasilkan data deskriptif dengan mengambil latar koperasi jasa keuangan syari’ah baitul mal wat-tamwil (BMT) Binamas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Internalisasi character building berbasis lembaga keuangan syari’ah di BMT Binamas dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan model gabungan. Model gabungan adalah model yang menggabungkan atau mengintegrasikan antara kajian terstruktur di BMT Binamas dipadukan dengan praktik kegiatan sehari-hari. (2) Dampak positif dari Internalisasi Character Building di BMT Binamas melahirkan nilai-nilai karakter yang disingkat SEMANGAT yaitu seperangkat nilai yang terdiri dari 1. Senyum, salam, sapa dan santun 2. Energik. 3. Musyawarah. 4. Aktif-kreatif 5. Nasionalis 6. Gotong 7. Agamis. kemudian melahirkan 4 komitmen yang disingkat dalam kata STAF, yaitu seperangkat nilai yang meliputi 1. Shidiq 2. Tabligh 3. Amanah 4. Fatonah. Internalisasi character building yang terbangun dari model ini melahirkan sumber daya manusia dalam hal ini karyawan BMT Binamas yang relijius, disiplin, jujur, istiqomah, sabar, semangat, kerja keras, simpati, empati dan tanggung jawab. Kata-kata Kunci : Internalisasi, Character Building, sumber daya manusia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning of Sirah Urjuzah Mi'iyah and its influence on the formation of prophetic character traits in Kuttab Al-Fatih Malang students. This type of research method is an associative quantitative method. The research was conducted for the entire population of Qonuni 3 and 4 classes totaling 68 students. The data collection method used is in the form of distributing questionnaires to students. The data analysis method used by researchers is normality test, linearity test, hypothesis testing using simple linear regression test. Learning Kitab Sirah Urjuzah Mi'iyah uses two methods: first, the tashih method in which students memorize the verses of the nadzam repeatedly; second, the syarah method in which teachers interpret, interpret, and explain the meaning of the verses. In the percentage of influence between variable X and variable Y obtained from the analysis of the coefficient of determination test which shows the results of the R square value of 0.419, this shows that the learning variable of the sirah urjuzah mi'iyah book has an influence of 41.9% on the variable character building of prophetic traits in students, then as much as 58.1% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia must engage in various initiatives in order to enhance its comprehension of its position within the national education system. It is imperative for Islamic education to endorse and augment general education in grasping the complexities of the contemporary world, rather than concentrating solely on religious identity. National strategies need to acknowledge education as a critical element in addressing societal and environmental transformations. The analysis of Islamic education policies has commenced following the enactment of the National Education System Law in 2003. A more profound insight into these policies has the potential to fortify the education system, ensuring the adaptation of Islam in parallel with its doctrinal teachings. By catering to current requirements and fortifying the education sector, particularly Islamic education, there exists significant potential for substantial contributions to sustainable economic advancement and the fostering of human resources in Indonesia.

Abstract

Education as a foundation for character building and increasing the potential of human resources requires an innovative approach in the learning process. One approach that is developing is multidisciplinary learning, which aims to integrate various disciplines in one learning framework. This study evaluates the effectiveness of applying multidisciplinary learning methods in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islam Terpadu (MIIT) Nurul Imam Punung, focusing on improving academic achievement and developing students' skills holistically.
