Abstract

The role of Islamic banking in fostering economic growth has gained increasing attention, particularly in emerging markets such as Indonesia. Sharia Commercial Banks, through their key components of third-party funds, total assets, and total financing, are considered instrumental in contributing to regional economic development. However, the specific impacts of these components on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) remain underexplored, particularly at the provincial level. This study aims to analyze the influence of third-party funds, total assets, and total financing of Sharia Commercial Banks on GRDP in Indonesia during the 2018–2022 period, including the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The research seeks to uncover both individual and combined impacts of these variables and to identify regional disparities in their effectiveness. A quantitative research design was employed using panel data from Indonesia’s provinces. The study utilized regression analysis with the Fixed Effect Model, supported by diagnostic tests to ensure robustness. Data sources included annual financial reports from Sharia Commercial Banks and official statistics from Indonesia's Financial Services Authority and Statistics Indonesia. The findings reveal that total financing significantly impacts GRDP, underscoring its critical role in economic development. In contrast, third-party funds and total assets show limited direct influence but contribute significantly when combined with financing. Regional disparities are evident, with developed provinces benefiting more substantially from Sharia banking activities. The COVID-19 pandemic temporarily disrupted these dynamics, highlighting the need for financial resilience. The study emphasizes the importance of targeted financing, optimized asset deployment, and enhanced financial inclusion to maximize the contributions of Sharia Commercial Banks to regional economic growth. It also underscores the need for region-specific strategies to address disparities and foster inclusive development.

Abstract

Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a strategic approach that helps teachers improve the quality of learning through a cycle of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This article aims to explore the significance of Classroom Action Research (CAR) for teachers in the learning process at SMPN 8 Tenggarong, focusing on benefits, challenges, and optimization strategies. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with literature review as the main approach. The study results indicate that PTK has a positive impact, such as improving teachers' pedagogical skills, encouraging learning innovations, and enhancing students' learning outcomes. However, the main challenges faced include time constraints, high administrative burdens, and a lack of training on the implementation of PTK. To overcome these challenges, strategies such as intensive training, collaboration among teachers, and administrative support from the school are needed. In conclusion, PTK has significant importance in improving the quality of learning and the professionalism of teachers at SMPN 8 Tenggarong. With the optimization of PTK implementation, it is hoped that learning will become more effective, innovative, and relevant to students' needs.

Abstract

Global population growth and climate change have sparked interest in efficient and sustainable agricultural innovations. This research proposes a financial feasibility analysis for implementing hydroponic vegetable farming using the floating raft method at Oxigen Farm, Singosari, Malang. Leveraging modern technology, this study aims to evaluate the economic sustainability and contribution to the growth of the agricultural sector amid the pressing limitations of arable land. The floating raft method was chosen to enhance land use efficiency and control the environmental conditions for plant growth. The financial analysis covers investment costs, income projections, and profits over a specified period. The analysis of investment costs and income projections reveals promising profit potential, indicating that the investment has good financial feasibility. Meeting investment criteria, including a positive Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 43.04, a Gross Benefit/Cost (BC) ratio of 1.16, a Net B/C ratio of 2.18, and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) exceeding the utilized interest rate at 54,59%, supports the conclusion that the business is viable. The findings support the view that implementing the floating raft method in hydroponic farming in Singosari, Malang, could provide a sustainable solution to the critical challenge of agricultural land conversion. Implications include the potential development of efficient and sustainable modern farming models, contributing positively to the local economy and food resilience.

Abstract

Angin merupakan pergerakan udara yang disebabkan oleh perbedaan tekanan pada permukaan bumi. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki sumber energi berlimpah serta potensi listrik alami yang begitu besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental yang bertujuan memonitoring arus, tegangan, dan RPM dari pembangkit listrik tenaga angin berbasis IoT. Alat ini memanfaatkan putaran kubah masjid yang terkena angin untuk memutarkan generator melalui v pulley dan karet untuk diteruskan ke aki untuk menyalakan beban. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kubah masjid bisa menghasilkan listrik dengan ditambahkan generator, rangkaian step up dan aki sebagai penyimpan tegangan serta lampu sebagai beban. RPM, tegangan dan arus yang digunakan oleh beban berupa lampu dapat dimonitoring melalui web thinger.io sehingga pemantuan menjadi berbasis IoT. Hasil yang didapat yaitu semakin besar kecepatan angin yang memutar sudut lengkung kubah maka semakin besar juga tegangan dan RPM yang dihasilkan oleh generator serta semakin besar beban lampu yang digunakan maka konsumsi arus yang diperlukan juga semakin besar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkanpemanfaatan fitur otomatis untuk meningkatkan keamanan di Laboratorium Teknik Elektro Unhasy. Metode penelitian ini berjenis penelitian eksperimental yang berhubungan dengan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi mikrokontroler Arduino Mega dan NodeMcu Esp 8266 sebagai inti dalam mengendalikan servo, Fingerprint, LED, sensor DHT11, sensor LDR, dan sensor PIR. Fingerprint akan mengidentifikasi subjek jika subjek termasuk dalam member maka nilai output berupa servo sebagai kunci pintu akan bergerak membuka. Dalam pemantauan suhu yang dihasilkan oleh sensor DHT11 dapat membaca suhu ruang dengan akurasi rata-rata 99,10 %. Waktu respon sensor LDR terhadap kondisilampu pada saat pukul 05.19 WIB akan padam dan pukul 17.38 WIB akan menyala.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang berbasis pada metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menilai kinerja karyawan di CV. Sumber Sari Persada. Dengan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, penerapan sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan dan meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Metode AHP digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kriteria serta bobot relatif dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan. Dengan menggunakan normalisasi matriks perbandingan berpasangan, perhitungan konsistensi, dan vektor prioritas, sistem ini dapat menghasilkan skor akhir yang memudahkan pemeringkatan karyawan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web yang memanfaatkan PHP dan MySQL. Metode perancangan perangkat lunak berbasis UML diterapkan untuk merancang antarmuka dan fungsi sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam proses evaluasi kinerja karyawan, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan mempercepat pengambilan keputusan di perusahaan.

Abstract

The growing importance of online learning in teacher education highlights the need to assess its impact on teacher professionalism. This study examines the effects of online learning within the in-service Teacher Professional Education (TPE) program at a State Islamic Higher Education institution in Indonesia. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research investigates online learning practices, curriculum adaptation, instructor preparation, and professionalism development. The quantitative analysis shows a significant, moderate correlation between online learning and teacher professionalism (R = 0.573), accounting for 32.9% of the variance (R² = 0.329), with a high statistical significance (p < 0.001). Qualitative results support these findings, emphasizing the role of relevant course materials, learning tool development, and instructor feedback in enhancing professionalism. Curriculum adaptation and thorough preparation by lecturers and mentor teachers are also identified as critical to the program's success. While challenges such as limited interaction and internet access persist, online learning has proven to improve teacher professionalism by offering greater accessibility and flexibility. This study concludes that online learning, when implemented with the right strategies, can significantly elevate teacher professionalism. The implications for Islamic education emphasize the potential of online platforms to strengthen teacher development and educational quality.

Abstract

Expressive writing, a therapeutic technique shown to alleviate emotional distress, has not been widely adopted in Islamic education despite its proven benefits. This study aims to integrate expressive writing with Islamic principles to support anxiety relief among adolescents in educational settings. Specifically, it compares the outcomes of this intervention in state schools versus Islamic schools, examines gender differences, and assesses the impact of participants’ personalities and social support on the effectiveness of the intervention. The study employed a pretest-posttest control experimental design involving 124 adolescents aged 13 to 15 years from a state school and an Islamic junior high school. Participants were selected based on self-reported anxiety symptoms measured by the Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7 (GAD-7) questionnaire, which has demonstrated strong psychometric properties, with a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.89, indicating high reliability and construct validity supported by correlations with other established anxiety measures. The intervention included expressive writing exercises integrated with Islamic teachings, and anxiety levels were measured pre and post-intervention. The results show that in the state school, the intervention significantly reduced anxiety levels, with an average decrease of 2 points in anxiety scores (p = 0.04). In the Islamic school, the intervention resulted in an average increase of 2.4 points in scores. Integrating expressive writing with Islamic principles can effectively address anxiety among students, creating a more supportive and holistic educational environment. The culturally and spiritually relevant framework enhances the therapeutic impact, indicating significant potential for this approach in both state and Islamic schools.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of Islamic education in overcoming various educational problems in the technological era. In essence, education has a very large impact on the progress of human civilization. With education, students are equipped to face challenges in the future. Along with the times, technology is developing rapidly, including artificial intelligence, Islamic education is able to show its existence. This study uses qualitative research with literature studies. The stages carried out in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that Islamic education needs to be continuously improved so that it can provide proportional implications according to the times. Islamic education combines scientific values both intellectually and spiritually. This can be used as a solution to overcome various problems faced in the world of education in the technological era.

Abstract

This research discusses an analytical study of mothers' knowledge of children's breastfeeding rights from a legal and Islamic perspective as an effort to prevent stunting. Breastfeeding rights have been regulated in Government Regulation Number 33 of 2012 concerning Exclusive Breastfeeding in Article 6 “Every mother who gives birth must provide exclusive breastfeeding to the baby she gives birth to”. Although it has been regulated, the Basic Health Research data for 2021 shows that 52.5%, or only half of the 2.3 million babies aged less than six months receive exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia. One of the impacts of children not getting breast milk is stunting. Data from 2020 shows that toddlers who are not exclusively breastfed are stunted by 91.7%. Stunting is a significant problem in Indonesia today; child malnutrition in the form of stunting, low body weight, and wasting continues to occur in children under five years of age. The large number of stunting that occur in toddlers who are not breastfed shows that there is still low awareness of mothers in providing breast milk even though the regulation of breastfeeding is very clear from legislation and Islamic law, there are still many mothers who do not offer breast milk to their children. Urgency of research Carry out research on children's rights to breast milk to prevent stunting. The research method that will be used in this research is empirical legal research using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that all respondents knew that breast milk is very beneficial for children and is taught in Islam, but only 42% knew that breast milk can prevent stunting. Despite knowing that breast milk is very helpful for children, 83% of respondents did not know that breast milk is a child's right that must be given. Mothers consider breastfeeding to be a mother's right, which means that mothers can choose whether or not to breastfeed their children. Breastfeeding as a child's right is not understood by the community, so many mothers ignore this right.
