Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi apa yang digunakan oleh Tanaris Coffee untuk meningkatkan penjualannya.Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan analisis SWOT dalam meningkatkan penjualannya. Sampel penelitian adalah coffee Tanaris, menggunakan analisis SWOT,Dari hasil analisis matriks IE, Tanaris coffee berada pada sell v dengan nilai IFAS 2,98 dan nilai EFAS sebesar 2,01.Strategi SO strategi yang dapat dilakukan Tanaris Coffee di kota Palu adalah mengadakan event-event atau lomba game, strategi WO membuat tim promosi dengan media sosial atau pihak ketiga, media sosial yang dimaksud yaitu Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. Strategi ST dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengubah interior secara berkala dengan melihat apa yang sedang trend di kalangan masyarakat dan juga melengkapi fasilitas. Strategi WT strategi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menambah ruangan untuk pertemuan untuk meeting dan ber ac.Kata Kunci: Coffee, Marketing Strategi, Analisys SWOT.

Potential products fresh milk from a partners dairy farmers in the area Bendul Merisi Surabaya is still quite favorable, but the technology has not been used in terms of addressing the problem of livestock waste, so the existence of the business partners still largely very simple in handling the waste, which could impact unhealthy society around. The existence of farm businesses that are geographically dense settlements which are urban areas in Surabaya, where villagers are a mixture of local women for newcomers. Required touch technology and knowledge in the group of dairy farmers are still traditional, thus providing added value to the farm business that is expected to have an impact on the surrounding environment healthier.In the implementation of community service (PPM) is made to partners I, namely Mr. Masoud located in the Bendul Merisi, 27 Surabaya and partners II, Mrs. Aslam in the Bendul Merisi, 31 Surabaya, both within the village RW.6 RT.5 Bendul Merisi Wonocolo Subdistrict Surabaya. Priority issues in general partners after advocacy by Tim PPM states have realized the importance of livestock wastewater treatment so as not to impact negatively on the environment and understand the importance of fresh milk production management by developing a broader market access (internet media).The purpose of this devotion 1). provide a good understanding of the handling of liquid waste from the farm; 2). provide a good understanding of marketing management of fresh dairy products; 3). develop household business partners who are economically independent. The method is offered for problems of waste and management are 1) helping to prepare the handling and management of liquid waste effectively is by building bathtub tiered so that the water coming out of the location of the farm is quite clean and does not pollute the environment, 2) help increase the marketing management product by utilizing Internet access.By the conclusion of 2016 IbM have done the steps are 1) the innovation of science and technology in the form of construction of wastewater treatment basin farms in stages; 2) advocacy to partner in improving the understanding of appropriate technology and 3) to facilitate the implementation of Internet technology to expand its internet blog marketing information and business networks. With these steps, the partners feel the positive benefits such as ease of access to fresh milk sales and the emergence of consciousness and moral responsibility for pollution of river water in view of the farm is located in a densely populated urban environment Surabaya.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/abdimas.v2i2.1811

The aim of this research is to find out how much costs are incurred in the promotion mix PT Sungai Budi Group increases sales; examines the promotion mix, the most dominant increase in sales. The method of observation, library research, interview, are the research methods used in this study. The multiple linear regression method is the analytical method employed. The study was carried out at PT Sungai Budi Group in Makassar. Multiple linear regression with SPSS 20 was used to analyze the data. The result shows that mixed advertising, promotion and advertising have a positive influence on sales growth

An implementation of the Hartree-Fock Roothaan with six expansion terms of Gaussian Type Orbitals (GTO-6G) is described and used to study the Helium atomâ€™s ground state accurately. The objective of this research is to calculate the ground state energy of the Helium atom. The analysis was conducted using the numerical method using Matlab2017b. By using the Hartree-Fock Roothaan method, the complexity of Hartree-Fock in integrating the differential equations of eigenvalues for each electron is repeatedly successfully overcome by expressing Hartree-Fock orbitals in the form of linear combinations, known as STO (Slater Type Orbitals) and GTO (Gaussian Type Orbital). The Hartree-Fock Roothaan approximation procedure begins by assigning an initial guess value to the elements of the density matrices and then constructing the first Fock matrix from these matrices.Â The calculation is performed using the various iterations in multiples of 50, show that the error value expressed in relative uncertainty is getting smaller at the 150th iteration, which is around 1.84%. Compared with some literature, the relative uncertainty value is still within tolerance (below 5%). The contribution of theoretical implications in this study can be used as input for other researchers to review the Hartree-Fock Roothaan method and improve accuracy.

Zink oksida merupakan oksida logam semikonduktor yang telah banyak diteliti secara luas aplikasinya. Partikel ZnO berukuran mikro hingga nanometer dapat disintesis dengan penambahan capping agent, yaitu senyawa yang berperan mencegah terjadinya aglomerasi partikel. Pendekatan green synthesis ZnO dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan klorofil dari daun suji sebagai capping agent dengan variasi konsentrasi terhadap karakteristik (serapan infra merah, ukuran kisi kristal dan energi celah pita) ZnO yang dihasilkan. Sintesis ZnO dilakukan dengan prekursor zink nitrat, penambahan larutan ammonium hidroksida dan klorofil (Chl) dengan konsentrasi bervariasi (Chl 1= 19,60x10-6M; Chl 2= 2,45x10-6M dan Chl 3= 0,15x10-6M). Sintesis dilakukan secara hidrotermal dalam autoclave yang dipanaskan pada temperatur Â±150oC dan Â±180oC. Pertumbuhan kristal ZnO terjadi saat proses kalsinasi selama 3 jam pada temperatur Â±400oC. Zink oksida hasil sintesis menunjukkan puncak serapan IR pada bilangan gelombang 447,49 cm-1 dan 601,79 cm-1, yang khas untuk vibrasi ulur Zn-O. Difraktogram XRD menunjukkan puncak-puncak kristal ZnO dengan struktur hexagonal wurtzite pada 2 Â sekitar 31Â°, 34Â°, 36Â°, 47Â°, 56Â°, 62Â°, 68 dan 89Â°. Ukuran kristal ZnO terkecil adalah 22,80 nm, yaitu ZnO dengan penambahan Chl 1. Nanopartikel ZnO hasil sintesis dengan penambahan Chl 1 menghasilkan nilai energi celah pita 3,29 eV, sedangkan energi celah pita ZnO kontrol yaitu 3,25 eV. Morfologi permukaan ZnO menunjukkan terjadinya aglomerasi. Berdasarkan penelitian, diperoleh bahwa penambahan Chl 1 dalam sintesis ZnO menghasilkan ZnO nanokristal dengan energi celah pita terbesar.Â Â Kata kunci: hidrotermal, klorofil, ZnO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pendekatan keterampilan proses sains terhadap hasil belajar IPA konsep siklus hidup pada siswa kelas IVa SDN 38 Bonto Perak, (2) pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap hasil belajar IPA konsep siklus hidup pada siswa kelas IVb SDN 38 Bonto Perak, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh pendekatan keterampilan proses sains dan pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap hasil belajar IPA konsep siklus hidup pada siswa kelas IV SDN 38 Bonto Perak. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi dan tes, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh pendekatan keterampilan proses sains terhadap hasil belajar IPA konsep siklus hidup pada siswa kelas IVa SDN 38 Bonto Perak Pangkep. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai p = 0,000 yang kurang dari 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, (2) Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap hasil belajar IPA konsep siklus hidup pada siswa kelas IVb SDN 38 Bonto Perak Pangkep. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai p = 0,000 yang kurang dari 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, dan (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pendekatan keterampilan proses sains dan pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap hasil belajar IPA konsep siklus hidup pada siswa kelas IV SDN 38 Bonto Perak Pangkep. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai p = 0,039 yang kurang dari 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of the science process skills approach to the science learning outcomes of the life cycle concept in grade IVa students of SDN 38 Bonto Perak, (2) the effect of the STAD cooperative learning model on the science learning outcomes of the life cycle concept of grade IVb students. SDN 38 Bonto Perak, and (3) the difference in the effect of the science process skills approach and the effect of the STAD cooperative learning model on the science learning outcomes of the life cycle concept of the fourth-grade students of SDN 38 Bonto Perak. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research type. The sample taken in this study used purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were collected using observation and tests, then analyzed descriptively and inferential. The results showed that: (1) There was an effect of the science process skills approach to the science learning outcomes of the life cycle concept in grade IVa students of SDN 38 Bonto Perak Pangkep. This is indicated by the value of p = 0.000 which is less than 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, (2) There is an effect of the STAD cooperative learning model on the science learning outcomes of the life cycle concept in class IVb SDN 38 Bonto Perak Pangkep. This is indicated by the value of p = 0.000 which is less than 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, and (3) There is a difference in the effect of the science process skills approach and the effect of the STAD type cooperative learning model on the science learning outcomes of the life cycle concept in grade IV students. SDN 38 Bonto Perak Pangkep. This is indicated by the p value = 0.039 which is less than 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh penggunaan model kooperatif tipe NHT terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 38 Bonto Perak Kecamatan Pangkajene Kabupaten Pangkep, (2) pengaruh penggunaan model Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 38 Bonto Perak Kecamatan Pangkajene Kabupaten Pangkep, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh penggunaan model kooperatif tipe NHT dan model Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam konsep lingkungan hidup IPA kelas V SDN 38 Bonto Perak Kecamatan Pangkajene Kabupaten Pangkep. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN 38 Bonto Perak, Kecamatan Pangkajene, Kabupaten Pangkajene Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling dimana terpilih kelas Va dengan jumlah siswa 20 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen 1 dan kelas Vb dengan jumlah siswa 20 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen 2. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi dan tes, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT terhadap hasil belajar IPA konsep lingkungan hidup pada siswa kelas Va SDN 38 Bonto Perak Pangkep. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai p = 0,000 yang kurang dari 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, (2) Terdapat pengaruh model discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar IPA konsep lingkungan hidup pada siswa kelas Vb SDN 38 Bonto Perak Pangkep. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai p = 0,000 yang kurang dari 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, dan (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dan pengaruh model discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar IPA konsep lingkungan hidup pada siswa kelas V SDN 38 Bonto Perak Pangkep. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai p = 0,013 yang kurang dari 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of using the cooperative model type NHT on the learning outcomes of class V SDN 38 Bonto Perak, Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency, (2) the effect of using the Discovery Learning model on the learning outcomes of class V SDN 38 Bonto Perak, Pangkajene District. Pangkep Regency, and (3) the difference in the effect of the use of the NHT cooperative model and the Discovery Learning model on student learning outcomes in the concept of the fifth-grade natural science environment SDN 38 Bonto Perak, Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research type. The population in this study were all fifth-grade students of SDN 38 Bonto Perak, Pangkajene District, Pangkajene Regency in the 2019/2020 academic year. The sample taken in this study used purposive sampling technique in which class Va was selected with 20 students as the experimental group 1 and class Vb with 20 students as the experimental group 2. The data in this study were collected using observation and tests, then analyzed by descriptive and inferential. The results showed that: (1) There is an effect of the type of NHT cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of environmental concept science in class Va SDN 38 Bonto Perak Pangkep. This is indicated by the value of p = 0.000 which is less than 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, (2) There is an effect of the discovery learning model on the science learning outcomes of environmental concepts in class Vb SDN 38 Bonto Perak Pangkep. This is indicated by the value of p = 0.000 which is less than 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, and (3) There are differences in the effect of the NHT type cooperative learning model and the effect of the discovery learning model on the science learning outcomes of environmental concepts in class V SDN students. 38 Pangkep Silver Bonto. This is indicated by the p value = 0.013 which is less than 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

This study provides an overview of the development of tourism destinations, precisely tourist attractions and accommodation in Langsa, Indonesia. Data collection in this research through secondary data collection at related institutions and data analysis descriptively qualitative. The results of this study indicate that there are six main tourist objects. The number of tourist visits by attractions from month-over-month during the year 2016, increasing. The most visited attractions are the city forest park, mangrove forests, culinary centers, Vitra Tirta Raya Swimming Pool, and Mutiara Water Park. The increase in the number of visits this tour, especially on tourist objects managed by government companies caused by the better management of tourism and its supporting facilities. The Municipal Government of Langsa has sought to develop tourism with all its facilities to address several development challenges, including poverty reduction, local economic development, and sustainability.

This study aimed to determine the results of differences in learning outcomes between students who were given a written test and an oral test on economics subjects. The population in this study were all students of class X IPS, which amounted to 97 students. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling. Data collection methods used documentation and tests. The results of this research for class X IPS 1 showed that the average score of the written test results was 80-86, totaling 6 people or 18.75% of the students who took the test, and were categorized as very good. 12 students who scored 66-79 or 37.5% were categorized as good. 6 students who scored 59-65 or 18.75% were categorized as sufficient while students who got a score of 45-58 were 8 people or 24.98% were categorized as poor while in class X IPS2 students who got a score of 66-79 totaling 11 people or 34.40% were categorized as good while students who scored 59-65 totaling 11 people or 34.40% were categorized as good enough. 10 students who got a score of 40-53 or 31.20% were categorized as less good.

The objectives of this research: 1) To determine the effect of clinical supervision on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency; 2) To determine the effect of supervision on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency; 3) To determine the effect of clinical supervision and supervision on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency with a total research sample of 57 teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation studies and distributing questionnaires. The results of this research are: 1) There is a partially significant influence between clinical supervision on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency, where the calculated t value is greater than t table (3.274 > 1.671); 2) There is a partially significant influence between supervision on the work performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency where the calculated t value is greater than t table (3.127 > 1.671)
