Abstract

This research is based on the unavailability of learning media that can increase students’ interest and motivation to learn physics. This study aims to describe the feasibility and describe student responses to the digital module of comic-based static electricity material assisted by the MOOCs platform. This research is development research with reference to the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research instruments used include expert validation questionnaires and student response questionnaires. The type of data used consists of quantitative data and qualitative data. This study obtained the results of the product feasibility validation assessment with an average percentage value of 89.36% which indicates that the comic-based digital module is very feasible to use. The increase in students concept understanding is included in the high category with an average percentage of 82.65% which shows that the use of comic-based digital modules assisted by the MOOCs platform is able to improve students concept understanding. The results of students’ responses obtained an assessment with an average percentage of 89.57% with the category of student responses to the development of comic-based digital modules, namely very good, which means that comic-based digital modules assisted by the MOOCs platform have attractiveness and positive responses for students. Based on the overall results of research and discussion, it is concluded that the digital module of comic-based static electricity material assisted by the MOOCs platform is suitable for use in physics learning.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas integrasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam evaluasi pembelajaran pada pendidikan menengah, sebagai respons terhadap keterbatasan metode evaluasi konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan sistematis berbasis PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) yang mencakup empat tahap utama: identifikasi, penyaringan, uji kelayakan, dan inklusi. Proses pencarian dilakukan melalui basis data Scopus dan Semantic Scholar, menghasilkan 99 artikel. Setelah melalui tahap penyaringan dan eliminasi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, empat artikel yang relevan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa AI mampu meningkatkan objektivitas, efisiensi, dan personalisasi dalam evaluasi siswa melalui teknologi seperti machine learning dan pemrosesan bahasa alami. AI berperan penting dalam pengembangan rubrik penilaian yang presisi, pemetaan kesenjangan pembelajaran, serta pemberian umpan balik yang adaptif. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, isu etika data, dan resistensi guru masih menjadi hambatan. Studi ini menekankan bahwa AI sebaiknya digunakan sebagai alat bantu, bukan pengganti, dalam proses evaluasi. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi dasar dalam perumusan kebijakan pendidikan menengah yang lebih adaptif dan inklusif terhadap perkembangan teknologi.

Abstract

The problems in this study can be seen in the varying motivation and interest of students in learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of PjBL model assisted by ethnophysics of traditional games on higher order thinking skills of grade XI students. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with nonequivalent control group design. The population of this study were students of class XI IPA with a total of 227 students with a sample of 76 students. Sampling used purposive sampling technique. The research data were analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics with SPSS version 25 software. Based on the results of the inferential statistical test through the independent sample t-test test, it was found that the application of the PjBL model in physics learning aided by ethnophysics had an influence on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) at the Sig level. (????) = 0,05. The results of the Cohen's d effect size test (=0.753) state that the effect of physics learning with the PjBL model assisted by ethnophysics on HOTS of class XI students is in the medium category. The findings in this study, will make a very important contribution to physics learning. Teachers can integrate the PjBL model with the local culture approach, which will create more meaningful learning.

Abstract

The In-House Training (IHT) for SMA 3 Bengkulu City teachers aims to improve teachers' skills in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in the learning process. Along with the rapid development of technology, especially in education, the application of AI is expected to enrich the teaching and learning experience and support learning effectiveness. This activity includes the introduction of AI for education, the usage of various AI tools in developing teaching modules, presentations, mind maps, learning videos, and assessments. This training involved more than 80 teachers from various subjects and was tutored by three instructors from Universitas Bengkulu, Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, and STIKES Bakti Husada Bengkulu. In addition, an evaluation of the quality of training was carried out through a questionnaire that measured respondents’ responses on materials, facilities, delivery, and application of AI in teaching. The results of the data analysis showed that the majority of participants were satisfied with the material provided, with the highest average score on an aspect of material attraction, namely 4.58. However, some areas that need improvement include the provided facilities and time for practice activities. The implication of these findings is the importance of improving training facilities and time so that teachers are better prepared to implement AI technology in learning. This training program has made a significant contribution in preparing teachers to deal with educational challenges in today's digital era.

Abstract

The research was used to describe the feasibility of digital modules using augmented reality media assisted by MOOCs, describe student responses and describe the improvement of student learning outcomes after the implementation of digital modules using augmented reality media assisted by MOOCs. This type of research is research and development (RD) with the ADDIE development model. The subjects in this study consisted of 36 students in class XI.2 of SMA Negeri 8 Bengkulu City. The results of the study show that the feasibility test criteria for digital modules using augmented reality media assisted by MOOCs are at 92.5% with the category of very feasible. The response given by students to the use of the developed digital module was at 87% with the very good category. From the pretest and posttest sheets using Gain scores, the results were obtained that students experienced an increase in learning outcomes after using the digital modules that had been developed. It can be concluded that digital modules using augmented reality media assisted by MOOCs are very feasible to be used as learning alternatives and can improve student learning outcomes, especially in physics subject matter, namely particle motion dynamics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of developing digital modules, to find out students responses to digital modules, and to find out students learning motivation after using gamification-based digital modules through the MOOCs platform. This study uses the Research and Development (RD) method using the ADDIE model. As a result of the interview, students in Bengkulu stated that they felt bored and had difficulty understanding the physics learning taught by the teacher. The subjects used were thirty-four students of class XA MAN 2 Bengkulu City and one teacher. Research data was obtained through expert validation sheets, student response questionnaires, student learning motivation questionnaires and pretest-posttests to measure student learning outcomes that were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the validation of the digital module as a whole were obtained with a percentage of 95% which was included in the very feasible category, 94% of the validation of media questions which showed the category was very feasible, 80% of student responses which showed the category was very good, there was an increase in learning motivation with a moderate category with an N-Gain result of 0.43, and there was an increase in learning outcomes with a medium category with an N-Gain result of 0.52.

Abstract

Termination of Employment is any kind of termination of employment of workers/laborers. Termination to obtain a livelihood, termination to finance the family and termination period for medical expenses, recreation and others, Some disputes over termination of employment are actually limited by a 1 year expiration period to make efforts to resolve disputes in Law No. 2 of 2004 concerning the Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes, therefore in order to obtain the right to severance pay for Termination of Employment carried out by the company, the Workers filed a Termination of Employment Dispute Lawsuit to the Industrial Relations Court whose decision has expired, for that the problem is How is the Process of Termination of Employment Disputes in Law No. 2 of 2004 concerning the Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes and What is the deadline for filing a termination of employment lawsuit in Law No. 2 of 2004 concerning the Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes and the Constitutional Court Decision Number 94 / PUU-XXI / 2023 which was decided on February 29, 2024. The research method used in the author is normative legal research, namely, research on the application of law with a discussion of the Company's Actions that terminated the Employment of Andi Wiyono on the grounds that he was considered absent and to Indra Witanto on the grounds In connection with the action, persuading and ordering other employees not to accept sanctions given by the Company, the conclusion of which is that the Industrial Relations Court Decision which was decided to be out of date does not include the reasons regulated in Article 82 of Law Number 2 of 2004 concerning the Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics and feasibility of developing an e-module using the Canva application to increase the learning interest of high school students. This research is a follow-up research that has been done previously which is only limited to the analysis stage, this research uses the ADDIE model RnD method. But in this research, it is only up to the development stage. This study uses an expert validation sheet assessment instrument that contains aspects of material, language and media. Based on the results of product validation tests that were validated by experts so that the percentage score for the material aspect was 85.45%, language was 87.50%, media was 89.58%, and interest in learning was 90.63%. The final result of the average score is 88.28%, can be categorized as very valid and the results of the student's perception response show very well with a percentage of 86.23%. Therefore, the e-module material of magnitude and unit using Canva to increase the learning interest of high school students is declared as a product that is feasible to use.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze responses about the importance of digital marketing skills for vocational teachers. This type of research is survey research using quantitative research methods. The sample in this study were 41 teachers at SMKN 2 North Bengkulu. The research was conducted in November 2022. The data collection technique used a questionnaire so that the measuring tool was a questionnaire made with a modified Likert scale with 4 answer choices, namely strongly agree, agree, disagree, and strongly disagree. The results of the study show that digital marketing skills are important for vocational teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the project based learning model in improving students' digital literacy through training in digital content creation. This type of research is survey research. The study was conducted in October 2022. The research sample was 27 students from SMAN 3 Bengkulu Tengah. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was a closed questionnaire consisting of 18 positive statementswhich was developed in the form of a modified Likert Scale with 4 answer choices, namely strongly agree, agree, disagree and strongly disagree.The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the project-based learning model through digital content creation training activities carried out at SMAN 3 Bengkulu Tengah was able to add insight and skills, especially from practitioners of digital content creation.
