Abstract

Di era digital, Facebook Marketplace telah menjadi solusi pemasaran inovatif bagi pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah, termasuk usaha percetakan. Dengan fitur unggulannya, platform ini memiliki potensi untuk membantu pelaku usaha, seperti Percetakan Dinda, dalam menjangkau konsumen yang lebih luas, berinteraksi langsung dengan pelanggan, serta menghemat biaya promosi dibandingkan metode tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk efektivitas efektivitas Facebook Marketplace dalam pemasaran produk dengan mengukur pengaruh jangkauan luas, komunikasi langsung, dan efisiensi biaya terhadap keberhasilan pemasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, observasi kuantitatif, serta analisis Facebook Insights . Pengolahan data menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 26 , dengan teknik analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Facebook Marketplace (X) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pemasaran (Y). Indikator jangkauan luas, komunikasi langsung dengan pelanggan, serta efisiensi biaya terbukti berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek, volume penjualan, dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) collaborated with Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Musawiyah, located in Dusun Kebun Kacang, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. The general objective of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) implementation is to help solve partner problems in improving the quality of learning through the application of learning technology based on Artificial Intelligence (AI). The specific objective is to provide training for MIS Musawiyah teachers on implementing AI-based multimedia learning, as well as to provide one unit of LCD projector as supporting equipment in the teaching and learning process at the madrasah. The methods used in this PKM program consist of several stages. The initial stage started with collecting data through surveys and interviews with the Head of Madrasah to identify the partner’s needs and problems. Based on these results, an engagement program was designed to cover implementation and evaluation activities over three months. The results show a significant increase in teacher competence, from 20% before training to 90% after training, as well as the creation of a more innovative and participatory learning culture. This activity was considered successful in improving teachers’ digital competence by an average of 70–80% and enhancing learning facilities, thereby creating a more attractive and effective learning environment. Evaluation demonstrates that the application of AI-based multimedia increased teacher creativity, learning effectiveness, and student participation.

Abstract

Extreme poverty challenges sustainable development and demands adaptive, inclusive, and evidence-based governance. This study aims to analyze the institutional capacity of local governments in addressing extreme poverty, focusing on the alignment of national and regional policies, the effectiveness of cross-sectoral coordination, and data governance as a basis for decision-making. The study employed a qualitative method with a case study design in Jeneponto Regency, which has been designated as a priority area for eradicating extreme poverty. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 19 key informants, field observations, and official document reviews, and were analyzed thematically using NVivo 12 software. The results indicate a gap in implementation between national policies and regional planning, institutional coordination that is mainly informal and based on personal relationships, and data fragmentation between regional government agencies that hinders the accuracy of program targeting and evaluation. These conditions demonstrate administrative bias and sectoral fragmentation that are as serious as economic bias in hampering the effectiveness of poverty eradication programs. As a conceptual contribution, this study proposes the CARE Framework (Collaboration, Alignment, Responsiveness, Evidence) as an alternative adaptive governance model that places the extreme poor at the center of intervention. This research confirms that successful eradication of extreme poverty requires not only programmatic interventions, but also structural reforms of regional governance that are sustainable, inclusive, and evidence-based.

Abstract

Research has been conducted on the development of a PBL-Based e-Pocket Book learning media with Mnemonic Strategies on the topic of Chemical Bonds, oriented towards enhancing the Creative Thinking Skills of high school students. This study aims to assess the feasibility of the PBL-based e-pocket book with mnemonic strategies according to design and learning model experts, evaluate chemistry teachers' assessments, and understand students' responses to the developed media. This research uses the Lee & Owens development model. The research instruments include interview sheets and questionnaires. The developed product was validated by design and learning model experts as well as media and content experts, followed by an evaluation from chemistry teachers, and then tested through one-on-one trials and small group trials. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results indicate that the developed e-pocket book is deemed feasible based on the validation results from design and learning model experts, as well as media and content experts. The assessment from chemistry teachers also indicates a "very feasible" category. Additionally, students’ responses during the one-on-one trial showed a "very good" category, while the small group trial achieved a percentage of 87.90% with a "very good" category, tested on a small group of 9 students. Based on the development results and trials conducted, it can be concluded that the PBL-based e-pocket book with mnemonic strategies is suitable for use as a learning media for chemistry to support the development of high school students' creative thinking abilities.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Agile Governance in the Investment and One-Stop Service Offices (DPMPTSP) across Sulawesi provinces, addressing rapid regulatory shifts under the OSS-RBA system and the absence of an empirically validated implementation model. The study aims to analyze the effects of environmental factors, agile capabilities, and governance capabilities on business operations and value delivery, and to develop an evidence-based implementation model. A sequential explanatory mixed-methods design was applied. The quantitative phase surveyed 380 civil servants in South Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, and West Sulawesi and was analyzed using SEM-PLS. The qualitative phase, conducted in West Sulawesi, involved in-depth interviews, performance document analysis (SKM, SAKIP, budget absorption, investment realization), and NVivo-based thematic coding. Results show that environmental factors do not directly affect business operations (E→B not significant), but their influence emerges through agile and governance capabilities. The strongest relationship is governance capability → value delivery (G→R; highest F²), followed by agile capability → governance capability (A→G). Qualitative findings confirm that high SKM scores (“Very Good”), SAKIP grades (“A”), and budget absorption above 90% reflect administrative compliance rather than adaptive agility. Key barriers include hierarchical bureaucracy, regulatory instability, and uneven human resources competencies. The study proposes an Agile Governance implementation model emphasizing the simultaneous strengthening of agile and governance capabilities, flexible cross-unit coordination, real-time data utilization, and stronger feedback loops with business actors. Policy implications include integrating adaptiveness indicators into performance management, enhancing data-driven service control units, and building adaptive capacities among civil servants in licensing and investment services.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi seharusnya telah merambah berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam Kegiatan satuan keamanan pada sebuah Rumah Sakit. Usulan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu aplikasi pengaduan dan monitoring tindakan satuan pengamanan (SATPAM) yang saat ini masih melakukan pengelolaan data secara manual, yang mengakibatkan kurangnya efisiensi dan akurasi dalam penanganan laporan serta monitoring tindakan untuk satuan mereka. Selama  ini laporan hanya di share melalui pesan whatapp masih masing personil dan kadang dicatatkan pada sebuah buku yang tentu saja mudah hilang dan history kejadian setiap hari pada Rumah Sakit tidak ter arsip dengan baik bahkan hilang begitu saja. Maka untuk penelitian ini kami membuat sebuah rancangan sistem yang menerapkan metode Addie dalam rancangan dan pembuatan aplikasinya. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan menyediakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi untuk pengelolaan data laporan satuan keamanan dan monitoring tindakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan juga metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Studi Dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan informasi yang relevan dari personil satuan keamanan pada Rumah Sakit.

Abstract

Work-based learning (WBL) is a critical approach in nursing education that emphasizes experiential learning. However, qualitative studies frequently report challenges nursing students face in WBL settings. This study aims to systematically analyze qualitative evidence on nursing students’ experiences in work-based learning within healthcare organizations, highlighting key challenges and areas for improvement. A systematic review followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) 2020 guidelines. Literature searches were performed using Medline, Embase, CINAHL, and JSTOR databases. Quality appraisal was conducted using the JBI-QARI framework. The initial search yielded 311 studies, seven of which were deemed eligible based on inclusion criteria that focused on qualitative English-language studies involving nursing students. The review identified three major challenges in WBL: (1) time constraints limiting learning opportunities, (2) workplace environmental factors such as lack of mentorship and high-pressure conditions, and (3) unclear benefits perceived by students in WBL programs. These factors contribute to varying levels of engagement and satisfaction among nursing students. This study is the first systematic review to evaluate nursing students’ perceptions of WBL, offering a comprehensive analysis of recurring issues. The findings provide valuable insights for educational institutions and healthcare organizations to enhance WBL effectiveness through structured mentorship, improved scheduling, and targeted support strategies, ultimately bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience in nursing education.

Abstract

This study examines how innovation capability and market orientation influence agribusiness performance through post-harvest process innovation in the case of Bemba Arabica in Enrekang. A quantitative-explanatory design using PLS-SEM was employed with 80 multi-source respondents (farmers/groups, operators/QC, managers/marketing, B2B buyers). A Likert-type 1–5 instrument was tested for reliability and validity; a structural model assessed direct, indirect, and total effects. Results indicate innovation capability and market orientation have a significant positive effect on process innovation; process innovation has a significant positive effect on agribusiness performance. The direct effect of innovation capability on performance is small but significant, while the direct effect of market orientation on performance is insignificant indicating a dominant mediating role of process innovation. Findings confirm that standardized SOPs for fermentation–drying, QC/cupping, and traceability are the primary pathways for converting “market voice” and innovation capability into economic value. Practical implications include prioritizing standardization across suppliers, strengthening measurement/experimentation capacity, and managing structured market feedback.

Abstract

Background: Disease transmission is strongly supported by the presence of disease vectors. Along coastal areas, shrimp ponds, swamps, and stagnant water are commonly found, which provide ideal breeding sites for mosquitoes, where many vector-borne diseases are prevalent. Objectives: This study aims to determine the bioecological diversity of virus-carrying mosquitoes in light of the persistently high incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), particularly focusing on the disease vector Aedes spp. The study examines aspects of bioecological distribution, species diversity of mosquitoes in coastal and highland areas, species distribution patterns in both regions, and how these distributions are influenced by geographic location, habitat type or breeding sites, mosquito density, and environmental characteristics of coastal and mountainous regions. Methods: This study employed an observational approach with a bioecological study design. Data were analyzed descriptively to assess egg and larval density of mosquitoes using a free collection method conducted in coastal and highland areas of Mamuju and Polewali Mandar Regencies, specifically in areas reporting DHF cases. Results: The results indicate that ovitraps are effective in reducing Aedes spp. mosquito density, as reflected by the ovitrap index. Conclusion: The ovitrap index was higher in highland areas than in coastal areas, influenced by environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, and the abundance of breeding sites. It is expected that the local government, through the District Health Office, will provide community education on controlling Aedes spp. mosquitoes by installing ovitraps in individual households. Abstract

Organic waste is a biodegradable material, but it can cause environmental problems at the household and community level, especially if it accumulates due to an inefficient management system. The Smart Organic Hole (LCO) Program is an initiative for managing household organic waste in the Thematic-based Real Work Lecture (KKNT) Group 3 in Lamajang Village, Cibolang Village RW 19. This alternative technology is a simple method that allows for the processing of organic waste directly in the soil as the initial process of compost formation. Based on the culture and awareness of the community towards environmental concerns, this program is easy to implement by the community by starting with intensive education. This program aims to reduce the accumulation of organic waste in the environment by processing it into natural compost through infiltration holes made in strategic locations, then evaluating its effectiveness in reducing organic waste generation, and assessing its impact on community behavior and environmental conditions. Program implementation includes three main stages: (1) Preparation which includes location surveys and socialization; (2) Implementation which includes digging holes and training in filling organic waste; (3) Monitoring and evaluation which includes monitoring the compost decomposition and harvesting process. The research approach used a quasi-experimental method through the implementation of LCO at the KKNT location with a one-month implementation duration. Observed parameters included the reduction in household organic waste generation, the volume of degraded organic material in the initial phase, and community response and participation. Socialization and training were conducted for 20 heads of families (KK) as a pilot project out of a total of 147 KK. Two LCO units were installed as a medium for decomposing organic waste, with filling carried out in stages. Monitoring showed active community participation and the potential for reducing organic waste by ±2–3% of the total waste generation in RW 19 during the program period. Although the use of compost fertilizer could not be implemented due to the limited duration of the KKN, this program demonstrated the initial effectiveness of LCO and the potential for sustainability if implemented gradually to all residents. Suggestions were given for expanding its implementation, conducting routine monitoring, and providing maintenance guidelines to achieve a more significant impact on organic waste reduction.
