Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan strategi Wondering Time dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di TK Islam SabilillahMalng 1, serta mengamati hasil belajar setelah strategi ini diterapkan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif desktiptif, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui cara observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas Wondering Time terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis anak melalui kegiatan bertanya, menganalisis gambar atau video, berdiskusi, dan menarik kesimpulan. Peran guru sebagai fasilitator sangat penting dalam memberikan scaffolding dan mendorong siswa untuk mengajukan pertanyaan yang lebih kompleks (HOTS). Siswa menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam jumlah dan kualitas pertanyaan yang diajukan, kemampuan menjelaskan hubungan sebab akibat, membandingkan fenomena, dan  mengemukakan dugaan serta asumsi berdasarkan materi visual. Strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam menunjang pengembangan keterampilan yang relevan di abad 21, terutama berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah. Dengan demikian, Wondering Time dapat dipandang sebagai metode pengajaran alternatif yang inovatif dalam memperbaiki kemampuan berfikir kritis pada anak dalam proses belajar mengajar

Abstract

This study was motivated by the finding that some school administrative staff have not been fully able to complete their tasks optimally. This condition is thought to be caused by low levels of competence in several important aspects, such as technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills. Based on this, this study was conducted to analyze the effect of competence on the performance of school administrative staff. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The subjects in this study were all administrative staff of UPT SMA Negeri 1 Wajo, totaling 22 people. Data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and inferentially using a simple linear regression test with the help of the SPSS version 30.0 program. The results of the study showed that the competence of administrative staff was in the "good" category with a percentage of 79%, and the performance of administrative staff was also in the "good" category with a percentage of 81%. The results of the simple linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence between competence and the performance of administrative staff, with a significance value of 0.021 (<0.05) and a regression coefficient of 0.607. This means that the higher the competence of administrative staff, the higher the performance shown.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Musyarakah Mutanaqishah (MMQ) contract in home financing products of Islamic banking institutions from the perspective of fiqh muamalah. Musyarakah Mutanaqishah represents an innovative Islamic financing scheme that combines partnership principles with gradual transfer of ownership, designed to avoid interest-based transactions in housing finance. This research employs a qualitative method with a normative and conceptual approach by examining classical and contemporary fiqh muamalah literature, the fatwas issued by the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulama Council (DSN-MUI), and relevant regulatory frameworks. The findings indicate that normatively, the Musyarakah Mutanaqishah contract fulfills the essential pillars and conditions of a valid Islamic contract and is legally supported by DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 73/DSN-MUI/XI/2008. The mechanism of joint ownership, payment of ujrah for asset utilization, and gradual transfer of ownership reflects the principles of justice and mutual benefit emphasized in Islamic law. However, practical implementation reveals several challenges, including the potential imbalance of risk allocation and deviations from the ideal partnership model. Therefore, strengthening substantive compliance in the application of Musyarakah Mutanaqishah is essential to ensure alignment with the principles of fiqh muamalah and the objectives of maqashid al-shariah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of public relations management in increasing community participation at Wajo State Senior High School 12. The phenomenon of low community involvement in supporting school programs is the starting point for this study. Public relations management in schools is considered to have a strategic role in building harmonious communication, strengthening positive images, and opening up opportunities for collaboration between schools and communities. This study aims to comprehensively describe the implementation of public relations management in increasing community participation at State Senior High School 12 Wajo. The research method used was qualitative and descriptive, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document reviews involving the principal, teachers, public relations staff, school committee, and student parent representatives. Data analysis techniques were carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification to obtain a comprehensive picture of the strategies, obstacles, and impacts of the implementation of public relations management in the school. The results of the study show that the implementation of public relations management in this school takes place through a relatively structured managerial cycle, starting from the planning stage, program implementation, to continuous evaluation involving various internal and external actors of the school. In addition, there are several factors that support the implementation of public relations management at SMA Negeri 12 Wajo. The main factors include participatory leadership from the principal, a clear public relations organizational structure, strong social capital within the community, effective internal communication, as well as support from parents and external partnerships. In addition to supporting factors, there are also findings of inhibiting factors. The main obstacle found is the socio-economic conditions of the community around the school, which are still diverse and mostly in the lower-middle category.

Abstract

Jumlah kunjungan pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) terus meningkat sehingga menuntut pelayanan yang cepat dan tepat melalui sistem triase yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat IGD tentang triase dengan response time triase pasien di Rumah Sakit Mitra Plumbon. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional, melibatkan 37 perawat IGD yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner pengetahuan triase dan lembar observasi response time yang dikategorikan menjadi cepat (≤5 menit) dan lambat (&gt;5 menit). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square (ρ&lt;0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perawat memiliki pengetahuan baik (59,5%) dan cukup (40,5%), sementara sebagian besar response time triase pasien termasuk kategori cepat (70,3%). Uji Chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan perawat dan response time triase (ρ=0,000; ρ&lt;0,05). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pengetahuan triase perawat berkontribusi terhadap percepatan response time dan menjadi dasar bagi manajemen IGD dalam perencanaan pelatihan triase serta peningkatan mutu pelayanan kegawatdaruratan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by class problems regarding the lack of student motivation in learning biology learning outcomes experienced by students. Corrective action learning is carried out to solve problems by applying a problem-based learning model. The problem-based learning model is a model of learning activities in which the process of implementing learning goes through the following steps, first by observing, asking, exploring, associating and communicating. Both in this learning model describe everything that exists in our environment, especially those related to subject matter objects, so that learning becomes meaningful, and can develop student learning outcomes. By implementing the learning model in biology subjects as a learning method, it can be seen that there is a correlation of learning motivation and has shown a satisfactory increase in learning outcomes.

Abstract

Background: Pneumonia remains the leading cause of mortality among children under five worldwide. According to the Banda Aceh Health Office Report (2018), the number of under-five children affected by pneumonia has increased annually. The highest number of pediatric pneumonia cases was reported in the working area of the UPTD Banda Raya Primary Health Center. This study aimed to identify risk factors associated with pneumonia among children under five in the working area of UPTD Banda Raya Primary Health Center, Banda Aceh, in 2019. Objective: This study also aims to describe the distribution of pneumonia cases in North Sumatra Province during the 2019 period based on secondary data obtained from the Provincial Health Profile. Methods: This study employed a case-control (retrospective) design. The study population consisted of all children aged 12–59 months, with a total sample of 142 participants. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate approaches. Bivariate analysis was conducted using the Chi-square test with a 95% confidence level (p-value < 0.05). Results: The results indicated that the significant risk factor associated with pneumonia incidence was house ventilation area (OR = 15.81; 95% CI = 4.70–53.12; p = 0.0001). In contrast, child age (OR = 1.15; 95% CI = 0.54–2.43; p = 0.705), sex (OR = 1.11; 95% CI = 0.57–2.16; p = 0.737), maternal knowledge (OR = 0.38; 95% CI = 0.12–1.24; p = 0.112), and housing density (OR = 1.80; 95% CI = 0.78–4.13; p = 0.163) were not significantly associated with pneumonia incidence among children under five in the study area. Conclusion: The primary risk factor associated with pneumonia among children under five is inadequate house ventilation. Therefore, improving environmental sanitation and promoting clean and healthy living behaviors are essential preventive measures to reduce the incidence of pneumonia. Abstract

This study examined the effectiveness of the role-playing method in improving the understanding and internalization of basic Islamic values-especially honesty, discipline, politeness, helping, and love of cleanliness-in 31 students of class A/B RA Raudlatul Huda Sukarendah. The researcher implemented a two-cycle classroom action research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, field notes, documentation, and attitude assessment, then analyzed thematically with source triangulation. Results showed significant improvement: contextual understanding of Islamic values rose from 35% to 88%, while behavior according to these values increased from 20% to 83% after two cycles. This success reflects the application of Islamic education management principles that are responsive to children's nature, integrate values in curricular planning, and apply character-based holistic assessment. The researcher recommends the integration of participatory methods such as role play as an innovative practice in the management of transformative Islamic learning in early childhood education institutions.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to identify and analyze the direction of Arabic learning planning that is relevant to the demands of the 21st century in madrasas. The main focus of this study is to review the planning from the three main foundations of education, namely philosophical, sociological, and psychological foundations, in order to provide a conceptual reference for education in designing contextual and effective learning.   Design/Methodology/Approach - This research uses a qualitative approach with the library research method. Primary data is sourced from the Arabic language learning policy document in madrassas (KMA Number of 2022), while secondary data includes related academic literature from the last ten years. The data analysis technique used is content analysis through the stages of identification, selection, classification, and comparative interpretation of themes.   Findings - The results of the study conclude that 21st-century Arabic language learning planning must integrate philosophical foundations (focus on critical thinking skills and character), sociological foundations (formation of socio-religious identity and global responsiveness), and psychological foundations (adaptation to students' learning styles and motivations). This integrity results in the learning model of communicative, contextual, humanist and adaptive learning models, which are not only oriented towards mastering language structures but also on practical communication competencies.   Research Limitation/Implications - This study is limited to a literature review and therefore has not tested the implementation of the conceptual model in the field. Nevertheless, the findings offer conceptual contributions and practical implications that can serve as a reference for teachers and curriculum developers in designing more comprehensive 21st-century Arabic language lesson plans that are relevant to the needs of modern education.
