Abstract

Stunting is a state of failure to grow experienced by children under five due to chronic malnutrition, especially in the first 1,000 days of life (HPK). The impact caused by stunting can vary, including physical growth disorders, body metabolic disorders, brain growth and development disorders. In addition, stunting is also at a higher risk of suffering from chronic diseases in adulthood. This study aims to analyze the influence of Family Centered Maternity Care education on the attitude and behavior of pregnant women in stunting prevention. This quantitative research uses a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. Sampling for this study uses a purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study is 38 people who have met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire for measuring attitudes and behaviors that were tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using univariate analysis, bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon Test. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of Family Centered Maternity Care education on the attitude and behavior of pregnant women in stunting prevention in the Kebumen area. Family Centered Maternity Care education has been proven to increase the knowledge of pregnant women which ultimately changes the attitude and behavior of pregnant women in stunting prevention. The application of Family Centered Maternity Care education should be considered as a health education method in providing continuous midwifery care as an effort to reduce stunting rates.

Abstract

Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Sila Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa Untuk Penguatan Toleransi Siswa Kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Siding Kabupaten Bengkayang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan bentuk deskriptif. Terdapat pula subjek penelitian diantaranya Kepala sekolah, Wakil Kepala Bidang Kesiswaan, guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, guru agama dan siswa kelas VII SMP di Negeri 2 Siding Kabupaten Bengkayang. Alat penggumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan panduan observasi, panduan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian Program Penguatan Toleransi Siswa Melalui Sila Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa, dapat dilihat dari siswa yang melakukan doa sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran dan perayaan hari besar keagamaan. Perencanaan penguatan nilai toleransi pada siswa yaitu menaati peraturan sekolah, saling membantu, dan menghindari perundungan. Dampak implementasi sila ketuhanan yang maha esa untuk penguatan toleransi siswa yaitu saling menghargai dan menghormati, karakter disiplin.

Abstract

This research is motivated by class problems regarding the lack of student motivation in learning biology learning outcomes experienced by students. Corrective action learning is carried out to solve problems by applying a problem-based learning model. The problem-based learning model is a model of learning activities in which the process of implementing learning goes through the following steps, first by observing, asking, exploring, associating and communicating. Both in this learning model describe everything that exists in our environment, especially those related to subject matter objects, so that learning becomes meaningful, and can develop student learning outcomes. By implementing the learning model in biology subjects as a learning method, it can be seen that there is a correlation of learning motivation and has shown a satisfactory increase in learning outcomes.

Abstract

Hospitalization is a planned or emergency process that requires the child to undergo treatment in hospital and undergo a therapy program until he is sent home. Hospitalization of children can cause anxiety and stress at all ages. Anxiety in children can be overcome by channeling feelings of anxiety into a fun play activity, so that it is hoped that it can support the healing process and be cooperative in every nursing action. Puzzle play therapy is one of the play therapies that can be given to preschool-aged children while undergoing hospitalization. Through the activity of playing puzzles, it is hoped that it can provide a feeling of joy and be an effective way to forget about anxiety for children. The aim of implementing evidence-based nursing practice is to overcome anxiety in preschool-aged children during hospitalization. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental method with a one group pretest posttest design. Data were collected using the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HAR-S) questionnaire. The sample was determined using purposive sampling with a total of 24 respondents. The statistical results of the paired sample t-test showed ap value of 0.000 (p value < α 0.05) so it can be concluded that There is an effect of puzzle playing therapy on anxiety in hospitalized children. This research suggests puzzle playing therapy to hospitalized children as providing an effective way to reduce anxiety.

Abstract

Informed consent adalah formulir yang bersifat berupa persetujuan tindakan kedokteran yang diberikan oleh pasien atau keluarga terdekatnya setelah mendapatkan penjelasan secara lengkap mengenai tindakan kedokteran yang akan dilakukan kepada pasien. Redesain formulir informed consent merupakan desain ulang untuk mencakup pedoman, pembuatan, pengendalian, perancangan hingga penetapan yang lama menjadi terbaru untuk dilaksanakan oleh tenaga kesehatan dan pegawai adminstrasi kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Jimmy Medika Borneo. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat program studi sarjana administrasi kesehatan ITKES Wiyata Husada Samarinda yang dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Jimmy Medika Borneo bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dalam rangka redesain formulir informed consent yang konvensional menggunakan kertas menjadi berbasis digital. Kegiatan ini digagas dengan pemberian materi tentang manfaat redesain formulir informed consent yang berbasis digital. Kegiatan tersebut berdasarkan dari penelitian awal kemudian, di tindak lanjuti kembali dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan diakhiri dengan evaluasi dengan menyebarkan form kuesioner melalui google form. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terdapat keberhasilan dan ketercapaian yang luar biasa bagi mitra dan institusi ITKES WHS dalam kemanfaatan bersama-sama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji keefektifan Aplikasi Undercover Game untuk meningkatkan kosa kata siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pra-eksperimental. Sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VII SMP N 25 Pontianak pada Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa Aplikasi Game Undercover meningkatkan kosakata siswa. Nilai t-hitung komputasi lebih besar dibandingkan dengan t-tabel (10,50 > 1,697) yang berarti hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak. Skor effect size sebesar 1,78 >1,00, dikategorikan 'kuat'. Antusiasme siswa juga terlihat selama proses belajar mengajar. Mereka antusias memainkan Aplikasi Game Undercover dengan menjelaskan kata-kata rahasianya dan mendapatkan kosa kata baru. Kesimpulannya, Aplikasi Game Undercover meningkatkan kosakata siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of administrative staff competence on student administrative services at UPT SMPN 2 Ajangale, Bone Regency using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students at UPT SMPN 2 Ajangale, Bone Regency, totaling 190 students. While the number of samples in this study was carried out using Slovin's opinion, from the calculation results obtained a sample size of 66 students. Data collection was carried out in two ways, namely questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation. The data analysis technique uses percentage analysis, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient analysis, and determination coefficient analysis. The results of research and data analysis show that, (1) the competence of administrative staff at UPT SMPN 2 Ajangale Bone Regency received a very good assessment, with a percentage of 80%, (2) administrative services for students at SMPN 2 Ajangale Bone Regency were also in the very good category, with a percentage of 79%, (3) there is an effect of administrative staff competence of 60.5% on student administrative services, while the remaining 39.5% is influenced by other aspects not examined in this study. From these results, it shows that the higher the competence of administrative staff at UPT SMPN 2 Ajangale, Bone Regency, the more administrative services for students will increase.

Abstract

Abstrak Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas di masa depan dan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi serta ketrampilan membutuhkan penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang bermutu pada semua jenjang Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja di SMAN 1 Trimurjo. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pndekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SMAN 1 Trimurjo yang berjumlah 54 orang guru. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan tehnik total sampling, dimana keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru. Sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru. Serta berdasarkan pengujian simultan ditemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan sarana prasarana secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. hasil perhitungn analisis regresi linier sederhana, yang memberikan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,944, yang berarti sebesar 94.4% gaya kepemimpinan transformasional sangat mempengaruhi kinerja guru, dan sisanya 5,6% dipengaruhi variabel diluar penelitian ini. Sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan demikian hipotesis gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kierja guru di SMAN 1 Trimurjo Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan transforasional,sarana prasarana, kinerja guru Abstract Quality human resources in the future and mastery of science, technology and skills require the provision of quality education at all levels. This research aims to determine transformational leadership style and infrastructure on performance at SMAN 1 Trimurjo. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were teachers at SMAN 1 Trimurjo, totaling 54 teachers. The sampling technique is a total sampling technique, where the entire population is sampled. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that the transformational leadership style has a partially positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Infrastructure has a partially positive and significant effect on teacher performance. And based on simultaneous testing, it was found that transformational leadership style and infrastructure simultaneously had a significant effect on teacher performance. The results of simple linear regression analysis calculations, which give an R-Square value of 0.944, which means that 94.4% of transformational leadership styles greatly influence teacher performance, and the remaining 5.6% are influenced by variables outside this research. So it can be concluded that the transformational leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance. Thus, the hypothesis that transformational leadership style influences teacher performance at SMAN 1 Trimurjo Keywords: transformational leadership style, infrastructure, teacher performance

Abstract

Teknologi juga dimanfaatkan dan sangat menunjang bidang pendidikan. Pemanfaatan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK). Salah satu penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan adalah pemnafaatan tekonologi dalam kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran. Teknologi yang dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran salah satunya adalah Quizizz. Media evaluasi pembelajaran Quizizz juga memberikan data dan statistik tentang kinerja siswa, bahkan bisa mendownload statistik ini dalam bentuk spreadsheet Excel. Guru dapat melacak jumlah jawaban siswa. Pemanfaatan quizizz membantu pendidik dalam melakukan evaluasi tanpa dibatasi tempat, tampilan yang menarik dan pengaturan waktu yang diatur menuntun konsentrasi siswa. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian melaksanakan pelatihan pemanfaatan Quizizz sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran bagi guru di Kabupaten Cirebon. Materi pengabdian meliputi Pengenalan Quizizz; Pentingnya teknologi dalam hal ini Quizizz dalam evaluasi pembelajaran; Praktik memanfaatkan Quizizz sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran. Pelatihan menggunakan teknik ceramah, tanya jawab, dan simulasi agar guru mendapatkan pengalaman langsung dan mendapat pengayaan dari tim pengabdian. Kegiatan pengabdian berdampak pada peningkatan motivasi dan kemampuan guru memanfaatkan Quizizz sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran. Seluruh peserta pelatihan memiliki pandangan positif terhadap pelatihan pemanfaatan Quizizz sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran dan memandang tingkat kebermanfaatan kegiatan pelatihan pada tingkat bermanfaat dan sangat bermanfaat.

Abstract

This study was aimed to find out the teaching strategies that used by the teacher in teaching reading comprehension of narrative text in X grade of SMA Negeri 1 Semparuk. The participant of this is research is an English teacher who has been teaching for about 18 years in SMA Negeri 1 Semparuk. A descriptive qualitative design was employed in this research by using semi-structured interview and observation as the technique of data collection. The findings of the research showed that the teacher used two strategies in teaching reading comprehension of narrative text they were small group discussion strategy and Questions and Answers Relationship (QnAR) strategy. The teacher used small group discussion strategy in helping students to get the same opportunity to understand the material. Another strategy was Questions and Answers Relationship (QnAR) strategy used in order to obtain students’ critical thinking. Furthermore, QnAR strategy was used in measuring and knowing students’ understanding about the material. In addition, the finding showed that these strategies gave good impact to influence students’ reading comprehension ability of narrative text. It can be seen from the teaching learning process and the score of the individual evaluation test.
