An ammonia converter is a catalyzed reactor that facilitates the synthesis of NH3 (ammonia) from hydrogen (H2) and nitrogen (N2). Several studies have shown that the performance of this reactor significantly influences the operational efficiency and productivity of ammonia plants. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the performance of an ammonia converter by assessing the effect of operating conditions on the reactant conversion and reaction products using design and actual data. The operating conditions examined included temperature, pressure, ratio of reactants, and inert mole utilized during the NH3 synthesis process. The results showed that the highest NH3 yield of 20.28% was achieved in actual data with 351.5oC temperature, 154.32 kg/cm2 pressure, 3.58 raw material ratio, and 3.57% inert mole (sixth dataset). The performance efficiency of an ammonia converter can be assessed using temperature, reactant ratio, and inert moles, while the pressure factor was insignificant due to dataset fluctuations. Based on the evaluation results, the converter experienced a decrease in performance due to a discrepancy in the existing operating conditions between the design and actual data.

Daerah Estuari Sungai Baturusa memiliki banyak sumber pencemaran dari kegiatan antropogenik. Hal ini dapat memicu terjadinya pencemaran seperti logam berat serta sampah plastik yang berbentuk makro maupun mikro. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan logam berat (Pb) dan mikroplastik di daerah Estuari Sungai Baturusa. Metode penelitian pengambilan air sampel logam berat (Pb) berdasarkan SNI 6989.57:2008, sedangkan sampel mikroplastik mengacu pada Palatinus et al., (2015). Analisis sampel air untuk uji logam berat (Pb) berdasarkan SNI 6989-84:2019. Ekstraksi mikroplastik dari bahan organik dengan menambahkan H2O2 30% dan penambahan NaCl untuk meningkatkan densitas mikroplastik. Kandungan logam berat (Pb) yang ditemukan yaitu <0,001 mg/l, sedangkan jenis mikroplastik yang ditemukan yaitu jenis fragmen, film, fiber dan foam dengan kelimpahan tertinggi ditemukan pada jenis fragmen yaitu  1,875 partikel/m3 dan stasiun yang memiliki kelimpahan tertinggi yaitu stasiun 2 dengan kelimpahan 1,101 partikel/m3. Berdasarkan analisis kandungan logam berat (Pb) air permukaan di Estuari Sungai Baturusa masih berada dibawah ambang batas baku mutu PP No 22 (2021) Tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup. Kelimpahan rata-rata jenis mikroplastik dan kelimpahan total setiap stasiun memiliki perbedaan hal ini dikarenakan jenis mikroplastik memiliki massa jenis yang berbeda-beda serta setiap stasiun memiliki sumber pencemar dan kondisi eksisting yang berbeda.

The aim of this paper is to discuss the use of teacher questioning in the class. From the related literature and from the finding of several studies done by some experts, it can be concluded that teachers should ask variety of questions in their class. The questions should be the combination of high-level questions and low-level questions in order to address the different level of students’ proficiency. Asking questions properly will make them more active and confident and indirectly build their communicative competence. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualifikasi akademik terhadap nilai siswa di Sekolah Dasar; pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap prestasi siswa di Sekolah Dasar; pengaruh antara kualifikasi akademik dan kinerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap Nilai Siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Plakat Tinggi Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan rumus regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kualifikasi akademik terhadap nilai siswa; ada pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap nilai siswa; ada pengaruh kualifikasi akademik dan kinerja guru terhadap nilai siswa. Kualifikasi akademik dan kinerja guru mampu mempengaruhi nilai siswa dengan kontribusi delapan puluh koma lima persen; sedangkan sisanya sembilan belas koma lima persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Keluarga Merupakan Suatu Unit Terkecil Dari Masyarakat Yang Terdiri Atas Kepala Keluarga Dan Beberapa Orang Yang Berkumpul Dan Tinggal Di Suatu Tempat Di Bawah Satu Atap Dalam Keadaan Saling Bergantungan. Pengaruh Proses Menua Akan Mengancam Kemandirian Dan Kualitas Hidup, Karenanya Peran Keluarga Dibutuhkan Dalam Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Lansia.Unit Fungsional Terkecil Dalam Pemberian Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga Adalah Keluarga, Dimana Pertisipasi Anggota Keluarga Dalam Pemberian Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga Sangat Mempengaruhi Hasil Dari Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga Lansia Tersebut Metode yang digunakan   adalah quasi   eksprimen one   group   pretest-posttest   design.   Jumlah sampel   sebanyak   50   keluarga   yang   memenuhi   kriteria   inklusi,   dengan   teknik pengambilan  sampel  puposive  sampling. Analisa  data  pada  penelitian  ini  bersifat univariat dan bivariat (uji T dependen). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian asuhan keperawatan  keluarga terhadap tingkat kemandirian  keluarga  dalam  mengatasi  masalah  kesehatan  keluarga  (p  value  = 0,000). Penting  sekali  perawat  Puskesmas melakukanasuhan  keperawatan  pada keluarga dalam  bentuk  kunjungan  rumah  guna  membantu  keluarga  mengatasi masalah kesehatan yang ada di keluarga sehingga status kesehatan keluarga dapat meningkat.

Habituation is one of the methods used to form discipline to early childhood. This study aims to determine the influence of using habituation method to form discipline in early childhood aged 5-6 years in PAUD Sartika Asih. The study employs a quantitative method under pre-experimental approach (one group pre-test and post-test design). The findings of the study show that based on the result of the t-test, t-observed = 13.073 > t-table = 2.040, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus, the use of the habituation method is able to effect in informing early childhood’s discipline in PAUD Sartika Asih. In addition, there are other findings in this study, including: the early childhood gets more attention from the parents at home and the teacher at school, because they give the real examples of how to do discipline in daily life; early childhood feels more enthusiastic in starting activities at school, because he/she and his/her parents arrive at school on time; and the early childhood feels proud of his/her parents because they give the model of how to return the toys to its place and how to wait for the turn. In conclusion, the use of habituation method has an effect to form of early childhood’s discipline at PAUD Sartika Asih.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the pattern of education significantly. Learning that has been normal and carried out face-to-face has been transferred to online learning in order to suppress the spread of the COVID-19 virus. As the COVID-19 case in Lubuklinggau City has slowed, the local government has issued a policy to enforce Limited Face-to-Face Learning (PTM) in education units. For educational units that are ready to implement Limited PTM, there are several components of a health protocol that must be prepared. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of Islamic education during Limited Face-to-Face Learning (PTM) at MIN 1 Lubuklinggau has been going well. Of course, Islamic education programs such as Friday Barokah/reading Surah Yaasin together and the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing Program everyday will continue to be carried out, of course, while still implementing disciplined health protocols

This study analyzes conversational implicatures in Tere Liye's The Special Child novel and its use as teaching material in high school. This study aims to describe common conversational implicatures and their use as teaching materials in high school. The author's reason for conducting this research is to understand the novel not only by reading it as a whole but also to interpret the implicit messages contained in the novel by understanding the conversational implicature, the context of the conversation, and the form of the conversation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The techniques used in data collection are reading strategies and note-taking techniques. The data source of this research is the data source obtained only based on the novel The Special Child by Tere Liye, which is analyzed using Nadar's theory. Data analysis uses three stages: data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The study indicates that conversational implicatures in the novel Si Anak Special by Tere Liye found as many as 25 general conversations. 3.9 about analyzing the content and language of the novel. This research aims to describe the involvement of youth in developing social entrepreneurship pottery in Gebangsari Village, Klirong District, Kebumen Regency andthe factors inhibiting the involvement of youth in developing social entrepreneurshippottery. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in the form ofobservations, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis techniques are carriedout with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of theresearch obtained that the involvement of gebangsari youth in developing socialentrepreneurship pottery is still minimal involvement of youth. Increasing community needs drive the need for alternative financing that is in accordance with sharia principles. Murabahah as one of the superior products in sharia financial institutions, is the main choice because it can meet sharia needs with a low risk of loss. However, obstacles such as Mark-up s in murabahah transactions raise questions about whether they are in accordance with sharia principles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze the concept of Mark-up  in murabahah transactions from a sharia perspective. Based on the results of the analysis, murabahah transactions in sharia banking involve various processes, including identifying customer needs, assessing feasibility, murabahah contracts, purchasing goods, selling to customers, and monitoring installment payments. Even though sharia banks act as providers of costs in murabahah financing, all related risks are borne by the customer in accordance with the agreement.
