Abstract

This study aims to explain the quality of service, medical facilities, patient satisfaction, and patient loyalty at Pulang Pisau Regional General Hospital, Central Kalimantan, and to analyze the direct and indirect influence of service quality and medical facilities on patient satisfaction and their implications for patient loyalty. This research employed a descriptive method to map the condition of each variable and a verificative method with a quantitative approach to test research hypotheses. The findings indicate that service quality and medical facilities are categorized as good and statistically have a positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction. Partially, service quality and medical facilities significantly improve patient satisfaction, while simultaneous testing shows a synergistic interaction of both variables in predicting satisfaction. The direct path analysis reveals that only medical facilities have a significant direct effect on loyalty, while service quality requires mediation. Furthermore, the mediation analysis shows that patient satisfaction facilitates the transmission of positive effects from both variables toward loyalty, making satisfaction a bridging variable that strengthens the relationship between service quality, medical facilities, and patient loyalty. These findings indicate that patient satisfaction functions as a crucial and fundamental mediator that consolidates the contributions of service quality and medical facilities in building sustainable patient loyalty.

Abstract

Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) and to reinforce work motivation in order to enhance organizational productivity through employee performance at Pulang Pisau General Hospital. The primary objective is to examine the influence of SIMRS implementation and work motivation on work productivity, with employee performance serving as a mediating variable. Employing a descriptive and verificative method with a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires and observations, and subsequently analyzed using path analysis. The results indicate that SIMRS implementation, work motivation, employee performance, and work productivity are generally categorized as satisfactory. Both individually and collectively, SIMRS implementation and work motivation exert a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, employee performance demonstrates a positive and significant influence on work productivity. SIMRS implementation exerts a direct, positive, and significant effect on productivity, while the direct effect of work motivation on productivity, although positive, is statistically insignificant. However, both SIMRS implementation and work motivation exert significant indirect effects on productivity through employee performance. Overall, the findings underscore that enhancing work productivity within hospital organizations is highly contingent upon the effectiveness of well-managed information systems, the consistency of work motivation, and the professionalism of employee performance. The integration of these three factors establishes a conducive work environment that supports organizational achievement and advances the quality of healthcare services.

Abstract

Merger merupakan salah satu strategi perusahaan untuk membangun kekuatan meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing. Keunggulan bersaing diperlukan perusahaan untuk keberlanjutan usaha. Strategi merger juga dilakukan pada perguruan tinggi dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan pangsa pasar yang lebih besar, efisiensi dan kemampuan memperluas operasi organisasi. Universitas Logistik Bisnis Internasional (ULBI) merupakan perguruan tinggi hasil penggabungan Politeknik Pos Indonesia (POLTEKPOS) dan Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Logistik Indonesia (STIMLOG). Konsekuensi dari penggabungan mengakibatkan adanya merek baru yang belum dikenal masyarakat maka dari itu diperlukan strategi pemasaran yang dapat meningkatkan brand awareness yang berimplikasi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan adalah berupa integrasi komunikasi pemasaran (IMC) dan manajemen kerelasian pelanggan (CRM). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh langsung IMC dan CRM terhadap brand awareness dan keputusan pembelian serta mengkaji pengaruh tidak langsung IMC dan CRM melalui brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisa jalur sebagai alat analisanya. Sample sebanyak 275 orang, proposive random sampling digunakan sebagai metode penentuan sample. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa IMC berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand awareness dan keputusan pembelian. CRM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand awareness, namun berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. IMC berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin terhadap Earning Per Share dengan Kebijakan Dividen sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019–2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh perusahaan sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode 2019–2023, sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 50 data observasi, yang diperoleh dari 10 perusahaan selama 5 tahun pengamatan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi), uji hipotesis (uji t dan koefisien determinasi), serta analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan sektor farmasi di BEI periode 2019–2023 belum menunjukkan konsistensi yang kuat. Efisiensi laba dan kebijakan dividen masih bervariasi antar perusahaan, yang berdampak pada fluktuasi laba per saham. Kondisi ini mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan strategi keuangan agar perusahaan lebih stabil dan kompetitif di pasar modal. Secara empiris, Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, serta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Earning Per Share (EPS). Namun demikian, Kebijakan Dividen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Earning Per Share, sehingga Kebijakan Dividen tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Net Profit Margin terhadap Earning Per Share pada perusahaan sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019–2023.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the implementation of patient safety at RSUD Ruteng, Manggarai Regency, focusing on leadership, communication, teamwork, and human resources. The research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey involving 70 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression tests. The results indicated that leadership, communication, teamwork, and human resources significantly influenced the implementation of patient safety goals with a p-value < 0.05. These findings highlight the importance of a patient safety culture involving team collaboration, transformational leadership, and effective human resource management to improve hospital service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix of products, prices, promotions, places, people, processes, and physical evidence on patient loyalty at the Family Dental Care dental clinic in the Bandung area of Leuwipanjang, Buah Batu, Cibeureum, and Soreang. The marketing mix can be used as a marketing strategy to facilitate the clinic's or health service provider's marketing objectives. This study employs a survey method with a descriptive and verifiable approach. The sample used in this study consists of patients who visited the Family Dental Care dental clinic in the Bandung region, specifically in the areas of Leuwipanjang, Buah Batu, Cibeureum, and Soreang, with a total sample size of 384 respondents. The analysis used includes descriptive analysis and verifiable analysis using multiple linear regression. Result. The results of the descriptive analysis, when depicted using a continuum line, show that the marketing mix aspects of product, promotion, people, and physical evidence are rated as “Good to Very Good.” Meanwhile, the marketing mix aspect of place is rated as “Good.” The marketing mix aspects of price, process, and patient loyalty are rated as “Very Good,” which requires improvement and evaluation in order to address the shortcomings that have been identified. Meanwhile, the results of the confirmatory analysis using multiple linear regression analysis obtained from the regression equation are as follows: Y = -0.103 + 0.027X₁ + 0.364X₂ + 0.085X₃ + 0.375X₄ + 0.121X₅ – 0.097X₆ + 0.012X₇. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicate that the physical evidence variable contributes the least to patient loyalty compared to the other variables. In contrast, the process variable demonstrates that each increase in patients perception of the process factor leads to a decrease in patient loyalty by –0.097. Conclusion. The results of the hypothesis test using the t-test (paired) found that the product marketing mix and physical evidence variables did not have a significant effect on patient loyalty, while the price, promotion, place, and people marketing mix variables had a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty. Additionally, the process marketing mix variable had a negative and significant effect on patient loyalty. For the F test (simultaneous), the variables of product marketing mix, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence have a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty with a calculated F value > table F value (390.20 > 2.395).

Abstract

Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Belitung berperan dalam mengelola dan meningkatkan kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) guna mendukung terwujudnya tata kelola pemerintahan yang efektif, efisien, dan berintegritas. Meskipun memiliki peran strategis, lembaga ini masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kesenjangan kinerja antar pegawai, rendahnya tingkat inovasi, serta perbedaan motivasi kerja yang cukup mencolok. Kinerja ASN dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor utama, yaitu budaya organisasi, kedisiplinan dalam kerja, dan motivasi, di mana motivasi berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang memperkuat budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi aktual budaya organisasi, kedisiplinan, motivasi, serta kinerja pegawai di lingkungan BKPSDM Kabupaten Belitung, serta menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antarvariabel tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan pemberian kuesioner kepada responden yang telah ditentukan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel secara empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum budaya organisasi, kedisiplinan, motivasi, dan kinerja pegawai berada dalam kategori baik, meskipun masih diperlukan peningkatan pada aspek motivasi berprestasi dan konsistensi disiplin kerja. Analisis lebih lanjut mengungkapkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Sebaliknya, disiplin kerja tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi maupun kinerja pegawai. Sementara itu, motivasi kerja terbukti menjadi faktor yang berperan besar dalam kinerja pegawai secara menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance based on the latest literature review from 2020 to 2025. The method used is a systematic literature review by collecting and examining ten academic articles that meet the inclusion criteria from Google Scholar. The selected articles are evaluated based on their relevance and feasibility in supporting the research objectives. The analysis results show that effective leadership and positive organizational culture significantly contribute to improving employee performance, both directly and indirectly. These findings emphasize the important role of leaders and the organizational environment in driving productivity and achieving company goals.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the complex relationship between self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and medical personnel performance through a comprehensive psychological review. Using qualitative methods with a library research approach, this study explores relevant literature from 2019-2025 to build a deep theoretical understanding of the interrelationship between these three psychological variables. Thematic analysis reveals that self-efficacy functions as the main predictor of medical personnel performance through psychological mechanisms involving professional confidence, intrinsic motivation, and adaptive capacity. Job satisfaction serves as a partial mediator that creates a positive spiral in the relationship between self-efficacy and performance, where medical personnel with high efficacy experience greater job satisfaction and produce optimal performance. The findings show a complex reciprocal relationship where good performance increases self-efficacy through successful experiences and positive feedback. The resulting conceptual model provides strategic implications for developing healthcare HR management programs that focus on improving self-efficacy and job satisfaction as sustainable investments for optimizing medical personnel performance and healthcare service quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompetensi pegawai, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di UPT Puskesmas Cikijing. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 80 pegawai yang dipilih untuk merepresentasikan kondisi aktual di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, kompetensi, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai berada pada kategori cukup hingga tinggi. Temuan tersebut menggambarkan bahwa secara umum Puskesmas Cikijing telah memiliki lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, meskipun beberapa aspek, terutama terkait kinerja teknis pegawai, masih memerlukan peningkatan lebih lanjut. Analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kontribusi sebesar 18,1%. Kompetensi pegawai menjadi faktor paling dominan dengan kontribusi sebesar 54,5% terhadap kinerja. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 72,6%, yang menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara nilai organisasi dan kemampuan individu dalam membentuk kinerja optimal. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kontribusi sebesar 81,5%. Hubungan antarvariabel juga menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memengaruhi kepuasan kerja baik secara langsung sebesar 6,4% maupun tidak langsung melalui kompetensi sebesar 11,4%, sehingga total pengaruhnya mencapai 17,8%. Kompetensi memberikan pengaruh langsung sebesar 40,6% dan tidak langsung sebesar 11,4%, dengan total pengaruh 52%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepuasan kerja berfungsi sebagai variabel intervening yang memperkuat hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai, sehingga menjadi faktor strategis dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja di lingkungan puskesmas.
