Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mutu pelayanan kesehatan, kepuasan pasien dan kinerja dokter gigi pada Rumah Sakit Surakarta Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 91 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian analisis deskriptif terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan, kepuasan pasien dan kinerja dokter gigi responden memberikan penilaian baik, masih ditemukan beberapa kekurangan yang harus diperhatikan untuk diperbaiki. Sedangkan hasil penelitian verifikatif, model analisis jalur menunjukkan nilai koefisien jalur antar variabel bernilai positif dan nilai koefisien jalur pengaruh tidak langsung lebih besar dari pengaruh langsung (68,6%>55,9%), artinya variabel kepuasan pasien sebagai variabel intervening mampu memediasi variabel mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan variabel kinerja dokter gigi. Nilai koefisien korelasi 0,967 menunjukan adanya hubungan yang kuat antar variabel dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 94.3 %, menunjukan variasi pengaruh variabel mutu pelayanan kesehatan dan variabel kepuasan pasien terhadap variabel kinerja dokter gigi cukup besar. Hasil hipotesis statistik untuk uji-t (parsial), variabel mutu pelayanan kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien, karena t-hitung > tα (9,475 > 1,99), variabel mutu pelayanan kesehatan berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kinerja dokter gigi, karena t-hitung > tα ( 35,868 > 1,99), secara langsung variabel mutu pelayanan kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja dokter gigi, karena t-hitung > tα (10,630 > 1,99), dan secara tidak langsung variabel mutu pelayanan kesehatan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dokter gigi melalui variabel kepuasan pasien, karena t-hitung > tα (9.161 > 1,99), hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan adanya implikasi variabel mutu pelayanan kesehatan dan variabel kepuasan pasien terhadap kinerja dokter gigi. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pasien, Kinerja Dokter Gigi, Mutu Pelayanan Kesehatan Abstract This study aims to analyze the quality of health services, patient satisfaction and dentist performance at Hospital Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 91 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and verification analysis using path analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis of the quality of health services, patient satisfaction and dentist performance of respondents gave a good assessment, there were still some shortcomings that must be considered for improvement. Meanwhile, the results of the verification study, the path analysis model showed that the path coefficient value between variables was positive and the indirect influence path coefficient value was greater than the direct influence (68.6%>55.9%), meaning that the patient satisfaction variable as an intervening variable was able to mediate the health service quality variable with the dentist performance variable. The correlation coefficient value of 0.967 indicates a strong relationship between variables and the determination coefficient value (R2) of 94.3%, indicating that the variation in the influence of the health service quality variable and the patient satisfaction variable on the dentist performance variable is quite large. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java face significant challenges in sustaining their operations amidst digital disruption and increasing market uncertainty. In this environment, knowledge is no longer merely an informational asset but a strategic driver of efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction. However, the strategic value of knowledge cannot be fully realized without the support of high quality human resources (HR) capable of interpreting, managing, and applying it in day-to-day business activities. This study aims to examine the influence of knowledge on MSME performance, with HR quality as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 93 MSME actors in West Java. The findings reveal that both knowledge and human resource quality significantly influence MSME performance, both directly and indirectly. These results underscore that knowledge management when grounded in capable human resources is a critical strategy for driving competitiveness and sustainable growth among MSMEs in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between personality traits and life satisfaction, as well as the impact of job satisfaction on life satisfaction and work stress. While investigating the function of job stress and job satisfaction in mediating the link between these variables.Methodology: This specific field of study adopts a quantitative research methodology and survey research techniques. A multivariate statistical method is used in the statistical tool that uses SmartPls 4 v.4.0.9.4 to compare exogenous and endogenous factors. The number of micro-enterprises in Garut Regency reached 150.557 (Garut Cooperative and SMEs Office, 2019), absorbing a total workforce of 2953 people. So, the population is the SME workforce who are still actively working. Sampling using incidental sampling and Purposive or Judgment sampling, namely sampling based on the number of respondents who filled out the instrument and must follow the sample proportions required in the SEM-SmartPlsmodel. So, the minimum sample is 120 employee respondents. Incidental sampling can likely achieve more than 130.Findings: According to the findings of hypothesis testing using Smart PLS, the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted, implying that personality significantly affects work stress. Since the second hypothesis (H2) is confirmed, personality affects life satisfaction. The third hypothesis (H3) is accepted which means that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and work stress. The fourth hypothesis (H4) is not accepted, proving that there is no discernible relationship between job happiness and life satisfaction. The fifth hypothesis (H5) is accepted which suggests that life satisfaction is significantly impacted by work stress. H9 is rejected, although H6, H7, and H8 are accepted.Conclusion: The capacity to forecast life satisfaction which falls into the moderate group can be attributed to the Big Five personality, job contentment, and work stress. Employees of SMEs in the Garut Regency can become more satisfied at work and in general by changing their personalities. Employees of SMEs experience both distress and eustress because job satisfaction has a favorable and important effect on work stress. It has not been demonstrated that life satisfaction is significantly influenced by job satisfaction. Life satisfaction is significantly impacted by job stress, suggesting that this stress is pleasant (eustress), such as self-motivation and stimulation to achieve personal goals in the work and life domains. According to mediation tests, the effect of personality on work stress is mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Insentif adalah setiap kompensasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan diluar upah dan gaji yang diterimanya karena karyawan bekerjadengan lebih baik. Pemberian insentif yang tepat dapat memberikan kesejahteran dan motivasi kerja bagi karyawan karena karyawan merasa dihargai sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kinerja mereka.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Efektivitas pemberian insentifterhadap kesejahteraan pegawai dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai militer Rumah Sakit Angkatan Laut Dr. Soedibjo Sardadi Jayapura sebanyak 85 orang. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sejumlah 85 responden, ditentukan dengan total sampling. Variabel bebas adalah insentif. Variabel terikat adalah kesejahteraan pegawai dan motivasi kerja. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan Uji F dan Uji t. Berdasarkan analisis Uji t nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 mengindikasikan bahwa H1 diterima. Artinya bahwa pemberian insentif efektif terhadap peningkatan kesejaaheraan pegawai. Nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05mengindikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima. Hasil ini mempunyai arti bahwa pemberian insentif terhadap peningkatanmotivasi kerja maka hipotesis kedua diterima. Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi P value 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari α = 0,05, ini berarti model yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah layak. Hasil ini memberikan makna bahwa variabel independenmampu memprediksi atau menjelaskan fenomena kesejahteraan pegawai dan motivasi kerja. Tidak dapat disangkal bahwa pemberian insentif memiliki dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan pegawai dan motivasi kerja mereka. Melalui strategiinsentif yang tepat, perusahaan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi, produktif, dan berorientasi pada prestasi.

Abstract

Tujuan pembangunan nasional dicapai melalui pembangunan desa dimana desa merupakan agen pemerintah terdepan yang dapat menjangkau rakyat sasaran riil yang akan disejahterakan yaitu dengan membentuk suatu badan usaha milik desa atau BUMDes. Tujuan didirikan BUMDes adalah untuk mengoptimalkan pengeloaan asset-aset desa yang ada, memajukan perekonomian desa, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Desa Nagrak Kecamatan Buahdua Kabupaten Sumedang telah memiliki BUMDes dengan nama Barokah Jaya, dimana saat ini masuk kategori berkembang. Mengingat BUMDes termasuk hal yang baru keberadaannya, maka tak pelak dalam praktek pelaksanaan muncul beberapa kendala. Saat ini pada BUMDes Barokah Jaya berdasarkan analisa lingkungan yang dilakukan oleh Tim PKM Direktorat Pascasarjana Universitas Sangga Buana bahwa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh BUMDes Barokah Jaya adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia dan pengelolaan keuangan menjadi prioritas utama untuk dilakukan pembinaan. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Direktorat Pascasarajana Univesitas Sangga Buana adalah untuk memberikan masukan, menambah wawasan pada pengurus BUMDes Barokah Jaya dalam bidang SDM khususnya kepemimpianan, motivasi dan inovasi. Pemberian materi ini diharapkan BUMDes Barokah Jaya dapat menjadi BUMDes yang memiliki daya saing dan menjadi BUMDes yang naik kelas menjadi BUMDes dengan kategori maju.

Abstract

Patient safety is a key indicator in assessing the quality of healthcare services in hospitals, and nurses play a crucial role in maintaining that safety. However, long working hours and high workloads can affect nurses' performance, increasing the risk of fatigue, stress, and burnout, ultimately contributing to medical errors and decreased quality of care. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review on the effect of nurses' working hours and workload on hospital patient safety incidents. Patient safety is a key indicator in assessing healthcare quality, and nurses play an essential role in maintaining patient safety during daily care. However, long working hours and high workloads can affect nurses' performance, increasing the risk of fatigue, stress, and burnout, ultimately contributing to medical errors and decreased quality of care. Through the analysis of various relevant studies, this review suggests that more flexible working hour arrangements and balanced workload management can reduce the risk of patient safety incidents and improve the quality of care provided. This study also recommends that hospital human resource management to create a healthier and safer working environment for nurses and patients.

Abstract

The information technology system is a technology used to process data, including processing, obtaining, compiling, storing, and manipulating data in various ways to produce quality information, namely information that is relevant, accurate, and timely, which is used in personal, business, and government purposes and is strategic information for decision making. Information systems with technological support are one of the systems that play a significant role in organizational success. The purpose of this study was to determine the success factors of the management information system (SIM-RS) at Hermina OPI Jakabaring Hospital based on the DeLone and McLean theory, which consists of six variables, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction and benefits. This research was conducted at Hermina OPI Jakabaring Hospital with a sample of 48 hospital employees who use SIM-RS. The results obtained from this study were based on the system quality variable, which stated that as many as 48% of employees stated SIM-RS quality. Information quality variables as much as 54% of respondents stated that SIM-RS was qualified. As many as 79% of respondents stated that they were satisfied with the service quality variable of SIM-RS. The use variable as many as 43% of respondents stated that SIM-RS was often used. As for the user satisfaction variable, as many as 94% of respondents stated that SIM-RS was of high quality. The benefit variable was that as many as 56% of respondents stated that SIM-RS was useful.

Abstract

Melalui penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empirik tentang pengaruh kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Vio Resources. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Jumlah populasi 100 orang dan dijadikan sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan berdasarkan skor rata-rata kuesioner pada umumnya tergolong sangat baik. Kemudian hasil analisis verifikatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda ditemukan bahwa kemampuan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan sedangkan motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to formulate an effective and sustainable subcontractor competency management strategy at PT Mutiara Tanjung Lestari, a heavy equipment and hauling services company in Kalimantan. Methodology – The research approach used was descriptive qualitative with thematic analysis and exploratory SWOT analysis methods. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with five key informants from management and subcontractors. Findings – The results of the thematic analysis indicate that the main obstacles lie in suboptimal onboarding, irregular technical training, weak supervision of SOP-K3, and the lack of consistent evaluation and feedback mechanisms. The SWOT results indicate that the company's strategic position is in Quadrant II (Weakness-Opportunity), so the recommended strategy is diversification, namely utilizing external opportunities to overcome internal weaknesses. This study produces four alternative strategies for managing subcontractor competencies that can be implemented in an integrated manner. Originality – These findings are expected to be a practical reference in developing subcontractor management in the mining services sector

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and empirically test the simultaneous and partial effects of Digital Training, Transformational Leadership, and Workplace Well-being on Employee Retention in a private retail company amidst the massive digital transformation. The high rate of employee turnover in the retail sector requires a retention strategy that is adaptive to the demands of technology and the modern workforce. This quantitative study uses a causal approach. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 75 employee respondents of PT Retail Nusantara, then analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results show that Digital Training, Transformational Leadership, and Workplace Well-being simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Retention (F_{count}=42.781, Sig. 0.000). Partially, Digital Training (t=4.875) is proven to be the variable with the most dominant influence, followed by Transformational Leadership and Workplace Well-being. The coefficient of determination shows the contribution of the three variables is 68.2% to employee retention. This study provides critical empirical evidence for HR management that in the digital era, investing in improving employees' technological competencies through Digital Training programs is the most effective retention strategy, which must be integrated with a supportive leadership style and policies that ensure work-life balance.
