Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematika dan kebijakan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia dalam menghadapi era globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, analisis isi, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua fokus utama: (1) problematika pendidikan Islam kontemporer di Indonesia, meliputi rendahnya kualitas tenaga pendidik, ketimpangan akses pendidikan, dan kurangnya integrasi antara kurikulum nasional dan nilai-nilai keislaman; dan (2) kebijakan pendidikan Islam yang diterapkan pemerintah, baik dari aspek regulasi, kelembagaan, maupun peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berbagai problematika pendidikan Islam saling berkaitan dan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, penyusunan kebijakan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia perlu dilakukan oleh pihak yang memiliki kompetensi dan pemahaman mendalam terhadap bidang pendidikan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 2021 AIPNI Nursing Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education courses based on Islamic jurisprudence (Fikih) at STIKes Dharma Husada Tangerang. The background of this study is the importance of integrating Islamic values, especially Islamic jurisprudence, in shaping the spiritual competence and professional ethics of nursing students. The 2021 AIPNI Curriculum emphasizes an outcome-based education approach and professional character, thus requiring an implementative strategy in teaching Islamic religious courses that are relevant to clinical practice and the dynamics of medical ethics. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with data collection techniques through classroom observation, RPS document studies, and semi-structured questionnaires and interviews with 34 students of the S1 Nursing Study Program in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the curriculum has covered several aspects of practical fiqh that are directly related to the world of nursing, such as fiqh for caring for dying patients, ethics of interaction between the sexes, and the use of drugs in emergency conditions. However, obstacles were also found such as limited contextual teaching resources, the dominance of cognitive approaches, and the lack of collaboration between religious lecturers and nursing lecturers in compiling teaching materials. The conclusion of this study confirms that the implementation of Islamic Religious Education based on fiqh in the AIPNI curriculum has great potential to strengthen the spiritual integrity of nursing students, but requires strengthening in the aspects of methodology, content based on clinical case studies, and synergy between lecturers across fields. These findings are expected to be input in the development of a more holistic and Islamic higher health education curriculum. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Kurikulum Keperawatan AIPNI 2021 pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis ilmu fikih di STIKes Dharma Husada Tangerang. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai keislaman, khususnya fikih, dalam membentuk kompetensi spiritual dan etika profesional mahasiswa keperawatan. Kurikulum AIPNI 2021 menekankan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis capaian (outcome-based education) dan karakter profesional, sehingga memerlukan strategi implementatif dalam pengajaran mata kuliah agama Islam yang relevan dengan praktik klinik dan dinamika etika medis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi kelas, studi dokumen RPS, serta kuesioner dan wawancara semi-terstruktur kepada 34 mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Keperawatan semester ganjil tahun akademik 2024/2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum telah mencakup beberapa aspek fikih praktis yang berkaitan langsung dengan dunia keperawatan, seperti fikih perawatan pasien sekarat, etika interaksi antar jenis kelamin, dan penggunaan obat-obatan dalam kondisi darurat. Namun, ditemukan pula hambatan seperti keterbatasan sumber ajar kontekstual, dominasi pendekatan kognitif, serta kurangnya kolaborasi antara dosen agama dan dosen keperawatan dalam penyusunan materi ajar. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa implementasi Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis fikih dalam kurikulum AIPNI memiliki potensi besar untuk memperkuat integritas spiritual mahasiswa keperawatan, tetapi memerlukan penguatan pada aspek metodologi, konten berbasis studi kasus klinik, dan sinergi antar dosen lintas bidang. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan tinggi kesehatan yang lebih holistik dan Islami.

Abstract

This research discusses linguistics signs in randai art originating from west sumatera, randai is a traditional minangkabau drama or theater performance art which is rich in art, noble values and linguistic element in each element of randai, namely, music, drama, gurindam, galombng or dance and silek. Linguistics elements that have meaning in each element are visualized in legaran movements in the form of circular patterns which function as a form of change in time between one scene and the next scene. This research aims to analyze and describe the lingual signs and body language signs found in randai elements and function in the context of minangkabau culture.The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through field observations, interviews, documentation in the form of videos and photos with art pioneers, members of legaran randai. Then the researcher conducted a literature study using Saussure and Barthes semiotics theory. The results of this research show that randai is a complex performing art that combines elements of movement or silek, music, dialogue and singing. The randai movement has distinctive characteristics that reflect the noble values and philosophy of Minangkabau culture, namely leadership and mutual cooperation and a sense of unity. Randai also has a function as a medium for education, entertainment that conveys moral messages or social criticism as well as a form of local minangkabau wisdom.

Abstract

Nowadays, online buying and selling transactions are an option that is very popular with the public because of its convenience and benefits. In these transactions there are also many payment methods in online buying and selling, one of which is cash on delivery (COD), however, in this cash on delivery payment method, many business actors experience losses as a result of unilateral cancellations made by consumers. Therefore, this research aims to find out the mechanism for cash on delivery as well as legal protection for business actors due to unilateral cancellations by consumers in online buying and selling through the cash on delivery system. The method in this research uses empirical juridical research which is often called sociological legal research or field research. This research links law with real human behavior. The results of this research are online buying and selling transaction mechanisms in the cash on delivery payment system. When placing an order, consumers are required to make payment first before opening and viewing the product ordered so that the consumer cannot cancel it. If the consumer feels it is not suitable for the product, the consumer can returning the product to the business actor.  Legal protection for business actors is inadequate due to the lack of good faith by consumers in canceling online buying and selling transactions using the cash on delivery payment system and there are no sanctions that have been determined if consumers are legally guilty of unilateral cancellation, therefore the need for the government to carry out a review reinstate the Consumer Protection Law or create new regulations specifically for online shopping, especially to protect business actors from consumers who do not have good intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze student mathematical literacy ability from the perspective of students' Mathematical Ability. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were three students of XI IPA 1 MAN 1 Padang with different mathematical abilities: low, medium, and high. Data were collected through documentation, tests, and interviews. The results of the analysis show that students with high abilities can solve routine problems, interpret problems and solve them with formulas, carry out procedures well, can deal with complex situations, use their reasoning in solving problems, can work effectively and interpret different representations and then relate them to the real world. Students with moderate abilities can solve routine problems, interpret problems and solve them with formulas, and carry out procedures properly. Meanwhile, students with low abilities are only able to solve routine questions. Based on these results, it is necessary to look for strategies in the mathematics learning process, which enable the improvement of students' mathematical literacy skills.

Abstract

Background: In recent years, there has been a growing emphasis on fostering students' mathematical disposition and promoting learning independence in mathematics education.Aim: This study aims to determine the relationship between mathematical disposition and learning independence of Mathematics Education students in West Sumatra.Method: This research employs a descriptive correlational design utilizing a survey method. The population consists of all Mathematics Education students enrolled in the academic year 2022, with a sample size of 291 students selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques include simple linear regression analysis and Pearson correlation.Results: The regression analysis revealed a positive influence of mathematical dispositions (X) on learning independence (Y) with a regression coefficient (b) of 2.15 and a significance level of 0.067. The correlation coefficient (r) was found to be 0.73, indicating a strong linear relationship between X and Y.Conclusion: The study concludes that there is a positive relationship between mathematical disposition and the learning independence of Mathematics Education students in West Sumatra. Higher levels of mathematical disposition are associated with greater learning independence.

Abstract

Background: Teachers continue to face challenges in applying Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) in classroom settings. Many mathematics teachers, in particular, lack adequate preparation and mastery of the three core components of TPACK.Aim: This study aims to investigate and analyze differences in TPACK proficiency among mathematics teachers based on their teaching experience and certification status.Method: Adopting a mixed-method approach with a sequential explanatory design, the study involved 65 Islamic Junior and Senior High School mathematics teachers in Palu City, selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Additionally, four teachers were interviewed to gain deeper insights. The instruments used included TPACK questionnaires and structured interview guidelines.Results: The findings revealed no significant differences in TPACK proficiency between certified and non-certified mathematics teachers. While teachers demonstrated a solid understanding of content and appropriate teaching methods, they seldom incorporated technology into their instruction. Furthermore, teaching experience showed no substantial impact on TPACK proficiency. Junior teachers were observed to have better familiarity with technology, while senior teachers exhibited greater adaptability in managing diverse classroom situations.Conclusion: Certification status and teaching experience do not significantly influence TPACK proficiency among mathematics teachers. The primary barrier to integrating technology lies in limited access to adequate facilities. Continued professional development initiatives are essential to enhance teachers' technological competencies and their integration into classroom practices.

AI training in video making has opened up new opportunities for school students to explore creativity. Making videos is not just a hobby, but also has many benefits for student development. It helps students explore new ideas, think out-of-the-box, and find unique ways to express themselves. In addition, it is very important to equip students with digital skills that are in great demand in the modern era, such as operating video editing software, searching for information online, and using various creative applications.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of earnings management practices in Indonesia during the period 2015–2024 by examining the internal and external factors that influence them and reviewing the relevance of the underlying theories. Based on the analysis of 100 selected academic articles, it was found that industrial sectors with high levels of earnings management practice risk include manufacturing, property and real estate, telecommunications and infrastructure, food and beverages, and banking. The non-cyclical consumption sector shows a relatively medium risk. The earnings management phenomenon is explained through the theoretical framework of Agency, Positive Accounting, and Signaling, which describes the existence of conflicts of interest, the selection of strategic accounting policies, and the use of earnings as a signal to the market. The results of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening corporate governance and technology-based monitoring systems to mitigate earnings management risks in the future.

Abstract

This CV. Berkah Property is a company that operates in the field of selling land plots. Inland plot purchase transactions, consumers can go directly to the office or contact the marketing department number listed on the CV brochure or social media. Berkah Property. After agreeing on the purchase, the admin will record the purchase and payment transaction in Microsoft Excel. This is certainly less effective because it can be accessed by many people. After all, there is no security for opening the document. For this reason, the author created a final assignment with the theme of creating an application entitled CV Financial Data Processing Application. Web-Based Property Blessings. The aim of making this application is to make it easier for users to process data and view the results of summary reports. This application is expected to be a solution for companies in processing financial data which initially used Microsoft Excel to become an application with a higher level of security and can make it easier for users to record financial reports
