Abstract

Fatima, 2025. The Influence of Work Ability on Performance Mediated by Civil Servant Motivation . Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University, Surabaya . Based on its approach, this research is included in the explanatory research type . The research sample was 71 respondents. The objectives of this research are 1) To test and analyze the significant influence of work ability on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District , Pamekasan Regency . 2) To test and analyze the significant influence of work ability on the motivation of the apparatus of Proppo District ,Pamekasan Regency. 3) To test and analyze the significant influence of the motivation of the apparatus on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District , Pamekasan Regency. 4) To test and analyze the significant indirect influence of work ability on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District, Pamekasan Regency mediated by the motivation of the apparatus. The research results show that : 1) work ability has a significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District , Pamekasan Regency with an original sample value of 0.284 . 2) work ability has a significant positive effect on the motivation of the Proppo District apparatus in Pamekasan Regency with an original sample value of 0.481. 3) the motivation of the apparatus has a significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District, Pamekasan Regency with an original sample value of 0.658 . 4) work ability has a significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District , Pamekasan Regency mediated by the motivation of the apparatus with an original sample value of 0.316.

Abstract

This study aimed to analysed managerial skills of the principal of SD Islam Permata Mojosari, focusing on two aspects: developing school plans and leading the school in utilizing school resources, specifically human resources. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Participants in this study included the principal, teachers, staff, school supervisors, school committee chair, and treasurer. Data analysis used the techniques of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicated that the principal of SD Islam Permata Mojosari demonstrated effective managerial skills in developing school plans. The planning process involved all school members, from the formation of the planning team to monitoring and evaluation. This was evident in the comprehensive and structured strategic plan, annual work plan, and school income and expenditure budget. In leading the school, the principal exhibited effective managerial skills in managing human resources. This was evident in open and collaborative communication with teachers and staff, providing appropriate guidance and motivation, and efforts to improve teacher competence through training and Professional Teacher Group. This study concludes that the managerial skills of the principal of SD Islam Permata Mojosari, Mojokerto Regency, have contributed to improving the quality of education at the school.

Abstract

Imunisasi campak menjadi salah satu dari jenis imunisasi dasar wajib. Imunisasi memberikan kekebalan aktif pada tubuh terhadap virus campak. Penyakit campak sangat menular dan sering menyerang anak-anak yang imunitasnya lemah.Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) jumlah Imunisasi Campak Tahun 2020 yaitu 99,7%, pada tahun 2021 yaitu 97,6%, sedangkan pada tahun 2022 yaitu 112,1%.Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bima jumlah Imunisasi Campak Tahun 2021yaitu 90,7%, pada tahun 2022 meningkat yaitu 108,2%, sedangkan pada tahun 2023 menurun yaitu 76,6%.Data dari Puskesmas Rasana’e Timur menunjukan bahwa jumlah Imunisasi Campak Tahun 2021 yaitu 220 (100%), Tahun 2022 yaitu 137 (100%), Tahun 2023 yaitu 189 (100%), Tahun 2024 Periode Januari-Juli yaitu 66 (46,8%). Tujuan penelitian Untuk Mengetahui Bagaimanakah Gambaran Pengetahuan dan karakteristik ibu Tentang Imunisasi Campak Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rasana’e Timur Kota Bima Tahun 2024. Disain penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang memiliki bayi dengan Imunisasi Campak di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rasana’e Timur Kota Bima Periode Januari-Juli Tahun 2024 berjumlah yaitu 66 orang. Sampel sebanyak 40 orang dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Karakteristik responden berdasarkan umur ibu yang terbanyak adalah tidak beresiko yaitu sebanyak 32 responden (80%). Pendidikan ibu yang terbanyak adalah tinggi yaitu sebanyak 31 responden (77,5%). Pekerjaan ibu yang terbanyak adalah tidak bekerja yaitu sebanyak 35 responden (87,5%). Berdasarkan Distribusi responden berdasarkan pengetahuan ibu yang terbanyak adalah kurang yaitu sebanyak 25 responden (62,5%).

Abstract

Pendidikan memegang peranan vital dalam membentuk generasi berakhlak dan berwawasan luas. Pemikiran K.H. Ahmad Dahlan menjadi titik tolak penting dalam reformasi pendidikan Islam karena mengintegrasikan nilai keislaman dan ilmu pengetahuan umum secara seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah secara mendalam konsep pendidikan beliau dalam membentuk generasi cerdas beriman, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka dari literatur sejarah dan ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beliau menerapkan sistem kelas, kurikulum terpadu, serta pendekatan kontekstual dalam pengajaran, seperti penerapan QS. Al-Ma’un yang tidak hanya dihafal tetapi diamalkan dalam bentuk kepedulian sosial. Pendidikan menurut beliau tidak hanya mencerdaskan, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai-nilai moral, nasionalisme, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Kesimpulannya, pemikiran K.H. Ahmad Dahlan masih sangat relevan dalam membangun sistem pendidikan Islam yang progresif dan kontekstual di era modern.

Abstract

Evaluasi merupakan komponen penting dalam dunia pendidikan yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat ukur pencapaian hasil belajar, tetapi juga sebagai sarana reflektif untuk perbaikan proses pembelajaran secara menyeluruh. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, evaluasi idealnya tidak sekadar berfokus pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga mencakup dimensi spiritual, moral, dan sosial peserta didik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep evaluasi pendidikan dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an, dengan menekankan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai keislaman seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan kesadaran akan akhirat ke dalam sistem evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan, di mana penulis menganalisis berbagai referensi seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, serta tafsir Al-Qur’an.Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa ayat dalam Al-Qur’an, seperti Surah Al-Zalzalah ayat 7–8, Surah Al-Hasyr ayat 18, dan Surah Al-Kahfi ayat 104, memberikan landasan filosofis dan etis yang kuat terhadap praktik evaluasi. Ayat-ayat ini mengajarkan(1) prinsip transparansi, (2)introspeksi, dan (3) orientasi amal sebagai bagian tak terpisahkan dari penilaian terhadap tindakan manusia, termasuk dalam konteks pendidikan. Evaluasi yang berbasis nilai-nilai Qur’ani dapat membentuk peserta didik yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki integritas dan akhlak yang mulia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan evaluasi yang komprehensif dan holistik yakni yang mampu menggabungkan pengukuran akademik dengan penanaman nilai karakter Islami dalam setiap aspek pembelajaran.

Abstract

Editorial graphic design is a vital skill in the creative industry, especially for producing magazines, brochures, and other publication media. However, the high cost of commercial software licenses such as Adobe InDesign poses a major barrier for students of the Multimedia Graphic Engineering Technology (TRMG) study program in developing editorial design competencies. This community service activity aims to optimize the use of Scribus, an open-source desktop publishing (DTP) software, as a legal and functional alternative for editorial design. The program involved an initial needs assessment, module development, a three-day intensive training, hands-on practice, and pre- and post-training evaluations. The results show a significant improvement in students’ understanding and skills in creating digital publication layouts using Scribus. Additionally, the quality of editorial designs produced by participants improved in terms of visual composition and content structure. This initiative also promotes the ethical and professional use of free-license software. It is expected that Scribus can be integrated into editorial design courses within the TRMG curriculum and support the ongoing development of student portfolios.

Abstract

Reading is one of the most essential language skills, as it serves numerous functions in human life. It is a key factor in determining students' academic success. This study employs a qualitative approach. The research subjects are teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Klaten, with language teachers serving as informants. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study are as follows: 1) The steps of the Literacy-Based Learning model include: Contact stage – the teacher introduces relevant issues or problems; Curiosity stage – problems are presented in the form of questions that stimulate students’ curiosity and desire to learn; Elaboration stage – exploration, concept formation, and concept reinforcement are carried out; Decision-making stage – collaborative resolution of the issues presented; Nexus stage – students extract key ideas and materials learned; Assessment stage – evaluation focuses not only on knowledge but also on processes, context of application, and attitudes. 2) The advantages of the Literacy-Based Learning model are that it is enjoyable and student-friendly, Thereby fostering enthusiasm for learning; All students show empathy, care, and mutual respect; It nurtures curiosity and a love of knowledge; It enhances students’ communication skills and ability to contribute to the social environment. 3) The weaknesses of the Literacy-Based Learning model include misconceptions about reading competence among students and teachers; The learning process does not yet fully utilize instructional media; school teaching materials tend to focus on low-order thinking skills; and school facilities have not been optimally developed as a center for improving students’ reading abilities. The conclusion of this study is that the Literacy-Based Learning model has proven effective in improving reading skills in language.

Abstract

Background: Anxiety is often experienced by adolescents due to various changes that occur both biologically, psychologically, and socially, which can affect their emotional state. Objective: This study aims to discuss the application of the middlerange theory "Health Promotion of Pender" to factors that can influence anxiety levels in adolescents during puberty. Method: This literature review uses articles published in the last 8 years, namely from 2017 to 2024 with a total number of articles of 1,544. Keyword determination is done using the PICO format according to the topic of the assignment. Article searches are carried out through the Proquest, Sciencedirect, and Google Scholar databases, following the inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been determined. The article identification process uses the PRISMA Flowchart diagram so that the total number of articles that match the topic is 5 articles. Results: from the search results, a number of articles were found that were relevant to the topic of this literature review which resulted in themes related to the application of the middlerange theory "Health Promotional Pender" to factors that can influence anxiety in adolescents during puberty, where the factors that most influence anxiety are psychological factors such as peer pressure, social media and negative self image. Conclusion: The results of this literature review indicate that factors that can trigger anxiety in adolescents include peer pressure (environment), social media, and negative self-image. Success in modifying behavior and improving health behavior in adolescents in dealing with changes during puberty is one form of the role and function of the Pender health promotion model (PHM). The recommendation for the next author is to see to what extent the Pender health promotion model (PHM) can be integrated by schools.

Abstract

Nowadays, many people feel that they are not accepted or failed in an environment, is unable to control his emotions so that the client feels disturbed and changes behavior marked by the appearance of delusions, thought process disorders and hallucinations. The purpose of the study was to determine the patient's ability to control hallucinations. This research design is a descriptive study research, quantitative research type. The sample of this study amounted to 27 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrumen uses an hallucination control questionnaire that is valid and reliable. Univariate analysis data using frequency distribution. The results showed that the majority of patients were best able to control hallucinations by rebuking them.

Abstract

Pre-school to school-age children are very susceptible to viruses, such as the dengue virus. Fever is a symptom that may appear in this case. One way to overcome this is with Water Tepid Sponge (WTS). This technique is a compressing action that is done using a towel or washcloth dampened with warm water. This study aims to determine health education about handling children with fever with Water Tepid Sponge. This research uses a case study method directly to patients by means of observation and interviews. Based on the implementation carried out, health education about treating children with fever with Water Edged Sponge (WTS) can be understood by the client's parents well.
