Abstract

The results showed that: 1) Apparatus performance had a significant positive effect on service quality with an original sample value of 0.211. 2) Apparatus performance has a significant positive effect on work productivity with an original sample value of 0.340. 3) The level of education has a significant positive effect on service quality with an original sample value of 0.389. 4) The level of education has a significant positive effect on work productivity with an original sample value of 0.608. 5) Work productivity has a significant positive effect on service quality with an original sample value of 0.402. 6) Apparatus performance has a significant positive effect on service quality mediated by work productivity with an original sample value of 0.769. 7) The level of education has a significant positive effect on service quality mediated by work productivity with an original sample value of 0.863.

Mahrudi, 2023. The Effectiveness of Leadership Style, Competence, in the Order of Improving Apparatus Performance Mediated by Commitment, Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program. This type of research is explanatory, namely to test the hypotheses between the hypothesized variables that will be tested for truth. by using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 42 respondents. In this study the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The aims of this study are: 1) To describe the leadership style, competence, commitment and performance of the apparatus. 2) To test and analyze the influence of leadership style on apparatus performance. 3) To examine and analyze the influence of leadership style on apparatus commitment. 4) To test and analyze the effect of competency on device performance. 5) To test and analyze the influence on apparatus commitment. 6) To test and analyze the influence on apparatus performance. 7) To examine and analyze the indirect influence of leadership style on apparatus performance mediated by Commitment. 8) To examine and analyze the indirect effect of competence on apparatus performance which is mediated by Commitment. The results of the study show that: 1) Leadership style has no significant effect on apparatus performance. 2) Leadership style has a significant effect on attention. 3) Competence has no significant effect on device performance. 4) Competence has a significant effect on attention. 5) Commitment has a significant effect on apparatus performance. 6) Leadership style has no significant effect on apparatus performance which is mediated by commitment. 7) Competence has a significant effect on the performance of the apparatus which is mediated by the liver.

The Role of HR Competence, and Community Participation in the Performance of Public Services in Sampang District, Sampang Regency Mediated by Professionalism, Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program. This type of researchis explanatory, namely explaining causal relationships between variables to test hypotheses. By using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 86 respondents. Inthis study the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The aims of this research are: 1). This type of research is in the type of cross-sectional research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 42 people. The influence of organizational culture on the performance of Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees mediated by Career Development, Postgraduate Program at Wijaya Putra University. This type of research is explanatory, the research approach used is quantitative, the research sample is 47 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS and PLS analysis. The aims of this study were: 1) To analyze the effect of organizational culture on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees; 2) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on the career development of Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees; 3) To analyze the effect of career development on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees; 4) To analyze the indirect effect of organizational culture on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees mediated by career development. The results showed that: 1) Organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees with an original sample value of 0.338; 2) Organizational culture has a significant influence on the career development of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Service with an original sample value of 0.547; 3) Career development has a significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.593; 4) Organizational culture has a significant indirect effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Service which is mediated by career development with an original sample value of 0.324 and a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

Pendidikan vokasi bertujuan untuk membekali siswa dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan untuk siap bekerja di dunia industri. Dalam rangka mengevaluasi efektivitas program pendidikan vokasi, SMK-01 Tonjong Brebes menyelenggarakan pelatihan tracer study bagi para siswanya. Tracer study merupakan metode penelitian yang bertujuan untuk melacak pencapaian lulusan pendidikan vokasi, seperti bekerja, melanjutkan pendidikan, atau berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan program pelatihan tracer study yang dilaksanakan oleh SMK-01 Tonjong Brebes, menganalisis efektivitas program pelatihan dalam membekali siswa dengan keterampilan melakukan tracer study, serta membahas implikasi temuan penelitian untuk peningkatan pendidikan vokasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan tracer study di SMK-01 Tonjong Brebes cukup efektif dalam membekali siswa dengan keterampilan melakukan tracer study. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tracer study merupakan salah satu strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh sekolah vokasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas evaluasi lulusan dan menyesuaikan program pendidikan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa implikasi penting bagi kebijakan dan praktik pendidikan vokasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang berharga bagi pengembangan pendidikan vokasi di Indonesia. Dengan menerapkan pelatihan tracer study dan memanfaatkan hasil tracer study secara optimal, sekolah vokasi dapat meningkatkan kualitas lulusannya dan menghasilkan lulusan yang siap kerja dan berdaya saing di dunia industri.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students' difficulties in solving exponential problems in terms of student learning styles. The type of research used is qualitative research. There are 6 research subjects, namely two students with visual learning style, two students with auditory learning style, and two students with kinesthetic learning style. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires, tests and interviews. The instruments used are learning style questionnaires, exponential mathematical ability tests, and interviews. The results showed that students with visual learning styles had fewer difficulties in understanding concepts, applying principles and stages of arithmetic operations. Students with auditory learning style have more difficulty in understanding concepts, applying principles and stages of arithmetic operations. Students with kinesthetic learning style have less difficulty in understanding concepts while more difficulties in applying the principles and stages of arithmetic operations.

Abstract

Pasien merupakan salah satu indikator utama dari keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan yang digunakan sebagai alat ukur untuk menilai keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait tingkat kep[uasan pasien yang berkunjung kep puskesmas tahun 2022. Sedangka yang menjadi sampel adalah pengunjung ke poli gigi sebanyak 50 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode analitik dengan desain cross sectional yang dilakukan pada tahun 2022 di Puskesmas Peusangan Kabupaten Bireun.. Hasil penelitian pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut dengan kepuasan pasien, dari 50 responden yang memberikan penilaian baik sebanyak 44 orang (95,7%) menyatakan puas atas pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang diterima dan 2 orang (4,3%) menyatakan tidak puas atas pelayanan  kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang diterima. Sedangkan dari 3 orang (50%) yang memberikan penilaian kurang baik, seluruhnya 3 orang (50%) menyatakan tidak puas atas pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang diterima. Hasil uji Chi-Square diperoleh nilai ρ = 0,005 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulannya ada hubungan pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut dengan kepuasan pasien selama Covid-19 di Poli Gigi Puskesmas Peusangan Kabupaten Bireun. Abstract

Hamka, 2025. The Influence of Work Discipline Sanctions on Job Promotion Through Employee Performance as a Mediating Variable (Study on Employees of Kangayan District, Sumenep Regency) Study on Employees . Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University, Surabaya. Based on its approach, this research is included in the explanatory research type . The research sample was 41 respondents. The objectives of this research are 1) To test and analyze the significant impact of sanctions discipline work towards promotion position Kangayan District Regency Sumenep . 2) To test and analyze the significant influence of sanctions discipline work on performance Kangayan District employee Regency Sumenep. 3) To test and analyze the significant influence of performance employee towards promotion position Kangayan District Regency Sumenep. 4) To test and analyze the significant influence of work disciplinary sanctions on promotions. position Kangayan District, Sumenep Regency, which is mediated by employee performance. The research results show that : 1) sanctions discipline Work influential positive significant towards promotion position Kangayan District Regency Sumenep with mark original sample of 0.251. 2) sanctions discipline Work influential positive significant to performance Kangayan District employee Regency Sumenep with mark original sample of 0.526. 3) performance employee influential positive significant to promotion position Kangayan District Regency Sumenep with mark original sample of 0.335. 4) work disciplinary sanctions have an effect positive No significant to promotion position Kangayan District, Sumenep Regency, which is mediated by employee performance with mark original sample of 0.176.
