Abstract

Mat Latip, 2023. The Role of HR Competence, and Community Participation in the Performance of Public Services in Sampang District, Sampang Regency Mediated by Professionalism, Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program. This type of researchis explanatory, namely explaining causal relationships between variables to test hypotheses. By using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 86 respondents. Inthis study the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The aims of this research are: 1). To describe the competence of human resources, community participation, professionalism and performance of public services. 2) To test and analyze HR competencies that have a significant influence on the performance of public services. 3) To test and analyze HR competencies that have a significant influence on professionalism. 4) To test and analyze community participation has a significant influence on the performance of public services. 5) To test and analyze community participation has a significant influence on professionalism. 6) To test and analyze professionalism has a significant influence on the performance of public services. 7) To test and analyze HR competencies that have a significant influence on the performance of public services mediated by professionalism. 8) To test and analyze community participation has a significant influence on the performance of public services mediated by professionalism. The research results show that: 1). HR competence has a significant effect on the performance of public services in Sampang District, Sampang Regency. 2) HR competence has a significant effect on professionalism in Sampang District, Sampang Regency. 3) Community participation has a significant effect on the performance of public services in Sampang District, Sampang Regency. 4) Community participation has a significant effect on professionalism in Sampang District, Sampang Regency. 5) Professionalism has a significant effect on the performance of public services in Sampang District, Sampang Regency. 6) HR competence has no significant effect on the performance of public services in Sampang District, Sampang Regency which is mediated by professionalism. 7) Community participation has a significant effect on the performance of public services in Sampang District, Sampang Regency which is mediated by professionalism.

Moh. Faruk, 2023. The Effect of Public Transparency and Competence on the Quality of Public Services Mediated by Apparatus Performance (Study in Karang Penang District, Sampang Regency). Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program in Surabaya. This type of research is in the type of cross-sectional research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 42 people. The aims of this study were 1) to describe public transparency, competence, apparatus performance and quality of public services in Karang Penang District, Sampang Regency. 2) To test and analyze public transparency has a significant influence on the quality of public service apparatus of the Karang Penang District, Sampang Regency. 3) To test and analyze public transparency, it has a significant influence on the performance of the Karang Penang District apparatus, Sampang Regency. 4) To test and analyze competence has a significant influence on the quality of public service apparatus of the Karang Penang District, Sampang Regency. 5) To test and analyze competence, it has a significant influence on the performance of apparatus in the Karang Penang District, Sampang Regency. 6) To test and analyze the performance of apparatus that has a significant influence on the quality of public services in Karang Penang District, Sampang Regency. 7) To test and analyze public transparency, it has a significant influence on the quality of public service apparatus of the Karang Penang District apparatus, Sampang Regency, which is mediated by the performance of the apparatus. 8) To test and analyze competence, it has a significant influence on the quality of public service apparatus of the Karang Penang Subdistrict, Sampang Regency which is mediated by the performance of the apparatus.The results showed that: 1) Public transparency has a positive effect on the quality of public services in Karang Penang District, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.311. 2) Public transparency has a positive effect on the performance of apparatus in Karang Penang District, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.563. 3) Competence has a positive effect on the quality of public services in Karang Penang District, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.098. 4) Competence has a positive effect on the performance of apparatus in Karang Penang District, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.304. 5) Apparatus performance has a positive effect on the quality of public services in Karang Penang District, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.328. 6) Public transparency has a positive effect on the quality of public services which is mediated by the performance of the apparatus of the Karang Penang District, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.185. 7) Competence has a positive effect on the quality of public services which is mediated by the performance of apparatus in Karang Penang District, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.100.

The influence of organizational culture on the performance of Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees mediated by Career Development, Postgraduate Program at Wijaya Putra University. This type of research is explanatory, the research approach used is quantitative, the research sample is 47 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS and PLS analysis. The aims of this study were: 1) To analyze the effect of organizational culture on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees; 2) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on the career development of Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees; 3) To analyze the effect of career development on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees; 4) To analyze the indirect effect of organizational culture on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees mediated by career development. The results showed that: 1) Organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees with an original sample value of 0.338; 2) Organizational culture has a significant influence on the career development of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Service with an original sample value of 0.547; 3) Career development has a significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.593; 4) Organizational culture has a significant indirect effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Service which is mediated by career development with an original sample value of 0.324 and a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

This paper studies the reasoning methods of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and Muhammadiyah (MTT) to explore the law of smoking thoroughly. In determining the law of smoking the fuqaha differ in opinion, this is due to differences in the istinbath methods they use to issue regulations on issues that are not found in the Qur'an and Sunnah. In finding the law of smoking the Indonesian Ulema Council and Muhammadiyah used bayani, talili, and istislahi methods. These two organizations both use dilalah'am surat al-A'raf verse 157, that cigarettes are included in the category of al-habit, namely something bad and vile, then surat al-Isra' verses 26-27, about the prohibition of wasting wealth. They also use maqasid al-shari'ah as the basis for the ban on smoking, although in this case, Muhammadiyah is clearer and more explicit, while MUI appears to quote fiqhiyah rules. Then Muhammadiyah added Surah al-Baqarah verse 195 and al-Nisa'verse 29 as well as the hadith narrated by Ahmad and Abu Daud, as one of the arguments for the prohibition of smoking. MUI did not quote the two verses and hadith as evidence for the prohibition of smoking. MUI quotes many fiqhiyah rules while Muhammadiyah does not quote them at all.

Abstract

Pendidikan vokasi bertujuan untuk membekali siswa dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan untuk siap bekerja di dunia industri. Dalam rangka mengevaluasi efektivitas program pendidikan vokasi, SMK-01 Tonjong Brebes menyelenggarakan pelatihan tracer study bagi para siswanya. Tracer study merupakan metode penelitian yang bertujuan untuk melacak pencapaian lulusan pendidikan vokasi, seperti bekerja, melanjutkan pendidikan, atau berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan program pelatihan tracer study yang dilaksanakan oleh SMK-01 Tonjong Brebes, menganalisis efektivitas program pelatihan dalam membekali siswa dengan keterampilan melakukan tracer study, serta membahas implikasi temuan penelitian untuk peningkatan pendidikan vokasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan tracer study di SMK-01 Tonjong Brebes cukup efektif dalam membekali siswa dengan keterampilan melakukan tracer study. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tracer study merupakan salah satu strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh sekolah vokasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas evaluasi lulusan dan menyesuaikan program pendidikan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa implikasi penting bagi kebijakan dan praktik pendidikan vokasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang berharga bagi pengembangan pendidikan vokasi di Indonesia. Dengan menerapkan pelatihan tracer study dan memanfaatkan hasil tracer study secara optimal, sekolah vokasi dapat meningkatkan kualitas lulusannya dan menghasilkan lulusan yang siap kerja dan berdaya saing di dunia industri.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students' difficulties in solving exponential problems in terms of student learning styles. The type of research used is qualitative research. There are 6 research subjects, namely two students with visual learning style, two students with auditory learning style, and two students with kinesthetic learning style. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires, tests and interviews. The instruments used are learning style questionnaires, exponential mathematical ability tests, and interviews. The results showed that students with visual learning styles had fewer difficulties in understanding concepts, applying principles and stages of arithmetic operations. Students with auditory learning style have more difficulty in understanding concepts, applying principles and stages of arithmetic operations. Students with kinesthetic learning style have less difficulty in understanding concepts while more difficulties in applying the principles and stages of arithmetic operations.

Abstract

Pasien merupakan salah satu indikator utama dari keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan yang digunakan sebagai alat ukur untuk menilai keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait tingkat kep[uasan pasien yang berkunjung kep puskesmas tahun 2022. Sedangka yang menjadi sampel adalah pengunjung ke poli gigi sebanyak 50 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode analitik dengan desain cross sectional yang dilakukan pada tahun 2022 di Puskesmas Peusangan Kabupaten Bireun.. Hasil penelitian pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut dengan kepuasan pasien, dari 50 responden yang memberikan penilaian baik sebanyak 44 orang (95,7%) menyatakan puas atas pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang diterima dan 2 orang (4,3%) menyatakan tidak puas atas pelayanan  kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang diterima. Sedangkan dari 3 orang (50%) yang memberikan penilaian kurang baik, seluruhnya 3 orang (50%) menyatakan tidak puas atas pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang diterima. Hasil uji Chi-Square diperoleh nilai ρ = 0,005 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulannya ada hubungan pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut dengan kepuasan pasien selama Covid-19 di Poli Gigi Puskesmas Peusangan Kabupaten Bireun. Pelayanan kesehatan di poli gigi yang baik tetap dipertahankan dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang berkualitas selama pandemi covid-19.

Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University, Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type and involves 86 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Smart PLS. The purpose of the study was to determine the direct and indirect effects of supervision and work ability on employee performance, with public service quality as a mediating variable. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Supervision has a significant effect on public service quality, but is not significant on performance directly; (2) Work ability has a significant effect on service quality and employee performance; (3) Public service quality has a significant effect on employee performance; (4) Supervision and work ability also have an indirect effect on performance through public service quality.
