This study discusses the role of child-friendly schools in improving the morals of students in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 6 Jombang. This type of case study research belongs to this type of research. The qualitative approach uses data retrieval techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation, and data analysis techniques such as data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of research conducted on the role of child-friendly schools in improving the morals of students in MTsN 6 Jombang. So there is a role for child-friendly schools in improving the morals of students so that akhlakul karimah is embedded in students. Through child-friendly school policies, several points can be taken in improving the morals of students. Such as child-friendly school policies, curriculum implementation, child-friendly school facilities and infrastructure, child participation, and participation of various elements of society. From these policies, it can improve the morals of students such as responsible, discipline, friendly to others, polite to others. There are supporting factors, namely all parties who contribute related in improving the morals of students. Such as educators, students, parents, the community, and the government. With this policy, Child Friendly School has a role in improving the morals of students.

Abstract: Learning outcomes are a measure of a student's success as a learner, and are influenced by various factors, including the effectiveness of student learning. Teachers can use various educational methods to ensure that they use appropriate learning methods during the learning process, one of which is the Imla method. This method is also usually called the dictation method in other languages, where a teacher gives a lesson while the students write again in their respective books. The aim of the research was to analyze the learning outcomes of class VIII students before and after using the imla method in Reading and Writing Al-Qur'an lessons; to analyze how the imla method impacts the learning outcomes of class VIII students in learning to read and write the Qur'an at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang; and to find out how effective the imla method is. Researchers use a quantitative approach. The type of research used is Quassi Experimental Design, and Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The results of this research are: 1) The learning results before learning the imla' method from 21 students for the experimental class got a minimum score of 64, a maximum score of 79 and an average score of 72.48 and a standard deviation of 5.363. Meanwhile, the learning results for the control class of 22 students got a minimum score of 53, a maximum score of 79, and an average score of 68.59 and a deviation score of 7.750. 2) The learning results after being given the imla' method learning from 21 students for the experimental class got a minimum score of 79, a maximum score of 91 and an average score of 84.86 and a standard deviation of 4.442. Meanwhile, the learning outcomes using conventional methods for the control class of 22 students got a minimum score of 66, a maximum score of 88, and an average score of 79.59 and a deviation score of 5.360. 3) There is an influence of the effectiveness of the imla' method on the learning outcomes of class VIII students in the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing subject at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang.

Learning Fiqh in Islamic Senior High Schools (Madrasah Aliyah/MA) often faces a gap between theoretical understanding and practical worship (ubudiyah), where students struggle to internalize the values of worship in their daily lives. The research question posed is: How does the application of the Project Based Learning (PBL) model in Fiqh subjects improve the ubudiyah habits of students at MA Al Hikam Diwek Jombang? This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design at MA Al Hikam Diwek Jombang, East Java. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of curriculum documents. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that PBL successfully enhanced students' discipline and intrinsic awareness, with 85% of participants able to accurately explain the conditions for valid worship. However, unequal participation in group work and limited resources remain major challenges. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of PBL with daily worship practices (e.g., documenting congregational prayers), which has not been explored in previous studies.

The purpose of this article is to review and propose a conceptual model of sustainable education financing in the context of developing countries, integrating the principles of education economics and fiscal sustainability. The background of this research is based on the fact that many education systems face long-term fiscal pressures, dependence on central funds, and weak financing governance. This research was conducted through a conceptual approach based on a comprehensive literature review. The main sources included books on educational economics theory, indexed scientific journals (Scopus, ERIC), and reports from global institutions such as the OECD, UNESCO, and the World Bank. The analysis was conducted through a narrative synthesis of three main dimensions: fiscal, institutional and political sustainability. The study produced a Sustainable Education Financing (SEF) model consisting of four main components: (1) Revenue Mix Strategy to diversify funding sources; (2) Rule-Based Allocation as a results-based allocation mechanism; (3) Stability Fund and Endowment Fund to anticipate fiscal risks; and (4) Digital-based Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation System. This model promotes efficiency, accountability, and multi-actor participation. The main novelty of this article lies in the development of a financing framework that incorporates an interdisciplinary approach and the principle of long-term sustainability.

Human Resources (HR) is a crucial element in achieving organizational goals. Effective Human Resource management impacts various operational aspects of an organization, including efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. This article explores the basic concept of Human Resources, delves into its strategic functions, and examines how Human Resources contribute to organizational success across various industry sectors. In Human Resource management, there are numerous aspects that HR managers must consider, including the basic concept of Human Resources itself, as well as the functions involved in HR management. The concept of Human Resources encompasses the fundamental understanding of human beings as valuable assets that can be utilized to achieve organizational goals.In this study, the author employs a descriptive qualitative approach to collect secondary data from various literature and research related to Human Resource management. The findings indicate that Human Resources play a critical role in supporting innovation, employee development, and strategic planning within organizations. Additionally, HR functions such as recruitment, selection, training, development, and performance evaluation are vital in ensuring that employees can contribute optimally to organizational objectives. The results of this article are expected to provide deeper insights for both practitioners and academics on how to leverage Human Resources to achieve organizational success.

Abstrak Desa Bomo memiliki potensi wisata pantai yang besar, khususnya di kawasan Pantai Ria Bomo. Namun, pengelolaannya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti penurunan kualitas lingkungan akibat sampah dan kerusakan vegetasi pantai serta kurangnya promosi dan branding digital untuk menjangkau wisatawan lebih luas. Kondisi ini berdampak pada minimnya kunjungan wisata dan rendahnya kontribusi ekonomi dari sektor pariwisata bagi masyarakat lokal. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemandirian masyarakat dalam mengelola potensi wisata pantai secara berkelanjutan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra meliputi kerusakan ekosistem pesisir serta kurangnya promosi wisata secara digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif antara tim pengabdi, mitra selaku pengurus pokdarwis, masyarakat lokal, dan perangkat desa. Pendekatan ini melibatkan masyarakat sejak tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi. Melalui kegiatan ini, dilakukan penanaman pohon di kawasan pantai, sosialisasi pelestarian lingkungan dengan melibatkan warga lokal, serta pembuatan dan pelatihan website destinasi. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan dengan penanaman pohon memperkuat ekosistem pesisir, penyadaran lingkungan menumbuhkan rasa kepemilikan masyarakat terhadap pantai, dan website menjadi sarana promosi jangka panjang. Dampak keberlanjutan tercermin dari peningkatan kesadaran, perbaikan ekosistem, serta meningkatnya kunjungan wisatawan. Kata kunci: branding digital; pantai Ria Bomo; promosi wisata; revitalisasi ekosistem. Abstract Bomo Village has significant potential for beach tourism, particularly in the Ria Bomo Beach area. However, its management still faces several challenges such as declining environmental quality due to waste and coastal vegetation damage, as well as a lack of promotion and digital branding to reach a wider range of tourists. These conditions have resulted in low tourist visits and minimal economic contributions from the tourism sector to the local community. The community service activity aims to enhance the capacity and self-reliance of the community in sustainably managing coastal tourism potential. The main problems faced by the partners include coastal ecosystem degradation and the lack of digital tourism promotion. The implementation method of this program was carried out through a participatory and collaborative approach involving the service team, partners as Pokdarwis managers, local communities, and village officials. This approach engaged the community from the planning and implementation stages to the evaluation stage. The activities included tree planting along the coastal area, environmental conservation awareness programs involving local residents, as well as the development and training of a destination website. The outcomes expected from these activities are that tree planting will strengthen the coastal ecosystem, environmental awareness will foster a sense of ownership among the community toward the beach, and the website will serve as a long-term promotional tool. The sustainability impact is reflected in increased awareness, improved ecosystems, and the growth of tourist visits. COVID-19 pandemic has created a new economic crisis worldwide. Islamic Bank which was reportedly resilient against the financial crisis is expected to be stable in this period. Apart from that, Islamic Bank in Indonesia has channeled financing fund to various business sectors with different portions leading to a question whether they have different impact on Islamic Bank’s profitability. This paper aims to discover the impact of COVID-19 pandemic and financing to business sectors on Islamic Bank profitability in Indonesia. An ARDL approach is employed for analysis. The result of the study shows that COVID-19 pandemic has a negative relationship with Islamic Bank profitability in the long-run. Furthermore, financing to transportation, warehousing and communication sectors is associated with higher profitability in the short-run. On the other hand, financing to wholesale and retail trade sectors hurt Islamic Bank profitability. Based on this result, it is suggested that Government impose some measures in stabilizing Islamic Bank’s performance during COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, Islamic Banks are expected to make adjustment on financing to business sectors ratio accordingly in order to maintain the profitability of Islamic Bank.

Penelitian ini berjudul Strategi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Karyawan Comanditaire Vennootschap (CV) Dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Kinerjanya, pada kasus CV. Barokah Jaya Hikmah, Tambakrejo, Waru, Sidoarjo dan merupakan hasil penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan serta peran strategi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan di CV. Barokah Jaya Hikmah Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif sehingga data yang didapatkan peneliti dari CV. Barokah Jaya Hikmah Sidoarjo. Observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan pihak perusahaan CV Barokah Jaya Hikmah. Serta literatur pendukung yang dianggap relevan terhadap penelitian yang diangkat. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan di CV. Barokah Jaya Hikmah Sidoarjo, dengan strategi pendampingan dikatakan efektif dan berjalan sesuai dengan yang di harapkan oleh perusahaan. Dalam hal ini perusahaan mengukur efektifitas dari peran strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan dari pendapatan yang mengalami peningkatan. Saran untuk CV. Barokah Jaya Hikmah Sidoarjo, melakukan peninjauan ulang terhadap strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang diterapkan serta melakukan penilaian terhadap karyawan agar efektivitas kinerja sesuai dengan target perusahaan serta melakukan evaluasi kerja.

This study aims to provide a critical analysis of Adam Smith's pricing concept from an Islamic economic perspective and offer a new framework for its Islamization. Although previous studies have discussed Islamic critiques of Smith's theory, most have been limited to descriptive comparisons without offering an integrated model for its application. This study differs by systematically mapping the components of Smith's pricing theory the role of the market, the role of government, business ethics, objectives, and pricing mechanisms and then reconstructing them into a practical Islamic pricing framework grounded in the principles of the Qur'an, hadith, and classical fiqh thought. This study employs a qualitative literature review method by synthesizing primary and secondary literature, categorizing concepts, and reinterpreting them through Islamic jurisprudence. The resulting framework not only highlights the theoretical gap between Smith's perspective and Islamic economics but also provides a structured reinterpretation that can be directly applied by policymakers and economic actors to ensure pricing practices align with Islamic ethical and legal standards.

This research discusses the design and development of a promotional website for the creative economy at the Department of Culture and Tourism of Banyuwangi Regency to address issues related to creative economy promotion and data collection. The aim of this study is to design a promotional website system for the creative economy that can effectively implement a website system, display dynamic data on the website, and ensure that users can easily navigate the website. The website design uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The scope of this research includes the focus on the design and testing of the website. The creative economy promotional website features main functionalities including a subsector menu, a creative economy registration menu, and a validation menu, and has been tested using the black-box testing method. The black-box testing results show that the system's functionality runs as expected. This conclusion indicates that the design and development of the creative economy website have successfully addressed the issues faced by the department and creative economy actors.
