Abstract

Covid-19 has had a tremendous impact, including on the leadership of managers in hospitals, they are required to act quickly and make total changes in the management field. in these difficult times one's managerial ability and resilience can be assessed. at RSIA Perdana Medica Surabaya, has decided not to accept referrals for Covid-19 patients, and the results of the study show that the lower one's resilience, the lower one's managerial ability. The research instrument used is the researcher himself. Qualitative research has no choice but the researcher himself as the main research. Because everything does not yet have clarity starting from the problem, research focus, research procedures used until the results are still uncertain.

Abstract

This article examines the application of Jombang district head regulation number 41 of 2019 to the local religious content program. Religious local content is a compulsory charge subject at the elementary and junior high school level, which was promulgated in Jombang district regulation number 09 in 2016 with the hope of the realization of "religious Jombang". This study discusses the extent to which the Jombang buapati regulation number 41 of 2019 is applied to the local religious content program as well as the factors that influence the application of Jombang regent regulation number 41 in 2019 . This article uses a qualitative field research approach based on observation, interviews, and documentation with qualitative descriptive analysis and checking the validity of data and triangulation .The results of this study are in the form of technical aspects and mechanisms which include the understanding, purpose and objectives of local religious content, competency standards of educators and student competency standards that must be achieved, process and assessment standards, number of teaching hours and honoariums . Local content in Jombang does not only refer to Islam, but other religions such as the Christian religion are also the same. Factors influencing the adoption of the regent's regulations are resources, trends, bureaucracy and communication .

Abstract

This study discusses the role of counseling guidance teachers and the role of moral aqidah teachers in overcoming student problems and the supporting and inhibiting factors of Counseling Guidance teachers and Aqidah Akhlak teachers in overcoming student problems at MTsN 1 Jombang. This research is a case study research using a qualitative approach with technical data collection observations, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis techniques are data reduction techniques, data presentation and verification. The results of research that have been carried out regarding the role of BK teachers and Aqidah Akhlak teachers in overcoming student problems at MTsN 1 Jomabng. So it is necessary for the role of Guidance Counseling teachers and Aqidah teachers in addressing these problems so that students can comply with school regulations according to existing regulations and become a good generation by not doing actions that are not according to the norm. Therefore, assistance is needed in the growth and development of students. The supporting factors in this case are all parties to play an active role in helping to overcome student problems, all have one vision and mission, maintain the name of a good school environment, and the cooperation of all teachers with the homeroom teacher. as the main implementer in helping to alleviate student problems.

Abstract

This article examines research using learning methods that can be implemented in teacher teaching and their effects. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the SAVI learning model and the conventional learning model on PAI learning outcomes for X grade students of SMA Diponegoro Sampang Cilacap. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of quasi-experimental design (Quasy Experiment Design). The focus of the research is taking the research object of SMA Diponegoro Sampang with a sample of 34. The results show that there are differences in the learning outcomes of class X students in PAI subjects when using the SAVI learning method with student learning outcomes when using conventional learning models using the independent sample t-test. test with known Sig value. Levene's Test for Equality of Variances is 0.97 > 0.05. it can be interpreted that the data variance is homogeneous. The Independent Samples Test is guided by the values ​​contained in the "Equal variances assumed" table. The Independent Samples Test in the "Equal variances assumed" section is known to have Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.005 < 0.05, so as the basis for decision making in the independent sample t test, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted and the paired sample T-test value shows a significance value of 0.000. This value is smaller than the standard significance of 0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an average difference between the pretest and posttest learning outcomes in the experimental class, which means that there is an effect of using the SAVI learning model on PAI subjects.

Abstract

This article describes an analysis regarding the implementation of the muhadharah program which is an effort to increase student self-confidence. This research is a qualitative research with a case study type. The data obtained in this study is through direct observation, interviews and documentation of the results. The existing data is then reduced, then presented, and verified. The results of this study indicate that (1) At MAPM Cukir Jombang there is a muhadharah program focused on lecture activities which are carried out every day before the Dhuha prayer in rotation according to the class on duty. (2) The implementation of the muhadharah program at MAPM Cukir Jombang is one of the mandatory activities that can train self-confidence to appear in public, which is carried out in stages: preparation, implementation and evaluation. (3) the muhadharah program at MAPM Cukir Jombang can train students' self-confidence to appear in public and then hone students' communication skills when speaking in front of a crowd.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of the problem-based learning method in Islamic jurisprudence learning using qualitative research methods with a case study type that explores problems in detail and data collection is carried out in depth. Data collection was carried out through a process of observation, interviews and documentation by researchers, then reduced and checked using triangulation techniques to test the credibility of the data between one data and another. research conducted by researchers shows the results that: 1) The implementation of the problem based learning method is implemented through several stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation by involving students in accordance with the problems faced in the real world related to learning material in fiqh subjects in Madrasah Aliyah Hasyim Asy'ari Jogoroto Jombang. 2) Supporting factors for implementing problem based learning in this madrasah are support from school management, availability of adequate resources, teacher's ability to design and implement problem learning, as well as providing motivation by teachers so that students feel happy and comfortable with this method. The inhibiting factors are teachers having difficulty finding material to be taught, lack of understanding or support from student staff, limited time, and challenges for teachers to adapt the problem based learning method approach to the existing curriculum.

Abstract

Abstract: This examination looks at the use of a task based learning model to build the imagination of class XI understudies at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikam Jatirejo Diwek Jombang. A learning model is a plan or model that is utilized as a device in coordinating learning in the home so that the learning targets that will be passed on to understudies can be accomplished well and in an efficient way. In its acknowledgments, there are different kinds of learning models, one of which is the effort based learning model. Hence, executing an endeavor based learning model can build understudies' creative mind. One of the points of this examination is to apply an undertaking based learning model. These specialists utilized a contextual investigation based subjective methodology for this exploration. This methodology utilizes interviews, insight and documentation strategies. The consequences of the exploration examined are 1) The effort based learning model is a learning plan that spotlights on understudies where understudies move powerfully while teaching and learning practices that are given over by instructors by making the undertaking an issue that should be reviewed. 2) to build understudies' innovativeness, another learning model is required that they have never known. Abstract

Objectives: This study examined the influence of school–parent collaboration and family environment on the character development of madrasah ibtidaiyah students in Jombang, Indonesia. Method: Using a quantitative approach and associative descriptive method, the study involved purposive sampling of 23 units of madrasah ibtidaiyah in Jombang, Indonesia, with 47 paired respondents.  The questionnaire measured three variables: School–Parent Collaboration based on Epstein’s model, Family Environment based on Baumrind’s parenting theory, and Student Character based on Lickona and Zubaedi.  Data analysis included tests for normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and multiple linear regression. Results: The results showed that school–parent collaboration had no effect on character education, family environment had no effect on character education. and school–parent collaboration and family environment together had no effect on character education, contributing only 2.4%. Theoretical Contribution: The theoretical contributions of this study are: 1) supporting Bronfenbrenner’s ecological theory, Vygotsky’s theory of the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD), and Bandura’s social theory; 2) identifying character values in Islamic education, such as ṣidq (honesty), amānah (responsibility), ṣabr (patience), raḥmah (compassion), discipline, 'adl (justice), and solidarity; and 3) proposing character education strategies that include syirkah tarbawiyyah (education with true partnership), mas'ūliyyah musytarakah (spiritual responsibility), uswah ḥasanah (exemplary behavior), tarbiyah raqamiyyah (digital education), and tawāzun tarbawī (balanced education).   Implication Future research should adopt longitudinal approaches and broader factors.

Abstract

This article identifies the forms or types of violence that occur in the household, where violence against a partner is very bad and threatens a household where harmony is the goal. Good communication can also avoid domestic violence and can even prevent the causes of divorce. The research method for this research is qualitative literature study, research data collection refers to Law Number 23 of 2004, previous research with a Maqashid Syariah perspective. Maqashid Syariah with the concept of protecting the five main principles in Islam, namely preserving religion, soul, mind, lineage and property. This is where the teachings of the Islamic religion and laws play a very important role in becoming a guide in running the household. Data from the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection from January to July 2023 recorded that 18,250 cases of domestic violences occurred in Indonesia. This incident is truly ironic in Indonesia, where with a high level of religious belief there are still many perpetrators of violence. Through the Maqashid Syari'ah approach, it tries to find the causes and effects of problems that arise in domestic violence and the law tries to become a guideline so that it can be understood and implemented, in order to avoid and minimize the causes of cases of violence to establish a good and harmonious household life in accordance with the teachings Islam and can be sakinah mawaddah warahmah.

Abstract

Tape merupakan salah satu produk olahan singkong yang telah mengalami fermentasi dari  bahan-bahan sumber pati seperti ketela pohon, ketan dan sebagainya, dengan melibatkan peran ragi di dalam proses pembuatannya. Permasalahan pokok yang terjadi di Kelurahan Gebang terutama yang berkaitan dengan UMKM Tape Supermadu adalah kurangnya skill dan pemahaman terkait diversifikasi produk tape, dalam menambah nilai ekonomis produk tape singkong kuning. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan melalui penyampaian informasi melalui ceramah, pembahasan, dan pendampingan langsung untuk melakukan peragaan diversifikasi produk. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan sosialisasi pembuatan kerupuk tape adalah meningkatkan skill dan pengetahuan terhadap pengembangan produk olahan tape, serta menambah nilai ekonomis produk tape. Sasaran dalam kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK kelurahan Gebang dan mitra Supermadu. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini berupa produk kerupuk tape kualitas terbaik dengan cita rasa manis dan gurih. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi ini, ibu-ibu PKK juga mendapatkan skill mengenai pembuatan kerupuk tape singkong dan pengetahuan dalam mengembangkan diversifikasi produk tape singkong di daerah kelurahan Gebang.
