Abstract

This study makes an important contribution in understanding the relationship between current ratio and return on assets at PT Astra Otoparts Tbk. Through the use of a simple linear regression test on financial statement data for the period 2015-2022, this study intends to explain the extent to which the current ratio affects the company's return on assets. Current ratio, as the independent variable, is used as an indicator of the company's ability to meet its short-term obligations, while return on assets, as the dependent variable, reflects the company's level of profitability. The results show that, although the current ratio has a positive influence on return on assets, the influence is not statistically significant. In other words, the increase in current ratio does not contribute significantly to the increase in return on assets at PT Astra Otoparts Tbk. The findings can provide valuable insights for company management in designing financial strategies, especially in terms of managing short-term assets and liabilities. In the context of the automotive and spare parts industry in Indonesia, where PT Astra Otoparts Tbk operates, an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence return on assets is crucial. The results of this study can serve as a basis for similar companies to evaluate and improve their financial performance, optimize asset allocation, and manage short-term liabilities more effectively. Further research and the integration of other factors in financial analysis can help shape a more holistic and sustainable business strategy amidst changing market dynamics.

Abstract

Researchers believe that the Website Quality variable can have a positive relationship and a positive influence on purchasing decisions because buyers can find out detailed information on the website, can bind buyers, and so on (Jonathan Sarwono, 2016). Apart from that, researchers believe that a brand's reputation can strengthen the relationship between website quality and purchasing decisions(Azhari, 2015). This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely research that uses previous research as a stepping stone to find new variations in future research(Sugiyono, 2019). The data in this research was obtained from distributing digital questionnaires to Tiktok shop consumers after being allowed to return with the criteria of at least one shopping trip, if not more than once, then they cannot be called consumers(Abdurahman, 2016). This data is also called pyramid data. The data in this study were analyzed using PLS 4.0. The result this research show the Website Quality variable has a positive relationship and has a significant influence on The reversal decision was due to being positive and the P- Values were below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.002.In addition, the researcher's belief and subsequent experiments can be proven because the Brnad Reputation variable can moderate the relationship between the two variables above, indicated by the P- Values which are positive and are below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.002. This means that with a quality website high and accompanied by a good brand reputation can further strengthen consumers in deciding to purchase a product being offered.

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the impact of implementing the balanced scorecard perspective on the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the F&B, fashion, craft, and services sectors in Central Java and Yogyakarta. A total of 170 respondents participated in the online and offline survey, and after removing incomplete data, 164 observations were analysed. The balanced scorecard perspective, consisting of financial, customer, internal process, and organizational learning and growth perspectives, was used as an independent variable, while performance was used as a dependent variable. The research also included digitalization and control variables such as gender, education sector, and size of SMEs. The results suggest that customer satisfaction and loyalty significantly affect SMEs’ performance and profitability. Testing the implementation of the balanced scorecard across various sectors, the research finds that its effects are not significant in sectors such as fashion, craft, services, and others sectors. The research recommends emphasizing the importance of maintaining a positive relationship with customers to increase revenue and profitability. Though financial and learning variables did not have significant effects, SMEs should still consider them as they may lead to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Indonesia, has become a hub for such start-ups, aiming for both financial success and environmental consciousness. Green investments, which fund projects with environmental benefits, play a crucial role. These investments range from adopting energy-efficient technologies to implementing sustainable supply chains, leading to long-term cost savings and improved corporate reputation.Government policy is also vital, as supportive policies in Central Java include monetary rewards, tax breaks, and assistance programs that encourage start-ups to adopt sustainable practices. Effective resource management, which optimizes the use of human, financial, and material resources, is crucial for start-ups facing limited resources and intense competition. Efficient resource management can significantly impact a start-up’s operational efficiency and financial outcomes. This study examines how green investments, government policy, and resource management collectively influence the financial success of start-ups in Central Java. Data was collected from 40 start-ups across various industries using a quantitative approach, and multiple regression analysis was performed. The results show that higher financial performance is primarily due to green investments, supportive government policies, and efficient resource management, with a positive interaction between these factors leading to significant gains. The study provides factual proof that effective resource management, sustainable practices, and compliance with government regulations are essential for successful start-up operations. It highlights the complementary effects of these elements, suggesting that a comprehensive corporate strategy enhances financial results. This study offers insights for start-ups to enhance sustainability and performance and provides recommendations for policymakers to create a supportive entrepreneurial environment.

Abstract

This study examines how export market concentration shapes export earnings stability from an international finance perspective. Using secondary data compiled from ITC Trade Map for Indonesia’s non oil exports during 2022-2025, the paper evaluates export value dynamics, destination market concentration, and the stability of foreign exchange generating export earnings. The analysis combines descriptive trend analysis, market share decomposition, the Herfindahl Hirschman Index (HHI), and the coefficient of variation (CV) of export earnings. The results indicate three main findings. First, Indonesia’s export earnings remained resilient despite global tightening, commodity price normalization, and exchange rate uncertainty. Second, export destinations were still moderately concentrated in a limited set of large markets, especially China, the United States, and India, implying exposure to partner specific demand shocks. Third, moderate diversification across secondary markets helped cushion aggregate earnings volatility, although sectoral dependence on a few commodities linked products remained visible. The study contributes to the international finance literature by showing that trade structure is not only a competitiveness issue but also a financial risk issue because export concentration affects foreign exchange inflows, external liquidity, and macro financial resilience. Policy implications include deeper market diversification, export upgrading, and broader use of trade finance and hedging instruments.
