Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong transformasi dalam sistem evaluasi pendidikan, termasuk penerapan Computer Based Test (CBT) di sekolah. Namun, untuk memastikan efektivitasnya, diperlukan audit sistem informasi guna menilai sejauh mana tata kelola dan pengelolaan sumber daya mendukung pelaksanaan CBT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kapabilitas tata kelola sistem informasi CBT di SMK IT Al Izhar Pekanbaru menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019, dengan fokus pada domain EDM03 (Ensure Risk Optimization) dan EDM04 (Ensure Resource Optimization). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Responden dipilih berdasarkan pendekatan RACI untuk memastikan relevansi peran mereka dalam pelaksanaan CBT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas proses EDM03 mencapai Level 5 (Fully Achieved), mencerminkan pengelolaan risiko yang sistematis dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Sementara itu, kapabilitas EDM04 berada pada Level 3 (Largely Achieved), yang menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya sudah berjalan cukup efektif namun belum sepenuhnya terdokumentasi atau inovatif. Perbandingan kedua domain menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan risiko lebih matang daripada pengelolaan sumber daya. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan dokumentasi, pengukuran kinerja sumber daya, serta pengembangan inovasi dalam pengelolaan TI untuk mendukung pelaksanaan CBT yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

Information technology has an important role in supporting the continuity and efficiency of company operations. This research aims to evaluate the level of IT governance capability at CV. Blackpaint Print Shop Pekanbaru using the COBIT 2019 framework, especially in the APO14 (Managed Data) and EDM04 (Ensure Risk Optimization) subdomains. The methods used include literature study, observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to internal company parties. The assessment was carried out based on the Guttman scale and the Capability Level of COBIT 2019. The results showed that in the APO14 subdomain, the company had reached a capability level of up to Level 4, with the majority of activities having been carried out consistently and documented. However, the approach to innovation and continuous improvement is still not optimal. Meanwhile, in subdomain EDM04, the company shows capability up to Level 3, indicating that risk management has been implemented, but not yet supported by a quantitative and systematic approach. Recommendations are given in the form of strengthening performance measurement, risk documentation, and developing innovation in IT management. This research is expected to be a reference in making strategic decisions and improving IT governance in similar organizations.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires every agency, including government agencies, to manage IT effectively and efficiently to improve the quality of public services. One form of IT utilization is the implementation of a web-based public complaint information system, such as that carried out by the Payung Sekaki Sub-district Office. However, the absence of a formal evaluation based on the IT governance framework raises the need for an information system audit. This research aims to evaluate IT governance and risk management using the COBIT 2019 framework, specifically in domains APO01 (Managed I&T Management Framework) and APO12 (Managed Risk). The research method used is a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and questionnaire techniques. The results of the capability level measurement show that both domains are at Level 2 (Managed Process), which means that the process has been carried out but has not been formally documented and periodic evaluations have not been carried out. This research provides recommendations in the form of formal SOP preparation, regular training, and periodic evaluation as an effort to improve IT governance capabilities.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of transformational leadership in improving the performance of insurance companies through innovation strategies, human resource development, and organisational education. This research uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach, where data is analysed using thematic descriptive analysis techniques. Data were collected from scientific articles published between 1978-2025 and obtained from Google Scholar and trusted academic sites. Of the 50 articles reviewed, 33 were selected through rigorous selection based on their relevance, methodological quality, and contribution to the research topic. The results showed that transformational leaders play a role in fostering an innovative culture, increasing human resource capacity through continuous training, and building an organisational education system that is adaptive to industry changes. Previous studies also support that this leadership style is able to improve company performance in terms of financial, operational, and employee satisfaction.

Abstract

The integration of e-commerce features into social media platforms has created unique user experience challenges, particularly in localized buying and selling communities. This study evaluates the user experience of Facebook Marketplace within the Pekanbaru Jual Beli Online (PJBO) community using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. Through a quantitative approach with 400 active users selected via simple random sampling, this research reveals significant user experience gaps in a platform that accommodates over 136,000 members. The results demonstrate that four core UX dimensions fall below industry benchmarks: attractiveness (0.85), clarity (0.81), efficiency (0.82), and dependability (0.79), all with narrow confidence intervals (±0.14-0.18), indicating consistent user dissatisfaction across these dimensions. While stimulation (0.80) achieved "good" ratings and novelty (0.78) scored "above average," the overall UX profile reveals a platform that provides adequate innovative features but struggles with fundamental usability aspects. This study contributes to UX literature by examining the unique intersection of social network-based e-commerce in localized Indonesian markets, and provides platform developers with actionable recommendations to enhance system navigation, transaction efficiency, and trust mechanisms. However, this study employs only the UEQ method and does not extend to a more comprehensive evaluation, such as assessing system effectiveness and application interface performance.

Abstract

Health Operational Assistance (HOA) funds are allocated for Public Health Center operations, and a minimum of 60% of the total allocation of the funds is used for Priority Health Programs through various highly leveraged activities to achieve MDGs goals in the health sector. A maximum of 40% of the funds is used for other Health Programs and Public Health Center Management. The method of this research is descriptive research using a qualitative research design. This research aimed to investigate the use of HOA funds at Sipatokkong Ogoamas Public Health Center. The results of this research show that the Public Health Center has allocated HOA funds following the technical guidelines that have been determined by utilizing the funds that are more focused on activities that will be prioritized at the Public Health Center, where the Public Health Center will see prioritized activities based on problems found first. The conclusion from the results of this research is that the use of HOA funds at the Siatokkong Ogoamas Health Center is following the technical guidelines that have been determined. The implementation of promotive and preventive health programs for MCH activities outside the building has yet to be carried out according to the planned schedule; achievement of target indicators for Minimum Service Standards at Sipatokong Ogoamas Health Center has yet to be achieved according to national standards.

Abstract

Penggunaan IUD Post Plasenta dapat mengurangi jumlah kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan, sehingga mengurangi angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan faktor usia, paritas dan tingkat pendidikan dengan pemilihan IUD Pasca Plasenta di RSUD dr. H.Moch Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Observasional Analitik dengan rancangan case control. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sejumlah 296 orang. Sampel kasus yaitu ibu bersalin yang memilih penggunaan IUD pasca plasenta sebanyak 148 orang dan sampel kontrol sebanyak 148 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan faktor tingkat pendidikan dengan pemilihan IUD Pasca Plasenta pada ibu bersalin di RSUD Dr. H.Moch. Ansari Saleh Tahun 2023 (p value 0,000). Faktor usia (p value 0,169) dan paritas (p value 0,182) tidak berhubungan dengan pemilihan IUD Pasca Plasenta pada ibu bersalin di RSUD Dr. H.Moch. Ansari Saleh Tahun 2023.

Abstract

A recent report highlighted cases of contamination in children's cough syrup containing diethylene glycol, which poses potential health risks for children. This study aims to identify the presence of diethylene glycol in various children's cough syrups sold in Makassar City using Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and FT-IR Spectroscopy methods. A total of 9 samples of children's cough syrup from three different brands, each originating from three batches, were analyzed in this study. The TLC analysis results showed significant differences between the samples and the standard. The Rf values of the samples ranged from 0.72 to 0.85, while the Rf value of the diethylene glycol standard was recorded at 0.41. Additionally, FT-IR analysis, based on the wave numbers and intensity of the spectra, indicated that the sample spectra did not match those of the diethylene glycol standard. Based on the evaluation of all children's cough syrup samples using these two methods, no profiles consistent with the characteristics of diethylene glycol were detected.

Abstract

Pendidikan prenatal merupakan pendidikan awal yang sangat penting. Karena dengan pendidikan ini setidaknya orang tua telah berusaha untuk menanamkan karakterkarakter baik pada anak. Dalam ajaran Agama Hindu, orang tua hendaknya melaksanakan penyucian terhadap anak agar apa yang dicita-citakan utamanya dalam mendidik anak dapat terwujud dengan baik. Dengan demikian pentingnya pendidikan pranatal, yang prosesnya terutama dimulai dari terbentuknya janin, atau bayi masih dalam kandungan yang membutuhkan asupan gizi yang baik. Namun pemahaman umat Hindu di Desa Bereng Rambang terkait pemahaman pendidikan prenatal masih kurang, sehingga perlu pemahaman terkait pendidikan prenatal tersebut untuk pencegahan stunting.

Abstract

Ramalina sp. (Ramalinaceae) is a type of lichen known to contain many active secondary metabolite compounds that have the potential to be used as medicine or medicinal raw materials. One of the biological activities possessed by Ramalina sp. lichen is its anticancer activity. This research aims to isolate and identify active secondary metabolite compounds from the methanol extract of the Ramalina sp. lichen and to find out the cytotoxic activity of the isolated compound against MCF7 breast cancer cells. Compound 1 (usnic acid) was successfully isolated from fraction A. The isolation and purification process was carried out starting with a maceration process using acetone solvent, followed by silica gel column chromatography using a gradient solvent system consisting of n-hexane, n-hexane:EtOAc, EtOAc, EtOAc:MeOH, and MeOH with 5% increment of polarity to obtain 17 fractions (F-1 to F-17). From the 17 fractions obtained, fraction 3 (F-3) and fraction 4 (F-4) (eluted with n-hexane:EtOAc 30%), which had the same TLC profile, were combined and named as fraction A. Compound 1 (50 mg) is a yellow needle crystal that was formed in a bottle of fraction A, which was obtained after the process of combining fractions F-3 and F-4 and solvent evaporation process. The crystals were then separated and purified with CHCl3 and MeOH. Compound 1 was then characterized based on spectroscopic data. Various spectroscopic analysis data, including FTIR, 1D- and 2D-NMR, and LC-ESI-MS, show that Compound 1 is a dibenzofuran derivative compound with 18 carbons (3 from carbonyl groups (C=O) and 3 from methyl groups) and 2 hydroxyl (-OH). Cytotoxicity assay showed that at a low concentration of 18.75 ug/mL, Compound 1 caused a 67.06% decrease in MCF7 viability
