Abstract

Stres merupakan salah satu faktor psikologis yang dapat memengaruhi keseimbangan hormon reproduksi pada remaja putri, sehingga berdampak pada keteraturan siklus menstruasi. Remaja berada pada fase perkembangan yang rentan terhadap stres akibat tuntutan akademik, sosial, maupun perubahan fisik dan emosional. Tujuan dari literature review ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat stres terhadap keteraturan siklus menstruasi pada remaja putri berdasarkan temuan penelitian sebelumnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelusuran artikel ilmiah melalui basis data nasional dan internasional dengan kata kunci stres, siklus menstruasi, dan remaja putri. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stres yang tinggi berhubungan signifikan dengan gangguan siklus menstruasi, seperti menstruasi tidak teratur, oligomenore, atau amenore. Mekanisme yang mendasari hubungan ini berkaitan dengan aktivasi sumbu hipotalamus hipofisis adrenal yang mengganggu regulasi hormon reproduksi. Kesimpulan dari literature review ini menunjukkan bahwa stres berperan penting terhadap keteraturan siklus menstruasi, sehingga diperlukan upaya manajemen stres untuk menjaga kesehatan reproduksi remaja putri.

Abstract

Social change, technological development, and increasing demands for educational quality require educational institutions to continuously adapt and engage in sustainable learning. In this context, the concept of a learning organization is highly relevant, including in modern Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the learning organization concept at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 using Peter Senge’s five disciplines: personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and systems thinking. This research employed a qualitative field research approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving KMI leaders, educational staff, and teachers. The findings reveal that Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 has implemented all five disciplines in an integrated manner within its learning system and institutional management. These results indicate that modern Islamic boarding schools have strong potential to develop as adaptive and sustainable learning organizations in response to contemporary educational challenges.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang masih ditemukan pada satuan pendidikan dasar dan berpotensi menghambat perkembangan karakter serta kesejahteraan psikososial peserta didik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat upaya penanganan dan pencegahan bullying di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Muhammadiyah Linggapura melalui kolaborasi antara orang tua dan pihak sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai bullying, pelaksanaan parenting class bagi wali murid, serta pendampingan sekolah dalam merumuskan langkah-langkah pencegahan yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan. Subjek kegiatan terdiri atas guru dan orang tua peserta didik sebagai mitra pengabdian. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mitra mengenai bentuk, dampak, dan strategi penanganan bullying, serta terbangunnya kesadaran kolektif akan pentingnya sinergi orang tua dan sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan kondusif. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mendorong sekolah untuk mengembangkan komitmen bersama dalam pencegahan bullying sebagai bagian dari budaya sekolah. Dengan demikian, kolaborasi orang tua dan sekolah terbukti menjadi pendekatan yang efektif dalam mendukung upaya pencegahan dan penanganan bullying di madrasah ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

The implementation of the cooperative learning model with a social theory approach in the Pancasila Education subject in Grade III at SD Negeri 015 Muara Koman still faces challenges. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the cognitive learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject for Grade III at SD Negeri 015 Muara Koman. The research method used is qualitative research with respondents including teachers, students, and the principal. The selection of respondents was done through purposive sampling based on the research objectives. Snowball sampling was applied through the involvement of participants in accordance with the respondents.The research procedure began with the researcher preparing instruments and learning tools differentiated by the humanistic learning theory approach. The research was conducted through interviews and observation techniques. Data analysis was carried out through interim conclusions and final conclusions drawn during the interview process.The research findings show that the teacher respondent had prepared, implemented, and evaluated the implementation of cooperative learning based on a social approach in Grade III at SDN 015 Muara Koman. The student respondents had prepared, participated in, and achieved cognitive learning outcomes. The principal respondent had facilitated the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the cooperative learning implementation using the social approach, resulting in improved cognitive learning outcomes among the students

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the understanding and difficulties of second-grade students at SD Negeri 20 Tanjung Keramat in comprehending the concept of division in mathematics learning. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects of the study consisted of teachers and students, while the research object focused on students’ conceptual understanding of division. Data were collected through interviews and tests using question sheets and interview guides. The results revealed that students’ understanding of the concept of division was still low. In the multiple-choice test, 86.66% of students were categorized as “poor,” while in the essay test, 66.66% also demonstrated low understanding. Students were unable to identify the meaning of division as a process of grouping or repeated subtraction and faced difficulties in relating word problems to division operations. The main contributing factors included errors in selecting arithmetic operations, weak concrete and symbolic representations, poor understanding of the division symbol “:”, and limited comprehension of problem statements. Keywords: Conceptual Understanding, Division, Learning Difficulties, and Elementary Mathematics. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman dan kesulitan siswa kelas II SD Negeri 20 Tanjung Keramat dalam memahami konsep pembagian pada pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas guru dan siswa, sedangkan objek penelitian difokuskan pada pemahaman konsep pembagian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan tes menggunakan lembar soal serta panduan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep pembagian masih rendah. Pada tes pilihan ganda, 86,66% siswa berada pada kategori “kurang”, sedangkan pada tes esai, 66,66% juga menunjukkan pemahaman rendah. Siswa belum mampu mengidentifikasi makna pembagian sebagai proses pengelompokan atau pengurangan berulang dan kesulitan mengaitkan soal cerita dengan operasi pembagian. Faktor penyebab utama meliputi kesalahan memilih operasi hitung, lemahnya representasi konkret dan simbolis, kurangnya pemahaman simbol “:”, serta keterbatasan dalam memahami kalimat soal. Kata Kunci: Pemahaman Konsep, Pembagian, Kesulitan Belajar, dan Matematika Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

The expansion of the economy and public expenditure are central issues in a country's macroeconomic analysis, which is generally analyzed through two main approaches, namely the Keynesian and Wagnerian perspectives. The purpose of this study is to explore the cause-and-effect relationship between economic growth and government spending in selected ASEAN countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, throughout the 1974–2023 timeframe. The Granger causality method was applied to perform the analysis. The results indicate that only in Singapore is there a one-way causal relationship from economic growth to government spending. This means that increased economic growth drives an increase in public spending. This finding supports the applicability of Wagner's law in Singapore, where growing economic activity is followed by increased government fiscal intervention in the form of public service provision. Conversely, in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, no significant causal relationship was found, either one-way or two-way. This indicates that neither the Keynesian nor Wagnerian views have been empirically proven in these three countries during the observation period. In these countries, economic growth has not directly driven an increase in government spending, and conversely, government spending has not been proven to drive economic growth. Therefore, in terms of policy, Singapore needs to continue to maintain and enhance its economic growth in order to expand the provision of public facilities.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve knowledge and awareness of perimenopause and menopause among Indonesian migrant women in South Korea. Many Indonesian female workers face unique challenges related to hormonal changes, limited health access, and low reproductive health literacy. The activity was conducted at Rumah Indonesia Seoul (RUMAISA) through interactive counseling, bilingual educational materials, and relaxation practice sessions. A total of 35 participants attended the session, which included pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ understanding of hormonal changes, menopause management, and healthy lifestyle practices. This program demonstrates that culturally sensitive, bilingual health education can effectively enhance reproductive health awareness and support the well-being of migrant women.

Abstract

Fever is a condition when body temperature rises above normal temperature (≥37,5ºC). Handling of fever can be done by pharmacological and non-pharmacological measures. Non-pharmacological actions to reduce body temperature provide warm compresses and onion compresses. Warm compresses are easy to do, do not require large costs, and allow patients or families to not be overly dependent on antipyretic drugs. Shallot compresses are easily accessible to the public, both in price and availability. The purpose of this study is to prove the difference in the effectiveness of a child's body temperature between warm compresses and shallot compresses. This study uses a Quasi Experimental research design with Two groups pretest posttest using a Cross-Sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 14 children who had a fever in Semboro village. The sampling technique uses mercury thermometer with quota sampling. The t test results showed that in the warm compress group the difference between body temperature decreased by 3ºC and p-value 0,000 (<0.05) while in the compressed onion group the mean difference in body temperature decreased by 4.57ºC and p-value 0,000 (< 0.05). The results of the independent t-test showed a p-value of 0.232 (> 0.05). The conclusion in this study is that there is no significant difference between warm compresses and shallot compresses on the decrease in body temperature of children who have a fever, but the administration of shallot compresses to reach normal body temperatures faster than the administration of warm compresses.

Abstract

Baby massage is a massage that is done with gentle strokes on the surface of the baby's skin that aims to produce effects on the nerves, muscles, respiratory system and blood circulation and limpha. There are still many wrong habits in doing baby massage, especially in rural communities. Mothers do not dare to do massage alone because they do not have knowledge about baby massage techniques and consider baby massage is not important. The impact of improper baby massage can cause bleeding in the soft tissue and cause a bluish effect on the baby's skin. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a combination of health education with the practice of massage on the behavior of mothers in massaging their own babies (Age 0-1 Years) in Baratan Village, Patrang District, Jember Regency. The research design used is True Experiment using Posttest Only Control Group Design. The population in this study was taken purposively, namely mothers with babies aged 0-1 years and their babies in Baratan Village, Patrang Subdistrict, Jember Regency with a total of 50 people and guidelines for determining the number of samples with Slovin's opinion in order to obtain a sample of 44 people. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. This research was conducted by assessing the mother's behavior in massaging the baby through a checklist. The results of this study were analyzed using Mc. Fan. The results of the analysis found that mothers who were given baby massage health education (27.3%) Yes, (72.7%) No. While mothers who were given health education and infant massage practice (68.2%) Yes and (31.8%) No. The results of the analysis showed a significant level of 0.05 was obtained (p = 0.002 <0.05) which showed that there was an effect of a combination of health education with the practice of massage on the mother's behavior in massaging her own baby (Age 0-1 Years). It is recommended for mothers to be more active and often ask health workers, especially in massaging babies so that the mother's behavior is better and right

Abstract

Children's achievements are the result of learning obtained from formal and non-formal education. There are several factors that affect a child's achievement, namely internal and external factors of the environment, because the influence is very big for the child's personal development, while the family is the closest person and first teacher for a child, especially parental care includes parental knowledge and parental attitudes and school conditions . This study used a descriptive population research design initially 60 respondents using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 52 parents who have children aged 3-5 years of taking sampling with probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling approach. Spearmen rank test results indicate that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of parents with the child's achievement with p value 0.001 <0.005. Based on this research it can be interpreted that there is a relationship of knowledge and attitudes of parents to the achievements of children aged 3-5 years in kindergarten Nuris Jember. Suggestions for parents to better understand how to respond to learning achievement in children. As for the teacher to be more supportive of children's learning achievement by giving a positive attitude so that the child's achievement can increase
