Abstract

Creative thinking skills are one of the essential competencies that students must master to face the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, characterized by the rapid development of technology and automation. Immersive learning, which utilizes technologies such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), is considered effective in enhancing students' creative thinking skills. This article aims to review the literature on the role of immersive learning in improving students' creative thinking skills through five main stages: topic selection, literature search, literature selection, analysis and synthesis, and organizing the writing. The literature review findings show that immersive technology facilitates students to learn in interactive and multidimensional environments. This condition allows students to think critically, generate new ideas, and solve problems innovatively. Furthermore, the literature review results indicate that immersive learning plays an important role in enhancing the aspects of creative thinking skills, including fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration, through its interactive features and environments that provide various simulations

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of the time token type cooperative model on class student learning outcomes and the effect of implementing the time token type cooperative model on students' social skills, as well as to test the increase in students' thematic learning outcomes and social skills after using the time token cooperative learning model. This research uses an experimental method with a True Experimental design using Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Research data was collected through written tests and questionnaires. Based on the results of the t test calculation, the sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) = 0.024 < α value = 0.050. So, it can be stated that there is an influence of the time token type cooperative learning model. Meanwhile, calculated using the Mann Whitney test, a sig value was obtained. = 0.000 < α = 0.050. So, there is no significant difference in improvement in social skills between experimental class and control class students. In statistical calculations of student learning outcomes using the N-Gain test, an average N-Gain value of 0.34 was obtained with a moderate interpretation. Thus, there is a significant increase in thematic learning outcomes. Meanwhile, the results of statistical calculations of students' social skills using the N-Gain test, obtained an average N-Gain value of 0.62 with a moderate interpretation. So, there is a significant improvement in students' social skills.

Abstract

The mathematical concepts that appear in the Tjoe Tik Kiong monastery building are geometry, congruence, congruence, and geometric transformation. The purpose of this research is to find out what is ethnomathematics in Tjoe Tik Kiong Pasuruan Monastery. This type of research is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The subjects of this research are one religious figure and one craftsman. The data collection techniques used are observation and interview. The results of this study reveal that there are several ethnomathematics in the Tjoe Tik Kiong Temple. The ethnomathematics obtained at the temple consists of the concepts of flat buildings, space buildings, geometric transformations, congruence, and perpendicularity. The ethnomathematics resulting from this research can then be used for student teaching materials. This teaching material contains questions, discussions, and guides to find out student difficulties. The material of the teaching materials is about the concept of flat buildings, regular hexagon prisms, and geometric transformations. Based on the results of the study, researchers hope to develop teaching materials that are interesting and at the same time introduce various temple buildings in Pasuruan. By utilizing ethnomathematics, it can help teach mathematics from a cultural point of view and be a breakthrough to teach mathematics learning material so that it is not boring.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Mengetahui kebutuhan pengembangan buku pedoman penggunaan whatsapp untuk menjalin kerjasama antara orang tua dan guru; (2) Mengetahui bentuk pelaksanaan kerjasama guru dan orang tua menggunakan Whatsapp untuk anak; dan (3) Mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan Whatsapp untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran siswa baik disekolah maupun di rumah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah R & D menggunakan prosedur pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan informasi sebagai berikut, (1) Kerjasama antara guru dan orang tua sangat dibutuhkan dengan menggunakan media yang efisien dan efektif dalam hal ini menggunakan grup whatsapp; (2) Bentuk kerjsama antara orang tua dan guru menggunakan grup whatsapp diantaranya guru memberikan informasi kepulangan siswa ketika ada kegiatan tertentu, membagikan foto siswa yang tidak mengerjakan tugas sekolah, mengingatkan jika ada pekerjaan rumah, memantau siswa saat belajar dikelas, (3) adannya peningkatan perhatian orang tua terhadap belajar anak di rumah, peningkatan nilai hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of social media, online customer reviews and digital payments on the buying interest of Tiktok marketplace users in Surakarta. The research method uses a quantitative approach, in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all Surakarta City residents who had made purchases on the Tiktok application and a total sample of 100 respondents was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires filled out by respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination with the SPSS version 21 program. The results of this study indicate that social media, online customer reviews and digital payments have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Purchase intention can be explained by social media variables, online customer reviews and digital payments of 63.6%, while the rest is explained by other variables, for example, content marketing, brund trust, social media influencers, product reviews and others. Abstract

The aim of this finding is to see (1) the influence of career development on worker retention. (2) to see the effect of compensation on worker retention. (3) to see the effect of job satisfaction on worker retention. These findings were applied to employees of PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia in Sukoharjo. The method is a quantitative method. Where the population is employees who do their work at PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia in Sukoharjo. The sample was 100 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique applying the purposive sampling method. The selection techniques include documentation, observation, questionnaires, questionnaires and literature studies. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests and R2. Findings (1) Career development has a positive and significant influence on employee retention. (2) Compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee retention. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee retention. (4) The coefficient of determination is 46.2%. Where employee retention can be explained from career development, compensation, job satisfaction, there is 46.2%. Then other variables explain other variables outside of these findings.

Abstract

Transportasi publik memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung mobilitas masyarakat sekaligus menjadi instrumen penting dalam mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari tantangan yang dihadapi pemerintah dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kebijakan transportasi publik agar mampu memberikan layanan yang adil, efisien, dan ramah lingkungan bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana efektivitas implementasi kebijakan transportasi publik dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik serta berkontribusi terhadap keberlanjutan sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, dengan menelaah berbagai sumber akademik, kebijakan pemerintah, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan transportasi publik yang efektif dapat memperkuat inklusivitas sosial melalui pemerataan akses, meningkatkan efisiensi ekonomi melalui pengurangan biaya mobilitas dan peningkatan produktivitas, serta menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan melalui penerapan transportasi ramah energi dan rendah emisi. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sinergi antara pemerintah, operator, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan sistem transportasi publik yang berorientasi pada pelayanan berkualitas dan keberlanjutan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan efektivitas strategi pemasaran pada Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) kripik pisang di Desa Karanglo, Kecamatan Tawangmangu, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi para pelaku IKM di wilayah ini adalah rendahnya pengetahuan terkait informasi pasar, segmentasi konsumen, serta strategi pemasaran yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan tren dan teknologi digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap identifikasi kebutuhan, pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan pelaku IKM, penyusunan materi pelatihan, serta pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan ini juga melibatkan kajian informasi pasar untuk memetakan potensi pasar, preferensi konsumen, saluran distribusi, serta strategi promosi yang tepat sasaran. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku IKM terhadap pentingnya riset pasar dan penerapan strategi pemasaran berbasis data. Selain itu, peserta mampu menyusun rencana pemasaran sederhana yang meliputi analisis SWOT, penentuan target pasar, pemilihan media promosi digital, dan pengemasan produk yang lebih menarik. Dengan adanya program ini, diharapkan daya saing IKM kripik pisang di Karanglo Tawangmangu dapat meningkat, sehingga mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar baik lokal maupun regional. Kegiatan ini diakhiri dengan evaluasi dan monitoring untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dampak program bagi pengembangan usaha masyarakat setempat. ABSTRACT This community service program aims to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of marketing strategies for Small and Medium Industries (IKM) producing banana chips in Karanglo Village, Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency. The main problems faced by IKM actors in this area include limited knowledge about market information, consumer segmentation, and adaptive marketing strategies that align with current trends and digital technology. The implementation methods included needs identification, data collection through observation and in-depth interviews with IKM actors, preparation of training materials, and the delivery of training and mentoring sessions. This program also involved a market information study to map market potential, consumer preferences, distribution channels, and targeted promotional strategies. The results of the program indicate an increased understanding among IKM actors of the importance of market research and data-driven marketing strategies. Participants were also able to develop simple marketing plans covering SWOT analysis, target market determination, selection of digital promotional media, and more attractive product packaging. Through this program, it is expected that the competitiveness of banana chip IKM in Karanglo Tawangmangu will improve, enabling them to expand their market reach both locally and regionally. The activity concluded with evaluation and monitoring to ensure the sustainability of the program’s impact on the development of local community businesses. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor pribadi terhadap keputusan jamaah dalam memilih PPIU. Faktor pribadi menjadi variabel independen, sedangkan keputusan jamaah menjadi variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada jamaah Hajar Aswad tahun 2018 dan 2019. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana melalui SPSS 25. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 reponden yang dilakukan dengan teknik insidental sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor pribadi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan jamaah dalam memilih PPIU.

Abstract

Background: Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a global health problem that can cause death and disability in people of productive age. The diagnosis and assessment of TBI severity currently still rely on clinical examination and neuroimaging. However, limited access and cost of neuroimaging are obstacles in many health facilities. Therefore, blood-based biomarkers are needed that can help the diagnosis and prognosis of TBI. Phosphorylated Tau (p-tau) is a potential biomarker that can be measured in serum. This study aims to assess the relationship between serum p-tau levels and severity and outcome in TBI patients. Methods: This research is a comparative study with a cross-sectional design involving 70 TBI patients who came to the emergency room (ER) of Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital Padang. TBI severity was assessed using the Glasgow coma scale (GCS) and grouped into mild (GCS 13-15) and moderate to severe (GCS 3-12). Outcomes were assessed using the Glasgow outcome scale (GOS) and grouped into good (GOS 4-5) and poor (GOS 1-3). Serum p-tau levels were measured using the ELISA method. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS. Results: The median serum p-tau level in the mild TBI group was 165.84 ng/L (IQR 126.18-463.85), while in the moderate to severe TBI group, it was 177.68 ng/L (IQR 87.62-591 .93). There was a significant difference between serum p-tau levels in the mild and moderate to severe TBI groups (p=0.029). The median serum p-tau level in the good outcome group was 167.21 ng/L (IQR 87.62-463.85), while in the poor outcome group it was 187.04 ng/L (IQR 137.75-591.93). There was a significant difference between serum p-tau levels in the good and bad outcome groups (p=0.014). Conclusion: Serum p-tau levels have a significant relationship with severity and outcome in TBI patients. Elevated serum p-tau levels are associated with increased severity of TBI and poor outcomes. Further research is needed to confirm these findings and explore the potential of p-tau as a biomarker in TBI management.
