Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the content strategies used by the TikTok account @alenavds in marketing fashion products, focusing on how content creators influence consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z, through effective content marketing techniques. Method: A qualitative approach with content analysis was employed, examining video content and the use of TikTok's maximum features, such as unboxing videos, mix & match outfits, and interactive features like the bio link and yellow basket. Results: The findings reveal that @alenavds' content strategy effectively builds a personal brand and fosters closeness with the audience through personal storytelling. This strategy enhances impulsive buying behavior on the platform. Novelty: This research contributes to the understanding of TikTok's role in shaping consumer behavior through content marketing, supporting the relevance of Content Marketing Theory. The study aligns with previous research by Dewi (2023) and Saragih & Andriyansah (2023) on TikTok's promotional effectiveness, offering insights into successful strategies used by fashion influencers and the potential of TikTok Shop as a marketplace. This study highlights the increasing impact of social media platforms in contemporary digital marketing.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the interaction and social impact of religious figures who become subjects of cancel culture, with a focus on how religious messages can strengthen support for humanity and social justice rather than triggering radicalism. Method: Using a qualitative research methodology, this study applies Social Identity Theory and Social Construction of Reality Theory, employing virtual ethnographic analysis to examine netizens' conversations, comments, and interactions across various social media platforms. Data was collected through participatory observation and content analysis of relevant online discussions. Results: The study reveals that cancel culture significantly impacts both the virtual and real-world perceptions of public figures. Netizen interactions in the digital era show how society enforces norms and shapes digital communication. Additionally, the study identifies patterns of netizen strategies in expressing opinions and their role in the social dynamics of cancel culture. Novelty: This research contributes to understanding the social impact of cancel culture on religious figures, offering insights into how online communities influence public perception and enforce social norms, with a focus on the broader implications for digital communication in the context of social justice.

Abstract

Objective: This study examines the application of Generation Alpha in the TikTok video of the @mrci.tv account using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic framework. As digital natives, Generation Alpha grew up with meme-based popular culture, global slang, and visual performativity typical of short video platforms. TikTok is positioned to be a space for the production of meaning that shapes generational identity. The research aims to identify the icons, indexes, and symbols that build the image of Generation Alpha and trace the process of audience meaning. Method: The method used was descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling on the three videos with the highest interaction in July 2024. The analysis uses Peirce's triadic model (representation–object–interpretant) accompanied by time triangulation. Results: The results show that @mrci.tv portrays Generation Alpha as expressive, hyperactive, and attached to digital culture. Icons, indexes, and symbols in content form the stereotypes that the audience accepts. The findings confirm that humor and memes are not only entertaining, but also shape generational imagery in public discourse. Novelty: This study contributes to the study of digital semiotics and opens up opportunities for further research on identity construction in social media.

Abstract

Modern civilization is characterized by unprecedented technological innovations that have resulted in major cultural shifts. Religion is still one of the main phenomena most affected by the current digital revolution. Da'wah, as one of the main principles of Islam, is no exception to this global cyber culture. In order to remain relevant and address the current needs of the Muslim community, da'wah needs to adapt to the dynamics of digitalization in today's society. This article discusses the transformation of da'wah in the era of mass media, digital communication and the internet. This research explains how the global digital revolution has opened up new avenues for da'wah that have the potential to spread the message of Islam widely. However, at the same time the digitalization of communications and the culture it builds is also experiencing an unprecedented ethical strengthening related to cyber culture, cyber ethics, hyperreality and mass cognitive dissonance. So, while it is important to ensure that the method of da'wah is relevant to today's times, it must be in full accordance with the ideals of the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Abstract

Penghimpunan (fundraising) dana zakat merupakan suatu upaya atau proses kegiatan dalam rangka menghimpun dana zakat serta sumber daya lainnya dari masyarakat baik individu, kelompok, maupun organisasi yang akan disalurkan dan di dayagunakan untuk mustahik. Dalam kegiatan fundraising diperlukannya strategi yang tepat guna menyukseskan tujuan dari fundraising secara efektif. Ada beberapa strategi fundraising yang perlu diperhatikan antara lain: menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Strategi yang tepat sangat berepengaruh besar terhadap jalannya zakat di setiap lembaga. Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ) Nurul Hayat Kediri memiliki peran penting dalam menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dan menyalurkan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan sumber data berasal dari hasil wawancara dan dokumen-dokumen yang ada kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SWOT lalu ditarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT yang dilakukan, LAZ Nurul Hayat Kediri berada pada posisi strategi agresif yaitu lembaga LAZ Nurul Hayat Kediri memiliki peluang dan kekuatan sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Beberapa strategi tersebut yaitu: 1) peningkatan kerjasama dengan DKM 2) memberikan beasiswa kepada mahasiswa prodi zakat 3) memperkenalkan produk ke target customer 4) menjaring muzakki dari kalangan pengusaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) terhadap nilai kebhinekaan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn). Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengambil lokasi di SD 3 Gulang Kudus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif yang kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memiliki pemahaman positif mengenai nilai kebhinekaan, meskipun terdapat beberapa hambatan dalam penerimaan nilai tersebut. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran penting mengenai bagaimana nilai kebhinekaan dapat diinternalisasi melalui pembelajaran PKn pada jenjang SD, sehingga dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru dan pengembang kurikulum untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Rice productivity is an essential indicator of agricultural modernization and a key determinant of regional food security. This study aims to analyze the relationship between rice productivity and the Food Security Index (FSI) in Central Java Province, as well as to identify the role of productivity in strengthening regional food security. The research employs secondary data from all districts and cities, analyzed quantitatively through descriptive statistics, correlation, and linear regression methods. The results reveal a positive relationship between rice productivity and food security, indicating that regions with higher productivity tend to achieve better food security conditions. Although the contribution is relatively limited, the findings confirm that improving productivity as part of agricultural modernization remains an important factor in enhancing regional food security. The study implies that agricultural development policies should emphasize production efficiency, technological adoption, and farmer institutional strengthening to support a sustainable food system.

Abstract

This study aims to analize the effectiveness of the e-module assisted discovery learning model on critical thinking skills and to describe students' critical thinking skills in terms of learning independence. The research design used was a mixed method design with an exploratory sequential design. The subjects were fifth-grade elementary school students in Paninggaran, Pekalongan. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation to obtain comprehensive information. Based on the results of the research data analysis, it was concluded that learning with the e-module-assisted discovery learning model was proven effective, there was an increase in students' critical thinking skills and independence after participating in the e-module-assisted discovery learning, and there was a relationship between the level of critical thinking skills and student independence. In addition, students with high ability categories were able to demonstrate optimal performance in all critical thinking indicators because they had mature learning independence. Students in the medium category show developing abilities, but still require teacher guidance, students in the low category face significant obstacles in every aspect of critical thinking and low learning independence. Suggestions based on the results of this study are that teachers need to provide intensive guidance, directed feedback, and reflective thinking exercises consistently to students with medium and low critical thinking abilities, to help them develop critical thinking abilities and learning independence. Schools need to design habituation programs that encourage the growth of critical thinking abilities and student learning independence, through reflective activities, group discussions, and modeling critical thinking strategies.

Abstract

The Single Tuition Fee (UKT) system at Universitas Negeri Medan (Unimed) reflects a commendable initiative to promote equitable access to higher education by tailoring tuition fees to students' economic capacities. This study examines the implementation and impact of the UKT system in 2024, with a focus on its distribution across socioeconomic groups and students' perceptions of university services. Data collection involved a Google Form survey and interviews with students from various faculties, analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The findings highlight a concentration of students in lower-income UKT brackets, aligning with the system's inclusivity goals. However, opportunities for enhancement were identified, particularly regarding transparency in the UKT allocation process and the alignment of university services with students' expectations. This study underscores the importance of refining the system to foster fairness and satisfaction while maintaining Unimed’s commitment to accessible and high-quality education for all.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of social media, online customer reviews and digital payments on the buying interest of Tiktok marketplace users in Surakarta. The research method uses a quantitative approach, in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all Surakarta City residents who had made purchases on the Tiktok application and a total sample of 100 respondents was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires filled out by respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination with the SPSS version 21 program. The results of this study indicate that social media, online customer reviews and digital payments have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Purchase intention can be explained by social media variables, online customer reviews and digital payments of 63.6%, while the rest is explained by other variables, for example, content marketing, brund trust, social media influencers, product reviews and others.
