Abstract

Biogas merupakan sumber energi terbaru dan penting sebagai substitusi unggul dan mampu menyumbangkan pengaruh untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan bakar rumah tangga dengan pemanfaatan limbah kotoran sapi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku peternak dalam pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap inovasi digester drum berlapis ter pada pembuatan biogas skala rumah tangga. Menyusun rancangan penyuluhan tentang inovasi digester drum berlapis ter pada pembuatan biogas skala rumah tangga dan mendeskripsikan hasil evaluasi perilaku peternak tentang inovasi digester drum berlapis ter. Kajian ini dilakukan di Desa Sukoanyar Kecamatan Pakis Kabupaten Malang dengan menggunakan 15 responden yang ditentukan melalui sampel jenuh. Materi penyuluhan tentang inovasi digester drum berlapis ter pada pembuatan biogas skala rumah tangga. Metode penyuluhan menggunakan demonstrasi hasil, ceramah, dan diskusi kelompok. Media yang digunakan dalam penyuluhan adalah folder, video tutorial, powerpoint dan benda sesungguhnya. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner hasil post test. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Tingkat pengetahuan peternak tergolong sedang dengan persentase 68,42%. 2) Tingkat sikap peternak tergolong positifdengan persentase 74,51%.

Abstract

The existence of highways is needed in the development of an area. The problems that are often encountered in the construction of highways are excessive vehicle loads than permitted, less than optimal road maintenance and the influence of asphalt mixture factors, so that roads are often found to be damaged before the design life is reached. To improve the quality of road pavement construction, it is necessary to conduct research on mixed innovations used or adding other additives to the pavement construction mixture, so that better mixed quality is produced. One of the types of research that can be done is to use the method of making test objects by conducting experiments in the laboratory by analyzing the effect of adding Bukittinggi red brick waste as a filler to the AC-WC mixture with the Marshall test. From the results of the research with the Marshall test that has been carried out, with the title "The Effect of Adding Bukittinggi  Red Brick Waste as Filler to the AC-WC mixture with the Marshall test, the results obtained on the addition of 1% variation of red brick waste filler resulted in a property value, namely the value: stability , MQ, VMA, VFA meet the requirements of the 2018 revision 2 Highways specifications, whereas the addition of a 2% variation of red brick waste filler results in the property values, namely the Flow and VIM values, not meeting the requirements of the 2018 revision 2 Highways specifications, this indicates increased deformation in pavement layer under load. So, the 2% addition variation is not recommended, the use of red brick waste as filler added to the AC-WC mixture can only be used up to 1%.

Abstract

Bamboo is a fiber-producing plant that can be used as an alternative fiber additive for concrete mixes to overcome cracks in concrete. The aim of this research is to determine the compressive strength and split tensile strength values of concrete from the use of bamboo fiber as an additional ingredient in the concrete mixture. The bamboo used is petung bamboo and apus bamboo, the fiber size is 20 mm long and 1-2 mm in diameter, with a percentage of 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5% of the cement weight. Concrete mix planning uses SNI 7656-2012 for a planned compressive strength of 20 MPa at 28 days. The results of testing the compressive strength and split tensile strength of concrete from the percentage of use and, for petung bamboo, the average concrete compressive strength was respectively 23.58 MPa, 24.69 MPa, 19.45 MPa, 17.17 MPa, 13.02 MPa, and the split tensile strength of concrete were respectively 2.05 MPa, 2.40 MPa, 2.06 MPa, 2.03 MPa, 2.02 MPa, while for apus bamboo the average concrete compressive strength was obtained respectively 22.56 MPa, 23.07 MPa, 15.37 MPa, 14.09 MPa, 14.07 MPa, and the average splitting tensile strength of concrete is 2.15 MPa, 2.50 MPa, 2.47 MPa, 2.40 MPa. Using of up to 2% bamboo fiber in the concrete mixture can increase the compressive strength of the concrete, and using up to 5% bamboo fiber can increase the split tensile strength of the concrete. Petung bamboo fiber produces a higher compressive strength of concrete than apus bamboo fiber, while apus bamboo fiber produces a higher split tensile strength of concrete than petung bamboo fiber

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the achievements of bureaucratic reform in Bima Regency, Indonesia, with a focus on the aspects of transparency in public administration, the application of merit system in employee management, optimization of public services, and the implementation of bureaucracy simplification policies based on information technology. In this context, the research highlights the importance of these aspects in enhancing accountability, efficiency, and quality of public services. The research methodology used is qualitative descriptive, collecting data through interviews, literature reviews, and data analysis from primary and secondary sources. The results of the research indicate that the implementation of bureaucratic reform in Bima Regency has progressed, especially in terms of transparency in public administration, the application of merit system, and the adoption of information technology. The Unqualified Opinion from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) on the Regional Government Financial Report signifies success in maintaining transparency, while the adoption of E-Government applications has improved efficiency and transparency in various government sectors. However, there are still challenges such as deviations in employee selection procedures and complaints regarding the quality of public services, indicating the need for additional steps to ensure the overall success of bureaucratic reform. Despite obstacles in implementation, these positive trends reflect successful efforts in adopting information technology as a tool to enhance administrative efficiency and the quality of public services, reflecting the commitment of local governments to improve governance that is more efficient, transparent, and responsive to the needs of the community.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pemberian terapi pencegahan sekunder secara optimal dapat mencegah stroke berulang sebesar 80%. Pelayanan klinis dirumah sakit sangat diperlukan dalam melakukan terapi pengobatan.Terapi pengobatan dikatakan rasional jika obat digunakan sesuai indikasi, kondisi pasien, dan pemilihan obat yang tepat, seperti (jenis, sediaan, dosis, rute, waktu dan lama pemberian). Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap penderita stroke, dan menganalisis pengaruh pencegahan sekunder terhadap penderita stroke. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi eksperimental one grup pretest postest. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu  menggunakan uji analisis univariat dan uji analisis bivariat.                                      Hasil: Terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan pada penderita stroke dirumah sakit khusus daerah (RSKD) dadi provinsi sulawesi selatan dengan nilai yang diperoleh p-value = 0,000 (< 0,05), terdapat pengaruh pencegahan sekunder pada penderita stroke dirumah sakit khusus daerah (RSKD) dadi provinsi sulawesi selatan dengan nilai yang diperoleh p-value = 0,000 (< 0,05). Kesimpulan:Pendidikan kesehatan tentang stroke berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan sekunder pada penderita stroke dirumah sakit khusus daerah (RSKD) dadi provinsi sulawesi selatan. ABSTRACT Background: Providing optimal secondary prevention therapy can prevent recurrent strokes by 80%. Clinical services in hospitals are very necessary in carrying out medical therapy. Medical therapy is said to be rational if the drug is used according to indications, the patient's condition, and the selection of the right drug, such as (type, dosage, dose, route, time and duration of administration). Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of health education on stroke sufferers, and analyze the effect of secondary prevention on stroke sufferers. Method: This research is quantitative research with the type of research used, namely quasi experimental one group pretest posttest. Data analysis used in this research uses univariate analysis tests and bivariate analysis tests.                                      Results: There is an influence of health education on stroke sufferers in regional special hospitals (RSKD) in South Sulawesi province with a value obtained p-value = 0.000 (< 0.05), there is an influence of secondary prevention on stroke sufferers in regional special hospitals (RSKD) in South Sulawesi province with a value obtained p-value = 0.000 (< 0.05). Conclusion: Health education about stroke has an effect on secondary prevention in stroke sufferers in regional special hospitals (RSKD) in South Sulawesi province.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial Skills Education is an important program to improve entrepreneurial skills and knowledge, especially in the face of increasingly fierce economic competition. This program is designed to provide knowledge and skills and form an entrepreneurial attitude in participants, with the main goal of creating new business opportunities and improving community welfare. One of the PKW implementations was carried out at PKBM Arrahman in Talabiu Village, Woha District, Bima Regency, which focused on sewing skills training. This training aims to empower women by providing practical skills in sewing, which can be used to open an independent business or increase job opportunities. The training activities, which take place from August to October 2024, involve various learning methods including lectures, socialization, and practical training. With an approach that includes business opportunity identification, entrepreneurial learning, and business mentoring, this training equips participants with technical knowledge of design, material selection, cutting techniques, and fashion finishing. The results of the training showed an improvement in the sewing skills of the participants, which can now produce better quality products and reduce dependence on outside services. This training also has a significant impact in reducing unemployment in Talabiu Village, increasing community enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, and encouraging the opening of new businesses. However, for long-term success, it is important for participants to be more disciplined in financial records and pay attention to managerial aspects. Overall, this training not only improves technical skills but also has a positive economic impact on society, with the potential to operate optimally and sustainably in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the most appropriate strategy for developing public services of the Department of Transportation of Kampar Regency. The sample of this study amounted to 10 people, including echelon III and echelon IV officials and functional officials of the Kampar Regency Transportation Office who have 5-10 years of experience and knowledge or more related to the Kampar Regency Transportation Office. Research data processing was carried out by SWOT Analysis (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat), namely by analyzing internal factors (Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary / IFAS) and external factors (External Strategic Factors Analysis Summary / EFAS) of the Kampar Regency Transportation Office. The results showed that the strategic position map of the Kampar Regency Transportation Agency is in Quadrant I with a value of +0.89 on internal factors and a value of +0.50 on external factors, meaning that the agency can establish aggressive policies because it has great potential in improving public services by taking advantage of existing opportunities or by implementing the right strategy, namely using the SO strategy. These strategies include utilizing the right management and organizational structure to implement local government programs, coordinating well with ministries, provinces and other districts to improve Human Resources (HR), utilizing the development of Information Technology, especially in terms of public services to all existing departments and Technical Implementation Units (UPT), increasing the income of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) with the support of other stakeholders and utilizing the role of the private sector through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds to support public services to the wider community

Abstract

This study provides an overview of the business prospects to support strategic decision-making in the development of oyster mushroom cultivation at Kumbung Jamur Jawara. The objective is to assess the feasibility and sustainability potential of the oyster mushroom farming business at Kumbung Jamur Jawara. The research was conducted from May to July 2024 at Jl. Raya Sukajaya, Desa Sukajaya, Tamansari District, Bogor Regency, West Java, using a quantitative and qualitative research approach. Data used includes both primary and secondary data. Data analysis evaluates the feasibility of the oyster mushroom agribusiness from human resource aspects, including management levels, job descriptions, and work simulations at Kumbung Jamur Jawara; technical aspects, covering raw materials and production; and financial aspects, using R/C Ratio and Break-Even Point (BEP) calculations. Results indicate that this business is feasible, with an R/C Ratio of over 1, specifically 1.37, indicating revenue is sufficiently high compared to operational costs. BEP analysis shows that the breakeven point is reached at a production level of around 1,169 kg, with a minimum price of Rp 8,038. Thus, oyster mushroom cultivation at Kumbung Jamur Jawara is theoretically expected to exceed the breakeven point.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dampak tantangan privasi terhadap kesediaan konsumen untuk mengungkapkan data pribadi mereka di platform pemasaran digital. Menggunakan metode systematic literature review dengan kerangka PRISMA, data diekstraksi dari ScienceDirect dan 10 artikel dipilih untuk analisis lebih lanjut. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran pengguna terhadap algoritma meningkatkan kepercayaan dan mempengaruhi keputusan pengungkapan data pribadi. Pengalaman pengkhianatan oleh personel merek meningkatkan kecenderungan konsumen untuk mengungkapkan informasi pribadi, terutama jika didorong oleh pola pikir afirmasi sosial. Persepsi manfaat yang lebih tinggi daripada risiko mempengaruhi kesediaan konsumen untuk memberikan data pribadi, terutama dalam layanan perbankan mobile dan aplikasi berbagi ekonomi. Selain itu, iklan yang transparan dan objektif dapat mengurangi dampak negatif kekhawatiran privasi terhadap sikap dan niat penggunaan teknologi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berbagai faktor seperti kesadaran algoritma, pengalaman pengkhianatan merek, persepsi risiko dan manfaat, serta transparansi iklan mempengaruhi kesediaan konsumen untuk mengungkapkan data pribadi, dan memahami interaksi faktor-faktor ini sangat penting dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen di era digital.

Abstract

This study is a research to study and analyze the welfare of the people in Tanjung Pinang City in the implementation of the city's minimum wage by using a Critical Study approach, namely Johns Rawls' Justice Theory. Data collection conducted in this study uses Secondary Data by using information sources which include reports, literature books, and other literature sources. The results of this study suggest that community welfare is an important part that must be possessed by everyone in the fulfillment of the Decent Living Needs (KHL) seen from several aspects, namely health, education, employment, housing, consumption, transportation, income and expenses, especially for people in Tanjung Pinang City in the Minimum Wage Implementation. Johns Rawls' Justice Approach highlights the guarantee of freedom for all people, both workers or laborers and disadvantaged communities in certain situations, so that the Tanjung Pinang City Government and the Private Sector provide assistance in the form of training, mentoring and empowerment for disadvantaged communities, and provide rewards to workers or laborers in the form of assistance which includes social security, health insurance, and job safety provided by the Company in accordance with the policies applied by the Tanjung Pinang City Government.
