Abstract

Pengelolaan anestesi pada kasus subdural hematom disertai penyakit ginjal kronis dengan riwayat hemodialisis memberikan permasalahan bagi ahli anestesi Perubahan hemodinamik perioperatif serta perubahan farmakodinamik dan farmakokinetik obat membuat manajemen perioperatif dan pemilihan regimen anestesi serta cairan harus dipertimbangkan intraoperatif terhadap efek penurunan fungsi ekskresi ginjal pada pasien penyakit gagal ginjal kronik dengan riwayat hemodialisa. Pasien laki-laki, 56 tahun dibawa ke instalasi gawat darurat mengalami penurunan kesadaran setelah kecelakaan lalu lintas sejak 1 hari yang lalu. Pasien dengan riwayat penyakit gagal ginjal kronis serta rutin hemodialisis tiap seminggu sekali. Pada pemeriksaan CT Scan kepala didapatkan hematom subdural di regio temporoparietal sinistra. Pasien preoperatif dilakukan hemodialisa tanpa menggunakan heparin. Diputuskan untuk dilakukan kraniotomi evakuasi dengan induksi anestesi dengan propofol 1 mg/kgbb, fentanyl 2 gr /kgbb, lidokain 1 mg/kgbb dan rocuronium 0.5 mg/kgbb. Pasien diintubasi dengan ETT 7,5 dilanjutkan rumatan anestesi dengan propofol 50 gr /kgbb/menit, fentanyl 2 gr/kg/jam dan rocuronium 5 gr/kg/menit. Monitoring standar elektrokardiografi, SpO2, dan arteri line. Setelah operasi pasien dirawat diruang intensif selama 3 hari. Pasien post operatif diberikan sedasi analgetik dengan dexmedetomidine 0,2- 0,7 gr /kg/jam

Abstract

This article discusses the requirements for polygamy for State Civil Servants in Indonesia which are embodied in Government Regulations which will be reviewed from the perspective of the mashlahah mursalah content of these regulations. This research is a descriptive qualitative research type of library research using primary and secondary data and using content analysis methods in analyzing the data. The results of this research are first, the Indonesian government issued regulations regarding polygamy requirements for State Civil Servants which were embodied in Government Regulation Number 10 of 1983 and then underwent slight changes through Government Regulation Number 45 of 1990. Second, if these regulations are viewed through the lens of mashlahah mursalah, so it can be seen that there are various benefits from this policy, both for the person concerned and for his family, including benefits from an economic, psychological and social perspective. Third, the existence of these regulations is aimed at keeping the performance of the State Civil Service stable by avoiding various family problems if they practice polygamy. The author hopes that this article will provide more serious implications for attention, especially for State Civil Servants who have plans to practice polygamy. So that they can carefully consider this step.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan supervisi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru kinerja guru dengan manajemen kinerja sebagai variabel mediasi di MadrasahAliyah Kabupaten Sorong. Melalui metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 46 guru dari 5 Madrasah Aliyah di Kabupaten Sorong sebagai responden. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis melalui Partial Least Square (PLS). Least Square (PLS). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan supervisi kepala madrasah kepala madrasah berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen kinerja, tetapi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru. Karena manajemen kinerja memiliki pengaruh yang pengaruh yang kuat terhadap kinerja guru, maka pengaruh kepemimpinan dan supervisi kepala madrasah akan lebih signifikan melalui mediasi manajemen kinerja. melalui mediasi manajemen kinerja. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah penekanan pada model kinerja guru yang dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan dan supervisi kepala madrasah kepala madrasah dengan manajemen kinerja sebagai mediator. Terlepas dari keterbatasan penelitian, penelitian ini membuktikan penguatan teori terkait dengan penerapan aspek kepemimpinan, supervisi, manajemen kinerja, dan kinerja individu di sektor nirlaba, seperti sektor Pendidikan khususnya madrasah.

Abstract

The integrated system used in language learning in class V of MI Ddi Kanang makes the hour for learning Arabic in four hours with two meetings for one week. This makes learning opportunities with Arabic speaking less considering that the lesson requires a lot of practice. This study aims to analyze the difficulties of pronunciation in Arabic in class V MI DDI Kanang. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive design. This study describes the Analysis of Arabic Pronunciation Errors in Class V of V MI DDI Kanang. The data in this study consists of primary data in the form of data collected directly by researchers from the first source (respondents) in the field. The main source in this study is the class V education student of MI DDI Kanang. Meanwhile, secondary data is data obtained indirectly through intermediary media. The results of the observation from the analysis of pronunciation difficulties in Arabic in class V MI DDI Kanang Polewali Mandar include the factors that cause difficulties in pronunciation of Arabic for students in class V MI DDI Kanang, The first, is the lack of proficiency of students in reciting the Qur'an, the second is the lack of interest and motivation from the students themselves to learn Arabic, the third is the lack of attention from parents to students regarding awareness and encouragement to learn outside of school, the Fourth is the teacher's delivery technique that is too monotonous, namely only using lecture techniques and package book facilities provided by the school are very limited so that Arabic learning is less effective and raises various obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on the performance of contract workers at Mutiara Sukma Hospital, Prov. NTB. This research was conducted at Mutiara Sukma Hospital with a total of 68 respondents. To determine the contribution of motivational factors, environment, work discipline to the performance of contract workers, the determinant formula (R2) is used. After analyzing the questionnaire, the regression equation Y = 2.079 + 0.308X1 + 0.103 X2 + 0.632X3 is obtained. Furthermore, the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.742 is obtained, which means that the variables of motivation, environment and work discipline affect employee performance by 74.2% and the remaining 25.8% is influenced by other factors. To test the hypothesis in this study, the F test was used with a value F count = 61.322, and Ftable = 3.138 then Ha is accepted. This means that there is a positive influence between the variables of work motivation, work environment and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of contract workers at Mutiara Sukma Hospital. T test at a significant level of 95% and α = 0.05 obtained a T table value of 1.998, and T count for X1 = 3.211, X2 = 1.305, and X3 = 5.385. So the variables X1, X3 have a positive and significant partial effect on performance with T count > T table. Meanwhile, variable X2 and has a negative effect and does not fully have a significant effect on employee performance Tcount < Ttable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the style of interpretation of Ibn Arabi in interpreting the immanence of God in human form so that humans get the position of insan kamil. The method used in this research is the descriptive analytical method, which is an analytical description of the construction of esoteric interpretation from a hermeneutic perspective. Primary data refers directly to the thoughts and writings of Ibn Arabi.In contrast, secondary data comes from supporting reference sources in the form of books, books, and articles about Ibn Arabi, who interprets Ibn Arabi's interpretation related to his understanding of the texts of the Qur'an. The approach used is a hermeneutic philosophical approach, a Sufistic approach, and an interpretation approach. Researchers use the hermeneutic philosophical approach to discover the fundamental structure of Ibn Arabi's thoughts and what influences their background. In comparison, the Sufistic approach is used because the reconstruction of Ibn Arabi's perspective cannot be separated from the Sufistic approach. The interpretive approach is used because this research study has relevance to the interpretation of which the nuances of the interpretation have an isyari pattern. The results of this study, through the approach of Ibn Arabi's esoteric interpretation, implicitly found that Ibn Arabi approached the texts of the Qur'an by using ta'wil, an interpretation model that goes beyond the outward meaning of the text of the Qur'an. This pattern of interpretation can be observed in his interpretation of the path to becoming Insan Kamil. Ibn Arabi describes the side humans possess, namely tajalli; God manifests His transcendent self in outward forms through His attributes and names. Human perfection in this aspect is only potential. According to Ibn Arabi, to become Insan Kamil, humans actualize that potential to the highest awareness until they realize their unity with God. Hermeneutika Sufistik: Konstruksi Tafsir Esoterik Ibnu Arabi Tentang Proses Menjadi Insan Kamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui corak penafsiran Ibn Arabi dalam menafsirkan imanensi Tuhan dalam wujud manusia, sehingga manusia mendapatkan posisi Insan Kamil. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitis yaitu penggambaran secara analitis konstruksi dari tafsir esoteric dalam perspektif hermenetik. Data primernya adalah data-data yang merujuk langsung pada pemikiran dan tulisan Ibn Arabi, sedangkan data sekundernya adalah data-data yang berasal dari sumber referensi pendukung baik dalam bentuk buku, kitab maupun artikel tentang Ibn Arabi yang mengiterprertasikan tafsiran Ibn Arabi terkait dengan pemahamannya terhadap teks-teks al-Qur’an. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan filosofis hermeneutik, pendekatan sufistik dan pendekatan tafsir. Pendekatan filosofis hermeneutik digunakan oleh peneliti untuk mencari tahu struktur fundamental pemikiran-pemikiran Ibn Árabi dan yang mempengaruhi latar belakangnya. Sedangkan Pendekatan sufistik digunakan sebab rekonstruksi cara pandang Ibn Arabi tidak bisa terlepas dari pendekatan sufistik. Adapun pendekatan tafsir digunakan sebab kajian penelitian ini memiliki relevansi dengan tafsir yang nuansa tafsirnya bercorak isyari. Hasil penelitian ini melalui pendekatan tafsir esoterik Ibn Arabi, secara implisit ditemukan bahwa Ibn Arabi mendekati teks-teks al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan ta’wil, yaitu model penafsiran yang melampaui makna lahiriah teks al-Qur’an. Corak penafsiran ini dapat dicermati dalam tafsirannya tentang jalan menjadi Insan Kamil. Ibn Arabi menggambarkan sisi yang dimiliki oleh manusia, yaitu tajalli; Tuhan memanifestasikan diri-Nya yang transenden dalam wujud-wujud lahiriyah lewat sifat dan nama-Nya. Kesempurnaan manusia dalam sisi ini hanyalah bersifat potensial, sehingga menurut Ibn Arabi untuk menjadi Insan Kamil sejatinya manusia mengaktualisasikan potensi tersebut sampai pada kesadaran tertinggi sampai menyadari kesatuannya dengan Tuhan.

Abstract

The presence of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in shrimp ponds needs to be a concern because it is an opportunistic pathogen. Although V. parahaemolyticus can aid shrimp digestion, an increase in its population can negatively impact shrimp conditions. Currently, there are concerns about antibiotic-resistant V. parahaemolyticus due to the use of antibiotics in aquaculture activities. Antibiotic resistance is not only caused by unwise use of antibiotics but can also occur due to mutations between bacteria in the aquatic environment. Therefore, it is important to determine the presence or absence of antibiotic-resistant V. parahaemolyticus from shrimp farming activities in ponds. Early detection will be crucial for policymakers regarding the use of antibiotics in pond shrimp farming and provide information for shrimp farmers about the effectiveness of the antibiotic use they have taken. This study aims to observe antibiotic resistance in V. parahaemolyticus bacteria obtained from ponds in South Sulawesi Province. Based on observations made in four districts, the results showed that no V. parahaemolyticus was found to be resistant to the three types of antibiotics tested. It can be concluded that shrimp from ponds in South Sulawesi Province are still free from antibiotic-resistant V. parahaemolyticus. Nevertheless, continuous vigilance and monitoring of this problem is still needed to maintain the sustainability of the shrimp farming industry and food safety

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence fresh fish purchasing decisions and determine the characteristics of fresh fish consumers at TPI Paotere during the Covid-19 pandemic, Makassar City using the factor analysis method. This research was conducted at Paotere Fish Auction Place in Makassar City from March to April 2021. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling technique with accidental sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis used is factor analysis and the KMO and Barlett's Test. The results showed that there are 6 dominant factors consisting of 18 variables that influence the decision to buy fresh fish at TPI Paotere during the Covid-19 pandemic. The dominant factors influencing fresh fish purchase decisions at TPI Paotere during the Covid-19 pandemic consist of personal factors consisting of lifestyle variables, role and status in the family, price, social class standards, easy payment, and habits; Covid-19 pandemic factors consisting of supply variables during the pandemic, New Normal, and nutritional needs during the pandemic; location factors consisting of the largest fish market variables, fish quality, convenient location; and diversity of fish types, social environment factors consisting of family influence and friend influence variables; respondent characteristics factors consisting of age and occupation / position variables; and service factors consisting of service variables.

Abstract

Patients with brain tumors are highly susceptible to venous thromboembolism (VTE), which includes deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE). Approximately 2030% of those with intracranial tumors experience VTE, with factors such as neurological deficits, tissue factor secretion, genetic predispositions, advanced age, and hypertension contributing to the risk. In this case, a 61year woman with Space Occupying Lesion (SOL) Supratentorial at Midfrontal, Hypertension Stage II, Diabetes Mellitus (DM) type 2, and femoral-popliteal DVT undergoes craniotomy in general anesthesia. A thorough preoperative assessment is carried out to increase the success of anesthesia, including Doppler ultrasound assessment, administering anticoagulants up to 24 hours before surgery, and monitoring platelet levels and coagulation profiles. Managing VTE in these patients typically involves anticoagulants, thrombolytics, and thrombectomy tailored to the clinical situation. However, the use of anticoagulants, like heparin, poses a risk of severe bleeding during surgical procedures such as craniotomy. A craniotomy is associated with an increased risk of VTE due to endothelial damage, thromboplastin release, and post-operative immobilization, all contributing to Virchows Triad (venous stasis, endothelial injury, and hypercoagulability). Anesthesiologists must provide meticulous perioperative care, incorporating preoperative and post-operative anticoagulant prophylaxis and being aware of intraoperative bleeding. While VTE is recognized as a common post-operative complication, its impact during surgery and the strategies needed to mitigate related risks are still underexplored. Understanding and addressing these challenges are essential, particularly in patients undergoing craniotomy for intracranial tumors, to improve surgical outcomes and reduce mortality.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan TPQ dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca al-quran pada anak di TPQ Nurul Jihad Kelurahan Andowia. Adapun metode  yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu metode kualitatif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa: observasi dan wawancara, serta peneliti terlibat secara langsung dalam kagiatan pengabdian. Metode tersebut sangat memudahkan peneliti dalam mendapatkan data. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa TPQ Nurul Jihad telah berusaha memaksimalkan kinerja dalam meningkatkan kualitas kemampuan membaca Al- Quran pada anak di TPQ Nurul Jihad. Peningkatan kualitas kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an dilakukan melalui pengelolaan manajemen atau supervisi TPQ dalam mengatur, memantau, dan mengarahkan kegiatan pembelajaran Al-Quran, sehingga dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien.Kata kunci: Peran, TPQ Nurul Jihad, Al-Qur’an
