Abstract

Mengarang merupakan keterampilan mendeskripsikan imajinasi dalam bentuk tulisan ataupun lisan. Masalah yang terjadi di kelas adalah siswa kesulitan untuk mengkomunikasikan imajinasinya baik berupa tulisan maupun tulisan. Terlihat dari kemampuan membuat kalimat yang masih tidak terkait antara satu bait dengan yang lainnya. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar bahasa Indonesia pada bagian mengarang setelah diterapkannya Belajar Tuntas dan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar bahasa Indonesia setelah diterapkannya metode Belajar Tuntas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas sebanyak tiga siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu rancangan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi, dan revisi. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai III Dari hasil analis didapatkan bahwa 3 siklus yaitu, siklus I (65,22%), siklus II (82,6%), siklus III (91,13%).Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah metode pengajaran Belajar Tuntas melalui kegiatan membaca bersama dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SDN 03 Kota Mukomuko serta model pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Modern education faces the challenge of globalization, which threatens to erode cultural roots and humanistic values in the learning process. This study aims to analyze trends and directions in the development of learning models based on educational philosophy and local wisdom during the 2020–2025 period. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a descriptive qualitative approach was employed. Data were collected from 1,200 academic publications indexed in Crossref and Google Scholar using the Publish or Perish (PoP) application with search strings combining the terms “learning model,” “local wisdom,” and “educational philosophy.” The analysis identified three dominant research themes: (1) learning models based on local values, (2) educational philosophy and cultural context, and (3) curriculum innovation and character education. The first theme accounted for 45% of publications, followed by philosophical foundations (32%) and curriculum innovation (23%). The integration of educational philosophy and local wisdom produced the Philosophical-Local Wisdom Learning Model (PLWLM), which places cultural values at the core of the learning process. This model promotes reflective, humanistic, and character-oriented learning, aligning with UNESCO’s Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and Indonesia’s Pancasila Student Profile. The findings highlight the urgency of developing an education system rooted in local culture while remaining adaptive to global challenges. ABSTRAK Pendidikan modern menghadapi tantangan globalisasi yang mengancam hilangnya akar budaya dan nilai humanistik dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kecenderungan dan arah pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis filsafat pendidikan dan kearifan lokal pada periode 2020–2025. Kajian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari 1.200 publikasi ilmiah yang terindeks di Crossref dan Google Scholar menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish (PoP) dengan kombinasi kata kunci “model pembelajaran,” “kearifan lokal,” dan “filsafat pendidikan.” Hasil analisis menunjukkan tiga tema besar dalam penelitian, yaitu (1) model pembelajaran berbasis nilai lokal, (2) filsafat pendidikan dan konteks budaya, serta (3) inovasi kurikulum karakter. Tema pertama mendominasi dengan 45% publikasi, diikuti oleh kajian filosofis (32%) dan inovasi kurikulum (23%). Integrasi antara filsafat pendidikan dan kearifan lokal menghasilkan model konseptual Philosophical-Local Wisdom Learning Model (PLWLM) yang menempatkan nilai budaya sebagai inti proses pembelajaran. Model ini mendorong pembelajaran yang reflektif, humanis, dan berorientasi karakter, sejalan dengan prinsip Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) UNESCO dan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan pendidikan yang berakar pada budaya lokal namun adaptif terhadap tantangan global.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Towua, Kecamatan Wundulako, Kabupaten Kolaka dalam mengolah bahan herbal lokal menjadi produk jamu instan yang higienis, bernilai jual, dan mudah dikonsumsi. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh potensi alam Desa Towua yang melimpah akan tanaman herbal seperti jahe, kunyit, temulawak, dan serai, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal sebagai produk olahan bernilai ekonomi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, meliputi tiga tahap utama: (1) sosialisasi dan penyuluhan mengenai manfaat tanaman herbal dan peluang usaha jamu instan, (2) demonstrasi serta praktik langsung pembuatan jamu instan menggunakan peralatan sederhana, dan (3) pendampingan dalam pengemasan dan strategi pemasaran produk. Peserta kegiatan terdiri atas ibu rumah tangga dan pemuda desa yang memiliki minat terhadap usaha mikro di bidang pangan dan kesehatan tradisional. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman setelah mengikuti sesi edukasi, kemudian peserta berhasil mempraktikkan proses pembuatan jamu instan secara mandiri. Produk jamu instan yang dihasilkan memiliki cita rasa baik, daya larut tinggi, dan dapat disimpan hingga beberapa bulan tanpa menggunakan bahan pengawet. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memunculkan rencana pembentukan kelompok usaha kecil jamu instan sebagai tindak lanjut program pemberdayaan ekonomi desa. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa edukasi dan praktik pembuatan jamu instan mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan, pengetahuan, serta kesadaran masyarakat Desa Towua dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal secara produktif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the potential formation of a Women Preneur Community (WPC) to develop creative and innovative digital-based economic products among female students at Samawa University, Sumbawa, using a Human Resource Management (HRM) approach. The focus identifies competencies, intrinsic motivation, and manageable internal supporting-inhibiting factors to strategically drive creative economy product development. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed. Primary data were gathered through in-depth interviews with 10 entrepreneurship-interested female students, Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving 2 entrepreneurship lecturer representatives, and observations of business talents. Data analysis applied the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Findings reveal that Samawa University female students possess substantial potential as innovative creative women preneurs, supported by high digital adaptability and strong intrinsic motivation. University backing aligns with the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. WPC formation, structured around HRM functions—planning, talent training and development, performance management, and rewards—offers an effective strategy to address potential management gaps and establish a structured, sustainable development platform. The study's novelty lies in applying an HRM perspective to empower campus women preneurs, rarely explored in depth, enabling actualization of tangible digital-visioned creative economy products.

Abstract

The construction sector is one of the largest labor absorbers in Indonesia, yet it still faces the problem of unclear career paths for its workers. This study aims to examine the factors influencing career paths for construction workers from a labor law perspective. The research method used was a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach through a review of scientific articles, books, national regulations, and policy documents related to labor and construction services. The results indicate that career paths for construction workers are influenced by internal factors such as education, skills, work experience, motivation, and competency certification, as well as external factors such as working conditions, labor market needs, and regulatory support. From a labor law perspective, Indonesian laws and regulations essentially provide protection for career development through regulations on job training, competency certification, occupational safety and health, and the principle of non-discrimination. However, gaps remain between legal norms and field practice, primarily due to project-based employment relationships and weak oversight. Therefore, strengthening the implementation of labor law is key to ensuring the certainty and sustainability of career paths for construction workers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Following the rise of issues like overlapping authority, regulatory inconsistency, inter-institutional contestation, and low public trust in election results, the institutional arrangement of election and regional head elections (Pilkada) organizers is a crucial component in bolstering the integrity of Indonesia's democracy. To guarantee the General Election Commission (KPU), the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu), and the Election Organizer Honorary Council (DKPP) can perform their duties competently and honestly, a thorough assessment of their institutional design is required under these circumstances. Finding a model of arrangement that may enhance the quality of procedural and substantive democracy is the urgent goal of this research, which also intends to assess the urgency of institutional arrangement of election and regional head elections (Pilkada) organizers. By reviewing statutes, case law, academic publications, and election administration practices throughout many election cycles, this study employs a normative legal research methodology that is conceptual, comparative, and based on statutes. The study shows that regulatory disharmony, unclear authority boundaries, overlapping conflict resolution systems, and insufficient election organizing institution coordination are the key issues. Independence, professionalism, accountability, and openness in elections also affect institutional integrity. The study finds that election and regional election organizers must align legislation, reinforce organized authority, build institutional capacity, and improve coordinating mechanisms to safeguard Indonesian democracy.    Keywords: Institutional Arrangement, Elections, Regional Head Elections, Democratic Integrity.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi lingkungan dan memberikan solusi aplikatif bagi warga Desa Baroqah dalam memitigasi genangan air serta mengelola limbah yang berasal dari sampah organik rumah tangga melalui teknologi Lubang Resapan Biopori (LRB). Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan alih teknologi melalui proyek percontohan (pilot project), yang mencakup tahapan identifikasi wilayah bersama perangkat desa, penyiapan material teknis secara mandiri, sosialisasi teoretis menggunakan media visual, implementasi aksi percontohan (demonstration plot), serta monitoring dan evaluasi melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil membangun infrastruktur ekologis berupa LRB sebanyak delapan unit pada titik percontohan yang tersebar di pekarangan warga dan fasilitas umum desa. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi lapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman warga terhadap LBR mencapai angka 87%, serta program ini dapat memicu perubahan perilaku masyarakat dari kebiasaan membakar sampah menjadi pemilahan sampah organik untuk pengomposan alami. Program ini sukses meletakkan fondasi kemandirian ekologis bagi masyarakat Desa Baroqah guna mewujudkan tata ruang desa yang lebih asri, sehat, dan berkelanjutan.

Nutritional problems in Indonesia remain a major challenge, particularly in the form of stunting, wasting, obesity, and micronutrient deficiencies. One effort to address these issues is by improving the competency of nutrition students, especially in nutritional status assessment and the use of nutritional analysis software. This community service aimed to enhance students' skills in accurate anthropometric measurements and mastery of the WHO Anthro Plus and NutriSurvey applications. The activity included lectures, hands-on practice, discussions, and evaluations. The results showed improved students' ability in conducting nutritional assessments and utilizing software for data interpretation. Participants demonstrated high enthusiasm, although technical issues related to equipment and software were encountered. Participants demonstrated high enthusiasm, although technical issues related to equipment and software were encountered. One effort to address these issues is by improving the competency of nutrition students, especially in nutritional status assessment and the use of nutritional analysis software. This community service aimed to enhance students' skills in accurate anthropometric measurements and mastery of the WHO Anthro Plus and NutriSurvey applications. The activity included lectures, hands-on practice, discussions, and evaluations. The results showed improved students' ability in conducting nutritional assessments and utilizing software for data interpretation. Abstract

Permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi remaja masih menjadi tantangan utama di Indonesia, dengan dampak signifikan terhadap masa depan generasi muda. Berdasarkan penelitian Komisi Perlindungan Anak (KPAI) dan Kementrian Kesehatan pada Oktober 2020, sekitar 62,7% remaja Indonesia telah melakukan hubungan seksual pranikah, dimana 20% dari 94.270 kehamilan diluar nikah terjadi pada remaja putri, dan 21% diantaranya melakukan aborsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa-siswi MTs Sirajul Munir Yasim tentang pentingnya kesehatan reproduksi, serta mengukur tingkat pengetahuan mereka melalui pembagian kuesioner pre-post dengan media edukasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pra-Eksperimental dengan desain One Group Pre-test - Post-test Design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas 9 MTs Sirajul Munir Yasim, dengan jumlah sampel 29 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden sebelum dan sesudah intervensi edukasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa edukasi yang diberikan secara signifikan meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa-siswi tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test, 6 (20.69%) siswa berada pada kategori "sangat baik", 5 (17.24%) pada kategori "baik" dan 18 (62.07%) pada kategori “cukup” . Kemudian, terjadi perubahan signifikan pada distribusi pengetahuan berdasarkan post-test, di mana 8 (27.59%) siswa berada pada kategori "sangat baik", 18 (62.07%) pada kategori "baik" dan 3 (10.34%) pada kategori “cukup”. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t sampel berpasangan menunjukkan bahwa p(0,000)<α(0,05), yang berarti terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan setelah diberikan edukasi. Oleh karena itu, perlu edukasi secara intensif yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan.

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning multimedia in the subject of Electrical Power Installation Engineering (TITL) class X at Vocational High Schools (SMK). The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The results of validation by experts show that the multimedia product developed is very feasible to use with the criterion of "Excellent". As for the entire recapitulation for the field trial, the eligibility criteria were obtained "Very Good". Thus, this learning multimedia is declared valid and effective as a supporting medium in TITL learning, bridging the gap between theory and practice
