Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan bagian dari program kerja KKN yang bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan limbah, khususnya limbah organik dari buah dan sayuran. Limbah organik tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan dengan cara membuat larutan Eco-Enzyme melalui proses fermentasi. Larutan ini dapat digunakan dalam berbagai aplikasi sehari-hari, seperti sebagai pembersih, pestisida alami untuk tanaman, pembersih udara, dan bahkan untuk pemulihan luka pada kulit. Kegiatan ini dianggap berhasil karena semua peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan pembuatan Eco-Enzyme berhasil membuat larutan tersebut, berkat pendampingan yang dilakukan secara berkala.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of self-assessment good corporate governance on return on assets in the sharia banking sector listed on the IDX 2015-2022. This research uses a quantitative type of research with a descriptive approach. The sample used in this research was a saturated sampling technique. Self-assessment data on good corporate governance and return on assets in the sharia banking sector listed on the IDX for the 2015-2022 period were used as samples with a sample size of 31 samples. The data in this study were analyzed using computer software, namely the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 application program. The results of the research show that self-assessment of good corporate governance has a negative relationship and has a significant effect on return on assets in the sharia banking sector listed on the BEI for the 2015-2022 period. This is known from the calculated t-coefficient, namely -4.178 with a sig-t value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Evaluation of teaching practice is often conducted by the university assessment board through a single instance of seeing a class through a walk-through observation. Oftentimes, teachers would receive either positive or unintelligible comments from the evaluation board. Ultimately, teachers must gather information from several sources, including peer criticism, reflection on educational theories or practices, self-assessment, and students' appraisals of instruction, to make changes to their lessons and teaching tactics. During this self-study, we examined and analyzed students' assessments of the teacher from the viewpoint of a critical friend. A total of 262 Chinese students enrolled in the English Speaking I course participated in the end-of-semester evaluation. We gathered data with a semi-structured questionnaire through the Zoho Survey platform. The data were subsequently examined using descriptive statistics and critical friend feedback. The teacher received both commendation and criticism in the evaluation. By carefully reflecting on the successful implementation, the teacher can use critical feedback from a trusted colleague to plan and develop alternate strategies to address any areas that need improvement in their teaching techniques.

Abstract

Penerapan program calistung guna untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa kelas rendah di SD Kemasan 03 dilatar belakangi oleh siswa kelas 2 yang beberapa diantaranya masih kesulitan dalam membaca, menulis dan berhitung. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya inovasi pembelajaran dalam penerapan program guna melatih dan meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana penerapan calistung, kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi guru terhadap siswa yang kesulitan belajar membaca, menulis dan berhitung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta validasi data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di SD Kemasan 03 memperoleh hasil bahwa guru memberikan jam tambahan dalam penerapan program calistung setelah kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilaksanakan pada hari Senin sampai Kamis. Penerapan program calistung ini biasanya menggunakan metode pembelajaran kontektual/nyata dengan didampingi beberapa buku bacaan, kartu huruf dan kartu angka. Kemudian guru memberikan buku yang diminati siswa untuk dibaca dan pengenalan angka dengan cara operasi hitung dasar.

Abstract

Quality of the school system is an important consideration for parents when homeschooling children. The research aims to measure and assess the success of the strategy to improve the quality of basic education institutions at the SD/MI level. The focus of the research is the analysis of indicators for measuring and assessing success as well as the level of strategy in the organization as an effort to improve the quality of basic education institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach with the method of literature study. The data sources and materials for analysis of the study use scientific literature in the form of books, articles, seminar proceedings (national or international), and final assignments (thesis, thesis, dissertation). Furthermore, the validity of the data was tested by cross-checking the study analysis materials. The results of this study concluded that the measurement and assessment of the level of success is based on learning components, including learning methods, learning facilities, and achieving goals. Furthermore, measurement and assessment efforts must be carried out with a periodic assessment system through indicators contained in the implementation operational standards (SOP). Finally, it is said that the quality of basic education institutions can be improved after using a tiered measurement and assessment strategy, starting from the assessment of the leadership level, the level of allied subject teachers (Subject Teacher Consultations), and for each subject teacher (subject).

Abstract

In October 2015, the United Nations (UN) proclaimed Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which then becomes the guideline of more sustainable development programs in the member states. It consists of 17 targets in the field of security, politics, economy, and environment. This paper focuses on the implementation of 9th goal: Infrastructure, Industry, and Innovation, by analyzing the connection between the goal with Malang Creative Fussion (MCF) program in Malang, one city in Indonesia. This paper aims to explain the learning process in MCF that facilitates the realization of creative economic ecosystem in Malang. In doing so, this paper employs field research with descriptive method and intermestic approach as the tool of analysis. Intermestic approach sees how internatinal norms, values, ideas, and principles influence the policies and phenomenon in domestic level and the opposite. With capilarity concept as the part of intermestic, it explains the learning process and actors in the connected areas and its impact. Finally, this paper finds that MCF programs implements the principles of the 9th goal with some domestic modified nature and run by some intellectual actors in learning process. The program so far can reach the goal of the SDGs’ 9th goal in Malang.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the application of Agile governance principles in Jabar Quick Response as a channel for social and humanitarian complaints for the people of West Java. The research used descriptive qualitative research. The data sources in this study consist of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and document data collection methods. The results indicate that the implementation of Agile governance principles in Jabar Quick Response is still experiencing obstacles due to several existing problems. On the principle of Good Enough Governance, although governance is adapted to the organisational context, the main problem is the lack of human resources in Jabar Quick Response. For the principle of business-driven, although Jabar Quick Response has focused on business orientation, budget limitations hinder its enforcement. Meanwhile, on the human-focused principle, Jabar Quick Response has succeeded in making individuals, both members and communities, feel valued.

Abstract

Pembentukan model (topologi) jaringan memegang peranan penting dalam sistem komputasi paralel. Kebutuhan akan jumlah prosesor yang banyak dalam topologi jaringan merupakan tantangan untuk mengembangkan berbagai metode perancangan topologi jaringan. Beberapa metode yang telah dikembangkan di- antaranya adalah metode perkalian Cartesian dua buah topologi jaringan. Beberapa topologi jaringan interkoneksi yang sudah ada antara lain: topologi jaringan interkoneksi Hyper-Butterfly, yang merupakan perkalian Cartesian antara topologi jaringan interkoneksi Hypercube dan Wrap Around Butterfly[1]. Hasil penelitian lain adalah topologi jaringan interkoneksi Torus Embedded Hypercube yang merupakan perkalian Cartesian antara topologi jaringan interkoneksi Torus dan Hypercube [2]. Topologi jaringan interkoneksi perkalian Cartesian lain adalah Topologi jaringan interkoneksi perkalian Cartesian antara Balanced Hypercube dan Varietal Hypercube [3]. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut ketiga topologi jaringan interkoneksi yang dirancang memiliki derajat yang berkembang bertambah besar sesuai dengan ukuran dari topologi jaringan interkoneksi Hypercube. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan hasil rancangan topologi jaringan interkoneksi dengan menggunakan perkalian Cartesian dua buah topologi jaringan interkoneksi yang mempunyai sifat derajat yang konstan, yaitu Torus dan Enhanced But terfly [4]. Dari hasil penelitian ini antara lain ditemukan bahwa pada topology jaringan Torus Butterly dapat ditanam array linier [5], tujuan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan metode sorting genap ganjil pada topology tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah perkalian Cartesius dua buah graf dan metode sorting genap-ganjil. Hasil yang didapat adalah hasil sorting 96 bilangan

Abstract

This study examines the perception of religious harmony in the Banyuwangi and Blitar communities, East Java. The aim is to find out about the level of acceptance of Banyuwangi and Blitar people on the reality of diversity of beliefs and religions in Indonesia. In addition, this paper also looks at how the attitudes of the two communities face various impacts on diversity to create inter-religious harmony. With a quantitative descriptive approach through analysis of minimum and maximum frequency (number) and comparison of relative frequencies (percentages) of two data groups, namely Blitar and Banyuwangi communities, this study shows that people in these two cities: (1) are increasingly critical in seeing problems in relations between-religion; (2) see that maintaining relationships, togetherness, and mutual assistance is an obligation in social life; In addition, (3) insights about other religions are very important to develop religious harmony by not only avoiding prejudice, but also building empathy for people of other religions or beliefs. Putting this into consideration, this research suggests that the existing interfaith forum needs to be more community based

Abstract

Mathematical models in poultry development programs can provide valuable information. The present study aimed to determine an appropriate non-linear growth model in native crossbred chickens (NCC). The data used in this study were from published article reporting body weight report of native crossbred chickens from natural mating between the male Sentul (SC) breed and the female Kampung chicken breed (KC). The NCC body weight (BW) was recorded weekly from 1 to 12 weeks. Three non-linear growth curve models (Gompertz, Logistic, and Weibull) were used to model NCC growth performances. The best-fit model was measured with a coefficient of determination (R2), adjusted coefficient of determination (AdjR2), and root mean square error (RMSE). The results showed that Gompertz models (R2: 0.97, 0.96; AdjR2: 0.97, 0.96; RMSE: 18.89, 13.63 for males and females, respectively) were more favorable. Age at inflection ranged from 9.29 to 11.30 weeks for males and 9.12 to 11.13 weeks for females, respectively. Estimated weights at inflection ranged from 686.13 g to 920.40 g for males and 553.46 to 742.09 g for females. In conclusion, the Gompertz model is the most suitable model for describing the growth curve of native crossbred chickens.
