Abstract

To solve increasing population in Indonesia, population education can be implemented in school. The purpose of this study was to analyze the integration of population education in SSK as an effort to realize a planned generation. A phenomenological design with an interview, observation, and documentation was employed in this research. The study's results showed that the integration process of population education in secondary schools occurred through teaching and learning and extracurricular activities, school programs, and pojok kependudukan (population corner). The integration of population education in SSK is inseparable from adaptation, goal attainment, integration, and latency, creating a substantial value and resilience system. The novelty of the research lies in the analysis of Talcott Parsons' structural-functional theory to integrate SSK for the Planned Generation with an adaptation process, where students learn about various population issues. The integration of multiple parties raises students' self-awareness to reach marriage-age maturity, avoiding premarital sex, and sustainably maintain their reproductive health. However, the iintegration requires a more effective delivery medium for the current generation. Therefore, it is necessary to use technology-based population education media that students can utilize. Meanwhile, for science, population-based technology can also be an innovation in streamlining the integration process of population education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' social interactions, internet use, self-regulated learning, and the influence of social interaction and internet use on self-regulated learning of students at SMP Islam Al-Azhar 5 Cirebon. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 180 students of class VIII SMP Islam Al-Azhar 5 Cirebon which were chosen using random sampling In this study, questionnaires and documentation were used to collect data. Multiple linear regression was employed in the data analysis approach. According to the findings of this study: (1) the level of students’ social interaction of 62% belongs to the fairly good category, (2) the level of student’s internet utilization by 59% belongs to the fairly good category, (3) the pearson correlations product moment value of social interaction and internet utilization on students’ self-regulated learning of 0.735 has a strong or high correlation, meaning "There is a significant effect of social interaction and internet use on self-regulated learning of students of SMP Islam Al-Azhar 5 Cirebon". The magnitude of the effect based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination is 53.2% while the remaining 46.8% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this observation is to know what are the strategies used by fiqh teachers as well as factor supporters and obstacles in enhancing practical experience Salat congregates with students at MAN Wonogiri. The research of this study is a field research (field research) using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. This observation was carried out at MAN Wonogiri with interview and observation data collection techniques to obtain the desired data. To determine the validity of the data using strategy and method triangulation. Data were analysed using an interactive model with the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of observing the teacher's strategy jurisprudence to enhance practical experience Salat in congregation with students at MAN Wonogiri with the lecture method and the advice method. Supporting factors, namely: encouraging students to pray in congregation is awareness of the virtues of praying in congregation, self-awareness as a devout Muslim of their obligations, the existence of a mosque, a place for ablution, and toilets which are the main facilities. obstacle factor in terms of namely; there are students performing congregational prayers just wanting to get additional grades or are afraid of punishment or sanctions., lack of attention from parents.

Abstract

Salah satu barista produsen kopi yang berpotensi untuk maju dimasa new normal dan sebagai wadah tenaga kerja adalah “Amik Coffee Shop” sebagai pemilik Hans Maha Putra Yudha Wijaya di Ngipik, Karangpoh, Kec. Gresik, Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur, yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan di pondok pesantren Langitan Tuban Jawa Timur. Permasalahan:1)Proses produksi kopi selama ini memakai cara konvensional yaitu dengan menggunakan wajan penggorengan saja, sehingga hasil kopi masih belum rata kematangannya dan hanya dapat memproduksi dalam jumlah yg kecil. 2)Belum menguasai strategi dan teknik produksi serta jual beli. Hal ini disebabkan karena tidak adanya karyawan yang memiliki ilmu wirausaha, dan pengetahuan yang selama ini hanya didapatkan dari belajar secara otodidak.3)Pemasaran hasil kopi masih terbatas di Amik Coffee Shop dan beberapa tempat yang menjadi penitipan, merk mitra masih kurang dikenali dan tidak mudah ditemukan oleh calon konsumen.4)Dalam kegiatan usaha belum menerapkan ilmu manajemen. Metode:1)Rancang bangun Roasting Machine dengan spesifikasi: Kapasitas max 1 kg, termometer beans, analog, body carbonstell. Paint: hightemp silver + black, Cooling beans + fan, Beans scoop checker, kaca intip beans, lubang inti api, mini burner LPG, saklar safety, pemantik elektrik, dan chad collector.2)Pelatihan, praktek dan pendampingan menularkan pola pikir dan perilaku seorang wirausaha pada peserta didik.3)Pelatihan, praktek dan pendampingan e-marketing dengan menggunakan media social maupun marketplace online.4)Pelatihan, praktek dan pendampingan  pengetahuan manajemen yang meliputi fungsi manajemen dan fungsi operasional manajemen. Hasil:1)Penyediaan alat penggorengan kopi yaitu Roasting Machine.2)Memberikan pelatihan pendampingan pengetahuan konsep serta pemahaman fungsi manajemen dan fungsi operasional manajemen yang aplikatif.3) Memberikan pelatihan ekonomi kreatif dan inovasi pembuatan produk dan dipasarkan secara e-marketing antara lain melalui media sosial dan marketplace online, mendaftar pada asosiasi UKM mendunia.4)Memberikan pengetahuan manajemen..

Abstract

One of the problems of religious education in the post truth era is how religion is internalized as well as actualized, so that the character that is formed is a divine character. This is a classic problem, religion apart from coming as a savior, liberator, is also often misinterpreted as a different command to fight and destroy. India is an example of a country with high vulnerability to religious conflict. But in the midst of the complexity of the conflict, a figure for peace emerged, Maulana Wahiduddin Khan. Khan's peaceful personality did not emerge from a vacuum, there was a long process in its formation. By reflecting on Khan's way of life, it is hoped that he will be able to take values to contribute to peace education, especially building divine character. With the analytical knife of Lacan's psychoanalysis, this study attempts to portray how a peaceful person is transformed. The results of the study show that Khan underwent two transformations, first, the Ad-Dhuha moment, as a sign of leaving agnostic, towards full faith. Second, leaving Jemaah Islamiah, Jamaah Tabligh, to build their own movement. Khan's transformation process did not go smoothly, there was a struggle intrapsychologically, interpsychologically, to be able to achieve personal peace. An important aspect of the results of this study is how teachers are able to become transformative facilitators who help their students reach maturity in knowledge, spirituality, and divine character

Abstract

Abstract. The research aims to analyze and determine the effect of transformational leadership and task complexity on performance and the effect of transformational leadership and task complexity on employee performance mediated by motivation on employee performance mediated by motivation. Research is descriptive quantitative type. The population is all employees at the SFR Class I Bandung Monitoring Center, consisting of 40 individuals, consisting of 34 individual civil servants (excluding the Head of UPT) and 6 administrative PPNPN persons using total sampling. The analysis used is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model). The results of the analysis show that there is a positive effect of Transformational Leadership on Performance and is statistically significant. There is a negative effect of Task Complexity on Performance but not significant. There is a positive influence of Transformational Leadership on Performance which is mediated by Motivation and is not significant. There is a negative effect of Task Complexity on Performance which is mediated by Motivation and is not statistically significant Keywords: Transformational leadership; Employee Performance; Task Complexity; Motivation Abstrak. Riset bertujuan menganalisa serta mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, dan kompleksitas tugas terhadap kinerja serta pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompleksitas tugas terhadap kinerja pegawai yang diperantarai oleh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh motivasi. Riset berjenis kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi ialah seluruh pegawai di Balai Monitor SFR Kelas I Bandung sebanyak 40 individu, terdiri atas 34 individu PNS (tidak termasuk Kepala UPT) dan 6 orang PPNPN administrasi menggunakan total sampling. Analisa yang dipakai ialah PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model). Hasil analisis terdapat pengaruh positif Kepemimpinan Transformasional pada Kinerja dan secara statistik signifikan. Terdapat pengaruh negatif Kompleksitas Tugas terhadap Kinerja namun tidak signifikan. Adanya pengaruh positif Kepemimpinan Transformasional pada Kinerja yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi dan tidak signifikan. Terdapat pengaruh negatif Kompleksitas Tugas  pada Kinerja yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi dan secara statistik tidak signifikan. Katakunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional; Kinerja Pegawai; Kompleksitas Tugas; Motivasi

Abstract

Self efficacy mobilisasi pada pasien pascabedah merupakan suatu komponen yang penting. Banyak faktor yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap self efficacy mobilisasi pada pasien pascabedah salah satunya adalah stres pascabedah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan stres dengan self efficacy mobilisasi pada pasien pascabedah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 70 responden berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eklusi yang dihitung menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis bivariat dengan uji spearman rank corelation. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan kategori stres responden pascabedah, mayoritas responden berada pada kategori normal sebanyak 42 (60%) responden, 13 (18,6%) responden mengalami stres ringan, 10 (14,3%) mengalami stres sedang, dan 5 (7,1%) responden mengalami stres parah. Selanjutnya mayoritas responden memiliki self efficacy yang cukup sebanyak 33 (47%) responden, 10 (14,3%) responden memiliki self efficacy rendah, dan 27 (38,6%) responden memiliki self efficacy yang tinggi.  Dengan uji spearman rank corelation didapatkan p value 0,046 dan r -0,240. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan bermakna antara stres dengan self efficacy mobilisasi dengan arah korelasi negatif dan kekuatan korelasi yang lemah. Kata kunci: Mobilisasi; Pascabedah; Self efficacy

Abstract

The Muhammadiyah Malang Orphanage (PAMMA) is one of the Da'wah movements of Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar in the municipality of Malang, in the social sector, through alleviating education and empowering school-aged orphans. One of the empowerment programs is to provide life skills to foster children. PAMMA has land that can be used for fruit and vegetable cultivation, chicken, and fish. However, the cultivation of chicken and fish requires the availability of expensive commercial feed. Maggot is a black fly caterpillar rich in nutrients and protein and can be used as a substitute for chicken and fish feed. The purpose of this activity is training for foster children and orphanage caregivers to cultivate maggots, and the results are used as an alternative to chicken and fish feed. The method of this service activity is in the form of training, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of activities. Maggot cultivation training at the Integrated Waste Disposal Site, Tumpang, Malang district. Maggot cultivation practices are carried out on PAMMA land. Several foster children and orphanages had received training and practiced maggot cultivation. Under caregivers' guidance, foster children have successfully cultivated maggots independently at PAMMA by utilizing organic waste obtained from the scope of the orphanage. Cultivated caterpillars have been used as a substitute for commercial chicken and fish feed. The conclusion is the training on maggot production has been carried out and mastered by the PAMMA brothers and caregivers, and the production has been used as feed for chicken and fish cultivation.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was detecting green open space (GOS) spread and micro climate  condition  at Semarang Barat,   with  vegetation  spread  and  street  lane  area as  the  object  of  the  research. Population  characteristic  consisted  of  vegetation  area spread, mainly on the shaded  trees composition and micro climate condition by using  purposive sampling technique. The research used descriptive ecologycal approach. The result described that Semarang Barat vegetation spread is included as sparse vegetation, predominantly  by  squat  vegetation  composition with  infrequent  tree  density. Micro climate conditon is categorized as contented climate, but on edge at the daylight.  The condition  is  infl uenced  by  least  along  the  street;  consequently  the micro  climate  of temperature is high with low humidity.  Semarang Barat GOS is 17,1%, so the spacious should be 10,0% enhanced to gain 27,1% GOS to create a better climate. It is suggested to increase squat vegetation composition and quantity along Semarang Barat streets, so vegetation diversity will recovered.Keywords: green open space, micro climate, Semarang Barat
