Abstract

Education has a big contribution to the sustainability of a person’s quality, apart from that character education must also be instilled in a person, to advance the quality and achievement of character formation in students which leads to educational outcomes in schools, teachers have a very important role in directing their students to continue to use good and correct Indonesian. Especially in the school environment. However, the development of digital technology is increasingly advanced and as time goed by, Indonesian is starting to be forgotten and its position is weakening as the national language. Therefore, KKN-Dik participants held language seminars with the theme “Strengthening Student Character Through Good and Correct Indonesian in Milllennial Generation” as a form of serving and empowering the community, especially students. This seminar was held on Thursday, 213 February 2023 at Al-Kahfi Vocational School Ciaruten Udik Village, with the enthusiasm of the seminar participants, totaling 20 students and female students. This seminar is expected to provide knowledge, benefits for seminar participants, especially in the fields of education and language.

Abstract

In life, human nature is to desire happiness. How to achieve happiness in religion is clearly explained, especially in Islamic teachings. In Islamic teachings, one of the main ways to achieve happiness is through education or knowledge. This is similar to the philosophical concept of knowledge being a source of happiness. And in essence, absolute happiness is a form of someone's Absolute, Allah. Even though happiness is sometimes relative for some people, what leads to Allah is of course absolute happiness, and the indicator of this absoluteness in Islamic teachings must be based on the absolute, namely God, Allah Swt. From this, the concept of revelation from God in education, Islam in particular, has a very close connection between revelation itself and education in general. Sometimes some thoughts are unbalanced in their approach to use, resulting in an over-textualist thinking approach which places too much emphasis on revelation, and an over-rationalist thinking approach which, on the other hand, puts too much emphasis on reason. Islamic teachings moderate both. Between revelation and education. This journal was written with the main aim of being the author's effort to fulfill the assignments for the Philosophy of Science Study course taught by lecturer Dr. Amie at the IAIN Laa Roiba Postgraduate program, Bogor. The literature study is the method used in writing it. With the aim of the results to explain briefly how to understand the concept of revelation in Islamic education, review the philosophy of science, which will later conclude the importance and position between revelation and philosophical review education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine which variables affect taxpayer compliance at UPPD Samsat Batulicin. The sample in this study is the people who carry out management at UPPD Samsat Batulicin as many as 384 people. The method used in this study is quantitative data analysis techniques which are processed using SPSS Version 26 app The results of this study are where knowledge, awareness, satisfaction, service quality, tax socialization, E-Samsat and Sanctions have a simultaneous and partial effect on taxpayer compliance at UPPD Samsat Batulicin, the most dominant variable in this study is satisfaction, it is proven from beta coefficient analysis. Abstract

This community service aims to train students to use the Mendeley desktop reference tool management for higher education students throughout East Java. This training is carried out to prepare students to fulfill their obligations and comply with the ethics of publications. The training was conducted online using the Zoom Meeting application, which 275 participants attended. The training was divided into three sessions. The first session presented material on introducing writing styles and the Mendeley desktop application, which was preceded by filling out a pre-test. The second session, the delivery of material on the operation and joint practice of using the Mendeley desktop ended with session 3, namely questions and answers and filling out the post-test. The results of the training and post-test provided, as many as 98 percent of the participants were able to cite and compile a bibliography automatically, while 100 percent of the participants planned to continue to use the Mendeley Desktop application for their weekly assignments and final assignments.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of halal tourism quality on economic growth in countries with the largest Muslim population in the world. This study also examines the role of the level of tourism acceptance as a mediator variable in mediating the effect of halal tourism quality on economic growth. In this study, the quality of halal tourism with the global Muslim travel index (GMTI) was published by Crescenrating. Using 26 countries that are members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in the period 2016 to 2022, this study found that halal tourism quality has a positive effect on tourism revenue. In addition, halal quality also has a direct positive effect on economic growth. On the other hand, this study did not find a significant role of tourism revenue in mediating the indirect effect of halal tourism quality on economic growth. This study implies the importance of improving the quality of halal tourism in driving economic growth in Muslim-majority countries, especially to compete in attracting more Muslim tourists.

Abstract

Balesari Village is a village with a good potential for natural resources such as agriculture and tourism. However, the majority of the people in Balesari Village still do not have a good level of financial literacy. Therefore, the community service team initiated efforts to improve financial literacy by presenting materials by experts and applying theories according to the conditions of Balesari Village. The results of the community service in Balesari Village include an increase in the community's knowledge of household financial literacy, an improvement in the community's ability to manage finances up to long-term financial planning, and an increase in enthusiasm for further learning about household financial literacy.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pandangan generasi milenial terhadap agama dan moral. Kajian pengabdian ini ditujukan terhadap para cendekiawan muda dalam menunjukkan perannya bagi masyarakat umum. Hal ini didasarkan pada seiring kecanggihan teknologi yang hadir di tengah masyarakat, terutama kaum milenial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif analitis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, baik melihat fenomena secara langsung dan juga dari berbagai buku, disimpulkan bahwa generasi milenial adalah generasi yang melek akan teknologi dan tidak lepas dari gadget, mulai dari anak-anak hingga orang tua mereka tidak lepas dari handphone. Maka dari itu, perlu memberikan pemahaman kepada generasi milenial bahwa dengan kemajuan teknologi hendaklah manusia mengunakan kemajuan teknologi tersebut sebaik mungkin, bukan hanya sekadar sebagai sarana hiburan atau menjalin hubungan persaudaraan. Lebih lanjut, dapat juga digunakan sebagai tempat belajar dan menambah wawasan baik segi mengenai agama dan moral.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are fundamental components of robust economic resilience, as demonstrated by their persistent operation during Indonesia's monetary crisis, a consequence of the global financial downturn. In contrast, numerous large-scale corporations have experienced insolvency. Consequently, there was a significant wave of employment termination in 1998. Formulating a marketing strategy is critical to securing a sustainable competitive advantage for product- and service-oriented enterprises. A marketing strategy is a foundational element in developing a comprehensive corporate plan. Considering the complexity of challenges faced by enterprises, there exists a necessity for a holistic approach to serve as a framework guiding the organizational segment in executing its operations. Furthermore, the significance of marketing strategies is underscored by the intensifying competition prevalent among businesses in general. This study is motivated by fostering the growth of MSMEs within Mataram, which is characterized by a distinctive array of cultural traditions and a promising national market. This research aims to evaluate the management of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the marketability of traditional MSME products in Mataram City. The study was carried out in the urban setting of Mataram. The methodologies employed for data collection include documentation, interviews, and observations, constituting a form of descriptive research. The analysis of the effectiveness of marketing strategies reveals a year-on-year increase in overall sales, which serves as a benchmark for assessing the efficacy of marketing strategies amid competition among batik enterprises.

Abstract

The practice of Islamic philanthropy that is rooted in the traditions of Indonesian society in the form of zakat, infaq, shadaqoh and waqf (ZISWAF) is growing, mainly due to the widening gap between rich and poor people and various natural disasters that come one after another. The role of the institution philanthropists Islam and the institution of amil zakat (LAZ) help many people who need help. The role of Islamic philanthropic institutions with the collection and allocation of zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf (ZISWAF) funds provides benefits to the wider community in the economic development of the Ummah. This study aims to describe financial accountability for the management of funds of Islamic philanthropic institutions in the economic development of the Ummah. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the website of Indonesian philanthropic institutions. A total of 5 samples registered on the website of Indonesian religious philanthropic institutions. This study used quantitative methods using descriptive analysis. The results obtained were the Accountability of 5 philanthropic institutions that were sampled in the good category based on the results of indicators of accessibility and availability of financial statements. Abstract

Implementasi pendidikan karakter Islami berbasis kearifan lokal di SMA Negeri 1 Batukliang Utara telah dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah melalui kebijakan Bupati, setiap sekolah di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah termasuk SMA Negeri Batukliang Utara harus melaksanakan nilai-nilai budaya sasak di sekolah. Implementasi pendidikan karakter Islami berbasis kearifan lokal di SMA Negeri 1 Batukliang Utara di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah diwujudkan dengan memberi ciri khas kepada masyarakat mengenai adat sasak seperti, nyongkolan, rumah adat, makanan serta yang berkaitan dengan adat sasak. Sekolah-sekolah di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah implementasi budaya sasak diwujudkan dengan menggunakan baju adat sasak serta ikut di hari-hari tertentu seperti hari kartini, ulang tahun lombok serta hari raya besar lainnya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1). Untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter Islam di SMA Negeri Batukliang Utara Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. 2). Untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk kearifan lokal di SMA Negeri Batukliang Utara Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. 3). Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter Islami berbasis kearifan lokal di SMA Negeri 1 Batukliang Utara di SMA Negeri Batukliang Utara Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data dari Miles Hubberman yaitu pengumpulan data. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa pedoman wawancara dan obervasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Batukliang Utara. Adapun hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu: 1) Implementasi pendidikan karakter Islam di SMA Negeri Batukliang Utara menunjukkan kebutuhan yang mendalam untuk membangun nilai religius, tanggungjawab, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, mandiri dan rasa ingin tahu. 2) Bentuk-bentuk kearifan lokal di SMA Negeri Batukliang Utara dalam pendidikan karakter Islam memiliki dampak positif seperti pramuka, nyongkolan, baju adat sasak, tapak suci, pembacaan ikrar bersama, penyembelihan hewan (gorok manuk), jajan tradisional khas sasak serabi, pada pembentukan kepribadian siswa.
