Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the Perspective of Islamic Legal Sociology and Structural Functionalism Theory on the dual role of single parent mothers, the views of society and the responses of single parent mothers regarding the problems and challenges faced in their households and how the views of Structural Functionalism theory on the dual role of single parent mothers. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using field or empirical studies using a sociological approach, the author in collecting data uses three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation, while in the analysis used are reduction techniques, exposure and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of the study in general is that the phenomenon that occurs in Pliwetan Village as a mother who holds the status of a single parent or single mother can also continue to play the role of the main breadwinner in their family and also become a functional person towards her family and the surrounding community. However, this is contrary to Islamic Law where the role of the obligation to earn a living and as head of the family should be the responsibility of a husband, but in reality these roles and obligations are choices and demands for mothers who hold the status of a single parent mother.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and analyze the process of implementing the revitalization of Lake Tempe in Wajo Regency. In addition, to find out what factors in the revitalization process that encourage the emergence of conflict in the handling of Lake Tempe. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data collected through literature review and documentation. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis of the results of interviews based on the theoretical framework used in this study. The theory used is the Policy Perspective, Conflict Theory, and the Concept of Revitalization. The results of the study show that the existence of a policy process is one form of handling that has been carried out by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing through the Wajo Regency government in the context of the implications of Lake Tempe by carrying out the revitalization of Lake Tempe. The government by way of the Tempe Lake revitalization program received different responses from the community which prompted the emergence of conflicts. The factors in the revitalization process that led to conflicts in the handling of Lake Tempe are: There are differences in perceptions of water levels, changes in patterns and utilization of Lake Tempe resources, There are fears of decreasing income.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe Muhammad Husain Haikal's thoughts about Islamic government. In this research the researcher used Using a qualitative methodology, this kind of study employed descriptive research, namely focusing on actual problems. Research findings show that Muhammad Husain Haikal was an Egyptian intellectual and writer whose progressive and reformist views on Islamic governance reflected an attempt to bridge Islamic tradition with the demands of modernity. Haikal believes that Islamic governments must adopt reforms to face the challenges of the times, with a contextual and dynamic interpretation of sharia. He supports the concept of separation of powers to achieve justice and believes that democratic principles do not conflict with Islam, encouraging public participation in governance. Social justice is the main pillar in his view, where the government must ensure a fair distribution of wealth. Haikal also does not reject Western influence as a whole, but suggests its selective adoption in accordance with Islamic values. The role of ulama is recognized as important, but they must be progressive and open to change. Haikal's thinking emphasizes adaptation and modernization within the framework of Islamic principles to create a just and effective government.

Abstract

This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about, 1) The effect of education and training on teacher performance at the West Region Public High School, Bireuen Regency. 2) The influence of teacher competence on teacher performance at the West Region State Senior High School, Bireuen Regency. 3) the influence of teaching experience on teacher performance at the West Region State High School, Bireuen Regency. 4) The influence of education and training, compe-tence and teaching experience on the performance of teachers at the West Region State Senior High School, Bireuen Regency. The results of the path analysis show, 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of education and training on the performance of the teachers of the West Region State Senior High School, Bireuen Regency, which is 26.85%. 2) There is a direct and indirect influence of competence on the performance of the teachers of the West Region State Senior High School, Bireuen Regency, which is 30.79%. 3) There is a direct and indirect effect of teaching experience on the performance of the teachers of the West Region State Senior High School, Bireuen Regency, which is 26.45%. 4) Simultaneously education and training, competence and teaching experience jointly affect the performance of the teachers of the West Region State Senior High School, Bireuen Regency

Abstract

This research aims to analyze (1) the influence of organizational climate and the influence of self-efficacy on employee job satisfaction. (2) analyze the influence of organizational climate through job satisfaction on employee performance. (3) the influence of self-efficacy through job satisfaction on employee performance. The object of the research is employees of Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) Bireuen Branch. Through associative research with a path analysis approach. The research results show: Organizational climate has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch Office with a percentage of 15%. This means that organizational climate has a contribution of 15% in increasing employee job satisfaction, while self-efficacy has a contribution of 6.8% in increasing employee job satisfaction. Organizational climate has a significant influence on the performance of employees of Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch Office and contributes 44.7% in improving employee performance, while self-efficacy has a contribution of 24.9%. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of Bank Aceh Syariah employees at the Bireuen Branch Office and has a direct influence of 21.7%. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of organizational climate on employee performance and self-efficacy on employee performance at Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch Office.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan, dampak, faktor pendukung, dan hambatan dari Sekolah Pra Nikah di Masjid Nurul 'Ashri Sleman, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui tahapan seleksi data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:(1) Manajemen pelatihan sekolah pra nikah berbasis digital dimulai dengan identifikasi kebutuhan dan tujuan pelatihan serta menetapkan kurikulum. Perencanaan dilakukan melalui koordinasi awal tim pengelola dengan pembagian tugas untuk setiap divisi, menentukan materi dan narasumber, menjadwalkan pelaksanaan, serta menyiapkan promosi di media sosial. Pelaksanaan dimulai dengan promosi di media sosial dan pendaftaran peserta, diikuti oleh proses pembelajaran dengan metode ceramah dan media digital seperti Zoom dan YouTube. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan meminta peserta mengisi survei kepuasan dan menyelesaikan tugas berupa rangkuman materi dan kuis di Instagram.(2) Dampak dari manajemen pelatihan ini terlihat dalam peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap peserta di berbagai aspek seperti agama, kesehatan fisik dan mental, pengelolaan keuangan, dan teknik komunikasi yang efektif.(3) Faktor pendukung pelatihan sekolah pra nikah meliputi akses yang luas dan mudah, dukungan dari pengurus masjid, penggunaan teknologi modern, beragam materi, dan narasumber yang ahli di bidangnya masing-masing. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan akses internet, gangguan listrik, kurangnya waktu untuk interaksi tanya jawab, ketiadaan tes awal dan tes akhir dalam pelatihan, serta belum adanya evaluasi peserta setelah menikah.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of PPAIW in the certification of mosque waqf land in the KUA Diwek area. This research uses the Empirical Juridical Method, the location used is Jl. Pd. No. 60 Kwaron Village, District. Diwek, Kab. Jombang, Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, documentation and library data collection. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Deductive method and Descriptive method and then produced research results: 1). PPAIW's role in the certification of mosque waqf land in the KUA Diwek area. 2). PPAIW Obstacles and Challenges in Certifying Mosque Waqf Land.

Abstract

This thesis is the result of the author's research and thoughts entitled "Implementation of Government Regulation Number 48 of 2014 concerning Wedding Costs in the Religious Affairs (KUA) office of Gondang District, Maslahah Murlah Perspective." This research aims to answer the questions stated in the problem formulation. The type of research the author uses is qualitative, applying a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection methods used are interviews, observation, documentation. The results of this research show that 1) According to Government Regulation Number 48 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 47 of 2004 concerning tariffs for types of Non-Tax State Revenue Applicable to the Department of Religion, marriage or reconciliation at the Office of Religious Affairs on working days and hours is subject to tariff is 0 (zero) rupiah, 2) the public also gets certainty regarding marriage tariffs so that no one suffers a loss because it is open and transparent. 3) the implementation of this regulation has succeeded in achieving the goal of facilitating the implementation of marriages efficiently and fairly, in accordance with human values in Islamic law

Abstract

With the aim of improving the quality of education, School-Based Management (SBM) is an educational management approach that aims to improve the quality of education by encouraging schools to have autonomy or independence and encouraging citizen participation in the decision-making process. By implementing School Based Management, schools are expected to be able to achieve educational standards and achieve quite good results. Management of school facilities and infrastructure aims to ensure that students feel what they need while at school. This study aims to determine the extent to which the existing facility infrastructure has been improved by implementing school-based management (SBM) at SDN 36/Rantau Panjang III. A qualitative descriptive study design was employed in this investigation, and the principal was interviewed and data was gathered through observation. The results of the research data show that the role of the principal in SBM in an effort to improve infrastructure facilities at SDN 36/VI Rantau Panjang III has been organized and managed quite well and is in accordance with the basic needs of the school, especially in fulfilling the standards of infrastructure facilities.

Abstract

The supply of fertilizer from the government, especially in Kanca Village, Parado District, Bima Regency, is very minimal, so that the price of fertilizer from the Cooperative and Distributors has a different price from the standard price. As a result, many of them complain about this, while the need for fertilizer for farmers in Kanca Village, Parado District, Bima Regency is quite high, because the potential for agricultural land, both rice fields and irrigated or rain-fed fields, is quite extensive. Considering the need for fertilizer, distribution from producers to consumers plays an important role in meeting the fertilizer needs of farmers.
