Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penilaian dan kelayakan pada pengembangan video pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi canva dalam pembelajaran menulis naskah drama. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) yang mengacu pada model ADDIE. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket sebagai alat utama untuk memperoleh data yang relevan. Angket tersebut disebarkan kepada validator ahli media, validator ahli materi, guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, dan peserta didik kelas IX. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran berbasis Canva mendapatkan penilaian "sangat layak" dari validator ahli media dengan persentase sebesar 82% dan dari validator ahli materi dengan persentase 90%. Selain itu, media pembelajaran ini juga dinilai "sangat praktis" oleh guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan skor persentase 92%. Pada tahap uji coba, hasil menunjukkan bahwa media ini memperoleh persentase 89% dari uji coba kelompok kecil peserta didik dan 90% dari uji coba kelompok besar peserta didik. Dengan demikian, video pembelajaran ini terbukti efektif dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan menarik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis naskah drama peserta didik.

Abstract

Komite sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan, namun implementasi perannya di lapangan masih sering menghadapi tantangan. Salah satu kendala utama adalah keterbatasan waktu dan kurangnya komunikasi antara sekolah, komite, dan wali murid. Hal ini menghambat efektivitas komite dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kondisi ini juga menyebabkan rendahnya partisipasi dalam evaluasi dan perencanaan kebijakan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana keterlibatan komite sekolah dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 26. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komite sekolah terlibat dalam tahap perencanaan, namun peran tersebut belum maksimal pada tahap pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Faktor internal seperti kesibukan anggota dan minimnya koordinasi menjadi penghambat utama. Selain itu, kurangnya kejelasan tugas komite juga berdampak pada efektivitasnya dalam mendukung mutu pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan sinergi antara pihak sekolah dan komite melalui komunikasi yang lebih intensif dan sistem koordinasi yang terstruktur

Abstract

Mangrove merupakan salah satu tanaman karena mampu menyerap karbondioksida, melindungi pantai dari abrasi, dan membantu masyarakat meningkatkan pendapatan. Karena alih fungsi pemukiman, penebangan liar, perluasan infrastruktur pesisir, dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakt akan pentingnya keberlanjutan hutan mangrove pelahan mulai terkikis. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat pentingnya ekosistem mangrove, mengajak masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam upaya konservasi dan rehabilitasi hutan mangrove melalui penanaman mangrove, dan melatih masyarakat dalam mengembangkan potensi ekonomi lokal berbasis mangrove sebagai alternatif sumber penghasilan. Kegiatan ini menggunakan beberapa metode diantaranya partisipatif, edukasi, dan aplikatif. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat pentingnya menjaga ekosistem mangrove, bertambahnya jumlah tanaman mangrove melalui kegiatan penanaman mangrove atau revitalisasi tumbuhan mangrove, dan terciptanya peluang-peluang bisnis berbasis mangrove dari segi olahan makanan dan minuman serta sektor pariwisata. Setiap kegiatan telah didokumentasikan agar bisa menghasilkan rencana tindak lanjut kegiatan dan dukungan pemerintah daerah serta mitra lainnya. Abstract. Mangroves are not of the plants because they are able to absorb carbon dioxide, protect the coast from abrasion, and help communities increase income. Due to the conversion of residental functions, illegal logging, expansion of coastal infrastructure, and lack of public awareness of the importance of mangrove forest sustainability, it is slowly being eroded. The results of this activity are an increase in the understanding of knowledge and awareness of the importance of maintaining the mangrove ecosystem, an increase in the number of mangrove plants through mangrove planting or mangrove plant revitalization activities, and the creation of mangrove-based business opportunities in terms of processed food and beverages and the tourism sector. Each activity has been documented in order to produce a follow-up plan for activities and support from local government and other partners.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify learning management in enhancing 4C skills (Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Creativity) among students at SMP IT Nurul Ilmi Medan. The 4C skills are essential for 21st-century learners; therefore, their implementation requires a strategic and practical learning management system. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on managerial processes including planning, organizing, leading, and supervising learning activities. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, semi-participant observations, and document analysis. The results show that learning management at SMP IT Nurul Ilmi Medan effectively enhances 4C skills through systematic planning (task analysis, needs identification, goal formulation), flexible organization of resources and classrooms, supportive and motivating teacher leadership, and supervision through reflection and academic oversight. The implemented learning management not only supports the achievement of academic objectives but also creates a learning environment conducive to the development of 21st-century skills. Thus, the application of effective learning management plays a crucial role in establishing a relevant, innovative, and competency-oriented learning process. Keterampilan 4C sangat krusial bagi peserta didik abad ke-21, sehingga implementasinya memerlukan sistem manajemen pembelajaran yang strategis dan praktis. Manajemen pembelajaran yang dilakukan tidak hanya mendukung tercapainya tujuan akademik, tetapi juga membentuk lingkungan belajar yang kondusif bagi pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21. Dengan demikian, penerapan manajemen pembelajaran yang efektif berperan penting dalam menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang relevan, inovatif, dan berorientasi pada penguatan kompetensi siswa secara menyeluruh. Abstract

This study explores the transition process from the 2013 Curriculum (K13) to the Merdeka Curriculum at MTs Al-Washliyah Tembung, an educational reform aimed at promoting student-centered learning and character development through Pancasila values. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the transition was implemented, identify challenges faced during the process, and assess the school's readiness and sustainability efforts in adopting the new curriculum. A qualitative case study approach was used, involving interviews with key stakeholders, field observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that while initial efforts such as training and curriculum socialization were conducted, they lacked optimal documentation and consistency. Teachers have started to adopt new methods, including diagnostic assessments and Pancasila Student Profile (P5) projects, but the implementation remains inconsistent due to limited resources and guidance. Standardization efforts are present but remain informal, with no written SOPs in place. The study concludes that the transition is still in the "changing" phase of Lewin's Change Management Model and highlights the need for systematic strategies, structured training, and comprehensive documentation to ensure long-term curriculum sustainability and improved educational quality.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the implementation of the Learning Starts with a Question strategy in improving the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMP IT Nurul Ilmi. The background of this research is the low active participation of students and the understanding of the material that is not optimal. This strategy was chosen because it emphasizes questions as a starting point for learning, which has the potential to encourage critical and active student engagement. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects consisted of one PAI teacher and three grade VIII students at Nurul Ilmi IT Junior High School. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, which were then analyzed with stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the Learning Start with a Question strategy is effective in improving student learning outcomes, both cognitively and affectively. Cognitively, this strategy has been proven to facilitate a deeper understanding of the material, which is reflected in the average grade point average that reaches above the KKM. Affectively, this strategy successfully fosters active participation, courage to ask questions, and a positive attitude towards learning. Teachers act as facilitators who manage discussions, while students become more independent and motivated. However, there are challenges related to students' readiness to read the material and the lack of parental support. Overall, this study concludes that the Learning Starts with a Question strategy is an effective method to create interactive, participatory, and holistic PAI learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the creativity of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) teachers in developing learning media in MIN 12 Medan City. This study uses a qualitative method with a field study approach, involving 1 SKI teacher and 10 4th grade students as informants. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation, with data analysis using the Miles and Huberman models. The results of the study showed that SKI teachers used various visual and audiovisual media, such as comics, images, animated videos, and PPTs. The development of this media is based on research on student needs and ideas derived from social media, peers, and training. Teachers modify media by simplifying the display, breaking down the material into small sections, and adding interactive elements like quizzes. The effectiveness of the use of this media is evident from the increase in student participation, interest, and understanding of SKI materials, even though teachers face obstacles such as limited time and infrastructure. In conclusion, the creativity of SKI teachers at MIN 12 Medan City plays an important role in creating innovative and effective learning, which can be a reference for other educators.

Purpose: This service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of young women in processing milkfish into healthy snacks that are appealing, thus promoting better nutritional intake and economic opportunities in Bonto Langkasa, Minasa Te’ne District, Pangkajene and Islands Regency. Methodology/approach: This activity was carried out in Bonto Langkasa with participating adolescent girls as the main target. The project adopted a participatory approach, including nutritional counseling, hands-on training using simple, locally sourced tools, and digital marketing workshops. Materials used were fresh milkfish, healthy additives, and packaging sourced from local markets. Pre- and post-tests, as well as follow-up surveys, were conducted to measure changes in knowledge, skills, and snack production rates. Results/findings: The program successfully increased participants’ knowledge about nutrition and practical skills in producing healthy milkfish-based snacks. Several participants started small-scale production, selling snacks in their communities. The project also improved participants' digital marketing competencies. Conclusion: Community service that focuses on innovative, healthy snacks using local resources, such as milkfish, can bridge nutritional knowledge-practice gaps, contribute to adolescent health, and foster economic opportunities for young women. This model is sustainable and replicable in other fishing communities. Limitations: Milkfish snack innovation is limited by simple technology, cultural preferences, basic nutritional focus, limited digital marketing, and narrow youth coverage, requiring further studies in other regions. Contribution: The contribution of this community service is to enhance nutritional knowledge, and develop healthy snack production skills, empower young women economically, optimize local milkfish production, and expand marketing through digital means.

Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan dan keterampilan manajerial sangat berkaitan dengan norma perilaku pada diri seseorang saat mempengaruhi perilaku orang lain.gaya kepemimpinan memiliki berbagai macam variannya, sehingga diperlukan ada kajian teoritis yang membahas tentang tipe dan gaya kepemimpinan Penelitian ini merupakan kajian literatur pustaka dari beberapa referensi utama. Berdasarkan kajian yang dilakukan maka ditarik kesimpulan beberapa gaya kepemimpinan diantaranya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis; gaya kepemimpinan kepemimpinan birokratis,gaya kepmimpinan delegatif, gaya kepemimpinan laissez faire, gaya kepemimpinan karismatik, gaya kepemimpinan diplomatis,gaya kepemiminan moralis, gaya kepemimpinan administrative, gaya kepemimpinan analitis (analytical); gaya kepemimpinan moralis,gaya kepemimpinan administrative,gaya kepemimpinan visioner dan kepemimpinan situasional.adapun keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh manajer lembaga atau organisasi diantaranya adalah,konseptual skill,tehnical skill dan human skill.
