Abstract

When learning is carried out at Junior High School 11 Samarinda, it tends to only use the lecture learning model. Based on initial observations carried out by researchers through interviews and obtaining data on student learning outcomes from the Integrated Social Sciences teacher at Junior High School 11 Samarinda. It is known that students do not play an active role in the learning process, which results in a lack of student creativity so that learning outcomes do not reach the criteria for completeness This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Solving Learning Model on Students' Thinking Ability in Integrated Social Studies Subjects at Junior High School 11 Samarinda. This research is a quantitative research with the type of quasi-experimental research with research subjects in class VIII A as many as 28 students as the control class and VIII B as many as 30 students as the experimental class. Data collection was carried out in this study using observation techniques, tests and interviews. The results of this study were obtained from a simple linear regression test with a sig 2 tailed value <0.05 with a calculation of 0.179 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the use of the problem solving learning model makes students have increased intellectual potential within themselves and students have a sense of self-confidence in expressing their opinions and ideas so that it can stimulate the development of students' thinking abilities creatively and comprehensively, because in the student learning process uses a lot of mental energy to highlight problems from various aspects and approaches in order to find solutions. Abstract

This research aims to know to know wheter there are effectiviness and the difference bettween using video based learning media and not using media with conventional learning riviewed from student economic concepts understanding. This research is a quantitative research type of quasi-experimental, research with research subjects namely students of class X A as many as 31 people as experimental class and class X B as many as 32 people as control class. Data collection is done by using the test technique. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, the average for the experimental class increased by 17,75% while the average value for the control class experienced a slight decrease of 0,82%. Throught the results of hypotesis testing, the sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) t-test for Equality of Means is 0,001 so that the significance value is <0,05, which means that H0 is a rejected or Ha is accepted. So, it can be cloncluded the results research showed that there the difference between video based learning media with conventional learning toward student economic concept understanding.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence from the use of the experiential learning model with the help of PowerPoint learning media on student learning outcomes in economics subjects for class X SMA Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were students in class X 6 as the control class and X 7 as the experimental class with a total of 66 students. The data collection technique used is a written test in the form of multiple choice and documentation. Analysis of learning outcomes using the t-test which showed a value of 0.008 < 0.05. This means that there is a significant difference between student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the experiential learning model with the help of PowerPoint learning media on student learning outcomes in economics subjects for class X SMA Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang.

Abstract

This research aims to develop Android-based learning media, assess its feasibility, and evaluate student responses. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) methodology with the ADDIE development model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data were collected through unstructured interviews with 6 students from classes VIII B and VIII D at MTs Al-Azhar Samarinda. The research results indicate that the material expert validation test yielded 97%, media expert validation test resulted in 85%, instructional expert validation test recorded 86%, small group trial obtained 91%, and large group trial scored 95%. Overall, the Android-based learning media for Integrated Social Studies (IPS) in Grade VIII at MTs Al-Azhar Samarinda scored 91%, indicating its "Highly Feasible" suitability for use in the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the experiential learning model assisted by YouTube learning media on the learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 3 Balikpapan. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The subjects of this research were students in class X-3, totaling 36 students, as the experimental class and X-6, totaling 36 students, as the control class. The data collection technique used in this research is a test, namely pretest and posttest, then supported by other data in the form of documentation with data analysis using the sample t-test. The research results show that the sig. (2-tailed) t-test for Equality of means is 0.001 so that the significance value is 0.001 < 0.05, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the experiential learning learning model assisted by YouTube learning media on the economic learning outcomes of class X SMA Negeri 3 Balikpapan students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of capital structure, firm size, and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2019. The population in this study is all company data consisting of 167 companies, the sample used is 43 companies. The research was conducted by sampling, with purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Conclusion of research results: 1). Capital structure has no effect on firm value, 2). Firm size has no effect on firm value, 3). Dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This devotion realized in Mandailing Natal District regarding the Provision of Incentive Funds for Religious Teachers through Edward III's theory, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The implementation of this devotion consists to two stages: The initial stage of the research, to find out a complete figure of the implementation for previous activities in order to put the right formulation for the next implementation plan. The study used a qualitative method involving 5 informants from teachers in Mdta, Tpa, and Pontren selected by purposive sampling technique, using two types of data, primary and secondary data. The second stage of implementation/application, after the research conclution analyzed, then the author determines the right formulation for program implementation, refers to Edward III's theory. After coordinated to policy makers, then authors and other parties agreed to implement the program using Edward III's theory. Based on the results of the implementation that has been applied regarding the Provision of Religious Teacher Incentive Funds through the approach of 4 aspects refers to Edward III's theory, then it shows that the implementation of the Mandailing Natal Regency government's policy regarding the Incentive Fund giving for Religious Teachers has not been implemented well before, then after the implemented of these 4 aspects, the situation in implementing the policy has improved and tends to improve, although there are still some things that become obstacles, such as the implementation of open dispositions that are still a bit fully reluctant implemented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan kondisi ketidakmerataan distribusi guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan guru, distribusi dan proyeksi kebutuhan guru SMA di Kabupaten Mesuji, Provinsi Lampung. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat prosedur yaitu observasi, wawancara, elisitasi dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Dengan bezetting 180 guru sedangkan kebutuhan guru SMA di Kabupaten Mesuji adalah sejumlah 189 guru untuk pelayanan pembelajaran kepada 2.328 siswa yang terbagi dalam 77 rombongan belajar, maka terjadi disparitas sebesar negatif 9; 2) Distribusi guru belum merata di SMA Kabupaten Mesuji, terjadi kecnderungan guru berlebih di SMAN 1 Way Serdang dan terjadi banyak kurang guru di SMAN 1 Rawa Jitu Utara. Kekurangan guru paling banyak adalah pada mata pelajaran Bahasa dan Aksara Lampung, sedangkan kelebihan guru terbanyak ada pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam; 3) Proyeksi kebutuhan guru SMA di Kabupaten Mesuji 10 tahun mendatang yaitu berdasarkan pada data bahwa akan ada 19 guru pensiun, 4 guru dipromosikan, dan 7 guru dalam usulan mutasi keluar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat disparitas antara kebutuhan guru dan jumlah guru yang tersedia (bezetting) di SMA Kabupaten Mesuji. Terjadi indikasi kekurangan sejumlah 9 guru.

Abstract

This research analyzed the independence and job experience of auditors toward the audit quality; the audit quality moderated by professional etiquette, and job experience toward audit quality moderated by professional etiquette. This quantitative descriptive research used multiple regression analysis. The data sources consisted of primary and secondary data sources. The population and sample of the research were 36 respondents, the employees of tax investigators in the tax directorate general, Central Java I. The researchers used the total sampling technique to select the sample. The results showed that independence and job experience could improve audit quality. On the other hand, professional etiquette could empower the correlation between independence and the job experience toward audit quality. Therefore, the roles of independence and the job service could encourage the auditors with professional etiquette.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the education and professionalism of tax inspectors' job satisfaction at the DGT Regional Office of Central Java I. Research design uses qualitative descriptive research using primary data and skunder. The analysis of the study used multiple partial regression, regression equation and termination test. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling with the type of total sampling. Because the total population only amounts to 36 people, the population is taken entirely to be used as a sample. The results of the study explained that education and professionalism affect tax job satisfaction of the Central Java DGT Regional Office I. This proves that job satisfaction increases due to the role of education, work experience and professionalism of the examiner.
